that. we will bring in the latest from the all-important runoff race that is going on in the great state of georgia. plus at least two disreputable democratic house lawmakers might soon be stripped from their committee assignments thanks to a precedent that was set by their current boss, nancy pelosi. we have a full report. >> we will hear the first story from the woman elected governor of the great state of arkansas, sarah huckabee sanders. she will join us in a minute. how should governors now deal with crt gender identity classes. now there are two schools across the country that are allowing satan worship in groups to meet on school grounds. okay, what is happening and how do you stop it? we begin with this. with something inscribed on that right there, the u.s. supreme court building in washington, d.c. what does it say? equal justice under the law. those five words are the core of our justice system.
6:02 pm
without this foundation, nothing else matters. as recently millions of americans including me believe it's a little more than an inscription with one harsh unyielding system if you are a republican or conservative. another lighter, more forgiving system if you are a democrat, especially prominent democrats that have the last name biden or clinton. tonight we will focus on two key questions. is equal justice under the law dead in the united states of america? if so, can it be brought back to life? if not, our constitution is worthless and you might as well shredded. every law is based on that document. late last week the washington post reported that the fbi's unprecedented raid at mar-a-lago revealed nothing nefarious. instead of ending the investigation biden's doj, he had the power to stop this, appointed an aggressive left-wing special prosecutor into all of this and keep the

probe into all things trump open in perpetuity. okay. the country has a lot of important problems to deal with. inflation, high gas prices, open borders, et cetera, and crime. is this equal justice? we will get back to the special prosecutor in a minute. let's be clear. this is not normal. for reference, let's look at three other high-profile cases that were handled so much differently because they are democrats. it's a fact hillary clinton did mishandle a mountain of classified evidence on her unsecured private servers. that's when she was with the state department. e-mails that were recovered, 110 of them, contain classified information. eight e-mail chains contain top-secret material. another 36 contain secret information. another eight contains confidential material. and of course we have the 33,000 other e-mails that nobody ever found because they were deleted with something nobody had heard of called bleach that. they acid washed the hard drive.
6:04 pm
these are the e-mails that we know about, the 30,000. she is accused of attempting to wipe the other servers all clean and then having people that work for her smash iphones and blackberries and other devices, smash them into itsy-bitsy pieces and remove the sim cards. we do know that the server faced hacking attempts from multiple countries including china, serbia according to the ap, using a computer in serbia, the hackers scanned clinton's basement server at least twice. clinton e-mails were even bound on anthony weiner's laptop during the investigation into his sex crimes. hillary clinton clearly put our country's national security at risk and never faced an early morning raid from the fbi or get slapped with a special prosecutor. after a few months of investigation though then f vi director jim call announced that no reasonable prosecutor would

ever prosecute hillary clinton. i ask you, is that equal justice? you decide. >> from the group of 30,000 e-mails returned to the state department in 2014, 110 e-mails in 52 e-mail chains have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received. eight of those chains contained information that was top-secret at the time they were sent. 36 of those chains contained secret information at the time and eight contains confidential information at the time. although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case. >> which brings us to hillary clinton's dirty dossier. not only did she mishandle information but her campaign was also doing something sketchy in
6:06 pm
russia. some might call this the real collusion. funneling money through a law firm they paid us by christopher steele to compile russian disinformation about donald trump. apparently the fbi did not see that as a problem but instead they saw this as an opportunity. again we are asking a question. does america have equal justice under the law? despite warnings from a doj official and others that the dossier was a political research document, it was not to be trusted and despite claims from the dossier author himself, christopher steele, that the material was unverifiable. despite the dossier's sub source referring to the claim as nothing more than bartok, the fbi use the dossier to obtain a warrant and three subsequent renewals as a backdoor to spy on the trump campaign. their transition team and the white house. as andrew mccabe said and indicated no dos 80, they wouldn't have gotten the warrant approve.
6:07 pm
the fbi was so desperate for the salacious anti- trump material. by the way right in the lead up to the 2016 election putting their thumbs on the scale that they offered christopher steele 1 million of your dollars in early october 2016 if he could corroborate anything in the dossier. guess what? he couldn't. after that at the end of october if they use the unverifiable dossier anyway and straight up lied to pfizer court judges and affirmed that it was in fact verified. it was not verifiable. the consequences for all involved, nonexistent. when it comes to trump or republicans of the upper echelon of the fbi washington field office searched far and wide for a crime that did not exist. they spent about six years doing it over the course of a special prosecutor, special counsel, a search warrant of the president's home and numerous other warrants for trump associates. when it comes to joe biden and crimes that are in plain sight,

