democrats. the "wall street journal" reports ftx was cracking into customers' accounts and using their funds for other stuff and then when customers wanted to withdraw their money, a lot of it was gone. the justice department and scc launched an investigation because this looks like the mega donor also lied to congress. >> we have a transparent system where all of our data is -- all of our public market data is openly available and free where risk parameters are transparent. >> jesse: so transparent. did he think he was too big to fail because he had regulators in his pocket? probably. you're bullet-proof when you can buy politicians. this guy was planning on buying biden with a billion bucks. >> i imagine have you some probability distribution in your mind of how much money you might give in the next election cycle like give me some number. >> i would guess north of

crushed in this. their life savings. young people. folks who believed in crypto. wanted to buy a little bit. thought they could hold it at this exchange. a lot of questions have to be asked about the celebrity endorsers but more importantly, the professionals, there are a lot of professionals on wall street who got behind this company and the red flags were everywhere. you know, you have seen tweets from over a year ago where people were saying the math does not add up. again, the donations to the political party, to the democrats, you know, the association with ukraine, what the heck is going on there, this is -- this thing stinks so bad and you want to throw flow throw up. how do you get the guy from we works or the woman from the blood thinning -- i got a mental block. thetheranos 30-year-olds figuret all out. on the cover of "fortune magazine."

>> expecting officials in maricopa, arizona to announce a sizeable vote dump. according to reports election officials have finished counting the majority of 87,000 outstanding ballots and the fate of the governor's race very may well hang in the balance. as it stands now, about 100,000 votes across the state are still out there uncounted and democrat katie hobbs has a 25,000 vet lead over republican kari lake. once again the nation's eyes turn to the good people of

maricopa county who want you to know they are going as fast as they can. >> this is fast for maricopas can yiewrgely takes us anywhere between 10 and 12 days to complete the count and we think we are going to be done by the end of this week. >> jesse: this is fast? did they hear what happened in florida? but what were you expecting. election day was a disaster in maricopa it the county, 20% of voting machines ran out of ink. they had problems with ball point pens and people lined up some for as long as seven hours to cast their vote. >> what happens we had two taboo black lives matter, one of the taboo later is not working. okay? the other tabulator is taking about 75% successful. so 25% of them are being misread and it could be a printer issue. or it could be the tabulator itself. so, when it's misread have you an option to put it into what is called box 3. and it gets read. whether it goes downtown and

refed. >> jesse: was this the voter suppression the democrats kept talking about? and oh and the secretary of state wouldn't recuse herself from overseeing the election even though she was running for governor. anybody can see this is not how you run an election. well, almost anyone. >> maricopa county has some of the best vote counting processes because of past problems. >> yeah. andrea. they have a whole lot of practice. >> jesse: i guess sometimes practice doesn't make perfect. let's turn to kari lake running for governor in arizona. what's going to happen when we hear about this vote dump in about, i don't know, a minutes it could be, kari? >> we think we should be in good shape. look at my notes, 158,000 ballots that have not been counted yet. and 94,000 of those are in maricopa county where they took our sacred vote and they just made a mockery of it. it's outrageous, jesse what happened. i had a man come up to me at

breakfast yesterday and said i showed up to vote. there was a three-hour line they said the taboo black lives matter lines were not working. i drove across the way and went to another -- 15-minute drive to another center and the printers weren't working. they had no attorney in them. i drove another 20 minutes and finally voted. it was half a day honestly to cast my vote. we are getting thousands of people reaching out saying the exact same thing. we don't know how many people just finely gave up because it was so hard to vote. and when they did get to the front of the line only to find out the tabulator wasn't going to count their vote. brought downtown and put it in a bin bring it downtown and count it later. it's embarrassment and i'm going to v fight for the people of arizona. everybody's vote counts. it's outrageous what they did in mayor cope county. the people supporting me knew were showing up on election day. i don't know if there is malicious intent of the mockery they made of the people who

showed up to cast their vote or just complete ineptitude but either way it's got to stop. arizona will no longer be the laughingstock of elections around the world third world countries run elections better. >> if she comes out ahead at the end of this thing, how would you legally go about challenging this? >> i can't imagine our version of joe biden katie hobbs would win. she didn't campaign, she hid in her basement. she is a twice convicted racist. i can't believe people would vote for her. how would you certify an election that's this botched. she would certify her own election where it was botched. where the machines didn't work in more than a third of the polling centers? i don't know how we remedy. this but the people of arizona are furious. they are reaching out to us by the thousands saying i don't think my vote even was counted. i didn't even get a chance to vote. there were so many hoops to jump

