>> pete: todd piro has the chilling new revelations. >> the document lays out what authorities believe to be the suspected killer's escape route from the crime scene. you can see it right there on your screen. fox news digital took a ride along retracing his exact path. we also now know based on kohberger's phone records that he returned to the murder scene around 9:00 a.m. the following morning or the morning of the murders. his d.n.a. was found on auto knife sheath left at the crime sheen. and one of the most bone chilling revelations. the surviving roommate came face to face with the killer. police who refer to the surviving d.a. saw a figure clad in black clothing and a mask that covered the person's mouth and nose walking toward her. d.m. described the figure as 510 or taller, male, not very muscular but athletically built with bushy eyebrows. walked past d.m. as she stood in a frozen shocked face. the male walked back towards the

back sliding glass door. d.m. locked herself in her room. based on what the affidavit revealed here is what we now know around 4:00 a.m. xana received a food dash door order at home. minutes later d.m. said she heard what sounded like kaylee play wherg dog in her bedroom upstairs. between 4:12 a.m. kaylee said there is someone in here. she opened the door second time what she thought was crying from xana's room. xana's phone showed she was on tiktok leading police to believe she was still alive at this time. buff at 4:17, a neighbor security cam picked up a noise that sounded like a loud thud and whimper. around #:20 is when congressman encounters the killer. he is believed to have left the crime scene at 4:20. his car picked up again on security camera footage at 5:25 -- or 4:25 i should say near wsu. meantime kohberger appearing in court for the first time yesterday.

think most people don't care much about process questions. if i was a member in congress in washington, d.c. right now i would be frustrated depending on what position i h if it went to 11 votes or 20 votes or 50 votes, most americans are not going to care. they're going to care whether or not in a week or two weeks republicans conduct the investigations they're supposed to and they drive a real strong conservative agenda that doesn't compromise to the left. if kevin mccarthy is better at that because of this, that's a good thing. >> when they say we'll vote for you if you give us x, y, and z and he gives you x, y, and z and there are still holdouts maybe dan crenshaw is right it's fundraising. these individuals just like being on tv. >> pete: if you are moving the goal post there is no reason. >> brian: got to vote as a block. evidently they could be almost there. unless all of them are there, they are going to continue to

removing border in arizona to your point. guadeloupe long time el paso resident. is it possible to sanitize the scene so that joe biden sees something that is different than the reality of what residents see? >> oh, absolutely i agree with both of your previous guests said. you know, about i think it was two days ago they started removing about 100 of the migrants there at the sacred heart church, which we understand he's going to visit shutting down the local processing center housed in the civic center. they are already trying to make it look much less worse than it is. as far as it being a photo op. for the sake of the people of el paso, i hope that's not the case. i hope he is here with to fix this and with a solution. because it is really a terrible situation here for the people that are coming over illegally and for the people -- the residents of el paso county. >> rosa, what would you say to joe biden if you had a chance to tell him what residents are facing?

>> president biden, we all want to know the same -- we all have the same question, which is why did it take you two whole years to go ahead and try to do something? i know that the plan that he has in mind right now will help out to a certain degree even though he still has a lot of laws. we know when it's in regards to them being processed for expedited removal. all they got to do at the end is say the magic words that they want asylum. so they will go ahead and give process for credible fear. so it's going to go ahead and justed a more burden to the taxpayers that's going to cause more detentions to be created. and then we're going to go back to the same, you know, situation that we're in right now that there's going to be too many folks trying to come in that will be housed in these facilities are going to get overwhelmed and then they're going to have to be released. be told come back in the future. for a hearing. >> pete: what would law enforcement say to them. >> this whole situation has

found at his parent's car completely clean in pennsylvania what does this tell you? >> what we know is the significant quantity of evidence that lady investigators to identify bryan kohberger as the suspect in this case. as you mentioned, the d.n.a. that was found at the scene was matched to d.n.a. that was taken from the trash of his parent's residence. in addition to d.n.a., the cell tower location data showed that he had visited that house 12 times before the murders. and that the white elantra, his vehicle, was seen leaving the scene of the crime that evening and heading back to pullman, washington, where he was a ph.d. student studying criminal justice. >> ainsley: people are wondering why didn't the roommate call 911. i'm not blaming her. i have lived in houses with three different sorority sisters at a time you don't know who is going in and ought especially in the middle of the night when people have been drinking.

what do you make of that. >> right, ainsley. i think you're exactly correct. i think this was, for lack of a better phrase, a party house. and at 4:00 a.m., perhaps this roommate was intoxicated herself. not inclined, necessarily, to involve police immediately and maybe she didn't know the gravity, the significance of what had just happened. it was a stranger in the home. and she shut her door. the affidavit mentions that she was in a state of shock. and that's probably all that she knew at that point. it doesn't necessarily surprise me that she didn't immediately call 911 and alert authorities in that situation. >> ainsley: in your experience, have you seen them come back to the scene of the crime? >> yes. this is a very interesting case. but when you look at criminal profiles of killers, there are some that get obsessed with their victims, with their crime and return to the scene. it does happen. >> ainsley: what about the dad? what do you think he knew? he was watching the news, i'm

sure. white elan trap. knows his son lives 10 miles away from his house. he goes out there. they drive cross-country. they are pulled over several times. i'm sure that the driver was in a state of panic, what do they know why are they pulling me over twice? also, d.n.a. was found on his trash that he put in his parent's neighbors trash bins. >> right. i think there's always this instinct of parents to protect their children. and so i think on one hand, it seems reasonable to assume that he had to have some level of suspicion. but, on the other, you end up as a parent wanting to have some plausible didn't. not wanting to believe all of this evidence that you see around you that points to your son as a killer. >> ainsley: yeah. in your experience, does a 28, 29-year-old just murder four people in the middle of the night and just snaps or do you think people saw signs along the
