better mood on this new year's,o not all is lost. there are wonderful peoplenderf making us still the greatest country there is are a lot of them. we are really happy to see theme tonight. we'll be back tomorrow night and every weeknight, 8:00 p.m.ib ,a show that's the sworn enemy of lying. >> pomposity, smugness and groupthink have the best night with the ones you love. >> we'll see tomorrow. and welcome to this special edition of "hannity". and by the way, happy new year . tonight for the full hour, we're going to highlight some of our best interviews from the past few months. now, first up, i spoke to dr. phil about the out of control council culture. let's take a look now. as we have documented on this show, night after night censorship, silencing, boycotting, canceled culture, it is all becoming all too common within our political discourse. social media, college campuses,
11:01 pm
even in day to day life, even in the workplace, many americans feel forced to stay silent for fear of upsetting the cancel culture mob and now all of this was the subject of a recent episode of the hit show. >> dr. phil, take a look. nowadays, you better watch what you say, because there is always someone in person or online who will tell you. you can't say that is problematic. >> i mean, there are so many words and phrases that are off limits. it's hard to keep track and they change all the time. for example, some say peanut gallery is not classist and racist. first world problem is also class is tone deaf, is ablest. mom and dad assumes traditional gender roles. i'm telling you, there's always something that seems to be a new word on the do not say list. >> all right. top daytime syndicated talk show host dr. phil mcgraw
11:02 pm
is with us now to explain. dr. phil, good to have you back on, my friend. good to see how you man. >> well, good to talk to you, sean. how you doing? i'm good. you know, all my career, i've never called for a boycott, never call for a show to be canceled. never call for a host to be fired. i believe in something called freedom. we can't make people watch our shows or listen to my radio show. people have choices and i believe in freedom. but that is not the prevailing view anymore, is it? well, sadly, it's not. i always thought that we went to the universities to hear other people's ideas and to, you know, not necessarily agree with them, but at least learn something about what they had to say. now we see surveys that tell us anywhere from 15 to 30% of students think it's okay to yell down the speaker that you don't that you don't agree with . i think that we're just getting to the point that we are in
11:03 pm
a bubble. we don't want to talk to anyone that doesn't agree with our thinking. and if someone says something that is offensive, to our sensibilities, then people go on the attack and they may choose the wrong word. and instead of saying, you know, maybe in some way saying, hey, listen, you may not know it, but that could be offensive to someone instead, they start bombarding them with boycott messages, then they hope they die. i'm going to slit your throat in the night. >> i hate i mean, you're reading my twitter and things. you've been reading my twitter account. >> i can tell, you know what i'm talking about. i do. you know, you said something in the open your show that caught my attention. i can't keep up. i one day it's okay to say one thing. the next day, you know, apparently it's outlawed. and if you say it, you're you're immediately labeled this or that. and , you know, it said innocently not designing it to hurt somebody.
