10:01 pm
>> the pentagon says that they are tracking these reports ,not confirming anything. right out of the gates here, though, being very clear in saying that the united states stands by article five , which is an attack on one attack on one nato countries, an attack on all. and that is the concern here, guys. if these were russian missiles, all we know right now is that these were missiles or rockets that landed in this farm that is along the border of poland and ukraine. in polish territories, killing two. and if those were russians and that is the concern here, that the ukraine war could extrapolate and become something bigger. >> well, extrapolate to something bigger now. that wouldn't be the first time that a butterfly flapped its wings in eastern europe. i give you the assassination of archduke franz ferdinand for world war one bus. >> and then a global war blew through america. so let's not extrapolate into a nuclear conflict this time
10:02 pm
without asking hard questions and asking for sober leadership. >> you heard in that report the mention of article five . >> that's a self-defense provision in the nato charter. now, if invoked, it means world war against russia. >> there's no doubt about it. and within minutes of that apparent strike in poland, the government of estonia, a nato ally, made it clear that world war might result, quote, estonia is ready to defend every inch of nato territory. >> is america. >> now, there are reports that instead of article five , poland will actually look to invoke article four that would give them the power to ask nato to come together for more support for ukraine, more money, perhaps air and anti air power over ukraine . and in fact, the white house today asked congress for another thirty seven billion dollars. >> and , of course, they'll get that for ukraine. in other words, whoever was responsible for that missile strike in poland, well, they're about to get even richer. defense contractors, we need
10:03 pm
look, we don't know what happened yet in poland. we don't know where those missiles came from. we don't know what was the intended target. we don't know if it was a mistake. russia denies launching the attack. the pentagon hasn't confirmed it even happened. ukraine's president zelenskyy, of course, has blamed russia, but we should know the answers to these questions. before we zombie walk into war. and these questions can't just be brushed away with putin apologist or conspiracy theorist the same way that was done with covid origins, vaccine efficacy, lockdown, efficacy, max mask efficacy or asking for details on facts around the attack of paul pelosi. more on that in a moment. sadly, though, it's clear that our leadership in washington is in no shape to handle any of this. joe biden had to skip dinner with the world leaders at the g20 summit last night in

bali, retreating back to his hotel room for undisclosed reasons. he was just on television before we broadcast, looking quite confused in front of television cameras tonight. it's probably all better because if he were awake or lucid, he might verbally stumble us into hiroshima. words, our power. speaking of the power of words like famous basketball dad lavar ball speaking it into existence, the head of the dhs suggested our border is secure ,i guess attempting to speak that falsehood into existence. as fentanyl flows across and kills thousands of americans every month. >> i've heard you in the judiciary committee recently in the summer testified that the border is secure. >> secretary, my work is do you continue to maintain that the border is secure? >> yes. and we are working day in and day out to enhance its security. >> alejandro is undefeated,
10:05 pm
never lost in reality, more than two hundred and thirty thousand people cross the border last month compared to just sixty thousand in october of two thousand nineteen . now, this is what's actually happening at the border, courtesy of fox's bill meluzin. take a look at this video we shot early this morning. this is drone video, thermal drone video showing a single massive group of several hundred migrants crossing illegally into the normandie, texas area. normandie is a tiny little town on the northern outskirts of eagle pass. and as you look at this, you'll see just a single file line of migrants waiting across the rio grande and entering texas. there is no resistance on either side of the border whatsoever. and once these migrants get to the other side, they simply crawl under a fence that was put up by the state of texas and they walk into an area where they wait to be processed by border patrol. and they're just a couple hours after that thermal video across town in eagle pass. we had another group of migrants crossing illegally into the eagle pass area. this at a private pecan
10:06 pm
