grady? >> good morning, will, carley, and brian. we are essentially smack dab between yuma and el paso. those areas are dealing with that influx of migrants crossing into the u.s. the biggest problem here, though, is smuggling. this road right here where i'm standing is one of the main smuggling corridors for people and drugs coming from mexico. we have seen both during our time here this week, and you can imagine the challenges that poses for business owners in this area. this is his auto repair shop. you deal with a whole host of issues because of the high-speed chases that go on in this area to catch smugglers, not to mention migrants illegally coming into the u.s. and breaking your windows and property. >> that has happened in the past and stuff like that. it hasn't happened as of probably the last three or four months or anything like that. but we have had to take it to where we've had to put padlocks on the restrooms from people

breaking into that. down at my residences, just down the road here little bit, they are going into my rv trailers and sleeping in them and stuff like that. i'm not looking to arrest these people are anything like that. it's the invasion of privacy and coming across quite a bit now. >> and you are worried about your family 'safety. we have witnessed the high-speed chases. they throw out the spike strips and stop the car smuggling drugs and people, and sometimes they go into oncoming traffic. that's a concern, too. >> i believe it was last week, maybe the week before, we had a high-speed chase that they terminated right in this parking lot. they've had law enforcement all around the area, people going out on the ground. while they were doing the processing, the drivers of the vehicle tried to get out and run. and we are right in the middle of doing business.

is going to get past, which no one has read, which includes nothing for border security. but it does include money to secure the borders of the countries of jordan, nepal, lebanon, egypt, tunisia, oman, and pakistan. and the staggering images of zelenskyy, we may talk about this, as well. can you imagine kamala harris or nancy pelosi holding up the texas flag behind the president because they are standing in solidarity with texas, who is facing an invasion right now? because that's what it is. in other generations, when we had citizens with backbones, we would call it treason what's happening at our southern border. with a backbone, you know it's an invasion, you stand up with those people they are, they won't. instead they are cheerleading for a country 5,000 miles away that has a border dispute, i acknowledge that, but they ignore completely what's happening to our own citizens on their own soil. >> carley: this omnibus bill,

pandemonium and chaos on the border, and they are terrified of this vote because they will lose, as they should lose. so i am standing firm, i'm going to demand an up or down vote. if they don't give us the up or down vote, this is going to be very difficult for them and it probably will cost them the omnibus. >> carley: what you think about that? >> good for him! whatever tool republicans have at their disposal at this point, they should be using. if they can force votes over things that are common sense, they should force them. mitch mcconnell has completely abdicated his responsibility as an opposition leader at this point, willing to push a bill that would handcuff the acquisitions and funding process for seven months into the new year, where kevin mccarthy and the republicans will not have a chance to set their terms. he's going along with nancy pelosi instead. it's mind-blowing in the way washington works. they don't want to vote for this title 42, which is barely a band-aid. you guys know that. common sense tells them they should vote for it, politically

♪ ♪ >> carley: a missing 24-year-old woman from sacramento was found safe, and investigators are crediting fox nation's nancy grace for assisting in the investigation. aeris hammock vanished on december 9th have to go into a popular ice cream shop. five days later, hammock was found. authorities say the coverage on nancy grace's show "crime stories" help keep the case in the headlines. fox nation host nancy grace and nationwide security investigator brian fitzgibbons join us now, and both of you had a huge part in helping reunite the 24-year-old with her family. nancy, i will start with you. tell us everything, how did this all go down? >> l, aeris went missing, she had left the home that day, said she'd be right back around 1:30 to 2:30 in her mustang she left. then the mom and dad started getting worried. she was supposed to come right back. they started trying to find her,

no response. they found her through their mobile phone carrier, and they found her car, the mustang, in perfect condition at this place where they had this awesome tour of homes and christmas lights. it's the fab 40, these homes built back in the forays ' 40s. but no aeris. they knew something was horribly wrong. >> carley: so you covered this story on your show, and you had brian on your show, as well, a private investigator. jump on in, how were you able to help out? >> yeah, thank god that nancy covered this case. that was so important in locating aeris and keeping the story alive in the local media. we were able to help out through some investigative means to provide some support to sacramento pd along with the hammock family. but i think the key ingredient here was keeping this story alive, and nancy breathed life

relations committee in the audience at that joint session yesterday. your take away? >> my big take away on this is that zelenskyy is not the problem. i think it's perfect for ukraine. he's the leader that ukraine needs. what's going on in washington very much is the problem on a number of fronts. washington has no idea what he wants to extract from russia. i'll give you a quick example on that. this war is far from over but there's people here planning to spend u.s. tax dollars to rebuild ukraine instead of demanding that russia be advised that they are going to pay for everything to rebuild ukraine. that is something we should be extracting. we are not looking to extract anything. we are not all in and not all out. you have joe biden coming in front of the american people saying what we are doing is not escalating, it's not escalatory. that is b.s. everything we do is escalatory, and i am at peace with that, but he's not at peace with america being what america is.

place in washington. >> brian: there is no way they stop here. he saw what they did in georgia, in crimea. you knew they were rattling the cages. they want to reconstitute the soviet union. that's what his job was. that's what his speeches said he was going to do. do you think we have effectively explained that? >> i don't think there's been a good x donation to the american people and a lot of that goes to joe biden and his unwillingness to speak truth to this. i have a firm belief that, where there an incursion into nato territory, article five wood 100% be invoked and stood by 100%. i believe that very, very firmly. but in the face of this, there is just -- they are not looking for a nuclear demilitarization, or demilitarized zones, or war crime tribunals, or putin out of power. there are no strategic objectives being looked at.

