have done to our economy. it would have been devastating. it was an important, the tentative agreement was, indeed, important because again, it stopped a horrible potential downturn again to the economy. >> jesse: do you want to comment on that explanation? >> dana: i think someone good enough to say, yeah, that didn't old and unfortunate so we have to move on instead of how great it was. it was a political band-aid. they got through the midterms and they did a rose garden event to go out and say, "thank god, joe biden is here. thank god he is the dealmaker and has pete buttigieg and marty walsh on the cabinets. just enough to get through the midterms. similarly, student loan crisis, right? he says, "i'm going to give everyone student loan and then midterms, actually, no it's not constitutional bit sorry about that.

they try to do it with the saudis on the loan deal, out the saudis to increase their production? saudi said "no" and they try to do it but wait until after the election. now, it is after the election and i don't think t i think it will be interesting because in the political realignment of both parties are trying to go after -- and so the rail strikers, they are close on a deal. they are saying they want to have a better quality of life and more time with their families. yes, 24% raise in the deal and pennies on the dollars the amount of time they spend. so where is everybody going to come down on this? that is interesting to see but the political band-aid spear there was another one by the way now if you have a student loan, you don't have to pay until august 2023. but if you took out a loan for f-150 for your business you have to make your payments. >> jesse: people need a loan

for thanksgiving day dinner, up 20%. remember when they had that july said, we saved you $0.03. will we see that for thanksgiving? >> there was a story people buying big chickens instead of big turkeys. it is less money. so we will see where that same spirit but it is interesting. i did not know it would end up in vladimir putin's lap. i forgot about that. and nord stream 21 and nord stream two tran. but there are a couple of things, this is ongoing just kick it down for month six more months, which is great but if you took out a loan now a freshman in college and not eligible for it, gradually you will have to pay for it. i just have never seen anything quite like this. this whole thing with inflation in the turkey dinner, i think it is basically emblematic what has been going on. the president says 7% is not a

big deal and all paying more for everything and it doesn't seem to matter. if this was the week before the midterms, this is a big deal. after the midterms when you see a slight win for the republicans come i don't know what reso resonates. >> jesse: you know you go out to dinner, harold it is the food that is expensive but the alcohol really gets you. that is not a personal favorite. >> harold: this whole notion, brian you made the important point because you think about inflation and biden inflation and to frank this the right way, actually the press secretary she should just move on. we thought we had a deal but we don't have a deal but we have some framework and i hope we can get something here. but whatever reason, it is not resonated politically with the country. and it is not moving -- it resonates but it does not move for the other party and not a sign of sufficient claim to democrats on this. and i'm struggling trying to figure this out too. part of it makes me think a

couple of things, one, people still have reserved cash from whatever that time that could have been the stemless that took place in 2021. or two, people decided to prioritize things differently and they are not finding themselves sacrificing in their lives. whatever it is, it is a new normal in the economy because if we are in a recession we never see a recession where you produce jobs, elevated not as high as it was but people still spending money. so something is happening in the economy and in our society that defies the normal way that we look at the economy and supply and demand. but finally come i think that if these numbers persists and where i do think it is fair to blame putin and involve him in the conversation is gas prices and energy prices will go up and continue to go up which will impact us as well. if i am republican but i try to block it?

joe biden is going to do for the next two years is blame the republicans and he's blaming republicans for the student loan thing when the question is whether or not it is even legal. you know, he is blaming putin or something you say very correctly that we can take care of our own domestic energy production. all right? who is to blame? biden is to blame for the fact we went from energy efficient to not having any domestic energy. energy and dependent to not any now. and they came to the saudis and then the phy venezuelans and everyone else. it is devastating and it is the trojan horse again. i came out and really took care of this classical strike that would cost us $2 billion a day. and i did my victory lap but it really wasn't well. it didn't work and really didn't

close the whole thing as it relates to the loan spirit in you really didn't -- you know, you haven't done anything for domestic energy production. so stop blaming other people. you have been lying since the trojan horse. >> brian: harold, if everybody believes your point, at the end of the day we have to take lessons from this election. >> jesse: when we could have built it by now and it's been a year and a half. for the last nine months, we could have natural gas going to europe and we could have replaced the russians already. we would have been paid for natural gas production. but the president doesn't want to do it. he wants to draw on federal land and doesn't want to do anything. >> harold: the country doesn't want that. >> judge jeanine: you are assuming that one issue is what made the democrats not lose as big as people said they would lose? why do you assume it is that one issue? >> harold: the only data we have is the election that took place a few weeks ago.

