11:00 pm
goals in life. and the calculation is when you deal with people that, well, does it help me or hurt me? and if i help him, does it help me more ? and if i hurt him, does that help me more ? that equation's going on in the head of people like kevin mccarthy? if you read about the guy in the media, it sounds like a monster. he's the opposite . >> that's on fox nation right now. here's sean hannity. and welcome to hannity and happy veterans day this friday. >> night. to all of you who bravely served our country, we cannot thank you enough. we begin tonight with a fox news alert, another major ballot dump out of arizona is imminent. eighty thousand votes will be reported at any moment. and we expect some good news. kari lake. we'll see what happens with blake masters. he has a much harder race ahead of him, has half of these ballots are now we expect to be
11:01 pm
a day of voting, which would favor the republicans. and according to one local abc reporter, an additional ten thousand ballots just drop from a rural county in arizona. nearly 80% of those ballots going to the republican candidates, including blake, including kerry . and tonight, we're also expecting new results from the state of nevada, where republican senate candidate adam laxalt now holds a slight lead. now, nevada could be slipping away. tonight, we'll analyze these numbers coming up. now, of course, it is now friday, three full days after the election. we still don't know who controls the house. we don't know who controls the senate. several critical gubernatorial races are up in the air. and this is the definition of insanity. it is idiotic. america landed men on the moon, never looked at the moon. and you think, wow, i'm going to fly. they're going to land there with men and a rocket and we're going to get them home safely. they're going to tell us all about it. one giant leap for mankind.
11:02 pm
we power entire cities with nuclear reactors. we fly faster than the speed of sound. we can reconstruct blood vessels, the human brain. we can communicate with millions of people simultaneously on the internet, on tv. but somehow, someway, certain states are totally incapable or unwilling to count votes on election day. it is a national disgrace, a national embarrassment. every hour that goes by without a full count. americans trust the electoral process less and less, rightly so, and fear meddling and disorganization. by the way, it's just total incompetence and by the way, taking hold while state and local officials, they do nothing to inspire confidence. >> watch, for example, in our ultimate effort to always try and be as transparent as we possibly can. we're forced to use estimates when giving out information. we know that right now, based
11:03 pm
on what we saw in the vault this morning, we've got a little over 50000 ballots that still need to be counted. fifteen thousand nine hundred ballots are currently in tabulation behind us here being tabulated. there are 30 thousand one hundred and thirty currently being worked on by the counting board. >> how many ballots, whatever the math is on fourteen five . >> sixty nine minus ninety six . fifty nine . so it looks like about 5000. all right. that was the registrar, clark county, nevada, by the way. that's where vegas is , who never seems to have any firm grip at all on the numbers. today is friday. the vote was tuesday. forty seven other states , they have given us their results, with an exception or two here and there. these states have done this without this kind of embarrassment. however, fox news, by the way, can now project that republican joe lombardo will be the next governor of arizona. gee, how nice, joe , you had
11:04 pm
to wait all the way to friday and find that out at this hour. republican senate candidate adam laxalt is hanging on to what is a narrow lead. no one seems to know exactly how many votes are left and where. and how long it's going to take to count them. clark county is hoping to possibly be down by saturday ,maybe sunday, maybe monday, maybe tuesday. who knows? your guess is as good as any in arizona. the situation is just as chaotic and disjointed. small batches of votes, they keep trickling. oh, we got another ten thousand votes. whoop de . do. from here, from there, from everywhere. florida, i go back to marco rubio, seven point five million votes literally counted less than five hours anyway, somewhere between four hundred and six hundred thousand in arizona, votes remain outstanding. we have heard different numbers at different times. frankly, if i hear one more set of numbers that contradicts the previous set of numbers, i'm going to burst a blood vessel. there's no official tally
11:05 pm
exactly detailing how many votes remain, although according to our sources, at least half of the uncounted ballots are likely date of votes hand delivered, which would heavily favor republicans that definitely wanted their vote counted. and don't trust the system. and half of tonight's upcoming eighty thousand vote , don't we expect to be a day of votes delivered that day that would be great news for kari lake. she is running neck and neck with katie hobbs, who should recused herself. we've been confident about lake's chances of success and we're hoping for that. not quite as good news for blake masters as he has a larger deficit to overcome of course, nothing is certain at all. and think about all of this for a moment. from the perspective of a democratic voter. let's look at it as a democrat . let's say democrat katie hobbs, who has been leading all week. and yet in the final hours, the counting when they start counting the days of votes, that lead evaporates. kari lake takes a big lead days after the election following
11:06 pm
what one final vote dump. how do you think, by the way, she should have recused herself anyway? she has a clear conflict of interest, but that's a different story. but how would that look to her, her supporters? how are they going to feel about, well, wait a minute, we were up the whole time with the election integrity. they're in charge of it. so they really have to blame themselves. but think about it. those who claim to value democracy and the sanctity of the vote, they have created a system so drawn out, so disorganized, that voters on both sides of the aisle have lost confidence in the process . in other words, the integrity in the process is now, you know, filtered away, withered the way they sowed mistrust, they sowed chaos, and now they vilify, if you dare question their process that they created that clearly is not working. you're an election denier. no, we don't like your system because all the other states are capable of doing it in record time.
