virginia be next? we have his comments from earlier today. the new york time social security calling this guy, pennsylvania's trust fund brat in a hoody, the one we were talking about, yes, one of the most stylish people in america. we will weigh in in a unique way. but first, we begin tonight with the big guy. joe biden. that's how joe was identified by his son's business partners in communications found on the hunter biden lap top from hell. in fact, hunter's partners mentioned the plan to set aside 10% for the big guy. these emails referenced by "the wall street journal" and "the new york post" and "the washington post" and new york magazine and almost every other outlet in the country in america reveal a highly unethical get rich quick scheme where the biden family collected millions of dollars from sketchy foreign nationals all over the world, using hunter, who had pretty much zero experience to lead the way. now, keep in mind, shady foreign

nationals, they weren't say paying millions of dollars for hunter's business expertise. he was well known to be unstable. also a drug user, addict, and had a lot of serious problems. in fact, emails that were reviewed by the business insider from 2015, they actually show that one potential business partner detailed the pros and cons about paying hunter biden $2 million for a project involving the country of libya. quote, hunter's negatives are he's an alcoholic, drug addict, kicked out of the army for cocaine, chasing low-class hookers, is constantly needs money and many more headaches. he travels with dad. he's connected everywhere in europe and asia and has high access to the highest levels in china. he wasn't selling experience, he didn't have expertise. he was by every objective measure selling nothing but

stations. he never once denied the authenticity of the laptop or any of the contents. he has not refuted our reporting or anyone else in the media in any way we've seen. on the other hand, the dishonest father, the big guy, has denied any involvement with the son's business activities and he claimed over and over again, we played it many times, that he never had a single conversation with his son about his foreign business dealings. all of that despite photographic evidence showing joe biden with many of his son's foreign business partners, including that picture right there in front of you, with former prime minister of kazakhstan. and by the way, this picture with mexico's most well connected businessman, and this picture joe and hunter golfing from the board member of burisma, the oil and gas giant that paid hunter millions of dollars. he went on good morning, america. experience in oil? no, gas? no. energy?

no? ukraine? no. why being paid millions of dollars? maybe because of your father. we know joe biden did not tell the truth about talking to his son about business dealings but 51 intel experts were happy to bolster the claims. they're the ones that signed on to the letter that discredited the hunter laptop story as having the classic earmarks of russian information, a russian information operation. they knew better but for them getting joe biden elected, that's what really mattered. now kevin mccarthy is promising to issue subpoenas to all 51 intel experts to find out exactly what role they play in censoring the scandal along with big tech as we've been discussing just weeks before the 2020 election. other top republicans have prepared to issue criminal referrals in the hunter biden probe if warranted. that did not stop hunter from
6:07 pm
walking up to kevin mccarthy and his mom at a state dinner earlier this month and say hello. it was nice of him. now despite a federal criminal investigation, a forthcoming house investigation, and the legitimate claims about public corruption, hunter is always popping up at official white house events. and this is because hunter and the spire biden family believed they're untouchable. they think they're above the law. and now they're flaunting it, or at least that's how they're trying to come across in public. in reality, the biden camp seems rattled. the legal team is reportedly in a state of disarray and the new political war room wreaks of death prags. -- desperation. as the media likes to say, are the walls closing in? jonathan turley, i want to focus in on this issue of intimidation. are we talking about when i read "the washington post" article, it seems to talk about intimidating witnesses.
6:08 pm
intimidating investigators, and intimidating anyone in the media that there is to talk about stuff that we know to be on the public record. does that read the same way to you? >> that's how it looked to me. it's not uncommon to make these attack machines. they're supposed to come out spontaneously to give the appearance they're not being organized. it is very uncommon to have this all late out in "the washington post" naming targets that happen to include the two chief witnesses that are contradicting the bidens. that seems to be an effort to put a shot across their bough saying they're coming for you.
6:09 pm
why is it important for them now before subpoenas are issued or testimony is given to issue this warning shot? and i think it could easily be read as an effort to chill people if not intimidate them if you're going to cover this story, they're preparing defamation lawsuits in retaliation. >> hannity: how damning is it in your view, professor, that joe biden repeatedly said he never had a single conversation with hunter or anyone else in the family about their foreign business dealings, but, yet, we have photographic evidence and reports as many as 14 meetings that they can identify of hunter, joe, and foreign business partners. how damning is that? >> i think that's what's in the article. they're going to the scorched earth campaign. there's not a lot left.
6:10 pm
the statement made by biden appears clearly and unequivocally false. he said he had no knowledge, no discussions on his son's foreign dealings. >> ever. >> there are pictures of him meeting with the business executives. there are emails going back and forth. and the person who was most threatened in that "washington post" article, bobalenski is the guy who is the greatest threat to biden because he said he met with biden to discuss these deals. he was brought in to help to manage those. it's clear they've declared open season to protect the bidens. >> hannity: if the lied about never speaking to his family about the foreign business operations, if the met with the foreign business partners of hunter, if it can be proven

