time without any integrity questions. nobody without confidence and the results, why can't you follow what they're doing? the officials in nevada say the can't possibly count any faster. this is the best they can do. i mentioned marco rubio carried it only counts can we bring those people and ship them out to nevada and arizona? even the inept governments in canada and france and great britain, they are able to tally their paper ballots on election night. guess what? they don't have to work it worr about broken tabulator spray don't industrialized nation on earth regularly experiences the kind of election mayhem that we are seeing in arizona, nevada, and something has to change for the sake of the american people. make no mistake, it can be done. we can send people to the moon, we can fix our election system and it must be done after the frenzied 2,000 florida recount,

election laws fraid i remember in 2018 when they tried to seal the election i got rid of the supervisor election. first off you have to have good laws we have to elect the right people to run our election laws so these election, they matter. the supervisor election matters. then we have to be good for monitors, we have to show up. we have got to do everything we can to help herschel go to team herschel.com. team herschel.com and you can donate, you can volunteer. he needs your help. we are going to win it could be a majority, it could be 50-50 senate, this election matters. cake would like to see, and i don't think i'll ever get my wa on this, but election day be a national holiday. you can make exceptions, people could vote elderly, the infirm, people who are going to be in the precinct, i think there are exceptions, but beyond that, it should be a national holiday, everybody gets the day off and then you have partisan observer watching the entire voting

process and the entire vote count. paper ballots, and we get the results at the end of the night if it so she can check it again you can take it a third term, you can check it a fourth time, but americans would have confidence in that system. democrats don't want that. they don't even want voter id. i need an id to buy a beer or a pack of cigarettes. to open up a checking account. to get all those things fraid first off, we've got to get rid of shenanigans fraid any chance of shenanigans we have to get rid of. you have to have an id. you can't do ballot harvesting. as much as possible we should make it election day voting because there is less fraud, there is less a chance you can vote on multiple ballots and things like that. the democrats know the agenda i bad so they have to figure out how to win unfairly. every term we have the opportunity to fix election law
6:13 pm
we have to do it. >> you know, one of the things we have learned in the last three election cycles, let's look at the 2016 presidential election. we had donald trump when three swing states buys 70 plus thousand votes. you had in 2020 wisconsin, georgia, and arizona biden wins by the vote count of 43,000 votes. okay, we are a divided country. where did all of this pie and the sky talk about a wave and s nami election come from because i never sought? >> here is what we saw. we saw the democrats weren't getting their votes out. we saw as we got closer, the bulls got better. but on election day our voters didn't show up. it was a complete disappointment . i think we have to reflect on what didn't happen.
6:14 pm
i think we didn't have enough o a positive message. we said everything about how ba the biden agenda is. we have to have a plan of what we stand for. herschel walker is running grea he's going to say he's going to reduce gas prices coming he's going to figure out how to reduce food prices fraid he's going to make sure we get secur border. energy independence we have to run on things we believe in. and don't attack republicans have put up a plan say at least let's have a conversation about these things. >> senator scott, thank you for being with us very joining us i arkansas senator tom cotton. an instance where you had a big problem in arkansas with voting but yet we have the same problems and the same states almost every year. why is that? >> it is astonishing, as you said. the people of arizona, the

choice by the leaders of the states. florida as you mentioned had a national embarrassment in 2000. they didn't want to repeat it, they reformed their election laws are made it much better. look what happened in georgia. frank kemp passed a strong election law that made it easy to vote in hard to. they just had record high turnout in midterms for this is a problem that can be fixed and it's a problem that needs to be fixed. >> i have a theory about what i call accelerated migration. accelerated migration is really got accelerated by covid and no the baby boomer generation is now retiring. you see people that want lower taxes. they didn't want their shutdown during covid, they didn't want the mandates during covid. may be they wanted their kids t have in person learning during covid. florida is taking in about 850 new residents a day. my thought is okay, on the east
6:17 pm
coast of florida, you're gettin people from new york, new jersey , and pennsylvania. on the west coast of florida, i've been to both coasts, you tend to be getting people from the midwest, and that would be michigan, wisconsin, illinois, indiana and then you get everybody going too central florida and some of the other areas. my question to you is granted, they did a great job and they deserve their double-digit massive landslides, but i wonde if this mass migration is of republicans as they moved to texas and the carolinas and tennessee, are they now leaving the states less accessible or more difficult for republicans to win, especially in a presidential race? >> i think what you saw on tuesday night is when you have strong record, you deliver results from your people, and you get rewarded.
6:18 pm
you mentioned the landslide victory in florida. craig abbott in texas. of course, as you are attractin more people voting with their feet, that's probably going to make it more likely. >> 850 new people a day? that is a lot of people. >> they are escaping. we see them we see a lot of refugees. does that mean, pennsylvania which was already for does that mean michigan and wisconsin? does it make it that much harde if the people that are more conservative our leaving in droves because of in the case o michigan, the draconian lockdowns in high taxes? >> i don't anchor those states are beyond our grasp. we certainly had some disappointments for it as president trump showed in 2016 and some of the gubernatorial candidate showed, we can still

