hurricane of migrants, everyone is impacted. >> so, he was talking about this. the state of emergency in el paso comes as shelters in el paso are already at capacity. and if the feds lose this title 42 ability to expel migrants. citing covid. 14,000 migrants per day are expected to cross the southern border. which, adds unto 420,000 per month. 5.11 million per year. >> simply because people don't see the president at the border, doesn't mean that he is not working. >> right. why doesn't he go to the border he? was just in arizona? why wasn't it worth his time? >> is that the best use of resources? all of the resources that will be diverted on the ground when the president makes a visit. >> is that why he didn't go? >> well, i can't speak to why he has or has not gone we know he

say we want title 42 to stay. dating back to the first weeks of this administration, they always said title 42 is not immigration policy. it's trump era pandemic policy. public health policy. not immigration policy. so, if they were to come into say they want title 4 # to stay until they come up with something else that would undo a lot of things that have been said at microphones here at the white house. so, it is possible that a court can come in to continue it, to avoid the total chaos that greg abbott is talking about. but, we just don't know. and, they just -- the deadline is coming. we just spent the whole weekend i feel like we were just talking about this on friday. all weekend nothing moved. >> brian: peter, here's the question. unofficially, we noticed over the weekend all sunday shows and nighttime shows now things are talking about how bad things are at the border and what is happening. how often does the border come up when you are sitting there amongst questions from other networks or other outlets.

case district hall. all these democrats, except her, thinking this is all a good idea. here she is earlier on "fox & friends first" saying the city, rather the district of washington is making a big mistake going down this road. >> when you go to the regular person on the street, democratic or republican, and say do you think rapist or murders should be out early? first response is no. i can't speak for other democrats that that are in elected office but i know who i speak with on a day-to-day basis and those are my are main, murder, home invasions, robberies, stabbings, shootings, i'm sorry, i don't have enough fingers to count all the crimes that have occurred that's why my residents say enough is enough. we need help. we need more police on the street and prosecutions. >> one of the things she is angry about that armed car jacking that she is talking about happened right in front of her house. and she is furious that the