11:04 pm
well, you know, really, the mentality has gotten to a point of being a gotcha sort of of culture. and it doesn't really matter to a lot of people if that really reflects that person's values and beliefs. and i think as a result, a lot of groups alienate people that, in fact, our allies, people that in fact, would support their position or their cause. and i think that's just not that's not smart. it's not good thinking. somebody makes a slip of the tongue, chooses a word that maybe is not in vogue at the moment. it's not on the glossary. and they get attacked instead of saying, hey, listen, let's build a bridge here, you may be alienating some rebill allies. and i had a complete list up there and a lot of the audience couldn't even guess why the words were up there. >> i couldn't get them either. let me ask you what the result was, because this was a pretty controversial show that you did
11:05 pm
. >> and what was the end result? what was the audience reaction by the time you got to the end of the hour? well, you know, sean, i'm glad you asked that. i've moved my entire audience up onto the stage as a focus group at this point, everybody and i encourage them to speak and i've seen the results of the surveys like the cato institute says that 62% of americans, that's almost two thirds of americans are afraid to speak out for fear that they will say something they shouldn't say. and i asked my audience, how many of you are afraid to speak up or say something right now in this show? you can't say that. how many of you are afraid to speak up right now? and it look like the wave at texas stadium. i mean, people do say no, i listen, i'm scared to death, dog, don't follow me. i don't want to say the wrong thing. it's not that i think feel or
11:06 pm
behave in the wrong way. i'm just afraid i'll run a red light and the word police will get all over me, you know, by the way, can we be honest about this? >> i think a lot people feign that they're outraged. they're not outraged. if you're outraged by a couple of words, you need to grow up. and you know what? if you feel bad about yourself, go read my twitter feed and the comments that people make about me. you'll feel a lot better about yourself. >> there's my advice. stop being a lot of people like blindsided was up there and people are saying, well, that offends people that are onesided. well, i've talked to a lot of those people. none of them seem to be offended. maybe it's just because i haven't talked to enough, but it's other people that seem to be offended on their behalf. now, i'm not saying there are people that aren't, but i haven't talked to them yet. i certainly think we are. we don't have to get offended every time we have the chance to be offended. and i think that's where we've
11:07 pm
missed the boat. >> all right, dr. phil, congratulations on another great successful year and launch for your show. we appreciate you being with us ,as always. >> thank you, sir. now, i also recently spoke with mike rowe about the new season of his fox nation show, how america works. >> let's take a look at fox business. prime is back with new seasons of great prime time shows like american built american dynasty. kelsey grammer, historical historic battles for america and how america works, hosted by our good friend mike rowe. and just like last season, he's going to be taking you behind the scenes for an in-depth look at the people that keep this country running ,the people that make the country great. here is a sneak peek of the first episode of the new season, which focuses on the men and women who keep america's cargo moving. think about life without them. >> not pretty. instead of me being down here picking up little by little, half buckets of water buckets, he rolls it all down here into
11:08 pm
the big pile where i can grab four buckets each time and it will save us time, money and everything is going good right now. let's move. but as john is about to find out, johnny, his troubles with the hopper aren't over yet. go open that open in. >> you're kidding, right? all right. here now with more is our friend and the host of how america works. it airs monday nights at eight p.m. on our sister network, the fox business network. migros with us. you know, going back to your days of you know, i just love how you you know, he doesn't even have to talk. very cool. i told you, you have the only other job i would want in tv with the two shows that you had. now, the third show that you have with us with fox business ,and that is dirty jobs and deadliest catch. and i love all of it. i don't think americans truly
11:09 pm
appreciate what it takes to get those big crab legs that they like to eat at a restaurant. i don't think they know what it takes to manufacture something. i don't think we fully understand the impact of what farmers do for us every day and ranchers do for us every day. and in this particular case, you know, getting getting everything packed and moving off of ships and out to stores ,i don't think we really realize. >> do you think americans appreciate? well, the two different things, realization and appreciation, most of us have never really realized it, but we've always intuitively appreciate. we know that when we flick the switch and the light comes on , that's the result of a miracle. and that miracle is made possible by men and women doing things out of sight and out of mind. what i worry about is the overall lack of appreciation that has infected, in my view,
11:10 pm