11:07 pm
without any integrity questions. nobody without competent in the results. why can't you follow what they're doing now? the officials in nevada tell us that they can't possibly count any faster. this is the best they can do. i mentioned marco rubio pointing out florida well, only took five hours to count seven and a half million ballots. can we bring those people and ship them out to nevada? and arizona? you know, even the inept governments in canada and france and great britain, they're able to tally their paper ballots on election night. and guess what? they don't have to worry about broken tabulators that supposedly tabulate no industrialized nation on earth regularly. experion is the kind of election mayhem that we're seeing in arizona, nevada, and something has to change for the sake of the american people. and make no mistake, it can be done. we can send people to the moon. we can fix our election system, and it must be done after
11:08 pm
the frenzy 2000 florida recount state, remember form the baker carter commission, they fixed their archaic system of voting, dimpled, pimpled, hanging, swinging, perforated chads. remember that nightmare? so if you care about the integrity of our elections in this country, if you want accuracy and confidence in the results in our system, demand that every state get their act together. if republicans don't win in arizona, and nevada, that means that georgia and team herschel now that runoff on december the six will take on even more importance. by the way, anecdotally, herschel's enthusiasm in the state of georgia seems to be through the roof now. he held the rally last night. >> check this out. it's pretty amazing. hey, hey. the gas prices going great. you'd be going up having utility. >> you're going, oh, well, you know, whose calls are they ? not joe biden, but is senator one as well.
11:09 pm
they say that i don't need this. they say i don't. that's not the truth. i do need this because i'm not going to let my family hurt all of you of my family. so i'm gonna go take my family because you watch what he was saying. we got to go in a runoff. and if he wasn't going to run off with me, i'm saying you bring your homes, ukraine. god , i will build for this. this is what i promise you. i'm not going to washington and make friends. i'm going to washington to do my job. that's what he should have done. they want to change everything about this country. they want to change it. i said right now we got to be team in it at time. but at me, these seven is six . we got to get out and vote because we sit on the sideline. we would not recognize this country again. but i want to tell him right now, don't let that door hit you on the backside and you need to be ball. that might be one of the best
11:10 pm
ads, one of the most authentic ads i've ever seen. and any campaign. pretty amazing. anyway, joining us now with reaction, florida senator rick scott is with us . look, florida had problems in two thousand. you fix those problems you had what problems is it? twenty six or 2018? i'm not sure. but you fix those problems. and now florida can count seven and a half million votes in less than five hours. nobody's questioning the integrity of the process and nobody's questioning or having any doubts about the confidence in the results. why isn't every state doing this? >> it doesn't in any sense to me. why wouldn't you want to make sure everybody feels good about your election? you know, in milit, we just kept fixing our election laws. i got rid of ballot harvesting my first year as governor. you remember in eighteen where they tried to steal the election. i got rid of the supervisor election. first off, we have to have good laws. second, we have to elect
11:11 pm
the right people to run our election laws. so these elections, secretary of state elections matter, supervisor elections matter. we've got to get there and then we've got to be good poll watchers. we've got to show up. but by the way, we have got to do everything we can to help hershel go to team hershel .com ,team herschel .com. you can donate you and volunteer team herschel .com. he needs your help. we're going to win. it could be a majority. it could be fifty fifty senate . this election matters. you know, i don't like i would like to see and i don't think i'll ever get my way on this election day, be a national holiday. i want you know, you can't make exceptions. people can vote absentee, the elderly, the infirm, people that are not going to be the state or be in the town or be near the precinct. i think there are exceptions. but beyond that, it should be a national holiday. everyone gets the day off. that's possible. and then you have partisan observers watching the entire
11:12 pm
