tv   Hannity  FOX News  December 1, 2022 11:00pm-12:00am PST

11:00 pm
gets to regulate the media. we're going to look into it fort tomorrow night. o itbut in the meantime, we hop you have the best evening with the ones you love. and now a full 15 seconds early is our friend sean hannity. >> i used to give you such a hard time about hitting the post. you shouldn't just slap me, you know, virtually in the head. i deserve. >> thank you for the extra time. thank, tucker. thank you and welcome, hannity. busy night tonight. it is now day six hundred and eighty one of the single most incompetent administration in modern american history. i hope you're happy. in case you're wondering, there is no plan to fix your inflation, no plan to alleviate supply chain issues, no plan to fix the border, no plan to reduce violent crime, no plan to counter china, russia, iran, north korea or any of the other countries that hate us . and while the white house has no plan at all, whatsoever to make our country better or safer, they do have a lot of excuses. you got to give him credit. now, first up tonight, your treasury secretary, janet
11:01 pm
yellen, she is now blaming inflation on you. you caused that the american people and your bad spending habits. it's all your fault. according to janet, we have just all splurged on too many computer screens and other electronic gadgets. >> take a look. endemically had very special impacts on the economy. >> remember, everybody stop spending on services. they are in their homes for a year or more . they wanted to buy grills and front office furniture. they were working from home. they suddenly started splurging on goods. >> you're splurges, all of you. anyway, gluttonous, splurging, going on anyway. definitely not the trillions of dollars in unfunded government spending or the new restrictions on oil and gas. it is you, the american people. you bought too many computers, according to biden's treasury secretary. she's going to get us out of
11:02 pm
the inflation mess. good luck. now, of course, this is only the latest dumb excuse for inflation. remember the white house? they also blamed all of this on vladimir putin. they blamed it on covid-19. they blamed it on greedy american corporations, even people that have diabetes. >> they're to blame. take a look. today's inflation report confirm what americans already know. >> putin's price hike is hitting america hard. so this is really the result of, you know, the united states a country is everywhere coming out of historic pandemic. >> if you want to get rid of inflation, the only way to do it is to undo a lot of the trump tax cuts and raise rates. >> no republican is ever going to do that. russia's decision to invade ukraine, multiple successive variants of covid and lockdown's in china, foreign owned shipping companies that raise their prices. >> the price of gasoline is not set by a dial in the oval office. and when an oil company is deciding hour by hour how much to charge you for
11:03 pm
a gallon of gas, they're not calling the administration to ask what they should do. >> the vast majority of the of the of the economist think that this is going to be a real tough problem to solve. but it's not because of spending next. >> they'll blame bigfoot. who knows? now, instead of fixing the problem, they'd rather make excuse. and we see the same thing at our southern border after two years of record illegal immigration, the white house is just refusing to address the crisis. they don't recognize the crisis . take a look at this exchange between karine jean-pierre and our very own peter doocy. >> take a look at down the border. the possible next speaker said he wants them to go with them. so it's going to so look, he's been there. he's been to the border and since he took office, when did he go to the border? since he took office. the president biden has been taking action to fix our immigration system.
11:04 pm
and secure our border. >> when is he been there? that's all why joe biden never visited the southern border as your president . take a look at the screen. this is just the latest in a stream of lies from the biden administration. they have lied about pretty much everything under the sun, from amtrak to taxes to federal debt, social security presidency, you name it. they lied about it. but back to the border now for two straight years. record numbers of illegal immigrants have been processed, allowed into the country. with , frankly, special privileges. they don't have vaccine or mandates or, you know, they get a free phone, they get free transportation. we have talked about the millions of millions of people human trafficking, drug trafficking, fentanyl opioids, sex trafficking, it's all at an all time high. karine jean-pierre is laughing about the mere prospect of joe biden taking a trip to the border to seeing how bad it is himself. this administration, frankly, they're worthless.
