how about this new screen? look what the producers cooked up? >> pretty high tech. if we could only figure out how to dvr the show, we'd be running high. tucker carlson is up next. always remember i'm waters and this is my world. >> tucker: good evening. we're coming up on the two-year anniversary of the biden administration. if you can believe it. seems like a day. pete buttigieg has been there almost the whole time. he was sworn in in early february of 2021. when he was, he had high hopes. he had no previous experience with transportation or secretarial work. buttigieg swore and oath to be
5:01 pm
the best darn secretary of transportation he could be. he seemed to mean it but not for long. sadly history intervened, a week in the job, some of the roads he's supposed to be overseaing, the roads he's secretary of, were racist. not just low-grade racist, no that kind of racism, these were hardcore david duke level nasty old segregationist roads. roads that refused to respond to reason and had no intention of changing. some of these roads had white stripes painted on them. white stripes. jim crow stuff. buttigieg seemed shocked by the whole thing. they don't have roads like that in south bend, indiana. so for pete, it was a pivot point. everything changes in an instant. all your preconceptions washed away. he had sworn an oath to take
5:02 pm
care of the roads but learned the hard way some roads are too racist to fix. so pete buttigieg embarked on another path. he became one of the most foremost religious leaders. it was not an easy transition. buttigieg had a characteristically clever solution, an approach he learned as a mckenzie consultant. in place of a god that brings justice to the world, he subject tonighted the world climate. thanks be to climate. it sounded good. here's one of his sermons. >> you talked openly about being a person of faith. i want to understand how you connect that to this issue of climate change and our custodianship of the earth. >> climate is a moral issue, this is about stewardship. it is about justice. there's a moment here where we should invite those that are
5:03 pm
motivated by religious moral considerations to know that those are some of the things that are at stake in what we're doing to this planet. >> tucker: so this was a milestone in modern christian theology. climate declared father buttigieg is a moral issue. not a meteorological matter. it's a moral issue. climate is a question that bears directly on the fate of your mortal soul. you have done to it the climate. big change. you thought it was about the science. it's about morality. okay, reverend pete. you set the terms here. so how is your climate record? seems like a fair question given that you just told us that we will go to hell for our carbon emissions. let's see how you're doing. fox news digital just got aheld of the reverent pete's travel schedule. turns out that reverend pete is
5:04 pm
the jimmy swaggert of climate clergy. he has been doing it. he's sinned in a dark and naughty way. in less than two years, buttigieg has flown private at taxpayer expense nearly 20 times. jetted to ohio and florida and new hampshire. he took an faa jet to a canadian gay rights ceremony to accept an award for his lgbt + advocacy. this has been expensive for you and every taxpayer. donald trump's hhs secretary tom price lost his job for doing the same thing. and outraged politco.com drove him out of office. that's not the real climb. the real climb he's against the climate. it's a sin. none of these planes that pete
5:05 pm
buttigieg were solar powered. not a single one ran on a wind mill. they were all fossil fueled. private jet travel stands alone. private jets emit two tons of carbon dioxide per hours. so you might as well start a tire fire to heat your house. that would be better on the the atmosphere than what pete buttigieg is doing. traveling by private jet is the last thing that father pete should ever do. but we shouldn't be surprised that he's doing it. you may remember that last year when pete buttigieg was busted
5:06 pm
commuting in a s.u.v., one of the vehicles that destroys the climate and then unloading a bicycle from the back seat for a short wildly photographed wide to the white house. that should have been the first tip that reverend pete that applauded his sermons are all fraudulent. they're all fraudulent. roughly half of all emissions are emitted by the richest 1% of the population flying private. the right majority of these, biden voters and big fans of the reverend pete buttigieg. this year along, stephen spielberg who said he's terrified of climate change emitted over 4,400 metric tons of carbons from private jets. its six times more emissions than an average person.
