ground and talking to the people there and going to these shelters or talking to the migrants to find out more information on a story that is massive and very important to everywhere american especially when we learned almost 100 people crossed our border and apprehended and on the terror watch list. how many are actually in our country that have gotten through that were not caught. those got-aways because there are a lot of got-aways being reported by our border patrol agents it's mandatory you have to go down there and serve. asking for volunteers in 2021. go down there air marshals and help our border patrol agents for 30 days. they didn't get enough of them. now they are making them do it and the air marshals are not happy about it. >> brian: david done dough said this on a possible mutiny rank and file air marshals refuse to deploy and risk termination. almost have to mutiny of the federal agency which sun heard of. think about this, you sign up to be an air marshall has nothing to do with work the border and because you are a federal

callahan walsh. >> good morning, callahan. >> thank you for having me. >> well, thanks for coming on, why do you think they walked this back? it was miscommunication? what does that tell you? >> i think it was that statement that they made a little too early. it's easy for the public to make a statement like that but law enforcement is usually a little more careful when making comments of the like because we have parents saying well, if someone was targeted, who was targeted? which one of the children were targeted? were all of them targeted? i think they started putting things in the public's mind that law enforcement didn't necessarily want them to be focusing on. and so they are walking back that statement and what is unfortunate is they are not following up with any other information or any other statement to provide the public. >> ainsley: we don't have answers. some of the lab results they said were coming in. and is going to take a little bit longer for other lab results. they are not saying whether or not they have any d.n.a. how long does this process take and what is that process? >> well, to process d.n.a., really depends on the lab. it can take anywhere from 24 to

74 hours or it can take upwards of a month. now, collecting that d.n.a. does take some time. depending on the lab. it takes a little bit of time to process it. and what's interesting to me is it's now two weeks out. without any information, a couple things could be happening. either they are using a lab that is not a fast lab. and i don't know why they would be doing that. the other is that if there's d.n.a. that they are collecting, first of all, there's a lot of people in that home. a lot of people are living there. a lot of were there partying. a lot of d.n.a. scattered all over that house. number three, if they are processing it through codis they haven't gotten a hit yet because they haven't named a suspect or made an arrest. really, i don't think they have much to go on as far as any d.n.a. or anything they have at this point. hopefully some of those tests will come back and will give them more information. >> ainsley: it seems crazy to you will of a us to picture how much blood was probably there after you have murdered four people and walk out and covered in blood and they can't find out who this person is. maybe they know something and
