stuffing documents down his pant like sandy burglar. the white house won't release the visitor logs. joe spent a lot of time at the presidency in delaware i don't know basically a third, half. he has been in delaware surrounded by boxes of classified docs with chinese fingerprints probably all over them. how many contractors do you think? how many staff members have just been waltzings across joe's garage? how many foreign guests has joe had over in delaware since he has been in office? are we going to release the logs? >> when will the white house release a log of visitors to the wilmington house where there is potentially unsecured, classified material? >> again, i am telling you we did something that the last administration got rid of. which is instituting the white house logs. did you ask the last administration why they got rid of the white house logs? >> jesse: that's the job for the special counsel to figure out because today attorney general merrick garland made this announcement. >> earlier today, i signed an

order appointing robert herr special counsel for the matter i have just described. the document authorizes him to investigate whether any person or entity violated the law in connection with this matter. >> jesse: herr is a christopher wray assistant. he used to work for wray. so the fbi has joe biden by the you know what. i mean, they can kill him. they can cover for him or black male him. and herr has made some political. john mccain and larry hogan garland and wray get to pick the next president basically. they can choose to biden or trump or both or one or the other. come on, this is ridiculous. i thought we got to pick the president. i wonder how kamala is reacting to all of this? >> jesse: she knows she has got nothing to hide. no one even lets her look at classified documents. let's turn it over to jonathan hurley george washington university law professor and fox news contributor. all right. professor hurley -- turley, i'm thinking of herr. the new special counsel. where do you think this thing goes? is this going to be bad for joe biden or is this just going to get covered up like hillary clinton's thing did? >> well, the most interesting aspect about today is that the white house repeated almost mantra like this inadvertence defense. they have legally latched on to this and said this was an inadvertent misplacement of these documents. the problem is that the facts don't really support that because we -- the assumption is that all of these documents were taken from the executive branch when biden left as vice president. that's in 2017.

we know that the penn-biden office didn't even open until 2018. so we know that some of these documents are were moved at least twice. but, the other interesting thing is that they were not just distributed to different points, they were also divided. right? you have got one document that was found in the library, others in the garage. so the question is why were these documents sent and used in different places? it suggests that they were, you know, knowingly divided. and that's going to be a question that the special counsel is going to have to look at. we know the president was working on a book that dealt with ukraine and some of these other subject matters. so, if the president actually saw these documents, it would be hard to miss that they're classified because they reportedly had tsci classification marks. i have worked with classified material for decades and i can tell you it's pretty darn hard to miss that. so, if he did work off these

documents, inadvertence goes right out the window. and it looks more like an effort to deceive the public. >> jesse: well, biden spilled the beans and he said one of them was in his library. now, his lawyers told him to say one of the documents was in a room adjacent to the garage but he just blurted out library. if you have one document that says c, classified, in your library, just one, someone took it from the box in the garage, put it in your library. can he actually claim he had no idea it was there? >> yeah. that's what i think is going to be very difficult this inadvertence defense. the white house press secretary said this was inadvertently misplaced it. had to be repeatedly inadvertently misplaced. that becomes more difficult the more times you inadvertently misplace something. so i think that that's going to be a major focus is whether

involved. if you want to know the real story, you have to follow the money. in 2017, u penn was paying biden close to a million bucks to be a professor who doesn't teach any classes. not even on zoom. why would a school pay a guy who graduated at the bottom of his class so much money? why would a school fund a think tank for a guy who doesn't think? it's an investment. penn gave biden a million bucks and all of a sudden shady chinese shell company like the happy famous corporation shelled out 50 million to penn. that's a pretty good return on your investment. so what did the chinese get? a white house that backs off. china was infiltrating america's top universities and the fbi was starting to crack down. xi jinping didn't like that. his crohn's krohns were showeres with millions in crash. sketchy exchange students everywhere and ripped off our research technology. someone had to get the fbi to stop breathing down china's neck

so u penn of all places writes a letter to the attorney general merrick garland saying on spying on chinese spies is racist. 160 u penn professors signed this and all of a sudden merrick garland shuts the whole fbi china task force down. all it took was a letter from a single ivy league school to stop a counterintelligence operation. that's what you get for 50 million. china pays u penn, u penn pays china and biden shuts down investigations into china and then biden appoints the u penn president to be an ambassador and to be fair eric swalwell also signed the letter. you know, the guy who was in bed with a chinese spy he didn't want his fang fang to be racially profiled. you might be saying jesse, you're crazy. china just wants to make sure that american students are getting a good education. but aren't donors usually proud if they fork over millions they

want their name on the building. but i've never seen a nice famous corporation school of business on campus. who else donated to u penn after they hired biden? accord pentagon peter schweizer's book red handed the china's merchant's bank owned by the ccp dropped about a mil on biden's school and in 2019 a company called cafe fortune gave penn another million. and the founder of that company the chinese billionaire named u young is one of hunter's business partners. you know, they invested in african copper mines where 11-year-olds wiggle down a mine shaft and hack away bhelgt a pickaxe in the dark for a penny that day. when the hunter said the biden center was going to operate like the clinton global initiative he wasn't kidding. the classified documents are nothing compared to the chinese e. chinese paper trail. in fact, this might be the real reason the fbi is getting involved this could be christopher wray's revenge.

hunter. and that introduces the second. how would it blow up? well, when donald trump's papers were sort of caused a feeding frenzy among the media, there were two questions. remember, what was the nature of the classified material and why did donald trump have it? before he could even explain, they said they were nuclear codes or he was in with putin or going to sell it. the point is they need to ask those questions of joe biden. why did you have classified information about ukraine and china? that would require a special prosecutor to look at it and look at the contents and what was the material on there that you felt was advantageous to you that you brought it out of a secure location in fact. very indiscuss were you studying about what the chinese and ukraine thought about you? did you have intelligence on those classified informations