5:07 pm
and another star, 8,000 tons emitted by taylor swift. all of this on an offense against mother earth. and taylor swift said it's okay because she loans out her jet, a 50-minute flight on a private jet can emit as much carbon as an average person's car done over an entire year. 50 minutes. imagine what a flight from d.c. to lax does or from hamptons to aspen. and then imagine thousands and thousands, tens of thousands of these flights all carrying people that claim they believe that climate change is very important. if you are yapping about carbon emissions and flying climate, you're hoisting a screaming middle finger to the country to
5:08 pm
the people below in their s.u.v.s that you plan to ban. not just in this country, we have it easy. the economies of entire nations around the world are being destroyed right now in the name of fighting climate change at the behest of the people that fly private. so people are going hungry so reverend pete doesn't have to go through the metal detector. is there a single high level actor that doesn't fly private? more than 400 attendees flew in their own plane. jeff bezos flow in his private jet. john kerry was busted flying to a climate summit in iceland on his personal gulfstream. don't worry. he's too important. >> it's the only choice for somebody like me that is traveling the world to win this
5:09 pm
battle. i believe that the time it takes me to get somewhere, i can't sail across the ocean. i have to fly to meet with people and get things done. >> tucker: someone like me. you never heard of zoom, pal? you should be in jail by your own standards. you're a climate criminal. you're a climate criminal. you should be in prison by your own standards. not just him. virtually every recognizable person in american politics flies private. nancy pelosi flies private. al gore flies private. michael bloomberg flies private. the u.s. envoy took more than 1,600 flights burning more than 10,000 metric tons of co2. you could never do that. if you filled your yard with diesel engines and never turned them offer, you would never do
5:10 pm
that. your car emits less than five tons of co2 a year. so this is meaningful. this is an actual offense against mother earth and the climate. so you have to wonder what the defenders of climate think. what about greenpeace and the sierra club and the environmental defense club? have they noticed this? not really. have they scolded their donors for undermining their core message? no, of course not. katherine clark, the democratic house party whip doesn't complain either. she should be because her own child has nightmares about climate change. >> let me tell you what it means to me coming in as a different generation. i remember my middle child waking up with nightmares over concern about climate change. >> tucker: okay. so you terrorized your own children. you scared the crap about kids about climate. so you must be very upset about
5:11 pm
what pete buttigieg is doing to climate by flying private. the most destructive thing you can do to climate other than signing off on the sabotage of a russian natural gas pipeline. which they also did. who is noticing? she's not worried about it. meanwhile, a lot of young people are upset about climate. they believe pete buttigieg. you know what they're doing? destroying the greatest artwork in civilization because they want you to know how important the climate is. >> it shows the destructive nature of our addiction to oil. >> what is worth more?
5:12 pm
art or life? we cannot afford new oil and gas. it's going to take everything we know and more. >> so groups like that, those thugs, those monitors, the stalinist mobs didn't appear out of nowhere. it's not organic. they were whipped into a frenzy by john kerry, nancy pelosi and pete buttigieg. that was their inspiration. they're destroying the things that have most valuable in our society, our art. the legacy of our civilization. you know what they haven't done? they haven't said a single word about al gore's personal gulfstream or john kerry on pete buttigieg. they're attacking art but not saying anything about the people that are actually destroying the climate? who know who isn't? black rock. the esg score that you hear about. >> john: you flights on private planes have no effect on an esg
5:13 pm
score. really? black rock doesn't say a word. could it be that the climate movement isn't really about the climate or about the environment? could it be that the climate movement is about creating a permanent cast system where the people at the top of the society can do whatever they want? can violate with impunity the standards that they impose on others while oppressing the population supposedly runs the country but actually doesn't? could it be? it's possible. we call pete buttigieg's office today and asked how you can justify flying private as the earths warm and the seas rise? how are you not a climate critical? speak slowly so we can understand. they didn't explain. the rest of us should impose this as a litmus test going forward. nobody that seeks to impose carbon rationing should ever be allowed to step within 100 yards of a private aircraft, period. any one that claims to be serious about fighting climate
5:14 pm
change should demand tomorrow morning a federal law against private air travel. make it illegal. fly special with everyone else or stay home. what is the argument against that? here's what you do know. anybody that opposes banning private air travel is a total fraud and should be ignored. joe bastardi, thanks for coming on. i'm not sure you buy the program that they're laying out here. let's say you did, carbon emissions are causing climate change and not one of the cycles the earth has seen. why would you be mad at pete buttigieg and everybody else that flies private? >> i don't know. i've been giving this a lot. i drove by south bend today. it hit me. there's three possibilities here in my opinion. just looking at this. okay?
5:15 pm
first is they all have climate vaccines. we don't know about them. unlike the covid vaccine, they work. so whatever they do, they're immune it from. so that's a possibility. that's a long shot. the second, tucker, is that the bad weather stops air travel, stops car travel, if you can cause more bad weather, right? then guess what? everybody can't drive. for instance, next week and the week after, watch how much bad weather comes in to the united states. is it going to be the coldest, snowiest period around the christmas time since 2000. so we're going to see planes and trans and all of these things shut down. so if you dump all of this co2 in the atmosphere, you think it causes bad weather. if i can cause more bad weather, guess what? other people won't be able to fly, will have less c 02 emissions.