our society over the last thirty or forty years. my tv shows, the two that you mentioned, as well as how america works, are just an attempt to tap the country on the shoulder and say, hey, look, if we don't hang on to this fundamental appreciation for the kinds of jobs that make civilized life possible for the rest of us , we're going to have a list of unintended consequences longer than your arm. >> did covid change that in some ways? did we get a greater appreciation for people that work in the medical field? you know, everybody from doctors, nurses and orderlies and everybody in between did we get a greater appreciation for truck drivers if they weren't trucking and packers weren't packing and farmers aren't farming, we wouldn't have survived. do you think people now have a little bit of an increased appreciation? i hate to paint with too broad a brush. i know i do. i know that the whole zoome world, the conversation we're
11:11 pm
having right now, three years ago, that that didn't happen. i came to new york. i sat in the studio with you. this is made possible by fiber optics and men driving around at all hours making sure everything is connected. so i think in a lot of ways, covid gave us a wake up call. but i'm afraid it did something else to sean. honestly, i know i'm a broken record on this, but i was listening to joe concha a couple of segments back go down the list of things that are important to voters. and i'll tell you what nobody's talking about. no one is talking about the seven million able bodied men who are not only unemployed today, but who have affirmatively left the workforce. i just spent an hour and a half interviewing a guy named nick eberstadt, brilliant economist, who who believes that that statistic far more so than unemployment numbers and really any other metric, is the thing that should scare the hell out of us . that number of able, able bodied men combined with the
11:12 pm
11 million jobs that are currently open, that's never happened in our country before. and if we don't fix that, we're on that part of the map where it says, here be dragons, because we don't know what's coming next. >> and coming up, highlights from sarah carter's exclusive reports about biden's border disaster. a must in your medicine cabinet . less sick days, coal coming on backhands. on backhands. the number brand. highly recommended side fans love cycads, unique sink formula. it shortens colds. zakim zinc, that cold? hi, i'm mike huckabee, former governor of arkansas. and i'm here today to tell you about a hidden health crisis currently affecting nearly every american sleep deprivation. and that's why you need to know about relaxium sleep. you see, getting a good night's sleep helps support a healthy immune system, helps maintain a healthy blood pressure, healthy cardiovascular system. thankfully, relaxium sleeps

11:16 pm
>> if you can't see life through the fog, make yourself ask for help. and this is a fox news alert. i'm jackie banas in new york . we continue to keep an eye on the aftermath of a very tragic event that's left one of football's top stars in critical condition right now. it was witnessed live by millions of fans monday night. buffalo's damar hamlin took a hard hit to the chest during a game between the bills and the cincinnati bengals. the twenty four year old safety got up immediately, but then
11:17 pm
fell to the ground. just a short time ago, the bills released this tweet saying damar hamlin suffered a cardiac arrest following a hit in our game versus the bengals. his heartbeat was restored on the field and he was then transferred to u.s. medical center for further testing and treatment. he is currently sedated and listed in critical condition. hamlyn made his nfl debut just two seasons ago. he joined the bills as a sixth round draft pick and has since emerged as one of the league's best safeties. i'm jackie ibanez. >> we will follow this throughout the night. now back to "hannity". all right. all year, sars-cov-2 reported on the biden administration's dangerous and totally out of control border crisis. >> here are some of the highlights from the president would be willing to dress. she has eyes on you. you're flying right over him, okay? no, you have eyes on her. walker. i got her. i got her. better get certain for
11:18 pm
basically she's she was abandoned at the top of the mountain and she's terrified. she's crying. said there were twenty seven other people with her, basically said they were going to come back for her, but they never did. they just abandon her up on the mountain. there's all kinds of elements out there that i mean, out there alone. if she were to spend the night out there tonight, it would have dropped into the low 30s. i mean, who knows if she would have made it? the fact that we even found her right, that she was even able to make with her phone in that last second, her phone broke. right. that she was even able to make that phone call right now, just goes to show you, though, to . but these human smuggling organizations are doing that. they have no disregard and they have no regard for human life. i'm gonna leave a person behind and they'll keep moving on . >> right now, the state of arizona is actually in a battle with the federal government. i mean, governor , do you see
11:19 pm
is actually trying to sue the federal government because they're federal government trying to force the state of arizona to actually take down the train cars that they're using to basically these cargo containers to basically create a border in the gaps? correct. so that's that's what it makes a big difference that people sometimes don't understand. so we have the immigration problem, obviously, where anybody can come across, claim asylum and then they're getting released. that's a big issue. then you got to got to raise which which this area leads the entire country and got a place. there's nowhere else more than here in this part of arizona. and then you've got the narcotics. >> we are seeing a large increase in the united states of unaccompanied minors, children that have no guardians. >> is that part of a . >> yes, the trafficking organizations plans because it's easier to move those children or it's more money. yeah, it's all part. but what about people that want to buy a child because they're a predator?