11:05 pm
in fact, they don't seem to even have the moral courage to tackle any major issue. and as we speak, we have brave chinese citizens there risking their lives and limb to protest the country's repressive totalitarian regime. joe biden, he can't be bothered to say one little thing, not one voice of solidarity for the people that are risking their lives. >> take a look. investing. look like mccrohan was trying to catch him in case he fell backwards. anyway. in all honesty, how could the president really speak out against china? they made his entire family really wealthy. and god only knows the dirt that the communist chinese are holding on the biden family syndicate. if you think about it, this is the same reason why apple ceo tim cook, he refuses to say a bad word about china. apple makes a massive amount of money because the horrific sweatshops that they have in china, all while pretending
11:06 pm
to be a very low company. so today on capitol hill, tim cook did want to talk about china. >> take a look at mr. do you support the chinese people's right to protest? do you have any reaction to the factory workers that were beaten and detained for protesting covid lockdown's? do you regret restricting airdrop us that protesters used to evade surveillance from the chinese government? >> do you think it's problematic to do business with the communist chinese party when they suppress human rights? actually , my apple phone talks more than him anyway. keep in mind, the ruling communist party of china doesn't just repress its own people. they also target the u.s. in a variety of very malicious
11:07 pm
ways. they steal our technology, intellectual property theft, is at an all time high. they spy on american citizens. they harass our troops in the pacific. they threaten our ally taiwan with invasion. they actively interfere in our elections. and democrats care so deeply about election interference right now, according to a brand new report in forbes, china is using its app. tick , tiktok in an attempt to shape our elections this year, quote, tiktok accounts run by the propaganda arm of the chinese government have accumulated millions of followers and tens of millions of views, many of them on videos editorializing about us politics, specif quickly. the chinese state run accounts criticized some candidates, mostly republicans, and favored others, mostly democrats. so far , an election and appearance right there in plain sight. and yet joe biden democrats are doing nothing to curtail ticktock in the u.s.. kristi noem is in south dakota
11:08 pm
now. in fact, in 2020 one , biden reversed trump's proposed ban. could be , i don't know. once again, joe gives favorable treatment to russia on pipelines. favorable treatment to china is joe biden compromised or does he just appreciate the political support from his good friends and business partners? in the chinese communist party? now, tonight, congressman jim jordan is taking a deep dove into china's malicious activity along with new probes into the biden administration and their efforts to coordinate with big tech to censor conservative voices and purge conservatives from the fbi. now, congressman jim jordan spoke with apple ceo tim cook today apparently might have even talked and spoken. but anyway, on capitol hill, he joins us now with more. >> walk us through what happened today. what do you think? well, a good conversation, but but like you sounded like millions of americans. i still have real concerns about china, communist china
11:09 pm
and what they're dealing with , with companies not only in america, but all over the world. i mean, you're talking about apple, nike, tiktok of concerns about what their influence on the nba. and frankly, sean, i don't think we should ever forget that in addition to dr. fauci lying to us about the virus, so did the chinese. and that's where this thing started. so we have to have concerns about china in all these areas. so i felt it was a productive conversation, but i am still very nervous about the impact and influence china has in so many areas of our economy and in our culture. i thought we were going to win ourselves away from imports from china and have more production domestically. what happened to that? well, what happened to that is you had fifty one intelligence officers signing a letter saying that this hunter biden story was russian misinformation when it wasn't. and that change, i think anyone can make a credible argument that that altered the outcome of the election. and we no longer have donald trump in the white house because he was doing that.
11:10 pm
he was pushing back on china for the first time. and now we have joe biden there. and it's with exactly the opposite direction. so that's what happened. that's why this is all connected, because the influence of big media, big tech and big government in impacting our election. i think we said this last week on my colleague said this in a committee a few weeks ago, matt gaetz. he said, when is the fbi going to stay out of elections? let the people decide. in 2016, they spied on trump's campaign. 2018, it was the mueller investigation. 2020. they suppressed biden's story. twenty , twenty to ninety one days before the midterm election, they raid his home. and now just two weeks ago, three days after he announces for the twenty twenty four race, they name a special counsel and it's not just anybody. it's jack smith and the record that he has of weaponizes the government to go after the people. so all this is connected and this is why it's so important. we're aggressive and go after it and make sure the country gets the facts. >> so elon musk is going to show how the forum twitter suppressed information and how
11:11 pm
it influenced our elections. okay, what do you think we're going to find out there and how does that dovetail into your investigation? if our fbi has been politicized and doj weaponizes? >> well, we know twitter did the same thing that it was it was pushing down, throttling back information about the hunter biden story. but it probably did a lot more . it probably went after conservatives and things they were saying and made sure that those comments, that information didn't get to the country and the citizens of this great country. so we assume that's what he's going to show. but we also know just the overall bias there. he's i mean, what was said a couple of days ago, it was the stay woke t-shirts and things that he had that that twitter had there. so elon musk is doing a service to the first amendment, doing a service to the constitution, doing a service to the country. and i think, frankly, the world in that he is bringing this all to light. do you believe, based on what you know now, that you have enough whistleblowers that will confirm to the american people that the fbi plays
11:12 pm
favorites, that we have a dual justice system, that it has been politicized and will there be any consequences for those people that are playing politics? with what really should be the world's premier law enforcement agency? >> i do think it's political . i think the evidence is there. we've had, as you know, multiple whistle blowers, dozens of whistleblowers come to us. and senator grassley, they're willing to do that. because i think they trust us and they know how bad it is . we're going to get the facts out there. that's all we can do. but that's the first step. you have to expose it if you're going to stop it. >> we're committed to doing that. all right, jim jordan, thank you. and we'll be looking forward to the hearings come the new year. we appreciate you being with us. now with reaction, we have former senior adviser to president steven miller, along with fox news contributor ari fleischer. ari, i'll start with you. let's get your reaction to china in general and the connection the bidens in terms of all the money that they made just to remind people they have that five million dollar, no interest, forgivable loan.