voting process and the entire vote count paper ballots, and we get the results at the end of the night. if it's close, you could check it again. you can check it a third time. you can check out a fourth time. but americans would have confidence in that system. democrats don't want that. democrats don't even want voter i.d.. i need a voter i.d. to buy a beer. you need it to buy a pack of cigarettes. i don't smoke cigarettes to buy a julka needed for that to open up a checking account. yeah, all those. first off, we got to get rid of the shenanigans. any chance of shenanigans we got to get rid of. you have to have an id. you have to have an id. you can't do ballot harvesting. we should as much as possible. we should make it election day voting because there's less fraud. there's less a chance you can go vote multiple ballots, things like that. but the democrats, they know their agenda is bad. so they've got to figure out how to win unfairly. and so we've got to fix this. we've got to every time we have the opportunity to fix election
11:13 pm
law, do it. and let the right people, but then go watch, be a partisan watcher to make sure people don't do the wrong thing. you know, one of the things that we've learned in the last three election cycles, let's let's look at the twenty sixteen presidential election. we had donald trump win three swing states by 70 plus thousand votes had in 2020 wisconsin, georgia, and arizona. biden wins by the vote count of forty three thousand votes. okay, we're a divided country. where did all this pie in the sky talk about a wave and a tsunami election come from? >> because i never saw it. >> well, here's here's what we saw. we saw that the democrats were getting their votes out. we saw as we got closer, the polls got better. but here's what happened. us election day, our voters didn't show up. we didn't get the voters is a complete disappointment. i think we've got it. we've got we got to reflect now what didn't happen. i think we didn't have enough
11:14 pm
of a positive message. we said everything about how bad the biden agenda was. it's bad. the democrats are radical, but we have to have a plan of what we stand for. herschel walker is running. he's going to say he's going to reduce gas prices. he's going to figure out how to reduce food prices. he's going to make sure crime comes down. he's going to make sure we get a secure border. we're going to have a lethal military energy independence. so we have to run on things that we believe in and don't attack republicans that put out a plan that say, hey, well, have a conversation about these things now. all right, senator scott, thanks for being with us. all right. joining us now with more is arkansas senator tom cotton . here you watch in your great state of arkansas, you have a pretty good system of voting there. no problems. i've never heard a single instance where you had a big problem in arkansas. with voting, but yet we have the same problems in the same states almost every year. >> why is it's astonishing, sean, as you said, the people of arizona, the people of
11:15 pm
nevada, frankly, the people of america won control of congress is in the deserve a lot better than what the leaders of those state has delivered in arkansas. you're right. we have not had problems with voting. we're about the same size in nevada. we got all our votes in on election night. sure. every now then you have, as we have a state house races divided by four votes. so that still is in the balance. but almost every other race called on election night. or look at where you live in florida. florida is three times the size of arizona. it's seven times the size of nevada. somehow they don't live there to sen. marco rubio. but i will be there where i am . but it is amazing that that we still have these states . it take weeks to count their votes. i mean, i was out last week on the west coast campaigning with blake masters and adam laxalt. they both told me that they were worried that the race wouldn't be called by this weekend. and i guess they were prophets in that question. this is not something, though, that has to happen. i mean, it's not like tornadoes in arkansas or hurricanes in florida. some things that are inevitable
11:16 pm
. this is a choice by the leaders of those states . you know, florida, as you mentioned, sean, had a national embarrassment in 2000. democrats and republicans alike didn't want to repeat it. they reform their election laws . they made it much better. we'll look at what happened in georgia. brian can't passed a strong election law last year that made it easy to vote but hard to cheat. democrats cried jim crow 2.0 and sued the state and they just had record high turnout in midterms. this is a problem that can be fixed. >> it's a problem that needs. let me ask you this. i have a theory about what i call accelerated migration, accelerated migration is really this simple. got accelerated by covid and now the baby boomer generation is now retiring. >> and you see people that want lower taxes. they didn't want the shutdowns aren't covered . they didn't want the mandate starting covid. maybe they wanted their kids in to have in-person learning during covid florida's taking in about eight hundred and fifty new residents a day.
