necessarily -- 49% of voters said they somewhat disagree with him, voted for democrats, 45%. he has set off on the campaign trail, wasn't making the big campaign pushes, front and center. >> do democrats have a mandate? what is it? >> to continue governing. something of historic proportions. this was an incredibly good night for democrats that were then expected to turn around and say "we are so terrible." the american people didn't say that. they said republicans, especially ones who denied the outcome of the election, or are aligned with donald trump that you are so terrible. it's a look like at the clear politics progr projections. the g.o.p. was supposed to be sitting on 54 seats right now.

the house. it should have been worse, but it wasn't. that's because the supreme court expended the political capital that was built for decades to overturn roe v. wade. that was baked into the cake. the hill at the right chose to die on was roe v. wade, and this might have been the right time to do it because they've still got the house. we don't know, but this is an achievement. what is the point of building political power if you don't spend it? that is what made this so close. if you are a constitutionalist and a pro-lifer, you should be very happy and stepping back after the selection and going "that didn't go as good as i wanted, but roe v. wade overturn and --" willing to die on the hill, because that's made of millions of unborn children, so i should be willing to fight for that long-term, short-term, decades. if you are just looking too

too. they're going to be an increasing number of the state referendums that happen. look at the governor of ohio. there are some strict abortion restrictions in ohio. he won, and soda -- sorry, not rick scott -- >> ron desantis. in florida, won big time as a governor in florida. georgia, brian kemp. the abortion issue was more complicated for republicans in the new england states in particular, and also new michigan. >> wisconsin. >> wisconsin. there was a general -- in michigan, for example, they had the university of michigan was students lined up, up and down the block, which -- a referendum like that could drive people to the polls. jim messina, a democratic guy for obama, was on her show at newsroom and said "if i have anything to do with it, i will make sure that the referendums are on the leo states in 2024." when it comes to the senate,

listening to him and then invaded ukraine. by telling xi jinping that we are not in a cold war, clearly not in a cold war, they will be doing the exact opposite of what he says. biden talks about human rights, and china's possible abuse of human rights, but he does not talk about the human rights of americans with the fence and all that's coming over here as well as the covid. biden talked a few months ago about u.s. sanctions on chinese drugmakers, and to the addiction epidemic. i pulled it up today. it's that he was going to disrupt the global supply chain and disrupt networks that -- opioids that reached the united states. they named one guy. they put up a reward offer of $5 billion for the arrest of this guy.

been a problem about confronting china about their human rights abuses. and how china is pissed off about the trade sanctions that we have put with semiconductors. that is a huge strike against china, and again, bipartisan support that. another notch in president biden's belt when it comes to getting things done. i think you are right that everybody is running away from this conversation about the origins of covid, and i'm sure it is because many western democracies are involved in this research, and we know that to be true, certainly about ourselves, but to paint this as a picture of complete capitulation, and showing up to say "what is your skin regiments" or something, that is absurd. they were talking about real topics, and i understand why taiwan -- they were unified against putin, talking about who he cannot use a nuclear weapon, as well as about what is going on in north korea, and that is

just days after the midterm elections, the program went to a halt. for months, why has dismissed multiple lawsuits, claiming biden had the authority to wipe out up to 20 grand of loans. the federal judge ruled that only congress has the power to do that. one democrat seems to still have hope for the plan. >> i don't have any doubt that the president -- to cancel this student loan debt. president trump did it, president obama did it, president biden has done it now on student loans with -- but we have a court down in texas. if they are going to play politics instead of following the law, they put the program at risk. >> how is this the law? >> didn't just call joe -- [laughter] -- she is such a cultural appropriate her. it's a scam, but the scam works.

detailed, but she had tattoos and was not attractive. she was speaking to a younger college student almost as an advisor, a lookout. she was explaining how socialism was the goal, and that -- and this is part of the coursework. this poor 18-year-old indian student was sitting there listening to this older white woman with tattoos and a bad haircut explaining how the democratic party is actually the villain, because they pretend they are on the side of the workers, but they are really n not. capitalism wasn't a goal, capitalism was supposed to be a vehicle to achieve socialism, because we had to go for workers rights, and republicans were more fascists. i'm trying to order salad and i'm listening to this 18-year-old woman here these kinds of theories and think "they are saying this in almost every classroom in college -- >> back up. >> a salad at a deli? what kind of deli? >> a good enough deli that i can
