documents is the worst thing you can do. joe biden told us that himself. >> how anyone could be that irresponsible. and i thought what data was in there that may compromise sources and methods? it's just totally irresponsible. >> jesse: like a babylon bee headline joe biden is under investigation for hiding highly classified documents in a closet for the last six years. biden was stuffing classified, top secret documents at the penn biden center right in the middle of washington, d.c. right next door to steakhouse and short little walk from the chinese embassy. what were these documents? well, nothing major, just top secret intelligence involving iran, great britain, and ukraine. just taken out right when he was leaving the vice presidency in january 2017. so what was in these documents that joe biden didn't want the incoming trump administration to

see? details on the iran nuke deal? that trump was set to cancel you know, the deal where obama-biden paid the iranians a half a billion in cash? what didn't joe want trump to see about the british? did it have something to do with chris steele, crossfire hurricane, the russia hoax? and it's pretty obvious what joe wanted to hide from trump about ukraine. and at the same time, biden was leaving with these classified documents the last week of his vice presidency, he was flying to ukraine. what why biden doing in ukraine on the last week of his vice presidency? you are telling me the vice president get fired. starts spreading money around washington. biden is flying to ukraine and then runs away with classified documents. all this happens at the same time? i mean, the media wanted trump

[applause] so it's not that big of jump to say he obstructed and lied. we don't think that biden is a liar and thief so we give him the benefit of the doubt. that's politics. >> maybe it was an honest mistake because it was marked v.p. personal. it's important to know this has happened in the past. former presidents, former vice presidents, former high level officials. accidently takes something. it's an honest mistake. >> jesse: that pretty much sums up how the media covers politics. democrats would never lie, except biden did lie about not having classified documents. msnbc interviewed biden in 2018 at the biden center when it opened.

joe biden classified information in an interview with me. it was in that office. the penn biden center. >> i don't have access to classified information anymore. i don't get briefed every morning by the agency. as i did for eight years. >> jesse: so biden kept classified information at the biden center. but the penn biden center didn't open until 2018, and biden left office in 2017. so where did these classified documents live for a year? were they at hunter's house? nantucket? someone's going to have to answer that. when the biden think tank, which is an oxymoron finally opened up, someone had to put them in joe's private office. we know hunter was excited about the penn biden center opening up. he was emailing all of his buddies saying it was going to operate like the clinton global initiative. and it's goal would be wealth creation. that's a little different from what joe sold it as.

>> i hope the penn biden center will be established as a place where policy makers here at home and abroad will know and be in touch with some of the best minds in the country and debate and formulate american foreign policy. >> jesse: the penn biden center was actually a revolving door between the biden administration and the chinese. as soon as the penn biden center opened china quadrupled its donations to u penn. the chinese funneled 55 million into u penn and u penn was paying biden a million dollars salary. so, who was paying for joe's salary in the chinese. do you get it? the chinese were paying joe biden a million dollars a year and it was just laundered through the penn biden center. and just five miles away from the center who is the chinese embassy? the biden center was involved with the chinese professors, academics, officials, you know, double agents for the communist party. now, tell me this: what are chinese spies physically closer

to? a basement in a private club on an island off the coast of florida or a closet next to a steakhouse in washington, d.c.? it's not like joe was worried about the chinese. joe was in business with the chinese. joe was sharing an office with the chinese communist just two miles away in george town, remember? the big guy, hunter, they all worked out of the same office. it's not like spies ever posed as janitors and steal documents in washington, right? i mean, who were joe's janitors at the penn biden center? and, remember hunter's fang fang, his research assistant who was a spy, jiaqi bao, has jiaqi bao ever been to the penn biden center? did jiaqi bao ever excuse herself to got bathroom and make the wrong turn into joe's locked closet? after biden raided trump's home, the white house said, you know, biden never would be guilty of what he had accused trump of. watch. >> can you say with certainty to the american people that president biden in his time as

president has not mishandled improperly stored, done anything improper with classified information. >> no. and i'm going to move on. >> jesse: no. so that was wrong. and the main difference is joe biden didn't have the authority to declassify anything as vice president. donald trump did. joe biden was asked about this today in mexico city and there is what he said. >> people know i take classified documents, classified information seriously. when my lawyers were clearing out my office at the university of pennsylvania, they set up an office for me, secure offers in the capitol, the four years after being vice president i was a professor at penn. they found some documents in a box, you know, locked cabinet, or at least a closets. and as soon as they did, they realized there were several classified documents in that box. >> jesse: okay. so, let me get this straight. you say you are closing down the biden center all of a sudden in