11:17 pm
senator . now, my thought is okay. on the east coast of florida, you're getting people from new york , new jersey and pennsylvania. on the west coast of florida. and i've been to both coasts. you tend to be getting people from the midwest. that would be michigan, that would be wisconsin, illinois, indiana. and then you get everybody going to central florida and some of the other areas. my question to you is , so i mean, granted, ron desantis and marco rubio did a great job. they deserve their double digit massive landslides. but i wonder if this mass migration of republicans as they move to texas and carolinas and tennessee and , you know, are they now leaving states less accessible or more difficult for republicans to win, especially in a presidential race? >> no, i think what you saw on tuesday night is when you have a strong record , you delivered results for your for your people, you get rewarded.
11:18 pm
i mean, you mentioned ron and marco's landslide victory in florida. we had brian kemp in georgia, greg abbott in texas. of course, as you're attracting more people who are voting with their feet, that's probably going to make it more likely you're going to win those hundred and fifty. well, remember, that's a lot of there. they're escaping democratic red state, democratic red states like new york , illinois. we see it, some in arkansas as well. we get a lot of red . >> you will be moving to northwest arkansas. does that mean that pennsylvania, which is already hard for a republican to win statewide, does that michigan, wisconsin, does it make it that much harder if the people that are more conservative are leaving in droves because in the case of michigan, you know, draconian lockdown's and high taxes? >> well, i don't think those states are beyond our grasp. we certainly have some disappointments in those midwestern states this weekend. but as president trump showed in 2016, as some of the gubernatorial candidates showed in the twenty teens
11:19 pm
as well, we can still win those states even if they are having some outmigration. the sunbelt states , i think the republican party, as we broaden our coalition, as we attract more working class americans, more americans are fed up with the cultural and social radicalism of the democratic party are going to continue to give the republican party more looks . and i think we can win those elections going forward. of course, we've got to win them as joe biden. 2016 to win the electoral college in 2020 four. all right, senator cotton, great to have you. thanks for being with us. here now, also with reaction tonight, former democratic congresswoman tulsi gabbard. >> not only did you leave the democratic party, you went out on the campaign trail. and from what i could see and what i read, you were pretty much everywhere. how did things break for you? i don't think it was dramatic. i think it was very evident that you had had it with your party. but for you to go all in and helping republican candidates, that was telling to me why election. i left and flew to the mainland after i made that announcement
11:20 pm
that i was leaving the democrat party and was very clear and specific about the reasons why i brought was a carry on bag, not expecting to get so many calls from candidates across the country who recognized they had many constituents within their districts and within their states who felt the same way that i did, who felt that frustration, who felt angered by the leaders of today's radical so-called democrat party, rationalizing everything, trying to divide our country, undermining our fundamental freedoms and politicize using these public institutions like the department of justice, the fbi department of homeland security and more to go after their political opponents abusing their power. there's a whole host of things that are impact policies from this administration that are negatively impacting families and communities across this country. i was glad to go out there and help support some great americans who are not beholden to one party or another, but who are really, truly committed to upholding these fundamental
11:21 pm
freedoms and fighting for the interests of the american people. that ad you played by herschel walker was great. i was out there with him just before election day and i'll be out there with him again next weekend. >> i have an announcement. i will be down with had an event i'll tell everybody about in the days to . i don't know if you heard my question to senator tom cotton, about this accelerated migration, as i call it, that is , you know, you have this convergence of covid, which is now pushing baby boomers away from draconian lockdown's states into states like florida, the carolinas, tennessee, texas, maine. governor abbott won by double digits. do you think that that is real and the people that are leaving tend to be more conservative? >> the reports and the numbers certainly seem to reflect that. but i think as we look at what happens when we know the outcome of this election and as we see what happens in
11:22 pm