>> brian: then what does the end look like? >> it looks like we continue to limp along as has been disc discussed. he can wait out american sup support, and the politics of the situation, to eventually turn the war and his savior because ukraine is not going to get the support. without laying out a plan for how we actually win instead of how we just help ukraine defend itself, that will be what takes place. >> brian: and you have a situation now where iran is now playing a role. how long will china sit on the sidelines as they watch the russian military be humiliated because they can't fight and they have terrible weapons? they have no bases, and 200,000 people left their country rather than get drafted. this has been a disaster for them. >> china sees something even more important than this, in my opinion, and it's about the u.s. military industrial base and the ability to ramp up our supply lines.

to grow. >> brian: the problem is, as you know, you get a lot of money not working these days. our next guest knows all about hard work and what it takes to be successful. tony robinson joins us now. just give you a lot of numbers, the economy is growing, it gives you opportunity. first off, that salary is $74,000. what would you have done with that growing up from the background you had? would you have waited for $74,000 to come down the pike? >> i would have been thrilled out of my mind. to be fair, it's only $800 more than what was reported previously in the last report. with inflation that makes total sense for people where they are. but you can't wait to do that. there are 7 million men come as you mention come at home not working. they are from literally 18 years old to 48 years old. it's not anything like we've ever seen before. it's not that people are lazy, they are missing a compelling future. there are so many young couples today, millennials and even zs thinking about the future, "i'm not going to have children because the world is such a

scary place." or that the whole world is going to end in 12 years, which we all know is b.s. but it has gotten into people's psyche. that fear starts to take over. when fear takes over, people just basically freeze. so there is a combination right now, a scarcity of jobs because so many people have dropped out of the job market. it's not because there are so many access jobs. it's because people aren't working. he said one of the reasons why. it's obvious. for a long time we have made people stay at home. >> will: you brought up men not working. i think the number in 1968 was 97% of men were either working or looking for a job. today it's 89%. that still sounds high on the surface, but if one out of every ten men isn't interested -- and this is working-age men -- then you are talking about a massive problem for the american society. >> there's no question about it. the question is what is needed. what is needed is people need to have something they can look forward to. let's be honest, it's going to

get worse before it gets better paid i'm not here to b.s. anybody. we will have more inflation and more challenges, and you'll hear numbers like you did today. but in the second quarter we said we had a million new jobs in it or not to be 10,000. so we are going to have tough times ahead. here's what i can tell you, historically. people who are very weak eventually get strong based on necessity. you look at the history of the world, it looks like this. weak people create lousy times. that's how it happens. i should say, good times create weak people, weak people create lousy times, lousy times create strong people, strong people create great times. think about the greatest generation. they were looked down on like some people look down on millennials or zs. that they don't have a work ethic, they don't care. well, they grew up for the first ten years seeing world war i, cars, music, radio, all this new technology.

they dreamed, "i'm going to have my first car." they turned 19, it's 1929, all of the sudden the whole world is upside down. and they go ten years a depression, then what happens? hitler invades poland and it looks like the world is going to end. these people became incredibly strong because the times necessitated it. we have not had those types of times that we are entering now. we are in a winter season. we go through 20-year periods where there's an overall theme of emotion. there is the times when it's fall, would it's easy, people want to give you housing, everything comes easy. but every fall is followed by a winter time, a challenging time that makes us get stronger. after that we have a spring time where it becomes easy again, and a hot summer. it's the nature of humanity to be tested. so i think the generation that is here right now, it doesn't look like they are prepared. but out of necessity it's going to happen. they have also been around where there are plenty of jobs. you want to work a place that

gives you lunch and dinner and you have some wine for lunch. nec twitter and some of these tech companies laying off 8,000 and 10,000 people each. i'm not worried. i'm just trying to bring people the skills and the environment so they can retool themselves. let's be honest, 40% of the jobs today, you look at studies from harvard or oxford, there could be gone over the next 15 years. what happens when happens when all of a sudden there's just one technology, like self-driving cars, they finally figured out, and it's 5-10 years? there's 5 million jobs of people who do uber driving and texting driving and trucks. he was going hire and pay for their insurance when they want more money, when they can run a truck that runs 24 hours a day is more effective? is so we are entering a world where we have to retool ourselves and for the averment we are in. but the challenges force us out of necessity to find the answers. >> brian: will come back and talk about the plan and opportunity the people are going to have for you.