orchard. a couple hundred single adults crossed in this area with a border patrol source telling fox news here in this del rio sector, just since october 1st, there have already been nearly 50 thousand illegal crossings, totally unimpeded. house republicans respond to a crisis like this when the federal government, as led by the executive joe biden, refuses to act. well, today, it appears one republican actually did something about it. or did he? texas governor greg abbott, seem to declare an invasion is in progress at the southern border. now, under the constitution of the united states and the constitution of texas, that move would authorize texas to independently crush the surge of illegal immigrants without needing any approval from the federal government. specifically, greg abbott's decision to invoke the invasion clause would allow texas to deploy the national guard and texas dps to remove illegal
10:07 pm
immigrants. but in his press release today, texas governor greg abbott said he would remove illegal immigrants to the border. wait to the border. ken cuccinelli, he's the former attorney general of virginia and a big leader in this push for states to declare an invasion points out to the border is not deportation. it wouldn't stem the tide of illegal immigrants, and it doesn't invoke the full constitutional power of declaring an invasion. so is it just a press release, another example of words, or is this potentially leadership ? republicans now have the house at any moment tonight. it could be called that the republicans now have a majority in the house. and then the question becomes, might they be able to lead in actually solving the border crisis or maybe returning our elections to pre pandemic election laws or maybe even being that sorely lacking? sober leadership? we need before we extrapolate
10:08 pm
ourselves into world war three . >> for too long now, we've been gaslighted. we've been shouted down. we have been censored. our questions have been called conspiracies. while the english language is tortured to the point where you can no longer explain what is a woman or why we're going to war, we need leaders, honest leaders of any party at any level of government to answer, to act and to remember that they work for us . >> candace owens is the host of the candice owens podcast and she joins us now. >> candice , great to have you on the program. as i mentioned, at any moment, the house could be called for republicans. what do you think is a realistic expectations of anyone watching for potentially republican leadership in the house? >> i think i probably feel like a lot of the american people do right now. and i've become quite cynical in terms of leadership, both left and right. it seems that nobody really wants anything to change.
10:09 pm
a lot of people are looking for moments to pretend they want things to change when they get the mic. but then behind the scenes, they're not actually doing anything to invoke those sorts of changes. and it makes you wonder why, you know, why are we being told at the very same moment that we do have, in fact, a border, an invasion happening at our border in the south, that we should instead care about what's happening on ukrainian borders? and then, as you correctly mentioned, being gaslighted until how dare you even ask the question, what's wrong with you? why don't you care about ukrainians? for you care about americans? here's the truth. i am very much in the belief that we should be an american first nation. we should always be concerned about america first. that just makes sense. there's no reason to make people seem like they're conspiracy theorists for saying that international liberalism has been a failure. the fact that we're even discussing nuclear war, the fact that we're even discussing world war three is because somehow we got deluded in believing that what matters most is that we care about our influence, that we care that we're able to put military men via nato on somebody else's border, and that we don't care at all about the many issues that are happening. chief among them being the fentanyl crisis, which you
10:10 pm
mentioned, it's hard to imagine even our politicians care about the financial crisis when they are giving so much money and funding to the fda. the cdc, all of these these people that are working in cahoots with politicians to lock down american lives and to supply the market with more drugs, whether it be the vaccines, the opioid crisis which was created by manufacturers of drugs and nobody's ever held accountable. so i hate to say this, but i'm feeling quite cynical tonight and thinking if there's ever going to be any change, we don't even have political leaders that are willing to tell the truth for fear of being called, i don't know, an election denier and anti baxter, all of these words, as you've correctly mentioned, that are used to smear us into libelous and we're simply looking for truth. >> and why is that, kandace? why is just asking the question or why do we not even have a politician whether or not be democrats when it comes to the southern border or even republicans when it comes to potential war? make the case for us for how this does serve america. >> first, i think the reason