the next couple of years, the american people are going to be looking for leaders in washington, not politicians, who say one thing on the campaign trail and then go to washington and don't actually do anything but leaders who are actually going there and fighting for our freedom, fighting for the interests of the american people. i've got a long laundry list of things i would like to see these leaders in the republican party if they take control of the house, things i would love for them to take on today, being veterans day, one of them needing to be doing what this administration is not doing, taking care of our veterans and our soldiers so that they don't have to live in squalor, so that our soldiers aren't being told, hey, you've got to go and get food stamps and actually providing the care. >> that's an embarrassment. who need care that they need? >> yeah, that that is just a national embarrassment. there's no there's no excuse at all for that. by the way, i think that republican numbers now ticked up to 212, according to my sources, confirm that in the break. anyway, thanks for being with us, tulsi gabbard. this friday night, we
11:23 pm
appreciate you taking a lot of time. >> thank you. all right. coming up, officials say it will be at least a couple of more weeks before we know the results in the alaska senate race. a couple of weeks. how ridiculous is this? and , of course, that insane ranked choice voting system or the lisa murkowski protection voting system? we'll check in with kelly chewbacca as we continue. >> i know i may be close to retirement, but i'm as busy as ever. careful now. all right. we got and thanks to buia, i'm confident about my future. oh, dad. the twins are now. i know. i got them some of those clippers. yeah. boy, it provides guidance for the right investments and helps me be prepared for unexpected events. they make me feel like i've got it all under control. because i do okay. that was awesome for you. >> be confident to and through retirement. do you struggle to fall asleep
11:24 pm
and stay asleep? i'll sleep. support has a unique blend of five key ingredients that can help you fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer so you can wake up refreshed. >> qnol, the brand i trust. ever wonder how much your neighbor's house is worth? go to ownerly.com to search home value estimates and compare your home to be worth more than you think. visit ownerly .com today. you're santa. no, i asked for a lot last year, but this year is different. all i want is the u.s. to win the world cup. >> this is the team that's going to make a run. we have to do is believe that's like your whole thing season. there's more about this here is the plan, the laser mike .
11:25 pm
we're going to take him down for the monday morning. all new cleaning lady. oh, we have to do is get him to start talking about this trunk. it's not safe . you have to go now. there are only three more episodes who we have to go through to get to camden fans of the season finale. you'll kill us both. you want to get back your friend tony this the fastest way. the cleaning lady on monday at nine eight central on fox. what is progress? >> progress is investing in the future. it is connecting the world. >> it is feeling at home in a global community. progress is creating the environment to make opportunities possible. >> are exciting. opportunities await mid term fallout. >> the democrats in the media are celebrating whr
11:26 pm
11:27 pm
week trial plus postage and a digital scale. go to stamps.com. >> try and get started today. the day right now, despite polls being closed for several days now, clark county in nevada, that's vegas, continues to count their ballots at an alarmingly, disturbingly slow pace. now, one alleged reason for the delay is the signature verification process of the county's mail in ballots,
11:28 pm
which requires that poll workers match the voter's signature on the affidavit envelope with the signature in the voter registration database . however, as the vegas review journal columnist victor jak's revealed in his column that was just published yesterday, the process is far from foolproof. he tested the process by writing the names of 11 voters before having them copy his signature onto their envelopes. in his handwriting, looking nothing like their handwriting . now the process for his test, he says his legal as the voters were the ones that signed their own names to the envelope scarily enough, despite the signatures not matching those in the database. six of the ballots were, in fact accepted. now, las vegas review journal columnist victor jak's is with us . i assume you checked it legally. they are the ones that signed the ballots. they can sign it any way they want to . correct? that's exactly. that's what the law says.
11:29 pm
as long as the voter is signing it, it's all legal. >> well, the other point is that these are things that could be done ahead of time, especially as mail and votes come in and states have different rules. you have to agree with me that what's going on in nevada right now is pathetic. will you agree that here it is friday night and we're we're getting drops from arizona and a drop we're expecting any moment from nevada? >> i mean, it's it's insane to me. you agree the system is not working. >> it's an absolute embarrassment. i mean, as was mentioned, earlier, florida counted seven million votes in a matter of hours. and here we are in nevada and we don't even have seven million people with a population of three million people probably have about a million votes. four days later, we still don't know who won. one of the most important us senate races in the country. and that should be absolutely embarrassing. for the state and it should be unacceptable to leaders of both parties. and unfortunately, i don't think it is . >> i don't think it is either.