through i had to go because my daughter had a track meet or my work wasn't going to give me four hours off or six hours off to vote. it's outrageous what happened. lines three and four hours long in retirement areas where people are old. all of this happens in republican areas. my area where i was going to vote the printer didn't work. there wasn't enough attorney in the printer. i went to a liberal part of town and got right in and out in about 15 minutes. funny how that works in arizona. >> kari is in charge of ink and attorney as secretary of state and no ink and attorney and causing these types of problems. you can't have someone in charge of that kind of incompetence. >> and she is in charge of certifying the machines and the two guys who are counting the ballots in maricopa county formed a pac to try to bring down maga candidates such as myself. so there's all kind of unethical

behavior going on in arizona and the people are taking notice and they are not happy right now. >> jesse: kari lake thank you for joining us and we will keep everybody updated on those counts as they come in. >> thank you, jesse. >> jesse: now to a fox news alert. more than a year after raiding his house and his office, federal prosecutors in new york are announcing they will not bring criminal charges against rudy giuliani. investors were looking into whether giuliani's dealings in ukraine required him to register as a foreign agent but they came up with nothing. but this is how this has been going. they raid your home, they seize your electronics, they dangle charges after you, and then you are in front page news and you're bankrupt with lawyers' fees and then all of a sudden at the end they don't charge with you anything. same thing happened to matt gaetz. how much you have want to bet these charges aren't going to stick for a lot of republicans?

represents isn't safer. very interesting. and she has done, jesse, so much if you think about all of her posturing and push for defunding the police and undermining public safety with the encouragement of the right that took place the past couple of years, and then, you know, with the increase in crime rate in new york, it seems like she has done a lot to contribute to the lack of safety in new york. but, see, she is special. because it's d different, jesse. she, being a member of congress, gets all of the security and guns that she doesn't want regular little people to have in new york but she is special. as a member of congress, and i am totally fine with members of congress having protection that they deserve. but, i also think that it's pretty hypocritical of them to advocate for that complete absence of safety and security for everybody else. >> jesse: she doesn't have to actually experience what life is like under her own policies. because she gets security. we pay for taxpayer security.

we pay for private car services. you know, we do all of that no one else gets that people walk their dog and they are actually scared and they don't have a private security guy walking behind them that taxpayers are funding. >> right. i mean, people can -- i don't even know can they ride the subway safely anymore? every single day it feels like or at least every week i read a story about somebody being attacked on the subway or somebody getting punched right out in broad daylight in the middle of the street. i mean, i don't remember growing up -- i understand it was like this apparently in the 70s, early 80's that new york city had a serious crime problem and then it was cleaned up by certain political ideologies, but now it's like running -- it's assess pool again. crime is rampant. people want to be protected. they are dissatisfied, which is why i think you had kind of the g.o.p. resurgence in this area that you did. you saw four seats flip. we can go on about that. here, the ultimate thing is that these people and i said this to you goff, jesse. these people like aoc create a

world which can which they expect everyone else to live. in everyone else has to will deal with the consequences of these decisions. but not her, not everybody else. they get to have the security and protection. it's denied of everyone else. that seems incredibly unfair. >> steve: concerned with political crime. not actual crime the threat of political crime. dana loesch, thank you so much for joining "jesse watters primetime." >> good to see you. >> jesse: always a pleasure. now turning to another story. legendary tv host and comedian jay leno is recovering from serious injuries following an accident this weekend. national correspondent bill melugin is here with the latest. bill, what happened? >> well, jesse, it sounds pretty painful. jay leno is now in a bern center after he suffered pretty significant injuries to his face in a car mishap which ended up forcing him to cancel an appearance in vegas over the weekend. here is what happened according to it tmz garage near burbank whereas an avid car collector he

vehicles. when one of those cars burst into flames without any kind of warning whatsoever. tmz says the flames burned the left side of leno's face but thankfully didn't penetrate eye or ear. taken to a top burn center where is he continuing to receive treatment. in a statement to variety leno said in part, quote: i got some serious burns from a gasoline fire. i'm okay. just need a week or two to get back on my feet end quote. the innocent has caused leno to cancel all engagements. he was supposed to appear at the financial brand conference on monday with organizers of that event sending out email a tepidees saying quote his family was not able to provide us very many details but a very serious medical emergency preventing jay from traveling. all we know is that he is alive. our prayers go out to him and his family tonight. on sunday the twitter account for jay leno's garage posted this tweet of a previous photo in car garage.
