♪ >> ainsley: president biden's border crisis is now impacting safety in the skies. hundreds of air marshals are reportedly planning a mutiny against an administrative mandate to deploy them now down to the border, leaving flights unguarded. grady trimble from our sister network fox business is live with the latest. grady? >> good morning, ainsley. one group that represents air marshals says this move will make the friendly skies a lot less safe. the air marshall national council says it will leave 99 out of 100 flights without a marshall on board. instead of getting assignments on planes as you said, some air marshals are being deployed to the southern border. but the council says they are

performing humanitarian tasks like preparing food and taking migrants who need medical care to the hospital the tsa denies that air marshals could lose their jobs if they ignore the biden administration's deployment orders. some of them say they feel they have no choice but to refuse to keep passengers safe. >> they are very menial task. they are transportation to the hospital, hospital watch. nothing that would have any affect on what their current, highly trained, you know, status would be. you are taking a highly skilled air marshall and putting them on the border basically doing details that an ngo or a contractor could do. >> the department of homeland security, which overseas the tsa and air marshals, tells fox business the suggestion that flights are being left unprotected is completely false. tsa takes its responsibility to secure the skies for the traveling public very seriously. we'll continue to protect

have to put on that list of keep away from our kids when we are out in the world with them. it is outrageous that this can happen at this day and age laying there at a park and kids can get their hands on it toddlers are dying from this in their own homes from coming across it in the house. >> ainsley: i know the thane, thankfully, they rushed the child to the emergency room and they had to the narcan there but the child was turning blue. we have all been babysitters and now we are moms. i can't imagine the fear that was going through hour her mind. and now your story. your sweet son, 1 years old alexander, what happened in his life? >> long story short, alex was 14 years old. wanted to experiment. he was on the path of experimentation and unfortunately he was able to easily obtain what he believed was oxycodone through social media. and that pill took his life.

he -- like i said, he was just looking to experiment and he took the pill one night, and the following morning i went to go wake him up and he was gone. he was blue and lifeless, just looking like he was asleep on his beanbag chair on his bedroom floor. >> ainsley: oh my gosh. now you are involved with void. tell us what void is. >> sure. void is victims of illicit drugs. we are an organization formed by bereaved parents and our primary mission is education and awareness for families, you know. we're not talking enough about this issue across the country. and unfortunately, the education is falling on us bereaved parents gas roots efforts to get the messaging out and talk about this big shift that's happened in the drug landscape in the united states. >> ainsley: what do we tell our kids if parents are watching. how do we prepare them for this? >> you know, the biggest thing we can talk about these days is an experimental phase is not

please define what you mean when you say diversity, because, i quickly looked up, pete, most diverse states in the nation, wallet hub interestingly did a survey just like a few weeks ago on the most diverse states in the country. they define it by cultural diversity, linguistic socioeconomic and yes racial diversity. two most diverse states in the country texas, very red. california, very blue. but those aren't the states that joe biden suggested the democratic party move its first primary. they picked south carolina. why? and they said it in their letter that it's essentially a pander to the black voter to the democratic party the word diversity essentially only means black. so they -- and here's what i would suggest you said will it work, patty? well, what works is to win presidential elections what you really want to do is find the state that most reflex the potential outcome of a general presidential election. and i don't know what is that these days? arizona, michigan, ohio? but that's the one if you want it to work and find somebody
