his aides scrambling late night to get him all packed up and out of there. so no wonder joe was surprised when he opened up the garage one day and saw intel briefings on ukraine, iran, great britain, lodged right beneath the corvette. joe didn't think twice. there's no place safer than his corvette. it's protected by a garage door. but no one seems to know how they got there joe stunt dise. the staffers don't know. does the binder know. >> i will refer to you the department of justice he would refer to you the department of justice jess jet the binder only referred us to the department of justice 20 other times. we took the binder's suggestion and emailed the department of justice for some answers. we asked how did those documents wind up in joe's garage? did anyone besides joe have access to the docs besides hunter and his chinese

was stufing his classified documents. wait a second. if hunter could afford 50 grand a month in rent. why was he staying with the big guy? the big guy was charging his son 50 grand a month in rent? wait a second. is this how hunter was funneling foreign money into his dad's pockets through rent payments? did we just find the smoking gun that is going to take down the biden crime family? i don't know. now, we are finding joe's assistant, who packed his bags for him, kathy chung was hired after hunter recommended her hey, dad, i know this kathy chung, trust me, she'll be really good. don't ask questions. ms. chung was so thankful that hunter got her a job at the white house that she was even sending hunter phone numbers of democrats like crooked, slick willy, nancy. but the bigger scandal is ms. chung was setting up

appointments with joe and amy gutmann. who is amy gutmann? she is the president of u penn, you know, the school china funneled money to joe through? you know the penn biden center the chinese funded think tank documents found snuffed a closet. ms. chung was inviting hunter to join joe biden and the u penn president to a meeting. wait, hunter even canceled a meeting with the prime minister of the ivory coast saying, quote: the gutmann meeting is a bust 10 for me per dad. why would joe biden make it mandatory for hunter to be in a meeting with the u penn president about their chinese funded think tank? why was hunter meeting with the president of the ivory coast? we don't even have time for that tonight. and as soon as joe's vice presidency was over ms. chung packed up joe biden's classified docs. tells ms. chung to work for

helper again. even gave her an office with a water view. ms. chung very popular with the biden administration getting passed over all over the place. the funny thing about ms. chung she has been working in d.c. over a decade. and there are no pictures of her anywhere. can't find them. who is this ms. chung? why was she handling the these classified documents and moving them around the atlantic coast. was hunter's fang fang jealous of ms. fung? you remember jacqui bough hunter's assistant who worked for the biden campaign. was jiaqi bao at biden's house. remember, biden campaigned from the basement of that house. is the fbi brushing the documents for fingerprints? joe should have taken the hillary tact just lit the box on fire. do you think anything is coming from this? you can't indict a sitting president for crimes he committed as a private citizen. so this whole thing is just going to be a whole pain in the butt for biden. make him look stupid, sloppy,

dose honest, which is he. for the first time in a long time there is blood in the water. mike davis is the president of the article iii project and a former senate judiciary committee chief counsel. so the doj scope memo that garland writes to her, this new special counsel, it gives this hur guy powers to do what any -- whatever he wants, investigate biden, handling the documents, blah blah, but he also could investigate anything that may arise from this investigation, like perjury, obstruction, destruction of evidence. is this where this thing could go or am i just being crazy? >> well, it's very interesting, this rob hur has been appointed special counsel. you know, he has worked for chris wray going back to 2003. fbi director chris wray. he worked with rod rosenstein, james comey, he was the u.s. attorney in maryland. he replaced rod rosenstein

there. this is the same rob hur who was the number one to rod rosenstein when they were running the russian collusion investigation. the russian hoax investigation. so you have to ask about rob hur. did he know that this russian collusion investigation was a complete hoax and go along with it or was he just duped? and either way is not a good sign for this investigation now. >> jesse: so the guy's resume and pedigree doesn't inspire confidence. what about biden himself? if he is now trying to shut down the penn biden center suspiciously right as the republicans take the house, doesn't that tell you something's going on at the penn biden center? because we have found clear evidence already of a pay for play scheme. we laid it out last night. i mean, is this something that the republicans should look into? >> so, i don't know if they were sending high-priced attorneys, his personal high priced attorneys to go close down the

penn biden center. that sounds pretty fishy to me because these same attorneys are also going to his house in delaware and his beach home in delaware. why would you spend -- send high priced attorneys to go close down your penn biden center and also go to your two homes? maybe there was -- maybe these attorneys were actually responding to document requests or maybe even a subpoena from a separate investigation. maybe that delaware investigation is going a lot farther along than people think. >> jesse: do you think that the u.s. attorney in delaware, that's kind of getting boxed in, we're hearing rumors that hunter biden may have turned down a pretty sweet plea deal and basically say "try me, roll the dice with a grand jury in delaware? bring it on i own delaware." do you think this guy is mad that he is getting stiff armed and might have just leaked this whole classified doc deal? >> i don't know if he leaked. but, remember the timing on these documents. they had these documents -- the

biden justice department, attorney general merrick garland had these documents around november 2nd, six days before the midterm election. and what did attorney general merrick garland do? he sat on them for two months. he covered this up for two months and 16 days after that, on november 18th, he ordered a special counsel. you would think he should have ordered a special counsel because there is smoking gun evidence that biden stole classified documents so i need to appoint a special counsel here for biden. what does garland do? he appoints a special counsel for trump. so, this is a cover-up. this is -- this is just further evidence that garland has weaponized the justice department. he should have appointed a special counsel on day one. >> jesse: yeah. so two elections in a row that the bidens -- someone covered up for them pretty effectively. mike davis, thanks so much. we will be following this over the weekend have. a good one. >> thank you. >> jesse: a school is being sued