6:12 pm

you do proceed at your own peril. >> hannity: i venture to guess your name may be on the list with my name. i'm guessing. i'm usually on every list. it doesn't shock me. jonathan turley, thank you. here now with much more, ranking member of the house judiciary committee, ohio congressman jim jordan. your investigation is into whether or not the fbi has been politicized and whether or not the department of justice is weaponized. we have the twitter files where elon musk clearly said a week ago saturday that the election interference attack took place by the suppression of information on twitter. i agree with him. he talked about how the media is come police it. and how twitt t t t ter became propaganda arm of the democratic party. if you put it together with what we know about hunter bide b and the lap top. look at the buresma deal.
6:14 pm
you have a prosecutor, gets fired. son of a b, they do it. and turns out, the prosecutors are investigating the son with no experience being paid millions. what do you call that? >> yeah, right. pressure or sfwim dagues. -- intimidation. never forget, sean, jim comey went to new york to pressure about president trump, the dossier he knew was baloney. it was false. now we get the intimidation that mr. turley and you were talking about coupled with what the democrats have done to the supreme court over the last year, trying to intimidate the court, introducing legislation to pack the court. intimidation is how the left operates. it was intimidation and the whole pressing back and suppressing this key information just days before the most important election we have, the presidential election in the fall of 2020. so, yeah, we have to look into
6:15 pm
this and how political that justice department has become. >> hannity: but it gets deeper because the fbi had hunter's lap top since december of 2019. >> yep. >> hannity: okay, then we head to the election of 2020. they knew that the likelihood that this, in fact, would be made public was real. and we have members of the fbi meeting weekly with every big tech company warning them that this type of story about hunter, according to roth, might come out and you may not want to disseminate false information. that sounds like to me the fbi should have known darn well by that point, 11 months later, that laptop was real. they're telling big tech to be on the lookout because it's probably false. it turns out they did intimidate every big tech company. what does that mean terms of putting the thumb of the scales of the presidential election? >> that's what they did.
6:16 pm
by telling big tech to look out for a russian disinformation operation, it's all part of their information operation. the 51 guys who signed the letter, was jim baker talking to them? he had to know many of those guys when he served as chief counsel of the fbi. he had to work with those guys when he was spying on trump's campaign and taking information from hillary's lawyer, mr. sussman. when he went to twitter, was he working with those guys? did he participate in drafting that letter or encourage them to draft that letter. you have jim baker involved in trying to stop trump from winning in 2016 and there he was at twitter prevents the from winning in 2020. maybe it was jim baker who was the actual insurance policy. remember we saw the text messages from struck and page. maybe it was jim baker in 2020 helping twitter keep that information from the american people. i don't know, but we need to get to the bottom of all of this so it never, ever happens again.
6:17 pm
>> hannity: do you believe "the washington post" and jonathan turley's interpretation of this, that they are telegraphing an intimidation campaign against witnesses, against investigators like yourself, against the media if they dare report any of those things. do you think this is an organized, well orchestrated, intimidation effort to protect the bidens? >> fk oh it is. it's not the first story. there's one four weeks ago right up to the election. politico puts the story out. david brock and his group is coming after anyone who investigates the bidens. they not only told us once, they told us twice. someone tells you once, okay. they tell you twice? of course they're coming after folks. the fact is, we have the duty to do the work, to get the truth out there, to get the facts out there. that's step one in stopping this kind of baloney from happening in the future. we can't have a justice department that's political. we can't have a justice department that's working hand in hand with the biggest social media platforms to limit what
6:18 pm
americans see. you just can't. that's what we have to focus on and do our job. >> hannity: what does it tell you, they had since december, 2019 hunter biden's laptop and did nothing with it. what does that tell you about the fbi and the doj and the investigation you started in january. >> the 14 whistleblowers, the agents who came to talk to us and taken whistleblower status that they're right. you should believe them. they're credible good men and women who talk to them and tell us how crazy things are there. that's why we're going to investigate and get the facts. >> hannity: jim jordan, you're not going to be intimidated. all those years wrestling paid off, no doubt about it. more twitter files dropped today with a big tease from elon musk. we'll check in with ari fleischer and clay travis. why one woke school board is trying to cancel dr. ben carson and what they said i promise you will raise your blood pressure and make you angry straight ahead.