11:13 pm
i wish i could get those terms myself. they have the hundred thousand dollar shopping spree and at one point five billion dollar deal with the bank of china. that's a lot of money for the biden family. and is joe compromised? and is their information on the laptop that the fbi's been sitting on that it proves such hunter is implicating his father because it appears there is . and you left out the free ride on air force two that was taken by then vice president biden's son to go do business in china. and get dropped off and seen in the company of the vice president . we don't know all the facts, sean, but it sure does look bad. and this is why is so important to get to the bottom of this. i've always made the case republicans need to stop saying the name hunter biden. they should never say it again. >> frankly, the only issue here is joe biden. >> did joe biden lie to the american people about not knowing about his son's business deals or did he know about his son's business deals?
11:14 pm
because that is what we know from text, emails and photos that were found on a laptop. >> this is the issue. it's joe biden's behavior and honesty and whether he has ties to china or other places around the world. this is the only issue. and thank goodness we have investigators like jim jordan who are focused on this and that we can learn the truth because the media suppressed the story. you know, steven miller, ari, is echoing the comments of congressman james comey, who is going to be looking hunter biden and joe biden issue. and he said, to be clear , this will be an investigation into the president of the united states . >> he didn't say hunter. he said joe . >> that's exactly right. this is about determining to what extent illicit and corrupt foreign cash, including from our adversary, china, has subsidized and supported the lifestyle of joe biden. compromising him as a
11:15 pm
fundamental matter of national security. this is the most important investigation that is going to be conducted by the new republican congress. and i salute kevin mccarthy for making clear that he will support james comey and jim jordan with every subpoena they want to issue with , every investigation they want to launch and with every contempt citation or criminal referral they want to make that the new republican congress is going to get to the bottom of this and expose joe biden's corruption once and for all. all right. all right. let's go back to what you said at first, and that is joe biden repeatedly said that he never had any discussion with his son , hunter, about foreign business dealings. >> now we have photograph after photograph after photograph of hunter and joe and his foreign business partners. now, we've chronicled and identified at least 14 meetings where it was hunter and joe and his former business partner. we have hunter on his own laptop implicate hating his own
11:16 pm
father in terms of getting money, saying, i have to give half my income to pops. talking about the big guy. we know what totally alinsky said about that. add to that. oh, i have to pay for the repairs of my dad's home, et cetera, et cetera. it sounds like joe benefited from hunter's business dealings and took part in it. and i've never seen an issue in my entire time in public life where so many arrows are pointing in the same direction and the press doesn't see the arrows. they don't want to see it. they don't want to cover the story. and that's shocking to me because honesty is honesty and no one cares about the conduct of the behavior of a president's son or daughter. >> it doesn't matter. they do care about the behavior and the honesty and the morality of the president. and there are some many questions that need to be run to ground. now, my advice to the republicans in congress is do this in a serious fashion, do it in a substantive fashion, make sure you have the goods. don't scream the conclusion until you know the conclusion.
