the conservative legislation and the majority of the house, it will be difficult to get it through the senate. that makes everyone angry because we want to get things in. everyone coastal congress whether liberal or conservative and sincerely want to pass legislation you believe will benefit your district. it is very difficult because 435 vastly different districts. we have different ideologies but unfortunately because of the 24-hour news cycle and the heated campaigns and all of the money and the negativity in the campaigns, people come to congress already upset on day one. so i hope we can be, get along better, but i'm not optimistic about it. >> todd: in the meantime gas prices at the highest level ever recorded by aaa but americans are still hitting the road. $3.58 the average, $2.50 this time last year. prices are high but people are