11:30 pm
you know, it is interesting that people want, like voting in perpetuity. let's vote for two months before the election. i don't think i would prefer one day voting. i don't think a single vote should be cast before all debates take place. in the case of pennsylvania, they waited a week before the election. they had six hundred thousand votes in. i would say a signature verification can work if it's done properly. but the more important thing for me and democrats don't want that would be voter id. why do you think people don't want voter id? i don't know if you want to go visit your congressman or your senator, don't you need an i.d. to get into the capitol? >> well, that's exactly right. >> i mean, showing your id is a normal part of being an adult and people do all the time without complaints. and it's really hard to fathom the reason why democrats oppose this so much. it's possible they think, oh, it's an issue that we can use to demagogue republicans about it and score some sort of electoral advantage. but it really is surprising.
11:31 pm
and when you look at things like signature verification, it's just not as accurate as doing something like requiring voters to put the last four digits of their , say, driver's license on their mail ballot. that would be a unique identifier. >> signatures change over time. there's simply not a unique identifier. i can tell you that. you could see for forty fifty, one hundred different signatures, variations of mine, because depending on the situation, i might go like really quick like this because i have i'm giving out a lot of signatures at one time. normal process. victor, thanks for being with us. pretty, pretty courageous experiment on your part. all right. now the senate races in arizona, we're expecting any moment now, apparently there are drops coming in, but only small ones. we're going to put them on the screen in a second, both in arizona and nevada. they're not the only ones without a declared winner. tonight, alaska's race, though, remains unresolved at the moment. chewbacca now holds a lead over the liberal incumbent republican lisa murkowski.
11:32 pm
but a winner likely won't be declared, we're told, until late november because of their insane ranked choice voting system that allows voters to rank every candidate and each round. the candidate with the fewest votes is eliminated. when a candidate is eliminated than the voters. next choice is awarded a vote and the results are then recalculated until only two remain. this process is expected to take weeks with the ap reporting that additional rounds of counting won't even begin until november. the twenty third wow here with reaction, senate candidate kelly chewbacca. i actually called the lisa murkowski incumbency protection ranking system of voting my wrong on that. >> you're absolutely correct, sean. this is put in place by murkowski allies and her campaign staff. that was exposed in undercover videos. so we know that the system was rigged in her favor. but it is a great honor and i'm very humbled at this point. that alaskans have voted for me
11:33 pm
to have the lead in this race over twenty one year incumbent that sides with joe biden in the dc establishment against the interests of alaskans. it's clear that alaskans have gotten that message through. we had a definite uphill battle and i'm honored to have their support. >> it'll be great to get to dc and to and to support them in that way. so there was another republican on the ballot bowed out and endorsed you. i think that candidate got close to three percent of the vote somewhere around there. >> he has about three percent of the vote. and again, we still aren't even through round one yet. so we don't have the final tally of where are our totals, said this is going to be a lengthy process and we need to make sure that there aren't any games played through the rain choice scenario. we need resources for ballot observers. people can help kelly for acom. hopefully, when we get to the level two, when his ballots drop off, we're hoping to pick up as many of those second place votes as possible. >> we have a strong pathway to victory still. so you have then the the next candidate, the one that will be
11:34 pm
eliminated is a democrat that got 10% of the vote. now, correct me if i'm wrong, i think lisa murkowski votes with joe biden, what? >> 67% of the time? that's correct. she mostly votes democrat. she supported all of his judges and his radical environmentalist nominees that have hurt alaska. but remember, these democrats voted the democrat first. these might be your principal democrats aren't going to vote for a republican because we saw in the primary and again, in the general. >> so what's right? so she votes. she votes with the democrats. so in all likelihood, a high percentage of her 10% of the vote, the democratic that's getting out in ranked choice voting, i doubt they're going to vote for you because you are a real conservative and they'll end voting for lisa murkowski. and that, to me, is unfair to the people of alaska that gave you the most votes on election day. >> that's just how the system is . like we said, rangeen murkowski favor. but those democrats also might not vote for anybody.
