tv Tucker Carlson Tonight FOX News December 23, 2022 10:00pm-11:00pm PST
10:00 pm
to school, shout evoque, english. okay, we had to get that in there. listen, we look forward to a great 2020 three . thank you for having us in your home. and as always, keep it fair, balanced and unafraid. >> well, good evening and welcome to tucker carlson tonight. >> this is , believe it or not, one of our last shows of 2020 two. so naturally we got to thinking about the year that was what defined it. >> well, if you're living a healthy life, of course your relationships defined it. politics is never the most important thing. >> the people around you are your family, your friends, your dogs. that's where joy comes from, not from elections.
10:01 pm
the relationships mean much more to you than any stupid pronouncement. nancy pelosi made over the last year from her compound in napa. >> but still, politics do matter. they're not irrelevant. nancy pelosi's babblings do have an effect on your life. >> so what defined the politics of 2020 two? >> well, lying. did. this was the year of lying. the people in charge tell an awful lot of lies. >> that's what we learned. and we know this for sure because while they are avid and committed liars, they're not very good at it. their lies are amateur ish, obvious, pathetic, sad. >> and there's something insulting about that. don't take a leak on my boots and tell me it's raining, goes old cowboy phrase. don't tell me something we both know isn't true and expect me to believe it. when you do that, you insult my dignity. you diminish. you treat me like a child. if you're going to tell me a lie, put some effort into it. try something clever, have pride of craftsmanship, don't pull the same old dusty alibhai off the shelf like a jar of expired spaghetti's austin. >> expect me to fall for it
10:02 pm
again. oh, we can tell you that, mr. mrs. america. it's a matter of grave national security. but don't worry, everything's totally fine. >> we're doing a great job. they've tried that for well. >> twenty one years now with the still somehow secret 9/11 files and for nearly 60 years with the jfk assassination. >> at this point, no living americans still believes them and none should. but they keep doing it anyway. clearly, they think we have brain damage. it's frustrating to watch. but today we've decided to be amused by it that seem like the more positive option, maybe the most positive available under the circumstances. >> so here, ladies, and gentlemen, are our favorite lives of 2020 two. we had an awful lot to choose from in making tonight's list from paul pelosi's late night crime scene to the endless propaganda about the ukraine war to the million nonexistent americans who actually didn't get new jobs the third quarter of the year. >> but we're going to start with what might be the dumbest lie ever told vladimir putin
10:03 pm
blew up his own natural gas pipeline to europe now by doing us , putin crippled his own economy and weakened his own strategic position. in the middle of a war. but he did it anyway because. well, just because that's the kind of evil behavior vladimir putin is famous for. >> he's so evil. he's not only a threat to us, a direct physical peril to omaha. bengoa in san jose, vladimir putin is so evil, he's an existential threat to himself. >> stop that man before he blows up more of his own pipelines. >> that's what the media told us with a completely straight face. >> watch. how does this fit into putin's playbook? of course, as you would expect, suzanne, russia says we had nothing to do with this. we're going to launch an investigation. >> but come on , i look, you know, the indications are that foul play was involved and that it appears that russia is certainly the likeliest suspect of this. i think this is clearly an act
10:04 pm
of sabotage of some sort and in russia is certainly the most likely suspect. i think might be just the first salvo of some additional things that might be coming toward europe. >> what putin is saying to us with by blowing up his pipeline is , look, i can blow up a pipeline if if need be , i can blow up the internet cables coming into our country . >> i can blow up functioning pipelines. i could do all sorts of stuff. if i can kill myself, i could do anything. >> russia is certainly the most likely suspect, says john brennan. and you can trust him when he says that because john brennan was barack obama's cia director , nothing shady about that guy. >> he's never been involved in any illegal murders or anything . >> he's got your best interests at heart. let's put him on tv as a reliable foreign policy expert . >> he'll tell us the truth. you've got to laugh at this because, well, what's the option? and actually, john brennan turns out to be reliable in at least one sense. if john brennan says it, the opposite is almost certainly true. and that was the case here. new russia did not blow up its own pipelines.