6:12 pm
if you are republican of any type, you are now facing another baseless investigation. more special prosecutors and of course with an extreme bias. according to a new report from john solomon, jack smith helped the irs target conservatives during the lowest learner irs scandal. this is the same prosecutor that conducted a hyper- aggressive prosecution against the former virginia governor bob mcdonald over, quote, bribery charges. those charges were tossed out by the u.s. supreme court, but not before mcdonald's life was ruined. there is a rampant political bias at the doj. the highest levels of the fbi. we don't have equal justice under the law. at the federal level. this is going to be what jim jordan will be investigating. then you have congressman comb her on the other side investigating hunter and joe. you should be worried that equal justice might be dead forever. if that is true, this country, you might as well say we are not

a constitutional republic anymore. here with more is editor-in-chief investigative reporter john solomon. what did you find out about this prosecutor? >> well, in his earlier run at the justice department, not once, but twice he was involved in cases where the justice department was accused of stretching the law and pushing the limits of the law to pursue conservatives. the first time was in 2010 win congressional investigators started to find out what was the origins of the irs lowest learner targeted scandal. remember the big scandal? one of the worst in the obama administration. it all began with an e-mail that jack smith's men who was head of the corruption unit called the public integrity section. he sends a letter after the citizens united supreme court free-speech case saying maybe we could build conspiracy cases against these conservative groups. these nonprofits if they get involved in politics. basically sidelined them from politics by pursuing them criminally.

that led to a meeting which then push the irs into the action at lowest learner took. the treasury department inspector general found the pursuit of those conservative nonprofits to be unlawful irregular and unwarranted. around the same time they begin the investigation and the prosecution of bob mcdonald of virginia governor. he was on many peoples shortlist to be a vice president in 2012. they accused him of corruption and bribery and convicted him. when they got to the supreme court, the supreme court said the team that smith supervised stretch the meaning of public acts and went way beyond what the law meant and they overturned in a very embarrassing case the public integrity prosecution of bob mcdonald. one of the biggest losses in recent public integrity sessions. in two cases pursuing conservatives, stretch the law and end up getting into a controversy. >> unbelievable. the supreme court was clear in that case that they talked about what they called the broader