11:20 pm
>> so i've heard that some people and places have very specific things that they like, certain nationalities or a certain age groups. so the cartels are looking for the people going around. >> and when they spot someone with those characteristics, they tend to like take them persons. >> in many cases, they just have children there and they have a purpose. only they know what purpose they're going to serve. but yeah, they are just going to keep them there and they're not going to be free ever again. when they keep the children, they could use them for anything, for drugs or for . or, you know, i mean, the kids could be abused right on the road. >> in most cases, they wanted to organs. >> so that is the reason they sometimes to take out the organs and then they reveal
11:21 pm
the body with drugs. so they can take it to the border. >> what do they sell them to hospitals or to buyers like private buyers, wealthy buyers . >> they have people with money that want to buy the organs of kids. and it's not only for a country. they take it to different countries. and normally they do this with clinics that are not authorized. this is worth a lot of money. >> obviously, it's more lucrative for them to just get the child and gain money from each organ they sell. >> so their organs and looking for opportunities to gain more money. they just care about the money. tell me a little bit about what we're standing in front of right now. >> right here. this trailer, it's a freezer. and currently we have two bodies that they were protamine this weekend and they're here. they're from mexico. they were id. they have arrived from mexico. did they cross illegally with illegal immigrants crossing illegally? they drown. we've seen the reports.
11:22 pm
the increase in death along the along the river and along the texas border here coming from mexico. what what is going on now that the county can't handle? actually , the increase in these deaths? right. yeah, it is . it is out of control. out of. so i'm right now, i'm doing immigration work during the county sheriff work, and i feel like i'm a funeral director here for this bodies. how is the federal government been? i mean, have they reached out to every county? has anyone said i haven't seen anybody coming from the federal government and any help in any way asking if we need any kind of resources? i haven't had anything like that from the federal government. if you had a message to deliver to president biden or to vice president kamala harris, what would that message be to come over here to see what's going on here? i see. like, if they're not catching the word or maybe i don't know, they're not seeing what's happening here. >> so tell me a little bit what
11:23 pm
we're doing here tonight with this operation is actually hoping to accomplish more work in a specialized operation. it's a human smuggling operation with the texas game wardens, with border patrol, also with the local law enforcement in this area, which is south texas. working with the sheriff's department, the local police departments as well. so they've been seeing an increase in human smuggling, especially in this area here. they're being impacted the most in terms of human smuggling, especially smugglers that are crashing into ranch fences during some of these high speed chases. and one thing is this is an area that's north of the checkpoint, border patrol checkpoint. so if there's illegal immigrants that have made it to this point or in this area, they already have bypassed the checkpoints. they're trying to make it further into the interior. and because of that, you're starting to see you start to see a lot more human smugglers that are in this area trying to smuggle illegal immigrants further, not just in
11:24 pm
the state of texas, but also out of the state. okay, the driver of the vehicle ,guys, they got him just got everybody get on their where? the other one . well, we got them all right. so we're having to chase them down in these ranches, you know, run run into trees and branches and thorns. and it's not it's not an easy task. but again, it all goes back to what the state is doing and what the federal government is not doing. we're the ones that are out here doing something, trying to make an impact and what these organizations, while the federal government is completely ignoring the whole situation on the border. >> up next, my interview
11:25 pm
with actor sean penn about the war in ukraine. >> angie, u.a. going to believe what i am going to show you right now when a group of women put beyond on flawless second skin, the latest biotech cosmetic breakthrough under one . i watch what happened. >> i only did one eye and i see huge difference so far . they have put the product under my right eye and i see a dramatic difference. >> i just found the golden ticket. i'm telling you, this is unbelievable. i've shown it to my daughter and to my boyfriend. they couldn't believe it. look at one eye and the other. this is crazy. everything claims to work. this is the only thing i've ever seen. do this actually before my eyes. i'm shocked. the cosmetic world has been waiting for the first lifelike ,undetectable twenty four hours, waterproof, synthetic skin introducing beyond flawless second skin. this is astounding. how could this is .