10:05 pm
that explosion was the work of the biden administration. they signed off on it. >> and we can tell you that tonight with confidence. >> the only remaining question is now that we know for a fact that joe biden intentionally released more carbon into the atmosphere, than any human in recorded history, can he continue to lecture the rest of us about global warming? >> we're thinking, oh, yeah, he can. biden certainly as the main qualification for doing that soullessness. >> this is a man who shared with his own daughter who smiles when he's mad. this is when he'll say literally anything. >> if the chinese military unleashed a deadly manufactured flu virus on the world, joe biden would blame you for it. and actually, he did. >> people are dying of covid. joe biden told us , because you have questions about an experimental mrn shot that doesn't really work. and the long term effects, we can't know you are the criminal here, not the chinese. government, because you're, quote, unvaccinated. >> you must be punished. >> that was the message from
10:06 pm
the white house. picked up an eagerly disseminated by biden's equally soulless stooges in the media and here's one of them, leeanna, when formerly of abortion giant planned parenthood. >> now of cnn, we have a very narrow window to tie reopening policy to vaccination status because otherwise, if everything is reopened, then what's the carrot going to be? and how are we going to incentivize people to actually get the vaccine? so that's why i think the cdc and the bush administration needs to come out a lot bolder and say, if you're vaccinated, you can do all these things here, all these freedoms that you have, because otherwise people are going to go out and enjoy these freedoms anyway. >> so the unvaccinated might be , quote, enjoying freedoms, friendly to win. >> and everyone knows that under the u.s. constitution, that's not allowed. scurry back to your hovel, coolac. no freedoms for you. the gruel is ladled at four. >> slurp it with gratitude. oh, what a difference a year makes now. >> we know that everything
10:07 pm
leana wen told us on cnn was a lie. >> and we know that for certain because amazingly, leana wen just admitted this week when acknowledged that actually this is not a pandemic of the unvaccinated. it's the opposite. the cdc, she said, has now determined that, quote, vaccinated people who never had covered were at least three times as likely to be infected as unvaccinated people with a prior infection and a lancet study continuing. the quote found that those who were vaccinated but never had covered were four times as likely to have a severe illness resulting in hospitalization or death. >> compared to the unvaccinated who recovered from it. >> i mean, what? >> so the vaccinated are four times as likely to be hospitalized or die from it? >> four times. so it turns out that none of your vaccine propaganda was true, to put it mildly. it was all a lie. the question is , can we
10:08 pm
get our lives back now? how about our economy, our jobs ? when's the part when you break down in racking sobs of contrition and beg forgiveness, for misleading the entire country on matters of life and death and hurting people? we look forward to that part, though, obviously not holding our breath. for now, it is satisfying enough to see a lie identified for what it always was. >> and honestly, that's also the pleasure in watching the same bank winfried saga unfold. >> bank winfried was this weird, pudgy kid in a t shirt who played video games during interviews, took a ton of pills and could never quite explain the business model of his, quote, crypto exchange. i mean, literally from the first day this guy was an utterly transparent scam artist. your golden retriever could smelled the fraud on this guy. it was that redolent. he stunk of it. but somehow the geniuses of financial wizards at cnbc had no idea they fell in love with him back then.
10:09 pm
they wanted to be sam banks freed . they told a sam bank. >> ben freed was the new jp morgan here. >> there is a tape we're going to watch at least once a month for the rest of our lives. >> it's that good. they call them the jp morgan of crypto , right? yeah, the michael jordan of crypto , if you will . so why should you care about a floppy haired degan fidget, spinning crypto billionaire occasionally sleeps on a beanbag chair during the so-called crypto winter. the thirty year old ceo has been referred to as crypto white knight jp morgan of this generation, sam banks and freed's ftf. is he the gink of our era or is he the jp morgan of our . i think it's yet to be determined, yet to be deceived by this. he vanderveldt, he could be harryman possibly credit mobilier scandal, c carnegie. >> if he gives a lot of libraries, he is . >> that wasn't ten years ago.