5:16 pm
or the third possibility. exactly what you said. it's a phony climate war, it's fraudulent. you can tell when we talked back in july, we were talking about it's going to get cold early across the united states. it has nothing to do with c 02. it has to do with the natural cycles of the weather and these people have taken advantage of people that fall prey to this and this is what they're doing. there's no logic or reason for it except they are trying to establish a cast system that destroys our country. >> tucker: of course. if you believe that carbon was a pollut pollutant, they wouldn't let you cut down a tree. but they're not. thanks, joe. >> thanks for having me. >> tucker: there's so much going on tonight. we have the fox news alert for you.
5:17 pm
we are tracking two major updates to two stories. trace gallagher has more. >> first, breaking news out of the bahamas where sam bankman-fried has been arrested. authorities are now waiting for an extradition request from the u.s. attorney for the southern district of new york. the arrest comes just hours before sbf was said to appear before congress. that will no longer happen. the "new york times" says the charges include wire fraud and bank fraud, which means sbf could be looking at life in prison. in november, ftx and its affiliates filed for bankruptcy after investors fled the cryptocurrency exchange on fears that ftx had no sufficient capitol. bank man-fried maintains that he did nothing illegal and screwed up. some including billionaire investor bill ackman believed him. call me crazy but i think he's telling the truth.
5:18 pm
clearly the feds don't agree, a few months ago, sbf's personal wealth was $23 billion. ftx had assets between 10 and 50 billion. the other breaking news, a different sam, sam britton, is no longer working for the department of energy. he was in charge of disposing nuclear fuel and being the first high-ranking government official to be nonbinary. police believe he's a thief and accused of stealing luggage at airports. >> tucker: bill ackman fell for it. genius. thanks, trace. trace gallagher back at midnight. back in 2013, a highly decorateded navy seal came out as transgender on cnn. >> my female persona was hidden

>> tucker: bill melugin has covered the border more closely than any reporter in the united states the last two years. today in his estimation, the single largest caravan of illegal aliens flowing in to this country in his two years of watching crossed today. he broke the story. he has remarkable video. bill, great to see you. what the did you see? >> tucker, good evening to you. you mentioned it. this was easily the biggest group we have ever seen during our 19 months of covering this homeless crisis. they all crossed illegally in el paso. this is a massive caravan over 1,000 illegal immigrants
5:25 pm
crossing in to el paso last night. local media reporting it was potentially up to 2,000 people and that it was possibly the biggest mass crossing in the city's history. as you look at the video, you'll see wave after wave of these people walking across the river and gathering on the u.s. side of the river where they form a single file line. that line stretches as far as the eye can see. well over 1,000 people crossed there. it was cold there last night. so you'll see many of them started setting camp fires in an effort to keep warm. cbp sources tell fox news that over the last 24 hours in that sector, there's been more than 2,400 illegal crossings. border patrol has 5,000 migrants in custody. they're over welled and over capacity. they have started mass releases. they're dropping hundreds off at a time in el paso city streets. the question where did they come
5:26 pm
from? we'll show you. bussed in with a mexican plus escort. take a look at the second piece of video here. fox news on seen in juarez. 20 buses filled with the migrants received a mexican police escort in to juarez, the city out of el paso and dropped off at local shelters and ngos there. but they didn't stay at the shelters. they started walking over to the river, walking to the border. they started crossing in mass. bizarre to see the mexican government escorting them there. back out here live, the numbers just exploding here at the southern border with the u.s. border patrol chief saying in the last 48 hours, there's been more than 16,000 illegal crossings averaging out to 8,000 per day. back to you. >> tucker: biggest crime of our lifetime. bill melugin, thanks so much. chris beck is a name you may recognize. a highly decorated navy seal.
5:27 pm
he became famous because he announced he was transitioning, calling himself kristin beck. cnn made a film about him. in that film, he identified as a women and wasn't sure what the term trans gender meant. >> it's hard to explain. people ask me. they say i don't understand trans transgender. the only thing i can tell them, i don't really know what transgender is. i know what it is. it's this. but i don't know where it comes from or why. >> tucker: so chris beck has had ten years to think about this. he looks back and believe and have said the whole process of transitioning destroyed his life. in an interview with robby star buck, beck said this. "everything that happened to me the last ten years destroyed my life. i destroyed my life. i'm not a victim. i did this to myself, but i had help." chris beck joins us now. thanks so much for coming on.
