that the biden administration has created. >> governor greg abbott tweeted texas to resume border wall construction after reaching deals with private property owners. is this or other policies implemented by governor abbott something that the biden administration should consider? >> we have a lawsuit over this exact issue. the governor is doing the right thing by doing our part. we have a barter over 1200 miles that we cannot afford to put a wall along the entire part. the trump administration had begun that process and congress had actually appropriated money that the biden administration is supposed to be using to build that wall and they are refusing to do that. we have sued them over that. congress has appropriated this money you are required to spend it on that and yet the biden

administration has let those resources sit idly and some of the product purchased by the trump administration has just gone to waste. >> sold the wall the only policy or plan that you think the governor has that the biden administration can consider? >> i think that is a long-term solution. it will not take care of the problem overnight. i think and forcing title to, i think that those are key factors in how the trump administration was successful in eliminating emigration. increasing over 300%, potentially more with title 42 going away. we have policies and laws and enforce if effective. >> the court is now involved with the title 42 policy. let's right now for a moment

take a look at the essence of the biden administration plan post title 42. surging resources including personnel, transportation, medical and facilities to support border operations, speeding up processing, stepping up prosecutions for unlawful entry, disrupting the transnational criminal organizations and collaborating with international and federal partners to deter irregular migration south of our border. does it seem sufficient and doable? >> no. it looks to me like they are encouraging continued migration into our country. everything that they are promoted since a message to the cartels you guys can bring as many people here that you want and we will process them. this allows for more processing of more people that the cartels are able to get here. i do not see how this actually works.

i think this promotes further illegal immigration. more problems for border states and really we are all becoming border states because everyone cannot stay in texas, arizona and new mexico. >> the president reportedly requested $3 billion from congress to fight the surge. republicans, i am understanding, not willing to approve the funding saying they want the border secured before money is spent. help me make sense of that one. >> i don't blame them for same. the reality is we see nothing from the biden administration that shows they want to secure the border or prevent illegal immigration. more money being used to process more people. allowing the cartels to make even more money. it is a clear partnership and it is a disappointing result for taxes and the country because we will end up with more illegal immigration.

>> how are you helping the locals? how are you preparing them for this tsunami of humanity headed their way. >> it's an overwhelming problem. the state legislature has appropriated hundreds of millions of dollars to try to help the border crisis. cities working with our governor to try resources. not enough to deal with the problem coming our way. not enough resources to deal with the problem we have now. the biden administration is not listening to the people actually being affected on the border and in border states. it is a huge problem for us. >> where are those people that live in the border towns? what is it that they are saying to the biden administration that you are saying they are not hearing?

systemized and how complicit twitter was to the direction of the fbi. one would have thought you would've seen some type of putsch back as the fbi was just getting a list of accounts to be canceled. they would've asked for some type of evidentiary area, you know, back up there. the whole premise behind the fbi put in 80 agents. that is a huge amount of manpower behind the social media monitoring. i have yet to see where iran, russia, north korea, china or any other foreign actors were involved in some of these accounts that literally were making jokes, had satire ongoing or even just talking about our elections at all. where is that back up there? where is the foreign interference, i am not seeing it. that goes back to a politicized fbi.

big government, big media collusion to alter the course of an election. >> to your point, the journalist that revealed these files said that twitter was essentially acting as a subsidiary of the fbi. the fbi, of course, pushed back. after we give them the information, we don't control what they do. this will be the focus of an investigation when you guys take over. what do you guys hope to accomplish out of it? >> to that point on the statement, it is notable what was not in that statement. there was no we are taking this seriously. we are looking into this. we are investigating internally. perhaps in some cases we went beyond the remit of florida election interference. there is none of that in there.

something. nothing to do with his sentence. >> look, he donated millions to democratic campaigns. double covet i understand has been returned to both democrat and republican politicians who received campaign donations, they are cooperating with authorities. could any of these political recipients face legal liability? >> they will face the department of justice's ability to asset for church or laws in the country to seize money they refuse to give up. that will happen. the department of justice has incredible strength when it comes to seizing money they identify as the fruits of fraud. for those campaigns they think they will donate to charity, that will not happen if they have been put on notice if the money is connected. >> got it. i would imagine this would prop

regulations on the crypto currency industry. will it survive the level of scrutiny that applies to standard banking as we know it? >> this is probably the straw that broke the camels back, so to speak on these types of industry, you know, phenomenons that grew out of the crypto currency. you will see regulation. you will see a massive push to put them under the sec and other regulators. when that happens, it will change the dynamic and it will not be the wild west that we have seen to date. >> bank men freed also charged with defrauding investors out of $1.8 billion. while all of those investors get all of their money back and if not, what percentage on average you say they will be able to recoup. >> you know, it is very unlikely that all of them get everything back.

in fact, it rarely happens. i have seen one case in 25 years where there is substantial financial fraud and the investors were made whole. the reality is there was a lot of spending that went on. that money has been shifted. they will reach out. they have argued there was a conspiracy. they will charge others involved and then they will bring all the funds they can and disperse them. the reality is there will be a lot of people that will not be made full. it based on the amount of the fraud, at one point, looking at a sentence for the rest of his life in federal prison. >> finally, you had some celebrities that endorsed this guy in one of his and fts spirit what will happen to them, if anything? they did not know his whole game was bogus. >> it may be very difficult to prove that they had criminal

intent. they will be subject to lawsuits >> so not beyond that. for instance if somebody made $2 million on the deal, maybe that would be handed out to, somehow, to pay back, but not beyond that. is that right? 2 million, they will not end up paying 10 million. >> it is unlikely. it is possible. if they were able to reveal evidence for example that these celebrities were much more involved in the puffing or inflating the ability of the company, then they may be subject to additional, you know, penalties, financial penalties. but there would have to be significant evidence of that. >> right. listen. it is fascinating.