10:10 pm
that was weeks, days before the sam bank been freed . >> fraud collapsed in on itself . >> is he vanderbilt. is he harryman. is he carnegie. is he jp freakin' morgan. >> no. no he's not actually he's an accused felon who just this week was photographed shuffling along in handcuffs on his way to his cell. >> it's just so awesome. these people are ridiculous. >> and that's the real lesson of sam bakeman. and we're going to enjoy every second of it. >> now, it's a little harder to enjoy what's happening to the rest of the economy. inflation, especially inflation, is one of those economic phenomena. >> you don't need to be an mit professor to identify has the price of things you buy every week gone up a lot. but it has. >> okay, you've got inflation. inflation is demonstrable. anyone who claims otherwise is lying. and everybody knows that. and that's why even most politicians, people who lie about anything don't bother to lie about inflation. >> it's just too easy to catch them. but some still persist in lying
10:11 pm
about it. they just enjoy the experience of lying. >> it makes them feel alive. janet yellen is one of those. >> watch. you're here to tell you that the inflation you're experiencing every day is not real. it's a mirage. it's, quote, transitory. >> we've had several months of high inflation that most economists, including me, believe will be transitory. >> i personally believe that this represents transitory factors. are higher prices here to stay? i believe it's transitory, but i don't mean to suggest that these pressures will disappear in the next month or two. it is important that we monitor it carefully, but i believe fundamentally that this is something that will settle down transitory to time. >> you hear that she's an economist. she's not a scam artist.
10:12 pm
she got rich from bribes disguised as speaking fees from the big banks after she had been running the fed. no, no, no, no. she's an economist. >> and because she's an economist and you're not, she knows that there are many kinds of inflation. there's conventional inflation. then there's something called transitory inflation. and that's the kind of inflation you're not allowed to complain about, especially before midterm elections. you are commanded to ignore that kind of inflation. and if it still bothers you, then you have to do your patriotic duty and get an abortion. that's the word from janet yellen. who as of tonight is literally our treasury secretary. >> so merry christmas. much lied to american people. at least you know who we're dealing with now. the good is , is we can still be happy. happiness is a gift from god and even the biden administration can't take it away. >> jason whitlock is a happy man. >> he's fearless. he joins us tonight. jason , thanks so much for coming. i mean, you've got to admit the upside to their lying is there's no question about what it is . >> they don't even try. they don't tell her. i loved your list, but she left
10:13 pm
a few things that go along. >> well, listen, ukraine released this blockbuster movie top gun, maverick, the ghost of kyiv, that fighter pilot that shot down boris yeltsin, nikita khrushchev, vladimir putin. and then when he crashed his plane, he hopped out of it and beat up ivan drago. you've got to remember that. why, of course. the other one that i was big on , you mentioned it briefly, but i still think there's meat on the bones with paul pelosi. this guy remakes m.c. hammer's. you can't touch this into you can't touch this hammertime. that's one of the biggest lies. what about the on the border with the people with the whip that we're always reminded people gave everybody slavery, flashbacks of the immigrants. and this was and then on a more serious note, just just for me and because we are so
10:14 pm
