honor. this is one of those moves by the school system that literally benefits no one. obviously come off the bat, those kids went so hard after their goals and achieved so much and achieve this amazing distinction to then not get an opportunity to get to college is one thing. but two this incentivizing achievement for every student, you are hurting those students because you are not giving them the ability to earn incentive to go out and achieve or overachieve or achieve goals. that will hurt them not just in high school but going forward. >> carley: we know that the teacher failed to notify students called thomas jefferson high school. we are learning that families this also took place at westfield and langley high school. we are just finding out about that which is interesting because thomas jefferson high school, the official say this took place as human error. you say the same human error took place in all three high schools? that doesn't make sense.

this seems very illogical to hold students back in the name of equity. what are we doing here? >> todd: it is human error i don't know the decades of the national merit scholarship in 50 states across the country and human error that never happened once before. but this one county in virginia happened three times. to your point, obviously not an error. in some people in our education system who want to play god with your kids future weather crt, transgender promotion, the elimination as a result of achievement metrics. these people need to be rooted out for the education system. point lake students have one job prepare your kids for the next level where the fourth grade, preparing for fifth grade or whether 12th grade preparing for college and the workforce. >> carley: parents are so upset would talk to two virginia parents relate to mike leaving the resistance what the schools

give us the back store and tell us why you are sleeping in your bar? >> good morning, thank you for having me. so this all started as far as cobos bbq and apparently going on for a couple of years, believe it or not. once we started speaking to other bar owners, this has been an issue for a while. so for us, new year's eve came in and later on i find out what he was actually arrested the day before. then he came back on tuesday and was arrested that monday. so this guy in particular has been arrested six times. >> carley: how does he keep getting out? how does he keep getting out? >> so apparently he keeps getting l on p.r. bonds. this is a major issue with our city right now. and just based on these burglars

come i can imagine how families feel if they lost loved ones because certain criminals are put back out on the street. so it is very frustrating situation all around. we have no choice but to sleep in our establishments just to protect what is ours. >> carley: we are looking at security footage of your bar and this repeat criminal here at how much he take? >> so this was new year's eve right here. he comes into the back door. which you are not to be able to open up the back door. he pried it open and did what he had to do. this was the first incident in the first incident he comes in with a little tool he uses to open up the register. he takes, he takes petty cash but more than that, he found our deposit bag and took that as a well. so this incident right here, it

was just cash. at the same time, he's taking a place out. when he goes and four days later, he goes and with a military style duffel bag and takes about 37 bottles worth of liquor. so yeah, he knew exactly what he was doing. and then he throws a brick through our front. >> carley: oh, my gosh, you are in a position to work a full day and rather than go home to your family, what, you are getting a sleeping bag and sleeping in your restaurant. if this guy does come back, what do you do? >> i mean, hopefully that doesn't happen, but obviously, we are in this position for a reason. so come i can't say too much, but we are fearful for our lives and any means necessary. so hopefully he does get caught