6:27 pm
far left leadership became more hell bent on kicking trump off of the platform less than 0 minutes after employees had determined that trump's tweets were not in violation of twitter policy, the head of legal policy and trust asked whether it could, in fact, be coded incitement to further violence. once the ban went into effect effect, internal messages show that staffers at the company, they were ecstatic and could not contain their own giddy-yap excitement. all of that confirms what we've been telling you over and over again that twitter staffers made sensorship decisions not based on rules or policy, based on politics, based onology. -- ideology. it's not just bias, it's an all-out effort to work as an arm of the democratic party as admitted by elon musk and to work in, of course, corrupt actors and federal law enforcement including, sadly, our fbi. now elon musk is teasing more

email accounts so when they sent email fundraisers, many came back rejected or bounced. a real problem in the social media and main stream media. what i want to know more of now as these things come out is what role did the biden white house play preelon musk in trying to seek influence at twitter to silence or shadow ban their critics, including those who criticized their covid policies. what role did the u.s. government play? because when the government agencies at the white house or the fbi or any other agency asked social media companies to limit speech that is a first amendment issue. what did the biden administration do premusk? >> clay, if you look deeper into this, the fbi agent organizing all of the weekly meetings with big tech is a guy by the name of elvis chan who had a postgraduate thesis claiming
6:31 pm
that russia interfered in the 2016 election to help former president trump. now he's organizing weekly meetings with every big tech company. every big tech company went along with what the fbi was recommending because they thought we don't want to be disseminating false information. but the reality is the fbi had the laptop since december, 2019. they had plenty of time to vet that laptop and find out if it's authentic or not. my guess is they did but they didn't want the story being public, knowing that it would likely greatly impact the 2020 election. did the fbi put their thumb on the scale to help joe biden? >> 100%, they did, sean. that's the biggest story here. so far, they haven't gotten anything from the biden administration. we had the biden campaign, we had all of the clear bias that existed inside of twitter, and i think it's important to note this, scene.
6:32 pm
when you do this twitter file, you know left wingers in general. they're obsessed with the idea of diversity but not diversity of thought. prong seven of today's revelation, one of the individual at twitter said she was chinese and she was troubled by the idea of censoring leaders. if you read them today. to to their credit, macron in france and angela merkel in germany, they said it was wrong. our government colluded with big tech and big media. is it a coincidence? you know who's not talking about it? abc, nbc, the cbs, "the washington post," "the new york times." they're not covering this.

everything inside of twitter was in addition to big tech, a tri-up verse rant of conclusion, the big tech, big media, the biden administration and campaign all in a rig effect designed to ensure that donald trump was not elected .2020. this is not a surprise at all. they had the laptop. the 51 security officials who allowed their names to be used on a lie, this is all part and parcel of a calamitous campaign here, the biggest issue. this makes watergate seem like jaywalking, sean, to ensure that there was no election of donald trump in 2020. god bless elon musk for spending $44 billion. ari is right about this, sean. if it weren't for that $44 billion. we know it's going on at facebook and instagram and youtube and google and certain tiktok as well. if elon musk hasn't spent that

6:36 pm
was changed was the fact that many people in detroit felt that dr. ben carson's political positions and decisions as a policy maker did not reflect detroiters and therefore a school should not be named after him. back in 2018, by the way, the school board member leading the charge told "the washington post," quote, it's synonymous as having trump's name on our school in black face. let's be clear. dr. carson is an inspiration to so many, has an outstanding record of accomplishment inside and outside of the hospital he worked in. saved many lives in the course of his career. he should be praised and celebrated, not smeared and slandered. just because he happens to be a republican. and by the way, in a new piece for fox news, 55 individuals that worked for dr. carson wrote, the dr. carson is the epitome of the american dream. only in our country could a poor boy from the inner city grow up