close to christmas, the january 6th committee that's to me is the biggest lie we've got going on in america. >> and we are so close to christmas. and i think about those people that are locked up and being treated like they george floyd, rioters and looters when they were really just going to confront the politicians that they were frustrated with . so that would have been my list. >> tucker, you know, you're so right. and i was going to include that, but honestly made me so mad i couldn't write anything funny about it. >> but we can be happy anyway. and jason whitlock, we are grateful for you and your appearances so often on this show. they really make a difference. >> thank you. merry christmas. thank you. merry christmas. >> winter storms are disrupting a lot of things in the country, especially air travel, something called the bomb. cyclone zone, they're telling us , is now in progress. fox's mike tobin is chicago's o'hare airport with the very latest. >> mike tobin, thanks for joining us . >> what's going on there? well, you know, in terms of
10:15 pm
bodies piling up at the airport, tucker, it never really got that bad. and i've got to give a tip of the hat to the airlines because they communicated with the travelers when the flights were being canceled, when they were being delayed. it's a little different on the other side of security because you get a lot of people who couldn't get on their connecting flights. but what is a bomb? cyclone is a weather phenomenon. when you have a low pressure system colliding with a high pressure system, it drives down a bunch of cold air, creates a bunch of wind and usually precipitation. it is marked by a drop the barometer of twenty four millibars over a 24 hour period. now, i've been tracking it. i've tracked 14 millibars. so unfortunately, for all the suffering, i think we're going to fall a little short of earning a bomb. cyclone merit badge will leave the final call to the meteorologists. just a hack at these things. what you did get us a lot of flight cancelations. seattle, tacoma airport in particular, they got dumped on with freezing rain and that iced over the runways. and the ice is actually harder to get off the runways than the snow. so they had to shut down the whole airport. that meant alaska airlines canceled all their flights out
10:16 pm
of seattle and portland as well. by noon today, you had just about four thousand flights that were canceled. so the ripple effect impacted pretty much all the major air carriers and every airport. if you're one of the people who made it home on time, you're one of the lucky ones. unfortunately, last night we were scheduled to leave about 750. this morning, we got a text last night saying they rescheduled us to austin at 12 o'clock today with a layover. we're just trying to figure out what's going on . we are trying to avoid this line and we just trying to get help. >> this is a mess. we were originally meant to fly to toronto from london, england, last night and our flight was canceled. then we rebooked to detroit today, but that was canceled as well. so we just tried to get another flight to toronto or detroit, and there's nothing left for us . so the system didn't create too much snow. it did create a lot of cold,
10:17 pm
create a lot of wind. >> it drove the snow around last night, made a really treacherous to see if you were trying to drive today. >> the roads aren't that bad, but it is cold, cold, cold. and i'm talking to you right now, negative five in chicago with windchill of negative thirty . >> duggar the bad, but not as bad as it might have been, which makes it good. >> and we appreciate it. >> good news from you, mike . thank you very christmas. so one community needs to explain why exactly the lifestyle left so angry at the christmas songs. i grew up with . baby , it's cold outside. that's hate speech and joins us live to explain. i remember when i got my first glimpse of the mountains, i had to take a breath. i began to understand what was so special about it. you guys ready? there is something that we should be thankful for, the human will to convince other people this is worth
10:18 pm
keeping sure at times like that. when they all questioned the monumental task that was in front of them, they started to realize their mission to exploit the region was the wrong path. there's something about staring out at the landscape here, taking in the natural world just as it was intended to be. i was determined to be out there attention marines and family members who served, lived or worked at camp lejeune, north carolina, august 1953. through december 1987. if you or someone you love has been diagnosed with cancer, parkinson's disease or any of these serious health issues, you may now qualify for significant financial compensation. >> called liberty legal.