11:30 pm
trust me? >> yeah, there's a lot of reasons i don't trust you. but my trust or your trust, there's so many people that don't trust their spouse. >> and yet we've got to get on with life and we've got a situation i've never felt this way about where our country is and what i experienced emotionally in ukraine. where it had not. we all talk about how divisive things are, how divided things are here. but when you step into a country of such incredible unity, you realize what we've all been missing. and i don't think that we i've got time to indulge my lack of trust, which it becomes a petty thing as people and babies are being vaporized. and that these people are fighting for the very dreams. they're the aspiration of all of us . americans. and we talked about that, too. we don't really embrace that, that we've got to take their example already. >> we worry about political disagreements. >> if you ever want to come back another day, you're always in. >> here's what i want to know. you were there in november of
11:31 pm
2020 one , okay? >> we really we're not even talking about the real lead up to this conflict. at by that point. right. why were you there originally? to do a documentary? what was it about ukraine? or maybe it was about zelenskyy that interested you? >> well, i think i was in the better part of the population. most americans in any in any understanding of ukraine. what was ukraine who was ukraine? where was ukraine? with the exception of a phone call between presidents walensky and president trump, that was made a lot of and and the fact that president zelenskyy had been a comedic actor who played a character that then became the president and then became the president. we went initially to make a documentary that had a would bring home a sense of ukraine and of the profile of this president , but it wouldn't have been as interesting. >> and then the next thing you do is this buildup of vladimir putin on the eastern side. >> ukraine. >> right. you got first we have fifty thousand troops and it's
11:32 pm
one hundred thousand troops and all the military equipment. >> and you're you're chronicling all of this and you develop a relationship with zelenskyy. >> yeah. tell us as soon as this was unfolding, a lot of the world didn't think that putin would do it. i did think he would. you know, all the experts i talked to thought that he would most of the experts that that were speaking out, the united states intelligence agency and others felt that he would. i'll tell you that to the last minute. i think the part of me, the part of me that would want to be in denial of what that would mean to ukraine and ultimately to the world, i thought really, is there an upside to this for him? >> but what i wasn't really savvy, too, was that i gather you and but in particular, you know, so universally, the experts on on putin felt this was going to happen and what didn't happen, therefore, were the preemptive
11:33 pm
sanctions on enough of a dramatic level before he was so deep in that the humiliation wasn't going to let it stop and that you weren't going to have the simplicity of negotiations for regions of the east or mariupol to be able to make the bridge from crimea. and now it was going to be this full on assault. and here we are. okay, prior to zelenskyy, i didn't know a whole lot about zelenskyy, like a lot people until the infamous phone call. i still to this day think it was nothing to that phone call separate issue. >> but he had taken georgia. putin had taken georgia. no, wait. he annexed crimea in 2014. >> he has shown a willingness to annex take over land, showing territorial ambitions. >> so you get there, you're interviewing zelenskyy at this time. did he see this coming? did he believe that this was real? >> well, it's interesting because we had we had met initially zoom call back , did trust him a lot.