11:17 pm
but you do need to follow those arrows because they are legitimate questions about joe biden's honesty that need to be dug into. >> you know, i would argue that they have to do all these investigations on the one hand . but on the other side, steven miller, i think they got to lay out an agenda that will fix the economy, make us energy independence, secure the borders, all the things we talk about every day as well. they can't be seen just as an opposition investigative party. >> they have to do both. they have to launch vigorous investigations, hold this administration accountable, hold big tech accountable. and at the same time, they have to lay out a clear vision, which i'm confident they will, on how to secure the border and stop illegal immigration and how to break up monopolies. that threaten free speech and how to reopen and restore american energy on how to drive down inflation and how to end the brutal crime crisis. plaguing our cities and how to lift up the working men and women of this country. into another era of prosperity like donald trump created for
11:18 pm
the four years of his presidency. i believe they will do that and they have to do that. all right. >> well, thank you, ari fleischer. thank you, stephen miller. and coming up, we are only five days away from georgia's crucial senate runoff. herschel walker, lindsey graham are live in georgia with a crowd and a 10 month old baby overdosing on fentanyl while playing in san francisco in a park. we have the latest. also, he's fired up the great one , mark levin. he'll tell you all about the new minority leader, hakeem jeffries. that's straight ahead. >> i'm a mom of two during the pandemic and my pregnancy technology and telemedicine were vital to keeping connected with our doctors. and now we rely on the internet to order the things my family needs. i wish congress would focus on bringing down the cost of gas and groceries instead of going after the tech innovators that support our economy.
11:19 pm
undermining american technology could hurt families like mine.el congress should fight inflation and leave our technology alone. these bills are crazy. can se shlle has no idea she's sitting on a gold mine. she doesn't know of it t if shel a life insurance policy of one hundred thousand dollars or more . she can all or part of a country for cash, even a term policy, even term policy, even find out if you're sitting on a gold mine called cap and trade. iraq today at eight hundred four nine six. >> i'd do it or visit country direct .com saturday on fox. it's captain america. you have to go from mar-a-lago victory against iran to its world cup journey continues into the knockout round of magic. no christian a to the stars and stripes as they face another must win battle with european giants.

11:25 pm
their strategy is to scare you and confuse you and bamboozle you. >> the very thing he's doing.g >> but it is true, obamashare and rafaelle want not to share a love of the reverend jeremiah wright and the church of gd america. by the way, herschel walker is now continuin g to stress the importance of turnout. and by the way, the importance n of stopping warnock from becoming the democrat's fifty first vote in the u.s. senate. >> warnock and biden arewarn mag our nation and our militaryn ou weaker.miry tens of thousands of active duty military have now been kicked out by biden just for refusing to get vaccinated. pa i thought he told us the pandemic was over and warned actually supports it. anyway, here is herschel walker just a couple of hours ago.of he >> take a look a at how you guys remember three numbers i want you to remember. twenty thousand for the thousand and twenty two thousand. 20,000 the twenty one or two is activen

11:27 pm
>> you know what, herschel? tu the turnout apparently is through the roof in thisunof runoff election, which is fairl y unprecedented. o why do you think it's so high? number one number two, i read that you believe that that highg turnout is going to favor you. t tell me why. well, i think the high turnout going to favor me in is how we call. people want to have their voices heard. they want to have their vote counted. d inand right now, people arengg getting engaged in what's happening around the country. whg arand also in the state of georgia. i think they see roughlythey everyone out who he is . you can tell that they're getting nervous because they got obama here again. s so he's bringing in his evidence. but as the evidence comes in, that's where his money comes from. so that's why i encourage are ybody alage everl the time o to team hirsche .com. they're not going to buy this. see, everyone's need to know georgia is not for sale.rgia you know, lindsey , let's let's talk about the importance ofab the democrats not having that.ta importty first seat in the u.s. senate.
11:28 pm
why that it is important. f okay, number one , if it's 50 50, the budgets arethe the same. the number of committee people is the same . commf it's fifty one point forty nine , they have one more one more vote on every committee than us . the bottom line, it reallyth changes the structure ofur the senatee of t, but it's not t fifty one . it's about him. they'v hie dropped one hundred and $70 billion on this guy's head. this is the nastiest campaign i've seen in my entire life.n in remember when they tried to destroy cavanaugh? he didn't quit tri. ot he's on the supreme court to qu is not going to quit the pathway to victory is real in georgia. if you're ine an i incumbentnc t failed the first time around, id you're not going to win the second time around.l.com. go to team herschel .com. li let's close. let's close strong. let's get oungr vote . they tried to destroy this man's life. this race is tied. we're going to win this race. h but we need your help.