10:19 pm
>> now to determine your eligibility for over thirty years, leaking defective chemical storage tanks contaminated the drinking water with benzene and other highly toxic chemicals. victims who drank or were exposed to the contaminated water have been diagnosed with multiple cancers, parkinson's disease, birth defects from in utero exposure and other serious health issues. a new law gives marines and family members the opportunity to receive justice and financial compensation for their illnesses caused by toxic water exposure at camp lejeune. but you need to call now to see if you qualify. it cost you nothing. if you don't win hundred by 150, 200, that's 800 three five one fifty 200. >> do you listen to the tv on high volume or have trouble hearing conversations? then you would benefit from hearing aids. don't waste thousands on expensive hearing aids when you can get nanos revolutionary technology for just two hundred ninety seven dollars. don't be fooled by higher priced hearing aids. the cic recharge is a true hearing aid, not an amplifier

10:22 pm
i'm bored and i'm bored. and i'm bored. the good news about the collapse of the traditional legacy media is that new media is moving to fill the void they left behind and lives of tiktok is honestly well, it's a twitter account, but it's become one of the most important sites of reporting in the new media and essentially what lives that does is find videos that people have posted online about themselves publicly and hold them up for a bigger audience. lives tiktok is one of the reasons we know what's happening in classrooms around the country right now. >> here's a sample. >> i have had multiple students come out to be not just
10:23 pm
with their sexuality, but also with their gender identity. it's one of the reasons i think it's so important to be out and loud and proud. i teach my elementary school students about gender identity. some people are girls. dumber boys are bullied, some are neither. i tell this kid we do have a flag in the class that you can pledge your allegiance to . and he looks around and goes, oh, that one . so there's something really wrong in the country and in our classrooms. kids are being exposed to this without the knowledge of their parents and we wouldn't even know that. right? not in a lot of cases. for the reporting of lives of ticktock, who , by the way, doesn't editorialize much, just holds up what people have said about themselves. for doing this. the left has really tried to hurt the person who runs lives of ticktock till the ends of "the washington post" wrote a whole piece trying to find out who this person is . other people could harass her. well, the person who runs lives
10:24 pm
,tiktok, just sat down with us and for the first time revealed her identity for a new episode. tucker carlson today. here's part of it. >> people ask me all the time, this is one of the most common questions. if you could say one thing to taylor, what would it be ? or if you can ask her one question. and i thought about this so much and i always i wasn't i was never sure how to answer the question. and i thought about a lot. and then i realized the answer is , i don't want to talk to her. she's a bad person and she's toxic. and i don't want to we agree. we disagree. sorry. we disagree on everything there is . we have nothing in common. she she's not a person i ever want to be in the same room with . you never want to be in her presence. so there's my answer. i don't want to talk to her. so on tuesday, we're going to take that off her face and you will see for the first time who runs lives of tock.
10:25 pm
she will be public and we think a force in american media. that's going to happen tuesday right here on this show. the whole interview drops that day on fox nation. we hope you watch. >> so remember the fake outrage over the christmas song, baby ? >> it's cold outside were supposed to be very mad about that song, part of a broader effort to destroy everything you grew up with . that was good. your history, your culture. but they told us the time was me, too. well, comedian tom cotton remembers that very well, and he noted that that song generated a lot more outrage among lifestyle liberals than a pop song about women's. >> so tom carter's bit on this is all over the internet. >> you may have seen it if you haven't. here's part of it. and the one that really killed it was last christmas. we canceled a song that was written in the nineteen forties called baby it's cold outside, which is fine if you feel that way, but the exact same time, the number one song in this nation for over two months was wet. >> i'm not making that up. look at googling.
10:26 pm
so i'm going to wrap up my show by comparing and contrasting the lyrics of these two songs. >> if indeed this country has lost its mind. >> let's start with the horribly offensive christmas song written just after world war two. >> i really can't stay, baby . >> it's cold outside. i got to go away, baby . it's cold outside. this evening has been so very nice. yeah. you know, with some wet blanket ,a bucket and a mop for this wet beat it up and we're extra large . >> extra hard. put this right in your face. >> swipe your nose like a credit card. so when you destroy people's culture, you replace it with something new , a new culture. and he pointed it out with the new culture is and it's not just baby . it's cold outside because it's not just one song. it's everything you grew up with .