5:28 pm
it's a poignant story. when you said you had help, what did you mean by that? >> transgender originally started out basic and very rare. now it's kind of morphed into an ideology. that's what i'm speaking out about. a lot of transgender people out there, great folks. the ideology is what i'm talking about. it's being pushed in schools and young teen angers are having surgeries because it's an affirmation. once a teenager walks in an office and the parents say no, the doctor can override that. that is a problem. then he also says the ideology, what's going on to prove it is like what has hammed to me. as soon as i started speaking out and say i think the teens need more time, they also needed to reclassify transgender, gender dysphoria. used to be the psychologist
5:29 pm
manual for mental health issues. now they have gotten rid of that. as soon as somebody said you're transgender, you're going to start pushing the surgery. that's what i'm trying to stop. a lot of crazy people out there that are transgender and not. when i talk about cnn, they take sound bites and talk about it one-sided. talk about the pros of trans transgender. now on fox, i don't want it to happen the opposite way. we have to take the emotions out of this. look at it as a medical team. let's look at it through a different scope. i don't want this to be political. i don't want transgender people to be harmed. if you're doing this to kids, it's wrong. i have a navy seal friend of mine, a very good friend of mine. he has a daughter. the daughter was a tom boy. you could see it. she was happy. she had a double mastectomy at
5:30 pm
16 years odd. now this person is 20. who knows who will happen. they do it or hormone blockers and puberty blockers. it sterilizes these kids. so we're doing to have all of these children in five or ten years that are being told one side of the story and they're going well, that's me. they're not being told stories like me and not being told stories that are b transitions. they hide the fact that i even exist. they also say i hate transgender people. i don't hate transgender people. i want people to slow down. i want the doctors to seeing what they're doing. in psychology, take a look at body disorder. a myriad of things you can look at that we really have to take a look at. so what i'm telling you, the medical industry and parents, you need to wake up. you need to know that there's a
5:31 pm
lot of information out there that is being hidden. i want you to search that information. if you're a teen, look at the stories like chloe cole. she's 18 or 19 now. i think she had a double mastectomy at 14 or 15 years old. she's out here speaking about it because she's an adult now. so she's getting all of this done as a teenager. where does that put the medical industry? she was not a consenting adult. she got life-altering surgery. she got basically castrated as a teenager with all of these drugs and this stuff they're giving them. why? all i'm speaking out about is that. i want people to take a look at both sides. i want you to see the cnn side and i want you to see the fox side. right now this is not political. i don't want to be emotional or turn in to something bigger than it is. this should not be news. if doctors would be honest and give the entire story, i

wouldn't be on here right now. i would have gone about my life quietly, i would have been on my farm. you never would have heard from me. tucker, i don't want to be on here. >> tucker: i understand. >> but we have to be here. nobody is standing up for the kids. if the kids grow up transgender and 80 years old and happy, that's great. a lot of kids get caught up in this huge tidal wave of popular transgender culture and ideology and that wrong. >> tucker: what you expressed as the opposite of hate. it's measured, thoughtful and born of your own experience and measured by good faith. i hope it's seen by every one. it's not political. chris beck, i appreciate your thinking that through and sharing with us what you learned and hope for the country. thank you. >> thank you. >> tucker: i appreciate it. so joe biden just signed a bill to help victims of sexual

actor. and they said there was still a requirement that you had to be vaccinated on set. i informed them that was not vaccinated and i submitted a religious exemption that you can imagine how that goes in hollywood. it was dismissed and that's that. i mean, i'm not surprised to be honest with you because this has been happening for some time. what i am surprised about, tucker, is this ridiculous is going on. nobody says it has to end. it's completely anti-science. it's not logical. i have no idea why they're still pursuing these policies. if you can be infected as someone that is unvaccinated, you can just as much be infected as we know now if you are vaccinated. so the argument they're going on set and getting everyone sick on set is just a moot point at this moment. >> tucker: so there's a lot of people in los angeles working

unbelievable that they were saying you have to inject your body with something that is invasive. i cannot believe in the united states of america that this is happening. it's not the country that i grew up loving and believing in. >> tucker: despite the hardship it caused you, i'm so impressed by the decision you made on principle. thanks for joining us tonight. >> thank you. >> tucker: so just in case you wondered if the perversity is accidental intentional, so who was just added to the most stylish people. this is real. show it to you after the break.