11:34 pm
>> i was really interested to see who he was. and and i didn't have the baggage with him. i have you. >> but what is the baggage? we never met before? well, actually , i have i have as a television that no one's badge of honor in my house. i've got the full screen that i dominated as an enemy of the state. you know, i don't remember the true thing. so but here's what happened. is that then because of covid, once we had gotten, you know, a sense that he was very much considering giving us some kind of access and spending some time with us. >> we were delayed and we were delayed. and so then we went back . we started shooting in november. we went to mariupol on the front lines. and then we also were in kyiv and talking to , you know, musicians. and you get a sense of the culture. but there was the , you know, the wagner problem that was going on at the time. and so the administration was
11:35 pm
very so we couldn't see him. we came back and then this thing really escalated. so then we went i think we got there, i don't know, roughly a week before the invasion. and we met him. i met him face to face for the first time the day before the invasion. and then spent time with him and which we documented in the film during the invasion on the day of the invasion. and i don't know that there's a person on earth who who could know that they were born such a day that they could rise to it. >> i want to make sure i saw when you say invasion, was this him taking the to regent, etc., or. well, they were also rockets coming in. this is also when they this is when they hit the airport fifteen klicks out of right. kives so it was it was game on . and so in him, i saw something that i've never seen before. in my lifetime. >> that, like i said, having
11:36 pm
seen him. >> yes. prepared for it. >> yes. hoping against hope it would not happen. but a man who had not yet been challenged with it's happening. and the next day i saw something that is a man, but it's a man with the adrenalized. he is the face of something that you see in all ukrainians. we saw and talked to whether they were in uniform, out of uniform, school teachers, even children. >> this extraordinary courage that's come up. >> and it was in his eyes and it is clear to me that the ukrainians will win this. the question is at what cost? i've got to tell you something. as a conservative, forget our political differences. i don't want to see one more dead kid in a street, one more innocent woman or man dead. >> i don't want to see any more images in my lifetime of mass graves like we're seeing now there or in chicago.
11:37 pm
for that matter, anywhere. i don't want to see it. and we can fix all these problems. >> we have the will and desire to i believe we're the greatest country on earth and i think the ukrainians will win western europe and america needs to supply them with the weaponry to win. and if they do, they'll be defeating, in my view, evil in our time. and that's following the reagan doctrine. and frankly, the trump doctrine ,even though you don't care about doctrines, you know, the hannity doctrine is we'll give it to you quick. >> if you invade a sovereign country, you you forfeit your right to lead a country and you forfeit your right to live, meaning vladimir putin has forfeited his right to live . well, i think that what would be most interesting about that conversation is to ask those generals, those military commanders in russia who also have been sanctioned, whose children won't become the united states for their education. they're going to england for their education or a lot of other places.
11:38 pm
if i am, i am not i don't i don't want to invest in a conversation. not that i don't have privately about my feelings about what should what direct action should happen to a leader who does that. but if there is a god , there will be vengeance beyond all possible comprehension. >> vengeance is mine, say at the lord quoted a very famous book. >> good luck with your work. i hope that this thing, this war end soon. and i hope they are victorious. and i hope putin gets put right back in the grave that he deserves to be in for doing this. and i hope it stops here. >> and that's, by the way, we got to do it happen. you are a that's that's that's a bad answer. >> on the other side, you're invited to come back and talk, but you'll never talk politics with me on this show, will you? i don't know, because i think we're in a different time and we all we all got we all got to talk to you, trust me. >> now, more than you did.
11:39 pm
>> i'm not going to you know, i'm not going to weigh in on the putin thing. no, no. you said sorry, i don't trust you. that's what he said to me. trust me that i keep my word. you absolutely kept your word. >> and i want you to trust me. you know, what happens is that there's a lot of physical therapy necessary for accident . >> you don't get it all done in a day. all right. i wish our prayers are with the innocent victims of this conflict, you know, dying and i wish you luck. and the heroes who are fighting for but will come back next time will battle over hugo chavez or something fun. >> that's an interesting conversation. all right. all right. seriously, thank you for being with us. thank you. >> appreciate it. thanks. and coming up, comedian jimmy faiello joins us with his take on biden's blunders and so much more straight ahead. departmethere's nothing likete-e departmethere's nothing likete-e volunteering at the fire.

everything hurts. what have i tried in the past? what have i not tried? nothing works. the pain is still there. you know, the thing about a scream, i started putting it on and things started changing from my elbows to my shoulders. if this product worked for me, it can work for you. i mean, i feel energized. i feel like a 40 year old or a twenty year old. thank you. australian dream. >> sean, this is a new congressional term begins. he hase action with us.