the middle of your presidency? that's strange. and, second of all, you sent lawyers to close down the penn biden center? you don't have a professional company to do that? you have lawyers pack your boxes? i'm not paying my lawyer who can't lift anything 1200 an hour to move. and your lawyers just happened to find these documents a week before the midterms? november 2nd? when you knew the house was going to go republican and they were going to crank up investigations? and this doesn't come out until two months later? and your lawyers, when they find top secret classified documents, which they're not even cleared to look at, don't call you hey, joe, we found docs in your closet. what do you want us to do? they immediately, first call, ring the national archivists, the librarians? come on. and you never asked your lawyers hey, what did you guys find? what's going on here? and your lawyers tell you we're

not going to tell you what kind of documents we found. you guys don't have attorney-client privilege? none of this adds up. and he read that statement. that wasn't off the cuff. the lawyers wrote what the president read. something's going on here. and, of course, he lied again. biden was never a professor at the university of pennsylvania. he just got paid by the chinese to have a little think tank that made china look good. and guess who the head of the biden center is? rahm emanuel's brother ezekiel emanuel. and once biden started getting heat about all chinese cash going into his little center, guess what he does? he appoints the president of u penn to be the ambassador of germany. get the hell out of the country. what else does biden have hidden at the biden center? remember, he had those files of the woman who accused him of sexual assault hidden away at the university of delaware? are we allowed to see those

files? nope. you're not allowed to look at the file. are we allowed to seat treasury reports of the 150 wire transfers from overseas that got flagged going to biden family bank accounts? nope. can't see those either. we got a lot of things coming together here at once. stealing classified documents, ukraine, china, money funneling in all over into the biden family purse and now the department of justice is investigating hunter and joe? but no one is being raided. i wonder why? mike davis is the president of the article iii project and a former senate judiciary committee chief council. mike, did you find biden's statement in mexico city a little intriguing? >> it's just not credible. and, remember, president trump had the absolute constitutional power under the commander-in-chief clause and the absolute statutory power and you the presidential records act

to take, to declassify and take records when he left office as president. he did that. he was -- the biden attorney general merrick garland sent unnecessary unlawful, unprecedented home raid to go get those documents and made a political charade out of it what are they doing about then vice president joe biden no power to take those rrdz. clear violation of the espionage act for then former vice president joe biden to have these records. remember, there is smoking gun evidence that joe biden, his son hunter, and joe's brother james were on chinese and ukrainian oligarchs payrolls. so he is clearly compromised. he has these classified records in his possession. as you discussed in your monologue, jesse, he actually moved them from january 20th, 2017 when he moved into the biden center at u penn in february of 2018.

so, he knew what he had and he moved them. >> jesse: he moved them a couple times. moved them first in 2017 and moved them again in 2018 and moved them out in 2023 because he doesn't want someone to be looking at the iranian nuke deal, the ukraine corruption, and the russia collusion hoax. what are we going to do about this? >> well, i'm glad james comer, the new house oversight chairman has announced he is going to launch an aggressive investigation on this. but, attorney general merrick garland must appoint a special counsel to investigate this just like he did with president trump. it is a more blatant conflict of interest for garland to investigate this with his boss being biden. >> jesse: last question, real quick. can you be charged as president for committing a crime that allegedly, before you became president? >> well, that's an open question whether you can charge a sitting president, but, the stat statutf

pinched. he runs mexico. he gets a taste of any aide we have seen to the mexican government. we spent billions. when go war with the mexican military it looks like this. around his delaware beach house. you're paying for it. gutfeld said it best. trump wanted mexico to pay for the wall and now biden is paying mexicans to build his wall. why would he want something that doesn't work blocking his million dollars view? does he know something we don't? are even more migrants coming? he is giving illegals an app. and website we just found out to apply for asylum. all they have to say is they know a guy name raúl in rehoboth and they could be biden's neighbor. joe, if you get a wall we should get a wall, too. the biden doesn't get it. he thinks he can convince us his app. is going to stop the cartels from smuggling kids in. and he thinks we don't know he told the border patrol to clean up el paso before air force one touched down. >> on my way here, i stopped in el paso, texas to see the situation with my own eyes. we're working together on the

