i gotta say behind the scenes having seen classified stuff, not specific to this case there are people that relentlessly pursue this. the idea that he was transferre. he is probably in a detention for a while and probably been interviewed quite extensively, they want to know what networks. a person as a successful attack doesn't hang up their cleats and say i'm done. what is that over the last several decades is important to know. the allegation he went from libya flew up to malta and help deliver the suitcase and set the timer so it would go over on the international flight to the united states over lockerbie scotland and terrorized and killed somebody people. what is he been doing for the last few decades. that has to be untangled as w well. this is a very, very bad actor but a good day for justice that is going to appear in court in washington, d.c. jackie: it would seemed like the united states had a grip or knew where he was during this period.

it comes to leadership being weak, at least on the world stage and the viewpoint of a lot of americans i look at the southern border and were reminded dozens and dozens have been out and allowed to danced on our southern border those are not the ones we don't know what. you always have to wonder with the southern border been as poorest as it is, title 42 we put ourselves in a bad spot, it's protecting itself with law enforcement security. we cannot take that lightly. jackie: what do you think about the. jason: do you think this is a bunch people coming from mexico and guatemala there is really bad actors confirming all parts of the world. but you don't know about the one that you don't know about. airports tend to be secure but the board border, dancing across the border is a huge threat to the country.

outspoken about covid and i question the narrative which is an american i've every right to do but another thing that troubles me and i hope we find on the twitter files. why were some medical expert some scientists and doctors labeled two dangerous pre-peter mccullough being one of them i had him on my show and he told me and what are the four most people in the field but i was silenced, censored, deep platforms. i wanted of the mechanism the algorithm that twitter used two distinguish who was scientific and who had qualifications and who did not. that's another part i want to see in these files. gianno: there's so much to unpack, you see these files coming out every day. another area of this that people have been talking about specifically all yeah schapiro recently said this. i want to get you on the other side. >> what about the idea that twitter is working in concert with one political party for example campaign-finance violations. >> is certainly possible in the optics of that. that becomes a political issue and were discussing now bias that big check in all these other things but legally

speaking, at that point it could be a campaign-finance issue and have to look to in-kind contributions. jason: look. we know 98 - 98% of twitter employees if they donated they donated to democrats. where i think they really need to unpack this. if you're a candidate for office you normally have to pay for an ad you pay on facebook or instagram or twitter to put up your social media. the allegation that is out there that needs more unpacking, were those types of ads suppressed to republicans and amplified for democrats. you have a lot of republicans say i bought an ad and it wouldn't get out there pre-that would be a campaign violation. another thing class action suits and other civil suits. if you signed up for twitter and you say i am making a contract with you i'll give you all my personal information in a want to follow certain people and i want them to follow me but they weren't doing that.

if you make a box of cereal and their 16 ounces of cereal and there's only 2 ounces, you're going to sue them for the same thing with twitter you made a contract, did they live up to the contract even all the convoluted terms and algorithms you have a basic contract. i think there will be suits it will be very sympathetic to a jury and there could be a lot of money flowing out the door. i think there's that vulnerability as well. elon musk is putting out all this information about twitter, is he doing this to his own demise because they'll be suing the company he owns any paid over $40 billion for it. >> i think is a great deal sympathy and understanding that has been open and transparent. these will be suits in law enforcement and congress anyway. he is accelerating the process and trying to fix and write the ship. if i'm a shareholder i'm like let's get through this because i want to grow the business i want to drive more eyeballs to it. that's what elon musk is doing he's working at the best interest of a shareholders where

that true? >> no. >> i have to go to tommy. she is a fire in social media. what do you think about that? >> again going back to your conversation, maybe don't go after twitter, go after individuals. go after jack dorsey and prosecute him. if we have fbi and government officials that were colluding with members of twitter let's go after them and the individuals read ethic it would be a very loud statement when you actually prosecute somebody and i think the likes of zuckerberg and others maybe their ears will perk up because they realizes actual consequences and for 70 years no consequences even in the court of public opinion no consequences. even when you see elon musk tweet about the twitter files, like to democrats and democrats who will acknowledge it at all or calling him a tweeter because his exposing censorship and say he's leading to the demise of free expression. liberalism is sometimes a disease but elon musk is twittering it on an epic level. gianno: jack even covering this

from the beginning. jackie: from the beginning and before the first files came out the documents came out i said i really want to see what jack dorsey's role was here. how was he shepherding his employees, how was he steering the ship and what's interesting in the paper trail that's been revealed he's not really on their anywhere. that doesn't mean he didn't know what was going on, it just means that possibly his employees were trying to protect him in a coordinated way and that does happen often times at companies. so i think going after dorsey's would be really interesting. at the end of the day ceo he was in charge of the whole operation but you can have to find the evidence to show that he knew about it and complicit and show the statements he made in 2018 were false. i think that'll be really interesting, i find it difficult to believe he did not know but this was very well orchestrated. gianno: you try to really good bow on the segment. thank you jackie. you might as well call bite in the grinch who stole christmas