11:35 pm
second place. that's also an option. they could just be party line democrats who don't want any republican at all. one of the questions that came up in the debate from the democrat candidate for murkowski was she supports limits on abortions and she supported all of the justices that overturn roe versus wade. that's one of the things democrats pyramid about. so we don't know what sitting behind candidate three and four ,we still have a strong pathway to victory. >> i love the state of alaska. i love the rugged individualism of the people of alaska. but this system you all have in alaska is probably the dumbest system i've ever seen across the country. i suggest strongly that you change it because otherwise this will continue. it's crazy. chewbacca, good luck. as this process continues, we'll follow. we'll follow it all the way to christmas anyway. straight ahead, a biden administration continues to embarrass america. and by the way, and himself on the world stage. wait until you see his latest blunders from his trip to egypt. we've got all the lowlights straight ahead.

11:41 pm
taxpayer dollars annually to the green climate fund, which finances climate change projects in poor and developing countries, including even china and india. because remember the paris accords, they classify china and india as developing countries. this is madness here with reaction. fox, those contributors, ari fleischer and jason chaffetz are with us. i don't think the american taxpayer is in these tough economic inflationary, recessionary times of record high gas prices. really care to spend eleven point four billion dollars annually to help other countries with their climate agenda. >> yeah, we did suggest that china is just this third world developing country. come on , give me a break. look, the inflation reduction act gave three hundred billion . that is just in this slush fund that they can spend on these
11:42 pm
green climate initiatives. but you know what? if we get a new congress that the republicans truly take control, they control the power of the purse and they got to figure out a way to claw all that money back because what the american people in congress, they're not authorizing 11 billion dollars annually to go to these people. it is absurd. it's one of the best things, by the way, that donald trump did was get us out that paris climate accord. all right. ari fleischer, look back at this election. let's get your analysis of this. and , of course, a voting madness that we see unfolding in nevada and alaska. and arizona. so i didn't see it coming. i mean, i was one of those people who saw a red wave based on history, based on data, based on joe biden's popularity ,joe biden's approval rating, the fact that 70% of the country said we're on the wrong track. historically, all of that adds up to the incumbent president having a very bad first midterm. so they broke the pattern of history. but i do want to point out
11:43 pm
they're still going to lose seats in the house. republicans aren't doing as well as we hoped, but democrats have lost seats in the house. i should point out that in 2018, donald trump's first midterm, republicans gained two seats in the senate. now, there's a silver lining here, sean. if the democrats lost the house, lost the senate, i had previously said that the democrats would rise up and demand joe biden not run for reelection. that's not going to happen now. there's going to be no pressure on biden to not run. we're going to have eighty two year old democratic nominee in 2020 four. that's the silver lining for republicans as your clip showed ,joe biden is not getting stronger. he's getting older. and i don't mind running against joe biden. that's the silver lining for this election. the problem is we're going to have his policies in place. it's not going to be any changes, no adjustments. and what the american people are suffering greatly, mightily right now with . and by the way, you're right, foundationally, all of those elements normally would fit
11:44 pm
a particular pattern. i'm having a hard time. one one thing i'm having a hard time with is comprehending how republicans can win a popular vote for the house by six million votes, according to the latest estimates i saw, but yet not pick that many more seats enough to be in the majority, but not more beyond that. ari, what what is your take on that? well, i think what happened here, sean, is we won a lot of seats by a huge margin, but the close races we lost so many of the close races by a very small margin. that's the problem. the other issue that i looked this up in 2018, the last midterm, 12% of the voters were independent. this year, it's just seven percent independents. we have gone to our two polls in america where it almost doesn't matter if someone cannot speak articulately, if they have a d after their name, the voters are for them an r after the name, the voters are for them. >> there's so little ticket splitting left in america. i think there's a lot to that.