10:27 pm
everything that you thought made this country decent, all the happy memories, woman, child, they're now band. >> so that would include christmas carols like god rest, merry gentlemen. we found this video from 2020 of people singing the new folk version of god rest. >> you weary gentlemen. here it is . also no miss depressionary. see the tv now. so again, the point is not to make any more inclusive, it's to destroy the things that you love. tom carter, of course, knows that comedians are really insightful. >> that's why they're comedians. tom , who just joins us now. >> tom , thanks so much for coming on . so what inspired you to compare yesterday's deeply offensive
10:28 pm
song with today's totally okay song? >> yeah, i'm not trying to bash anyone over the head with my politics, but i just think you've got to draw a line in the sand somewhere like i consider christmas a birthday party. it's a birthday party for the baby . and these people want to destroy a kid's birthday party, which i think is outrageous. they wake up in the morning waiting to be outraged. what can i be triggered by today so i can become a christmas karen and ruin it for everybody else? and how long before white christmas is deemed racist or oh is not offensive to people in the entertainment industry or candy canes? or offensive to handicapped people? you've got to draw a line somewhere or it's just going to get further and further out of control. and i'm just done with the people destroying it. >> well, i completely agree. and hello, is offensive to workers, as you know, but we say it anyway. >> so what's the response when when you point this out in the hilarious way you do? >> well, i've been eviscerated
10:29 pm
by some you know, what kills me is it's young millennial men that are really coming after me. >> i thought it would be maybe i'm sexist, but i thought it would be millennial women. but it's really the men that are coming after me and really taking shots at me on my posts and stuff. but most people, the vast majority are are positive because i think the vast majority believe, as i do, that these are traditions that we hold dear that we've hold on to for our whole lives. my kids have never asked santos pronouns are they don't care, you know what i mean? and what about the systematic oppression of the elves? when do we give them reparations? how come the reindeer aren't more inclusive? they're all cis gender males, aren't they ? that will prancer maybe. but you know, at some point you just have to say, no, there shouldn't be an elk or a cariboo. their reindeer. they went after the santa claus, the movie by tim allen. they said it was fat shaming. it's santa. he's fat. >> can we get over it? can we just move on with our lives and not ruin it for kids? tom carter, thank you.
10:30 pm
>> thank you so much. so the thing that i hate most, of course, is actual christianity, because it suggests there's a power over bigger than more powerful than the people currently in charge . and so christianity is now effectively illegal in parts of europe, including in christian great britain, a woman that was just arrested for praying silently in front of an abortion clinic, not making it up. >> it's on video. she joins us now . >> soon after the war in
10:31 pm

10:36 pm
>> lawmakers are now home for the holidays, but not before the house passed a whopping one point seven trillion spending bill on friday. the bill included enough to prevent a shutdown and fund the government until the end of september. it will also give an additional forty five billion in aid to ukraine on marianne rafferty. >> now back to tucker. here's an amazing story. isabelle von spruces, the leader of 40 days for life campaign in birmingham, england. >> she's not a terrorist. >> she's the opposite . she's someone who prays a lot literally this month. she was praying silently outside an abortion clinic in birmingham. she wasn't yelling or carrying a sign or blocking the doorway, doing anything disruptive. >> she was just praying, praying, not to the government, to god. and that's not allowed anymore. so police approached her and arrested her and charged with violating a public
10:37 pm
space protection order and committing, quote, antisocial behavior. and we're not making this up. it was caught on video. here it is . >> how do you feel today? do understanding what have you thought that this is an abortion crime? and so i ask you one school, will you voluntarily come with us now to the police station for me to ask you some questions about today and for the days where there are allegations that you are? i i've got a choice and i'm okay with you. you're under arrest on suspicion of failing to comply with public protection order, public spaces, protection, order. isabelle von spruce joins us tonight as well. thank you so much for coming on . so the order is designed. >> the law is designed
10:38 pm
to protect public spaces from preying well, maybe maybe if i could give a bit of a background to this over for 20 . so around that i've been going outside abortion centers and praying that and offering help to women. i know well over one woman. you've accepted our help and continue their pregnancies in september this year. the local council in birmingham brought in this censorships faludi's. we used fowling and drunken behavior and things like that, but they're now popping up around the country surrounding abortion semblances and they banned behavior like protesting . but it also names prayer and counseling as forms of protest and so forth. i went and stood near the closed abortion center and silently prayed there. and as you can see, the police came and asked me if i was