11:29 pm
we neeeed it now. team herschel .com, when we wake up next week, let's wake up with a smile on her face. this man will changeuld the republican party's. you know, herschelle, i know it's kint d gone viral. and this new hashtag, georgia basically, zone. and basically now allen the arguments have been madets l we know how radical raphael is warnock is . we know he's a rubber stamp fo rjoe bi joe biden. we know stacey abrams lost this race. raphael warnock would work against the policy locally off governor camp. so governor camp haslo now come out and endorsed you. i give them a lot of credit for. that. i think it's reallyrs at th important. all that matters at this momentm is the nexoment five days people have got to vote. ifif i had to predict tonight, i would say this race couldor ls be won or lost by ast little00 as ten thousand votes. exactly right.th that's whyat's i'm hereout on the stump every day.
11:30 pm
when i heard i was run off, i got on the bus and started talking to the people. ut we hae we got to have turnout, got to have turnout. we've got to have people turn out. goe peop t people to vote. ut if people turn out to vote, we're going to win this election and they know it. nervs they know it and they are nervous. they're scared as the reason that sayine they arg or doing g they can to win this race.not and i encourage people they're not goining to bg by this race. i mean, they got to win in a way they can win. itpo is aboulit having better policies, which they don't have that. so go to team hirsche .com. we'r herschee on to win this rar the great people of georgia and also for the united states of america. >> lindsey , it's all aboutls turnout in the final days. . >> it really is . we got a seventy two hour program that kicks in seventy two hours before the election. any monethe electiy we raise tos into that program to make sure that every repub lueken that is eligible to vote votes. >> w e have the votes to win this race camp win almost 54%. a if the people who voted for a count will turn out and vote for herschele , we win. in ge whory is it so nasty in georgia?

11:32 pm
and the boy's father said paramedics literally haddics lit to administer narcan to save the child before taking the child to the emergency roomn room. wh and what was a terrifying frdeal thaat was at further expn francisco's failures to protect the most vulnerable while coddling criminals and drug addicts. by the way, our next guest, michael shellenberger, explains our s massive' homeless problem is , at its core, a drug problem. drug as conditions in the city continue to go from bad t to worse and here's reaction from san francisco residents following this tragedy. reactaketionm a look. did you feel when you heard about a baby that i was i mean ,i wasn't surprised you wereky not surprised? not at all, chris . dogs eat stuff all the time. i think just having so manymany homeless people in this area is part of the problem.pa rt of the just walking the dogsd you needles and bad stuff.
11:33 pm
do you see using this park you do here? i got over here all the time. you say people using drugs here in the park. >> yes. but usually right around here, like in the dugout, the dugout stands. >> every child is innocent. chi every child deserves to be ablea to enjoy a playground safely. ygfelywith more, the author of n francisco, author michaeln ce shellenberger. i mean, you know, we sent our cameras down a number of peops. i mean, people shooting up ile n the street. philia you got drug paraphernalia everywhere, people, ,in the streets. >> nobody seembodys to lift lif a finger. why? yeah. good to be with you, sean. i mean, it is reached a boiling point and it's sad. what you're seeing is thatle people are numb to the problemed of actually , when i interview people. are you surprised this happened? they said no, and i said surprise.
11:34 pm
i think it's importantone of to remember, sean, this is onesn of the wealthiest neighborhoods in san francisco f. this is not the tenderloin. this is not the south of market area where the open drug sceneo, has been most prominent. this is gavin newsom'shis is neighborhoodgavin ne. his famo this is where he started his famous little wine shop. these arshope affluent people, . they were not surprised becaused they knew. and when i asked peo people, is there drugs around here, they all pointed to theto t bleachers of bay on a baseball diamond and the dugout which have been taken over by drugs users. th >> i was the only journalist that actually interviewed the drug users and interviewedp the homeless people around the park. >> they showed me fentanylarou on foil. t >> they talked about their own drug use. there was the police say is no they're going to be anis o investigation. there is no effort to stamutp this out because san francisco is basically anti police. they want to you know, one of the most progressive members of thiscity council came out today and said, oh, well, we need more social workers. this is a city that spends homes one hundred thousand dollars per homeless person, sean. so we're spending so we'r much money with social workers to coddle and enable drug addictios n, th