announce that will smith slapped him, too. so, what i say to the president is, if you want to be trusted with the border, trust the law. institute a remain in mexico program. execute safe third country agreements. declare the mexican cartels foreign terrorist organizations. here's my worry though, jesse. i worry that all of this is a ruiz. reuse. the president intends to introduce a bill in congress i will enforce the law as soon as you grant people had are in our country illegally amnesty. i worry especially that he will convince enough republicans to take -- the to take the bullet train to church town and vote for the bill and it will become law and that will make the human

we have been calling out the junk sciencey new food pyramid scheme the one that says lucky charms is healthier than an egg if you can find one. our eyes are open. we have been fooled by big nutrition for years and we are unhealthier than ever. it's not just us. it's our kids. nearly 15 million american children are obese. numbers are going up it got worse over covid when government shut down gym class and locked our kids inside with ipads. don't blame them. they were just following the science. now that our kids are obese the experts are once again looking to the science to fix the problem they created. so what's the prescription? is it football? no that's racist. don't even think about dodge ball. ♪ >> goes out and jones comes back in. >> you're out. >> jesse: it's not diet, it's not exercise. it's good old pills and surgery make sure to start them young

they missed sugar addiction as the driver of obesity. they were telling kids to avoid fat. that was the wrong recommendation. and they get obsessed on these things that are just flat wrong. they don't invest in research. they were telling kids to avoid peanuts. that wrats wrong advice created all these food peanut allergies. they are obsessed with school closures during covid. with masking children and then they are pushing for anxiety and depression medications. so maybe we need to start talking about school lunch programs and healthy foods instead of just rearranging the intestines of young children. >> jesse: pizza in a school lunch program is classified as a vegetable now because it has tomato sauce if you can believe that so, everybody gets rich but our kids get unhealthier. is anybody investigating this in the medical community? you are in the medical community. are doctors saying wait a second, i see what's going on here? >> well, the medical profession and healthcare is set up in a

way where there's no interest financially or otherwise to incentivize that kind of discussion. in other words, we only get paid for what we can bill for. we don't -- we can't bill for addressing food desserts or educating parents on what kids should be eating. what we get paid for is diagnosing things and for doing operations. and so we have a system that's playing whack-a-mole with late stages instead of addressing underlying problems. >> jesse: it's lucrative when americans are unhealthy. got it. all right, doctor. you're one of the good ones and we brexit it? >> thanks, jesse. >> jesse: we can all respect a person who has ambition. maybe it's the high school freshman determined to make varsity. maybe the employee has been working around the clock for that big promotion or maybe it's a famous boxer who never gives up. >> you, me or nobody is going to hit as hard as life. but it ain't about how hard you hit. it's about how hard you can get

i've always used gutfeld. what about homeless people? well, that also has been changed for people experiencing unsheltered homelessness. so if they are sleeping in tents on the sidewalk we are just going to call them campersment and don't each think about saying poor people in 2023. they are now called people with self-reported income in the lowest income bracket. say that 10 times fast. how about mentally ill or insane. no. the center for disease control says persons experiencing high stress or anxiety, so the naked guy in times square singing about space aliens is just a little depressed. he needs a massage. he is not hearing things or has a split personality. he's just a little anxious. now, there's also a cdc ban on the terms illegal aliens or illegal immigrant. the cure in call them non-u.s. born persons. and on the bright side, the cdc hasn't totally lost their minds. even the cdc thinks latin x is

you kind of hit on this there. this is the whole concept of creating words as violence. right? because you and i are around the same age. when we were growing up we heard sticks and stones may break your bones but words will never hurt you. now people, especially kids, are taught that if people say mean things to them, that is an act of violence. and so don't mistake what's going on here with the cdc continued creep. they tried to put in place a moratorium on evictions. the cdc basically became the landlord of america and even though it's unconstitutional, a lot of people acceded to this power and this is how we end up in a spot where -- i don't know if you saw this yet, jesse. reports are out of michigan they have eliminated the use, i swear this is true, jesse, of the concept field workers because they're concerned that it might be connected to slavery. that is people who work outside