10:39 pm
protesting, which i wasn't. they asked me if i was praying. i said i might be praying. i was arrested. i was searched. i was locked in a cell. i was then interviewed or interrogated. however, i would like to see it ,which i was quizzed about what i was praying about. i was then released on bail and then subsequently charged on four counts of protesting and engaging in an act intimidating of service users. so i now stand on trial. on february, the 2nd, supported by adf. i believe freedom of thought. and the concern is here in england that national buffer zones are now being discussed. so there's a possibility of every abortion center in this country having a similar zone around it. and obviously the implications of that are really concerning. >> if you're arresting people for praying, you are committing
10:40 pm
an act of evil, it's not a close call at all. >> there's no debate about that. and i would think that even secular people would recognize that. did anybody any prominent person, step forward to defend you? >> i have had a lot of people who say that a pro-choice or that they support abortion, but they've also got concerns about this and that in itself is very encouraging to hear that it's not necessarily about people who support abortion or don't support abortion. this is more to do with freedom of thought here. it's even going further than freedom prayer. i mean, we will talk about that. the council culture in the concerns we have about people being canceled, speaking in public, maybe public speaking engagement, but to be blasting somebody for what they're thinking, it's just going even a step further. it's just it's actually quite silly. that's the word i'd use to describe it. i mean, the amount of people who use the word orwellian
10:41 pm
to me to describe this, likening it to the nineteen eighty four novel, and it's really seem like that to me. from start to finish. and it's not over yet, but it's just quite a surreal experience . >> well, it's evil. it's an act of evil. arresting someone for praying is an act of evil period. and it just breaks your heart to think of all the people in charge, your prime minister on down who are standing by and allowing this to happen in it. i'm just so glad that you did this. i hope you'll continue to do it. that's a human right. they can't take it away. from you. and i appreciate your telling us about it on this show. isabel von's, thank you. well, samake been freed , of course is a scam artists. >> looks like he pulled off the biggest financial fraud in history. >> he's already out of jail though on two hundred and fifty million dollars bond, which actually turned out to be fake. he didn't have to pay a cent. his parents put up their relatively modest four million dollar house
10:42 pm
as collateral, and that somehow covered the quarter billion in bail. the remaining collateral apparently came from an unnamed relative and a friend. >> another scam right in front of our faces. how long before this guy fleeced somewhere else? >> charlie gasparino is a senior correspondent. fox business has followed this story from the beginning. >> he joins us tonight. charlie, what this seems like another kind of fraud perpetrated by a court. it's listen, i laugh. this is a funny story. if you're out the money that was stolen from your crypto account and used to gamble away in their side hustle, which is a was some sort of a hedge fund. listen, this is so bizarre. they should really release the names of the people who put up their houses or whoever they are, because we should know, as you know, both sandbank and freed's mom, dad, mrs. friede and mr. blankman have very close ties to major people in the democratic party. the mom was a huge democratic party fundraiser. i mean, for all i know, this is george soros.
10:43 pm
i'm not saying it is george soros, but if you if i found out tomorrow that george soros put up part of his bond, buy some house that he has or someone like that, i would not be surprised if that's that's in the wheelhouse of this very lefty political connected with rich people, family. so, i mean, they should really release who these people are just so we get the full notice of how this guy is is getting out of jail. you know, here's the other thing, tucker. they don't need him as a witness. there is no reason why they have to be nice to this guy. and here's why. carolyn ellis and his girlfriend or ex-girlfriend was part of the whole mess of left and the side hustle hedge fund . she's turned evidence and she said point blank in her charging documents that she cut a deal with the feds that me i conspired with sam bank. but freedom i'm paraphrasing to basically not disclose what we were doing on the hedge fund and prevent that from being aired. >> and that means he is toast.
10:44 pm
stick a fork in them gun. they don't need him. i mean, you usually cut these deals with these guys like bernie madoff. remember, madoff admitted to everything. he cut a deal with the feds to keep him out of jail. he gave them ten million, which was nothing. but he was helping people find where those funds are. they don't need this guy to help them find anything else. it's first, they're probably gone, just gambled away. >> so this is this is a big story. it's a weird side story to this whole thing why everybody why people are in power are still being nice to this guy. >> it is bizarre. tells you a million people defrauded by sam. >> absolutely. and we can't the next next morgan next year. the next. those names were hysterical right away. carnegie harriman, no prison inmate. >> charlie gasparino, great to see you too, pal. thank you.