win those states even if they are having some outmigration to sunbelt states. i think the republican party as we broaden our coalition and attract more working-class americans. many are fed up with the radicalism of the democratic party will give the republican party more looks. we have got to win them to win the electoral college in 2024. >> senator cotton, great to hav you. here now also, tulsi gabbard, not only did you leave the democratic party, you went out on the campaign trail and from what i could see inbreed, you were pretty much everywhere. how did things break for you? i don't think it was dramatic, think it was evident that you had had it with your party, but for you to got all in and helping republican candidates, that was telling to me, why? can. >> you know, i left and flew to

the mainland that i was leaving the democratic party and was very specific about the reason why. i brought a carry-on bag not expecting to get so many calls from candidates across the country that recognized they ha many constituents within their districts and states that felt the same way i did, that felt that frustration and angered by the leaders of today's radical so-called woke democratic party racialized in everything. undermining our fundamental freedoms and politicizing these public institutions like the department of justice, the fbi, the department of homeland security and more to go after their political opponents abusing their power, there is a whole host of things that our impacting policies from this administration that are negatively impacting families and communities across this country. i was glad to go out there and support some great americans wh are not beholden to one party o another up but are fighting for

the interest of the american people, that and you played by herschel walker was great. i was out there with him just before election day and i will be out there with him again nex weekend. >> i have been announcement great i will be done with herschel at an event on tele buddy about it in the days to come. i don't know if you've heard my question to senator tom cotton about this accelerated migratio as i call it and that is, you have this convergence of covid, which is now pushing baby boomers away from the oconee on lockdown states into states lik florida, the carolinas, tennessee, texas. governor abbott won by double-digit spirit do you thin that is real? the people that our leaving ten to be more conservative?
6:22 pm
>> the reports in the numbers seem to reflect that, but i think as we look at what happen when we know the outcome of thi election in as we see what happens in the next couple of years, the american people will be looking for leaders in washington, not politicians who say one thing on the campaign trail and then go to washington and don't do anything. leaders who are going there and fighting for our freedom. i've got along great list of things i would like to see thes leaders and the republican part if they take control of the house, things i would love for them to take on. today being veterans day, one o them needing to be doing what this administration is not doin taking care of our veterans and soldiers so they don't have to live in squalor. so our soldiers aren't being told you have to go and get foo stamps. >> that is an embarrassment for that is just a national embarrassment for there is no excuse at all for that great i think republican numbers now take up to to 12 according to m sources. we will confirm that during the break. thank you cribbing on this friday night, we appreciate you

the republicans their 50th or their 51st depending on nevada and what's going on in arizona. with so much at stake, governor brian kemp is set to hit the campaign trail with walker as soon as next week. here with reactions, tammy, we start with you. where was kemp during the regular election? i think it's a great thing if h is going to support herschel, i must give him credit. >> clearly there was no campaigning together during the general election. this is a sign of when we talk about the politicking internall about who you like and who do you don't based on who they wer supported by or who they were endorsed by, but now we have an opportunity and we saw this happen during the midterm with the democrats there was an all in efforts and there is no reason why that shouldn't happe here. everybody knows this competitio

very if you are running for office and you are you are ambitious men. they are in vicious men and women, talented men and women for the republican party so you will have personalities that happen. we need that, but within the understanding of what is best for the american people, you come together even if you have disagreements or if you don't like what happened, too bad, yo come together and you do this, that is why what kemp is doing is helpful and this is somethin everyone should come together t do because this is the nature o the process. we also are fine with competition. >> leo, lindsey graham was on the show last night and brought up the fact that somebody like herschel walker is going to be smeared and slandered because herschel is an african-american republican. and a threat very do you agree with that assessment?
6:55 pm
absolutely. first of all all hands on deck. to answer your question yes, herschel walker represents the transition of blacks in hispanics leaving the democrati party and moving to the republican party. without and the black and hispanic minority vote, there i no democratic party. they have to demonize herschel walker a black man who cares about freedom, liberty, and the right to decide what is best. he doesn't believe in governmen control he believes in god and country and for herschel walker it is the democrats number one nightmare because if he gets elected, he represents the transitions of blacks and minorities moving to the republican party. >> it may all come down to georgia again. it's like déjà vu all over again . think a. of course leo, i thank you. we will have more hannity straight ahead after this break.