>> find out more at rodrigo action. comedian, host of fox across america, jimmy fallon. he recently joined with his spin on the crazy world media mob and of course, the stumbling, bumbling president joe biden. >> take a look at some now. >> joe biden had a joint presser with french president macron earlier today where they touted their shared vision on far left climate cultism. and , of course, when it came time for questions. joey, your president, he suffered a few predictable stumbles. >> let's say take a look, see, there's a risk of generating divisions. i'll answer the last question. so i didn't hear any i didn't understand a word of it. don't answer it. no, and we take of it. no, look, i .

the united states makes no apology and i make no apology since i voted for the legislation. we're talking about, i'm confident that it's my answer. okay, who's the next question? got my list here. and it's my turn to call on someone. >> right, okay. and keep looking at your screen. during last night's tree lighting ceremony, biden was wandering around, you know, appearing a bit clueless and confused. typical day for him with a microphone. but then again, that's become part par for the course with joey. your president. anyway, here with more is comedian fox across america host jimmy failla. you were great at the fox nation awards. are you, sir? >> oh, sean, thanks for saying
11:46 pm
that. just the way i wrote it up, i'll give you the twenty bucks later. >> thanks for that was one hundred . but who's counting inflation. hannity shaking me down on the air. >> you got to charge a little more. these days everything is costing more . >> why is it i don't think this guy knows today's thursday we got a president that is so out of it and it's like almost a given that he's going to run for reelection and people are are fine with that. i really don't think he knows what he's doing. on any given day. and every time i see him on the world stage, i feel embarrassed. i wonder what you feel. it's a sad thing to watch. you know, right now at the white house, they're having a state dinner for macron. what they don't mention is it's a state of dementia. okay, when you watch that presser, sean, come on . like, you know, when you watch . i know. well, good humor. but but when he when he pulled out the note card and starts, you know, going on a predetermined list of reporters ,that looks really weak when you're sitting with another head of state like, you know
11:47 pm
what it takes to make a french president look tough. the french surrender when you play them in call of duty on xbox. >> and there is biden go into the cheat sheet and it is it's embarrassing, don't you think? >> all right. well, but tell me what's for us when joe gets off a stage, he's done speaking and he turns and nobody's there and he starts shaking the air, do you think that is worse or maybe one joe holds up his car and is looking down first. you will sit down. after you sit down, you will say hello after you say hello, so-and-so. we'll give three minutes. the comments. you will then say this, this and this and then shut up. then you will get up five minutes later and exit the room. i'm like, you got to be kidding me, sean. this whole presidency is itunes user agreement. >> they hand him an executive order and they're like, scroll to the bottom and click. i agree. that's the whole presidency. okay, we're going to appeal. remain in mexico. scroll the bottom click. i agree. we're going to kill the keystone pipeline.
11:48 pm
scroll to the bottom click. i agree. it's sad. but sean, when you see him wandering around, you know, i really feel the worst for the white house band because traditionally they only have to play one rendition of hail to the chief a day, but it takes them so long to get him off stage and put it in the right direction. look, i hope they're getting overtime for the extra hail to the chief. they're going to play while jill goes and fishes him out of the crowd. the thought of four more years of this, i can't even imagine it. i mean, if it wasn't so embarrassing, it would be fun. yeah, i know. he won't be running water in four years. i think you don't think so. if it's going to be anybody, i'm predicting gavin newsom, who do you predict? i actually think he's the guy. i think last night's ceremony did it for him. and by the way, that tree is seventy eight foot high. but if you think that's all you should see. hunter all right. so tonight, the local media mob, they really did themselves this week. on monday, "the washington post", they published a bombshell report about shark week, which airs during the summer as being too white to male among the top
11:49 pm
complaints. and they have, oh, too many guys named mike on the shows here with reaction, comedian, host of fox across america, jimmy fallon is . well, let me let me read this to you. only you can comment on this day at "the washington post". shark week lacks diversity, overrepresented men named mike and the program featured more white experts and commentators name like mike than women, said david schiffman, a conservationist at arizona's state university who coauthored the study. first of all, he needs to get a life and god forbid, what you can't call, you can't name mike , can't name you kid mike anymore. >> well, listen, man, whoever wrote this article is a dope because for one , shawn, no one is even looking at the people. >> it's called shark week. everyone tunes in to look at sharks like shawn. what are they going to tell
11:50 pm
us next? the westminster dog show doesn't have enough transgender or dog handlers. come on , dude, you're missing nocebo shark week. oh, it's coming. it's by the way, i never thought we'd ever have a congressional hearing where you have elected officials asking guests whether or not biological men can bear children. >> but it happened. >> it's so crazy. but look back at it all. people on . no, i know you're not. it's insane. there are people on the left, okay? they're cultural arsonists. what i mean is they will go out and set a fire that they started just so they can try to put it out and make themselves a hero. like, look, i took the fight to shark week, okay? there's this whole cottage industry of people who get out of bed every day looking for something to get offended by . scientists never work for them, sean. they're called losers.