10:45 pm
>> so in order for your health care system to work, you have have seen doctors, same doctors, you need them most. arshne, some are not saints. we've won in the last couple of years. alex berenson has learned it better than almost anybody. he may have found the angriest, nuttiest doctor in all medicine, someone who was mocking fentanyl victims, people who suffer from vaccine injuries, poor experience and joins us now. >> it comes every year. >> then it's gone in a flash, the most joyous seasons we all hope would last. >> the twinkling lights gleam a christmas glow. >> there's a chill in the air and into the snow, sipping hot chocolate all bundled up tight, singing carols with loved ones under the stars. of night. >> we invite you to visit a most wondrous park because you'll never forget christmas time at the park wednesday on fox with this with the

visiting with mrs. claus to check check her vaccine papers. >> watch. it's been a tough season with lots of viruses making people sick. thankfully, sanjay and i are feeling as healthy as ever. we are both up to date with our vaccinations, including covid booster's and flu shots. >> that's so good to hear. i always tell santa to make a list check twice one stay up to date on your vaccinations to wear a mask in crowded indoor places and make sure it fits nice snug three . >> wash your hands to the tune of jingle bells, jingle bells jingle all the way. now ask yourself, is that less wooden and more believable than the state propaganda produced by the kim regime in north korea? no, actually it's not. and doctors should be speaking out against that because it's corrosive of the public trust
10:52 pm
in medicine and it's just lying. >> but not many are, in fact, virtually non , some of them moving in the other direction. ryan marino, for example, is an emergency medicine physician in ohio employed by university hospitals. he's often cited as an expert by outlets like nbc news recently. >> marino, unbeknownst to those of us who are not on twitter, has written several posts on that social media app attacking a woman who suffered a documented mri and a vacs injury. >> he says she's , quote, looking for money. what? >> he has no evidence of that. this is a suffering patient. he's mocking her. then she's also posted this image on instagram, mocking the idea that a small amount of fennel can kill somebody, mocking people who die of fentanyl. >> a doctor. why is this allowed in this country? why would any hospital still employ a so-called doctor like this? >> what exactly is going on ? >> alex berenson broke this story. he's the author, of course, his work is on substance. >> okay, he joins us tonight.
10:53 pm
thanks so much for coming on and for bringing this to light. >> so you don't want to pile on one guy. he's just some doctor in ohio. and you want to be fair and everything, but the guy is a doctor . >> tell us why it's important for the rest of us to know about him. sure. so, by the way, it's actually even worse than than what you said in that he's not he's not attacking this lady because she had a vaccine injury. her son , who's fifteen, had a documented case myocarditis. >> and he's he's he's going at her and saying she wants money for that. so, look, dr. marino, he's entitled to think that fentanyl should be legal and that all drugs should be legal, which he does. and he's entitled to be very pro vaccine, which he is . >> but but his views and the way he articulates them to me are part of a much larger problem. on twitter and with this group of very hard left doctors
10:54 pm
on twitter who are who sometimes they're called med twitter and they will vociferously attack, whether it's a journalist like me, whether it's somebody who says, hey, i have a family member who's vaccine injured, whether it's somebody who says, you know what, i don't think you're harm reduction policies are working very well. they will use their credentials to try to shout down anybody who disagrees with them. and dr. welner is a particularly toxic example of this. he seems to have a particular problem with women, too, in the last month, he's attacked at least three women independently, using, you know, he referred to one as a mommy blogger. i just i don't i don't it does not seem professional to me. and physicians do have to follow a code of conduct. and whether or not whether or not he's violating professional licensing rules, i think i think the cajoling and the using of his authority this way is really problematic. >> experiencer. thanks so much for coming on . appreciate it.