10:11 pm
is because they're either a fearful, as i mentioned, because they're being called names of a second grade. i'm so scared. i don't want to be called an election denier. i don't want to be called recalled that and they're fearful. or the second answer is that they're bought and paid for. these people are accepting money from lobbyists and they say, okay, i'll go along with this narrative. they're voting to line their own pockets in the end. and it brings into the question of whether or not lobbying should be even legal here. it's not legal over the united kingdom, where my husband is from. i always have that discussion. i and i think that the american people feel that when they talk about renaults, people that a republican in name only would obviously have allegiances to many other things, not being the americans first. and they gaslight their own people and talk trash to us when we say, you know what, we don't want to be involved in ukrainian war. we don't want to give billions of dollars. you just told us that we were getting out of afghanistan, which by the way, people should be held accountable. want to talk about the house can do bring impeachment hearings, because if donald trump had gotten out of afghanistan, the way that joe biden, you better bet anything that he would be facing an impeachment for probably the third time. >> oh, no doubt about it. so you point out there and we'll do this quickly together here. kandice if republicans take control of the house, there will be a long list potentially
10:12 pm
of priorities that we will watch to see if they do find accountability when it comes to , as you mentioned, afghanistan or one biden's laptop scandal that could indict corruption at the highest levels of the american government or as we'll talk about a little bit later tonight, this scandal with fctc. what do you want to see, candice ? as a priority from the house of representatives? >> any of them, anybody being held accountable, not just paper pushing, not just congressional hearings, not people just talking to us and saying, look, we're asking the tough questions. >> we don't want tough questions. we want tough answers. all right. >> candice owen's always great first time we have spoken together, but always great to hear from you and glad to have you on the show tonight. >> thank you so much. >> all right. i mentioned more coming up on that in just a moment. but a little bit earlier in the show, i mentioned paul pelosi. tonight, there's more confusion about what happened inside nancy pelosi's house on october twenty eight . if you remember, that's when, a named david depape attacked
10:13 pm
paul pelosi with a hammer. according to a federal indictment by the federal department of justice, police officers opened the door to nancy pelosi's home. now, this is fascinating because it's in direct contradiction to the filings by san francisco district attorney and local law enforcement who say that, no, in fact, paul pelosi opened the door. an nbc news affiliate in the bay area just reported that according to law enforcement sources who saw body cam footage the day is right, the doj is wrong. paul pelosi opened the door. now, why is this important? because asking for details or facts when it comes to the story have again been dismissed as a conspiracy, as an entire narrative that david 80% was an insurrectionist and a maga republican was built. no questions that could get in the way of that narrative. for example, this isn't
10:14 pm
the first time that nbc news contradicted the doj narrative . >> earlier this month, nbc ran this report which stated that paul pelosi didn't think he was in danger when david 80% was in his home. >> sources familiar with what unfolded in the pelosi residence now revealing when officers responded to the high priority call. they were seemingly unaware they've been called to the home of the speaker of the house after a knocking announce the front door was opened by mr. pelosi. the aide, two year old, did not immediately declare an emergency or tried to leave his home, but instead began walking several feet back into the foyer, toward the assailant and away from police. why pelosi didn't try to flee or tell responding officers he was in distress is unclear. we still don't know exactly what unfolded between mr. pelosi and the suspect for the 30 minutes they were alone inside that house before police arrived.