11:51 pm
that's exactly what this is . and i said, watch this. the other thing really quick, sean, is in the article. they also wrote that the series offers up a negative portrayal of sharks. yo, sean, what was the last time you were at the beach? and you're like, hey, kids, a shark isn't awesome. everybody get in the water. everybody. it's time to go swimming. everybody jump in at this point. all right, let me move on to another topic, and it's about the new york times. i think you'll find this interesting. >> they put out their list of the best movies of the year and see if you recognize any of these films. >> it includes an iranian film that has not yet been released ,a movie which shows only a black screen for over an hour, a film that the new york times says understand abortion as a fundamental right. help me out. i don't. i don't recognize any of these movies. i'm probably watching reruns of rocky or gladiator or braveheart. >> well, well, i'll defend the
11:52 pm
"new york times" on one point, okay? the people who write for the new york times watch a lot of cnn. so a blank screen probably sounds amazing compared to what they're watching on cnn. >> but i think. >> all right, where you got me, where is the justice? where where is the justice hannity? okay, top gun is the highest grossing film of the year. it literally saved movie theaters. no one goes to the movies anymore, but they did to see tom cruise won for tom cruise, too, because it was nice to see people on an airplane that weren't being forced to wear masks. >> that was the normal people. i went to see that new york , for example, all these mar-a-lago we have this have all these marvel movies, black panther, whatever it happens to be, they're making a billion dollars. each one commercial success doesn't count. a black screen does better. >> nothing on the screen does better. it's it is crazy, man. i think there's a bias against
11:53 pm
short people because think about a tom cruise is short and they also never write about my man, greg gutfeld . and he's like four foot seven . i think it's obvious. >> i'm standing up. i'm filing a suit. >> and coming up, we recently hit a milestone this past year . what is it? we'll explain straight ahead. my name is vincent and i've been in the field of nutrition and dietetics for thirty years. and what i realize as a nutritionist, i was trying to get all my fruits and vegetables, but i could be so preoccupied with trying to do things i would forget to eat. so all of a sudden it's the end of the day and i haven't had my fruits and vegetables. i think a lot of people are in that situation. i found balance of nature and i looked at the ingredients and i thought, this is exactly what i need. and so after trying it for about a week, i'm not a morning person. but i started getting up early and i started feeling better because i had more energy. i think, of course, as a nutritionist, it's best to get all you can from your diet.
11:54 pm
but it wasn't till i started taking balance of nature that i started noticing a difference. so that's when i thought, okay, there's something about balance of nature that i need to tell the world about. so here i am. jump start your journey to better health for the new year and get twenty five dollars off, plus a free fiber and spice when you use discount code. fox news if you need dental implants, we have great news reset smile. is a dentist approved more affordable way to replace your missing from home? no dentist office visits required. just go to reset, smile .com and order your at home impression kit. mail it in and we'll custom make your new smile with our advanced 3d technology using the same material trusted by dentists in millions of devices, you'll enjoy chewing food better and smiling with more confidence. >> learn more at reset, smile .com three . >> today.
