dramatically increases military spending and fund the government and vote for order security. >> this bill full of democratic priorities but nothing to protect the border. quite to the contrary, it contains language undermining border security. i insisted we had one amendment come up or down vote, whether to preserve title 42. because title 42 is the one thing is that in between us and utter chaos. we already have total chaos, so bring us to utter chaos of it expires which is about to. all i want is an is an up-and-down vote. chuck schumer and the democrats are terrified of an up-and-down vote. they want absolute pandemonium and chaos on the border and they are terrified of this vote because they will lose, as they should lose. i'm standing firm, demand an up-and-down vote. if they don't give us the up or down vote, this'll be very difficult for them and it'll probably cost them the omnibus. >> the bill, the large one, unveiled days before the funding deadline and it includes

border, the cartels are setting the agenda on the southwest border in that real estate and this administration has no idea what to do. they claimed it was in a crisis. they claimed it wasn't a problem and now we are seeing the worst surge in the history of that border and they've done absolutely nothing to change the policy, to try to get control, and they are at the whim of these ideologues that prefer chaos over control at our southwest border. >> i want to get your thoughts on the spending bill, this $1.7 billion spending bill and the fact that $410 million of it is supposed to go to border security for middle eastern countries and the g.o.p. and democrats are going back-and-forth over this. how does that make some be like you feel, you've seen this firsthand for years and years and years knowing they are fighting over whether or not to send aid to foreign countries and we are completely ignoring
