get that. there are some sick people out there. this case seem so difficult to solve at least from where i sit. do you feel that way? >> yes, i do. it appears this is the type of killer that does not have an extensive criminal record. his dna i'm going to use the word his it is in all likelihood a mail. his dna is not in the fbi database. that means the person is not been arrested. it seems like this is either the first killing this person has done and has not drawn a law enforcement attention to their not the common a petty criminal. it's more of a sickness if you will that drew this killer to this house, to these girls. that makes it more difficult. took the murder weapon with him. it's a very low-tech crime if you will you can have all these evidence if you don't have a suspect is nothing to match it

with. arthel: do you think this case can be solved? >> i do i fear the case is going to get cold. this level of resources they need every resource they have it. there's so many things they need to do. as time goes on the fbi, the state police slowly resources are going to rain off and things are going to get -- they're going to go back to where they came from or going to be left with the moscow pd. if i were the parents i would pressure at law enforcement and say keep at it, keep at it. i would redo the neighborhood investigation. they missed some neighbors. i've seen some people say i was never interviewed. they need to talk to everybody that had a house or an apartment with insight another case that is disturbing on a different level, the case of a robinson. what type of evidence are investigators collecting in that case? >> the most imce

tolerance despite all of that controversy over the separation of families, many of which are still trying to be reunited. >> number of things this administration could do that they refused to do. remember they are saying they inherited a broken system. consequences matter. you just set it in the report that casey filed a lot of the people coming across the border are from mexico and are single adults. they are all amenable to felony prosecution for crossing the border illegally breed that is a federal crime as well as an administrative violation of the current immigration law. if you start holding people to account for illegal activity, you will get less of it. so yes to 0 tolerance? >> 0 tolerance for all adult males, that would work that would reduce the flow by what 40%, 45%? give these asians a chance to control the border in ways they know how. >> writes for you are concerned for tickly ron, i've seen you say this and other publications where you are concerned about the workforce, the border patrol agents in october there was

reportedly 61 border patrol agents assaulted along the southern border bread there are some real concerns about not only the workload but the safety concerns for those who are on the border day in and day out trying to protect this country. >> yes we've got to say a prayer for this workforce. they have been inundated first it was covid in the lockdowns, we all got to stay home and do our jobs from zoom and microsoft teens for they all had to go to work in every day and interact with people from third world who are not vaccinated. this is only did not know about the pandemic. now we've had the last 2 years of this feckless policy on the border that allows this chaos to continue. we have thousands of people coming across the border every 24 hours, too many of which are getting away per than i am getting caught by law enforcement. they're trying to evade what happens at the border and those agents suffer from that. when you have this kind of flow at the boarding of increased criminals have increased threat of terrorism. and some of those people the smugglers themselves the cartels and individual aliens are going