10:15 pm
now, that report by nbc news, that seems to at least be in part supported by the new investigative report from an nbc affiliate in the bay area, was totally scrubbed from its website. they also suspended that reporter, miguel almagor. he has not been heard from no tweets, no appearances on television for almost two weeks. nbc claims that al mcguire violated their standards. what standards were those? so, you know, nbc reporters were ever suspended for the lies that they told in helping the democratic party. >> watch. right wing media has been focused on hunter biden. this laptop that intelligence officials have warned is likely russian disinformation. the story is preposterous. the story is preposterous. so we're supposed to believe that hunter biden, in a drunken stupor, dropped off his laptop in, i guess, apparently. repair office. it is so obviously a russian operation. this looks like russian
10:16 pm
intelligence. this walks like russian intelligence, talks like russian intelligence. this effort by giuliani in the new york post and steve bannon to cook up supposedly on joe biden looks like a classic russian playbook disinformation campaign that all of those lies, all of that misinformation was apparently up to nbc's standards. >> this report that we now know or suggest is true below nbc standards. you can see on the screen these buck sexton, he's the host of the clay travis buck sexton show, and he joins us now. bux also a former cia officer, abuk helped me make sense of this. >> what's going on ? >> well, i think it's pretty straightforward. this is yet again, the american people being shown what the rules of so-called journalism are. liars get pulitzers and truth tellers get fired or in this case, suspended, because it's all about activism. it's all about support of the partisan narrative in the moment. i mean, as a former intelligence officer watching
10:17 pm
those clips of people saying that the hunter biden laptop was russian disinformation, there's not much left of the intel community these days in terms of reputation to protect. but they were certainly trying to destroy it there and they did a good job of it. we see this time and time again where even if eventually the truth comes out, there's no punishment. i mean, we didn't even get into russia collusion, for example, where the entire democrat aligned corporate media spent four years. they still say it's kind of true in some ways. you ask them how they don't really ever explain, but will they understand that these are actually the rules? this is what we are dealing. this is not a bug. this is a feature. this is the desire of the democrats to use the biggest media outlets. they possibly can to tell the most important lies, the biggest lies, or even just suppress the truth in moments of peril for their power. and we saw that with one joe biden laptop and with the nancy pelosi story. i would just point out paul pelosi story, the security situation alone is worthy of a serious doubt of how is it that this guy, if he was
10:18 pm
invited in or wasn't invited in, was able to attack nancy pelosi's husband, the police response, all of this should be something that journalists want to know right away, but they're trying to slow walk this because they know that there was a story to tell at the time to help democrats in an election that was all that mattered. >> there was a story to tell. are you referencing their book, the entire narrative? this is ornate narrative that was built upon a foundation that david depape was a maga republican somehow. therefore, this is connected to january 6th. that was a narrative that was built with very few facts to support it underneath. >> and now we understand that if you ask for facts, facts are now coming forward to try to clarify what is the story? you're guilty of conspiracy. no need to make an affirmative case. right. simply questioning the facts makes you guilty of a conspiracy. >> what you've seen here, will , is that they will actually weaponizes the most basic principles of fact finding and what supposedly journalism against people.
10:19 pm
>> you ask the question and you're the bad guy. we just saw the horrific tragedy of you've all day. for example, police initially were lying. the reports initially were entirely false. and there was a reason for that. right? there were people who are trying to cover up for their entirely inadequate and honestly awful response. so in this instance, you just want to say, why can't we know the truth? if it's so straightforward, if it's such an obvious story, why are there two law enforcement agencies that have different facts? that's just a reality. they can say that it's to an on or conspiracy or lunacy. but how about the truth? but will we all know they didn't want that before the election and they're not wanted on this issue for a long time. >> someone's going to get that body cam footage, the local d.a. and that local affiliate in san francisco on the same page because their facts are getting in the way of the previously built narrative. buck, always great to talk to you. >> thanks for being with me tonight. thanks, my friend. >> all right. we told you joe biden is currently at the summit of world leaders. it's called the g20.
10:20 pm
but there are other powerful individuals there, too. people like bill gates and klaus schwab. >> what are they up to ? that's next. on . >> do we have operational control, yes or no? >> yes, we do. go . biden says there's nothing wrong in our southern border, but there is . the mexican cartels have the majority of operational control. now, there's nothing humane about handing our nation's sovereignty to a violent criminal organization. someone will control the border. it will be the u.s. government or mexican drug dealer tucker carlson. originals battle for the border streaming now exclusively on fox nation. >> hi. i'm awfully the inventor of life back simple rescue device that could save a life in the choking emergency. all these people were saved by life that people may not realize that on average, 14 people a day die from smoking related incidents every five days. >> one of those is a child.