♪ ♪ pico heartbreaking university of idaho students dancing and choking inside the house where they were later slaughtered. the video posted a monthly for the killing and the police still no closer to finding out who murdered them. it has been nearly ten days since the students brutally butchered in their beds. the victims out saturday night to a frat bar and a local sports bar. all got back to the house before

2:00 a.m. sunday. the police think they were killed three to four hours later. two other roommates in the house the entire time and slipped through the attack. now, they were going pierce the crime scene may have been contaminated. the authorities expending for search and coming through the woods in a parking lot and a new area blocked out beyond home. experts take catching the killer could come down to small details. >> perhaps the deaths did not occur at the same time but whoever did it could have been lying in wait. one of the things that have helped determine that is the times of death and the medical examiner at the scene may be able to tell whether or not the four victims were killed at the same time or different times and sometimes the perpetrator is cut by the slippage of the night. some of the blood at the scene can belong to the perpetrator. he may then be able to evaluate

that. >> harold: judge this is heartbreaking story that i've seen in the last few years. we have no leads here. your experience in this space, what informs you and what do you think about this? >> judge jeanine: the whole country is focused on this because most people think it is 2022. why is it taking so long? why don't we know what happened? first of all, i'm assuming there's no eye witness, none that we know of yet. what does that tell you? that tells you the most important evidence is the forensic evidence. the forensic evidence will identify who the killer was. not only from one parent we heard defensive roots, okay, which means, you know, the killer may have been in a fight maybe he got caught. but we also know the knife that is a rambo knife, which pressed in the hills where the bruising came from. so there was tremendous strings or a tremendous fight here.

and if you got a local police department that is responding to a call of someone being unconscious, what does that tell you? that tells you that these kids, the two that made the call and we know the call came from one of their phones here are the kids on the first floor, what did they see? how much of the room did they see? why did they say unconscious when there was blood running out of the house on the outside of the house? and where did they get this unconscious from? why are they saying that? are there footprints in the bedroom on the second or third floor? if there was so much blood that what you have is a killer that is stepping in the blood as he's killing these kids. but in addition to that, you have the other two kids and you have to eliminate their footprints. you have the local police responding to "unconscious." i guarantee they didn't have slippers on or have any idea this would be quadruple serial

homicide. so they would have messed up the scene. i don't mean to criticize the local pd. they can't expect to understand how this stuff works. and four webb them killed. were they bound and gagged, incapacitated? how did the other two kids did not hear anything? how did the other two of the four dead did not hear anything? i'm sure half of the gang were drunk. but they were struck a few minutes before. you know, they were not dropping town drunk. and finally, the one thing i want to say is that this should have been a case where the fbi was called immediately. there forensic evidence of potential is unparalleled. >> harold: they are involved now. >> judge jeanine: they are involved now but the crime scene is contaminated. when they get to the trial assuming someone ever and maybe they and not someone. it may be more than one person

democrats that half of the democrats in congress would not support biden. do you think that is true? >> harold: i don't know, i was in congress and they had some sources for doing that or at least some fillers on the party. there is no doubt that four weeks ago there was a wide filling or growing feeling amongst the democratic kind of elite class that the biden should seriously consider not running. i think that group thought midterms would turn out poorly. the midterms did not turn out as poorly as some thought. and some think vice president biden and vice president harris may decide they had a good run and open up for someone else as close he had done. the challenge has been said that it's not readily apparent. but i always question someone who has god in their name but i think he is entitled to his opinion. he has an interesting opinion and has credibility on this because of, brian, you entertain a shared, he was supported by