11:45 pm
if you're a democrat and you're going to be a rubber stamp, they'll they'll take you. jason chaffetz, i also think the issue of abortion played out big time with a gubernatorial race in pennsylvania where the republican lost by , what, 14 points to dixon, i think would have would have given gretchen whitmer run for a money that she had the exceptions for , and the mother's life. but neither she nor m.a. had those positions. do you think that was a factor ? i think it was a factor. but you know what i'm about these results. and republicans better understand how democrats play the game. they leverage unions. they take not for profits. they they funnel money. they work on it. three hundred and sixty five days a year. they go through and they do it this all the time. look at executive order that biden signed on march 10th of last year. it took it was ordered no. 14 zero one nine. that executive order leverage the entire federal government to say, you know what, you need to get out the you need to use
11:46 pm
the federal facilities, use federal employees, go out, get people to register to vote. and then when you try to see what the federal government is actually doing, they're claiming executive privilege. and thank goodness there's for a lawsuit. but what were those plans? they all benefit democrats. 99% of federal employees. let me ask agencies how much of this result is directly related to the change in the way america now votes, voting early voting by mail. how much of that has impacted this, jason ? >> and give me a percentage. quick answer. a lot of it. i wish i could give you a percentage, but look at initiate question three in nevada. they're going to move to ranked choice voting like alaska did in the election. democrats play this game. >> they get ballot initiatives to drive people to the polls and be oblivious to it. how ? because of early voting, mail voting. how much of that is impact?
11:47 pm
>> the results of these elections? i don't think it has shot. i don't like it because i would rather have one election day and we all know it on that same day. and it's a national day. but we're still a nation of one man, one vote, whether you voted by mail, whether you voted by absentee or whether you showed up in person. but i don't vote that democrats take advantage of it. and are they using it better than republicans are? i think the answer is overwhelmingly yes, as evidenced by the early votes. then republicans should do the same and agree should do this. that's the only antidote that that's going to be the system fair to one side or the other. should be day of voting paper ballots. count it. watch the vote, everybody. watches it. partisan observers watch and watch the count done. get the results that night. all right. coming up, the georgia senate race is headed to a runoff. and governor brian kemp reportedly now hitting the campaign trail with herschel walker. >> we've got details straight ahead.

one . again that's eight hundred three two five four nine nine one . all right. at this late hour on this friday night, we continue to await major new ballot drops from arizona and nevada. so far we have seen a few thousand here and there so far tonight, including over ten thousand from one rural county, which 70 in that case going to republicans. ten thousand more from another with over 70% for the gop. but these are not the more liberal counties. so be careful in analyzing that. but we'll continue to update the results as they come in. but now to georgia after neither candidate reached the 50 percent plus one and on tuesday, the state senate race between herschel walker and raphael warnock is now headed to a dec. six runoff. and once again, it may determine control of
11:53 pm
the senate. depends. she's going to be, for the republicans, their fiftieth vote or the fifty first, depending on nevada and what's going on in arizona and what's so much at stake. brian kemp is now reportedly set to hit the campaign trail with walker as soon as next week. here with reaction, fox news contributor tammy bruce liow, 2.0 terrell. tammy, we start with you. and i was camp during the regular election, but i'm not. but i do think it's a great thing if he's going to support hershel, i must give him credit. >> well, look, i mean, clearly, there was no campaigning together during the general election. this is a sign of when we talk about the politics internally, about who you like and who you don't based on who who they were supported by or who they were endorsed by . but now we have an opportunity and we saw this happen during the general during the midterm with the democrats. there was an all in effort. and this there is no reason why that shouldn't happen.
11:54 pm
here. everybody knows there's competition if you're running for office and a camp or a trump or a herschel walker, you are ambitious men . there are ambitious men and women, talented men and women. for the republican party. and so you're going to have personalities that happen. we need that. but within the understanding of what's best for the american people, you come together, even if you have disagreements, you don't like what happened to bad. you come together and you do this. this is why what kemp is doing is helpful. and this is something everyone should come together to do. because this is the nature of the process. now, we also are fine with it. >> let me get on that. lil lindsey graham was on the show last night, brought up the fact that somebody like herschel walker is going to be smeared and slandered because hershel's an african-american republican and a threat. do you agree with that assessment? oh, absolutely. >> absolutely. first of all, all hands on .
11:55 pm
but to answer your question, yes, herschel walker represents the transition of blacks and hispanics leaving the democratic party and moving the republican party without the black and hispanic minority vote . there is no democratic party. so they have to demonize herschel walker, a black man who happens to care about freedom, liberty and the right to decide what's best for your interests. he doesn't believe in government control. he believes in god and country . and he is there for herschel walker. is the democrats number one nightmare, because if he gets elected, he represents that transition of blacks and minorities moving to the dinner to the republican party. it may all come down to georgia again. it's like deja all over again. all right, tammy, thank you. and of course, liow to thank you, sean hannity. >> straight ahead right after the break. it's a good day to start something new .
