not surprisingly, "the new york post" is placing blame at the president's feet saying, "it is your mess, joe" a reference to el paso's request for $1 billion from the feds to manage the migrant mass. and speaking of the big apple, the number of illegal aliens living in the city is tens of thousands with more than 20,000 posting up in taxpayer-funded shelters. 20,900, quite a striking number. this is the state of arizona is a plane with onslaught of illegal migration, but a lawsuit filed by the biden administration, which reads in part, "not only has arizona refused to halt its trespasses and remove the shipping containers from federal land, but it has indicated that it will continue to trespass on federal lands and install additional shipping containers. the united states brings this

tiktok is the most popular website in the world. it has overtaken google. but keep in mind, it is owned by a company called bytedance, which is in china, which means the chinese government, this is the fear of the members of congress could be actually spying on your children. and ainsley, you had a great guest a little while ago who talked about how so many kids get their news from tiktok here and so essentially what china is able to do is able to censor the bad news china doesn't want to get out. >> ainsley: that is why the senate voted unanimously to ban tiktok from any federal if you work for the federal government, your device, the device the government gives you. it is due because of a threat, the national security threat. now it will go to the house and if the house passes that it goes to the president's desk. i wonder if he will sign it. do you think he will? >> brian: i think he should. >> steve: social media influencers are very important

wiped out. the one person with a court system found guilty of it and people felt like they were getting justice by that person being sentenced to death. those people are furious. >> well, you can imagine if you are a parent or sibling of somebody who has been murdered and you thought they were going to be on death row the rest of their life for m or may be executed and somebody comes and on does justice for those victims families by saying with a stroke of a pen that they can serve life without the possibility of parole. however, the governor just a few months ago released somebody who had that exact same sentence because she said that he had been reformed. but that is not justice. justice is if you take a life, you are giving up yours. and that prison, the jury said

there are any number of groups on the left and the democratic party trying to shift that party even further to the left. joe biden has helped them out by giving them a number of big ticket items, but they are not satisfied. i thought this was interesting they are running this ad in new hampshire, which usually is a first nation primary state but joe biden trying to move first primary to south carolina. in terms how successful they will become a joe biden indicated he is planning on running. they haven't made it official but e is 80 years old in the last couple of weeks first lady joe biden changed her tune a little bit as well and said she is all in. i think if the elections in 2022 and the midterms had gone differently, he would see more ads like this, including maybe potential opponents like gavin newsom, for example, from california. but because the election lead decently well for democrats, joe biden himself feels like he has a shot despite his low approval rating of 39%.

>> steve: the cbc poll 57% say he should not run and independence 56% and 86% of republicans. it looks like the party will get out of the way for him. i don't see anybody lining up whether pete buttigieg and obviously governor newsom will not do anything. i don't see anybody running against him if he wants this. >> look he is an incumbent president and the democrats don't want to get themselves in a position where they are fighting out of a bloodied primary while republicans are doing the same pair they want to hold all of their resources for the general election. they start inserting primary opponents for joe biden, that will deplete the resources and also violate some of these discrepancies and disagreements that democrats have within the party or the far left and the party trend to continue to push bernie sanders style socialism whereas joe biden would argue he is more of a moderate, even though we have seen him govern in the exact opposite way. the democrats look like they are

>> good morning. >> ainsley: your dad left you that voice mail right before he passed away unexpectedly during a surgery. i know he served our country for 20 years, retired and became a science teacher, which is incredible. how do you feel when you hear that message? >> honestly, i get emotional every time i hear it. right now, i'm trying to fight back tears because i love my dad's voice and he's always supporting the economy. it hits me every single time. >> ainsley: we will have it here at fox forever. you will always be able to listen to that voice. i know the feeling. tell me about the scholarship and how much does it mean that dan did for you and what this organization did? >> oh, my goodness, honestly i call folds up on her the gift that keeps giving because i had to, like you had mentioned, my dad encouraged me to do. and it has, honestly, been the

one thing that has made me feel like he is still alive if that makes any sense. getting to be able to pursue my dreams and go to school because of the folds of honor and my dad encouraged me to get involved with them has been just the most miraculous thing in the entire world. i honestly can't think everybody enough myself, but also everybody else that gets scholarships and gets to pursue going to school. it helped to go to school because it is really hard when you lose somebody and it is hard if you are disabled and they can't be able to provide for you to go to school. so, either way, it helps to have a foundation that backs you and such a big moment in anybody's life to go to college. >> ainsley: dan, how do you feel when you hear these stories because you started this organization?

>> i'm super emotional today is my dad's 83rd birthday and i get to wish him a happy birthday on fox. but my greatest fear is somebody that still serves in the air force if i don't come home, who will be there to take care of my family? and it is core that is what we do at folds, we bring a life in the darkest places to thousands of families just like arianna and sergeant robinson, who don't have that relationship anymore. we get to come in there and honor that sacrifice and meet that sacrifice. that is why this day is so important to folds of honor on fox to help these thousands of families out there that sit in this role every day to get people to make donations so that we can take care of them care of them. >> ainsley: dan, i know you sent t-shirts. if you donate, you get a teacher and they come in all different colors. you are wearing one, the blue one. >> absolutely we call this the
