9:06 pm
in the constitution when our founders said you have the freedom of speech, that protection is a protection that the constitution gives the american people from the government. the government cannot block you from having free speech. now when a company chooses to do, a private company, a public company, that's different. that's why you can't go into an amc movie theater and yell fire, they can ban you from the movie theater, but it's worth pointing out that as we have the conversation around twitter what is happening in south dakota, because kristi noem the governor has made a choice she will ban tiktok, so as we are having a conversation about twitter there is also governors that are taking off tiktok, so let's have a larger conversation about the social good of social media platforms and what regulations could we do bipartisan lead to say maybe we should have some reform over all across the board on all social media platforms to ban hate speech, to deal with the fact that there could be some data mina happening.