legal implications of the government's boundless interpretations of the federal bribery statute. that means they stretched it to get the outcome they wanted. john solomon, thank you. now let's turn to development surrounding the ap. the so-called journalists there are unable to find any evidence that joe spoke to hunter about all those lucrative international business deals. they reported that joe biden said he never spoke to his son about his foreign business affairs and nothing the republicans have put forth suggest otherwise. really? the ap has since deleted that part about the republicans. here is fox news contributor jonathan turley. a simple question, jonathan. you are a fair-minded guy. do you believe the investigations into hillary clinton when you look into her servers, deleted e-mails, the dirty dossier, then the fbi's handling of that dossier, using it without verifying it. and then of course the bidens.
6:16 pm
hunter himself implicates his father all over the place. we have photographs that proved that joe lied about knowing hunter's associates or anything about the businesses. do we have equal justice under the law in those three examples? >> i think the record is clear that there has been political bias at the fbi. the fbi itself has recognized that. they have removed key officials like peter strzok and others who showed incredible bias in their e-mails and in some cases in their actions. i think there is reason to be concerned. it's not a conspiracy theory. the department itself has moved on these issues. what is really disturbing about the hunter biden matter is that this was similar to what we saw when houdini made his elephant jenny disappear every night on the stage.
6:17 pm
she really didn't disappear. she never left the stage. but houdini knew that the audience wanted her to disappear. the bidens have been brilliant in handling this scandal. they knew the media wanted the scandal to disappear. they gave them room for that illusion. now they are running out of time and running out of space because the house is going to launch this investigation. i think that what we are going to see is going to be disturbing. the fact is that the president has been contradicted repeatedly. it does appear that his repeated denials that he never spoke to his son about his business deals is false. we have an actual recording of him calling his son to say that he wanted to talk to him about the media investigation into his business deals. we have an individual who said under oath that he met twice with joe biden to talk about the foreign dealings with his son and his family.
6:18 pm
at a minimum what we have is the appearance of a multimillion multi-million-dollar influence peddling scheme involving the biden family. but also the president of the united states and yet merrick garland has refused to appoint a special counsel. i don't question the appointment of a special counsel on the trump issue. he is a presidential candidate and that is within the strike zone. one can defend that. but you can't defend it if you are not appointing a special counsel in my few in the hunter biden matter. that involves the sitting president of the united states. >> the congressman said this is an investigation of joe biden and the deeper issue is you have hunter and the family making millions of dollars. hunter has no experience at all and joe we can connect to calmer. we can connect them financially. the question is bigger. is the reason that he canceled the pipeline but gave a waiver to the nord stream pipeline
6:19 pm
because of the money that the bidens made from russia? or is a compromise with china? do we have a president potentially compromised with foreign nations and adversarial countries? >> that's the reason we need to have finally this investigation. the democrats blocked the investigation earlier in congress of these transactions. foreign countries know about these transaction. they know about a lot of issues. it's the american people that need to know exactly what the scope of this is. that includes transfers. there is a lot of information that will come with that information. the american people will now be able to see it. but the key here is not just it's a matter of being compromised. but whether the president has knowingly and repeatedly lied to the american people. they have the right to know. spent the bigger danger is if they pay to play. he sold out his office.

was kidding you about it, but, you know, your daughter now is going to face issues he probably would have never dreamed of. and after-school satan program? crt? gender identity? boys playing girls sports. this is real across the country. maybe it won't be as big an issue in arkansas, i'm sure it will come up though, how do governors deal with that? speak out she's going to do great, i don't have any doubt. i think you have been right all along, she will be the best governor arkansas has ever had. my job is to kind of just look and stare glowingly and lovingly at her as she takes the oath, and in the meantime, yes, i am doing a whole lot of babysitting. that is my job, senior advisor, senior adult advising her kids when it is time to go to bed. >> sean: what are the people of arkansas telling you that they want on these very controversial cultural issues,

sarah? >> you know, i think it is one of the reasons we had such a massive turn out and support on election day, won with 63% of the vote here in arkansas, because these are the exact shape of things people here want us to push back against. they are hopeful that we can have a coalition of strong, conservative governors that can fight back against the craziness coming out of washington, and some of these ideas that you are talking about, we have seen parents engage in a way, in the political process, that we haven't, i don't think, and a long time, and motivated because they want better for their kids. i think when covid happened over the course of the last two years, it awakened parents to engage at a much higher level, both from the local up to the state level when it came to electing leaders that will reflect their values, protect their kids, and frankly, just get out of the way and let them be parents and make decisions

about what is best for their children. >> sean: and governor huckabee, probably they will be parents that speak out, investigated as domestic terrorists? >> it is likely that that is going to happen, according to what the federal government has done. one of the reasons i'm glad sarah is going to be there. i have every confidence she is going to be tough, fair, keep focused on what matters. arkansas will be proud of their next governor. >> sean: i think it is a great thing for sarah, you are a great resource for her, you always have a great sense of humor, and i am predicting she will be a better governor than you ever dreamed of and the best in history, but, i'm sorry to hurt your feelings if that hurts in any way. in all seriousness, congratulations to both of you. more "hannity" straight ahead.