from was co, california, when officers responded to a disturbance, the suspect pointed his handgun at him like a half a dozen times. cops are constantly being put in positions where they have to make split second life and death decisions. over in fairfield, california, an armed suspect fired shot at a deputy before he was killed. watch this. down, down, down. you're going to get hit. waving the knife at the young ladies and he ran. so i saw another employee from walmart there and i was asking them where is the security she said i'm security and she was a female. so as we are walking out, as you see in the video right there, he is waving a knife in the young man's face. he was screaming out when you call the cops, i'm going to start cutting all you up. so like i said, i'm a veteran and, you know, when i went in the military, it was around 9/11 time, so we were trained on, you know, for situations like this. you know, basically trying to neutralize the situation and try to save lives. so, i just casually walked over, you know, as he is being irate with the gentleman, and just waited for a moment where i got him and he wasn't paying any attention, you know, just tried to stop him. >> jesse: that was very smooth, very casual. and you grabbed, what exactly was that that you grabbed? one of those things those little elastic things that keep people out of the line. >> it was the line divider.

yes. it was the line divider. it was something that i looked at it i was like okay, so, it's heavy enough at the bottom so if i hit him i'm going to take him down, if i miss him, i can, you know, fight him off with it. it's a little distance. he had a 4-inch blade. it would have been kind of hard to stab me if i'm holding that thing. maybe someone would try to help me as well. yeah, sometimes things like that happen and i just feel like, you know, as a pillar in the community, man, you have got to step up and help when you see stuff like that. >> jesse: not everybody has that kind of training. i don't know i would have maybe tried something different. thrown some of the m&ms at him. train you in the military to look for weapons around you. do you think more people in society should and need to step up in situations like this? >> for safety, i would say if you're trained on situations like that, you know, any

permission slip. a lot of schools today are trying to complete lid cut mom and dad out of the equation. they don't want you to have any say in your kids' life. they have taken it way beyond education. a mom in california is suing her school district because she says they secretly transitioned her fifth grade daughter. the fifth grader allegedly went to go see a guidance counselor because she was emotionally struggling after the death of her grandfather. the complaint says the guidance counselor then convinced the girl to adopt a male identity. the suit attlez that the counselor then told teachers to refer to the fifth grade girl by a boy's name and she told the kid to keep it a secret from her mom. and when the mom found out about this, she confronted school administrators and they took the guidance counselor's side and said it was all legal the reached out to the chico school district and said they can't respond because they haven't physically received the lawsuit.

the mail is probably held up. you know, there has been a lot of flooding in the area. assure our community that chico unified does not have a parental secrecy policy nor do we ever try to define a student's identity. the student will review and investigate any claims in the lawsuit once it has been received. aurora ravine know is that mom and joined by attorney mark trammell. so, first of all, aurora, how is your daughter doing? >> she's doing well now. she doesn't identify as a male. she identifies as a female now i'm appalled of the actions the school district has taken. >> jesse: how long was she identifying as a male and you didn't even know about it. >> for a few months. she had opened up to a guidance counselor. the guidance counselor the day she opened up and said she felt

like a male. she walked her to class and affirmed it that day. >> jesse: and so how did you find out about all of this? >> well, it's interesting because i never gave permission for the school counselor to see my daughter one-on-one, which she did. and my daughter did mention to the school counselor that she wanted to tell me. and the school counselor dismissed her request and was trying to get her to come out to other people first. so, my daughter eventually told my mother, which my mother told me and i reached immediately out to the principal of the school. >> jesse: and when you reached out to the principal, what did he or she say to you? >> initially, i think she may -- she was kind of shocked as well. i had another meeting with her and she was very rude and

defensive and told me this is the law. >> jesse: i don't know if that's true. mark, you're the lawyer here. and you're involved in this litigation. is this the law? >> >> it's not the law, jesse. the school district might argue that it is. there has been a guidance issued by the california department of education. but this guidance so clearly violates the due process clause of the 14th amendment. that's why we filed this lawsuit. parents have a fundamental right to direct the upbringing of their children. it's really hard for parents to exercise that right when school districts are keeping secrets from them. especially on matters like this that are of such significant importance to a child is the school district arguing they have the legal authority to bring a young woman or man into a different identity realm behind that child's parents'

back? >> >> not to me. >> we'll see if that argument actually -- jesse, we will see what that argument -- what that is. they haven't filed a response yet to our lawsuit. it will come in the weeks ahead if you look at this situation and situations across the state of california. this doe guidance is being applied in the same manner across the state. you may recall we have a similar lawsuit representing jessica in is he lynn nasa california. it's a very elm fact pattern this secrecy policy something issued to violate parental rights and transition kids behind parents' back. >> jesse: aurora, anything else you would like to share with the audience. >> i would like you to know my stance on this situation is that i want this to stop our children need protection. when they're struggling with any sort of issues, they need their family by their side. they don't need their family cut

>> jesse: remember being a kid you would get home from school and usually you would only be home for about five seconds? you couldn't wait to get back out the door to play with your friends? ♪ ♪ >> jesse: the sad thing is kids these days aren't doing that as much. each year kids get by kids are getting deeper in technology. best case distracts them worst case depressed and nervous wrecks. ever notice when you drive around you don't see kids playing outside anymore? where are they? well, they're inside on their phones or playing on the computer. when i drive around, i see basketball courts empty. i see baseball diamonds empty. there's more adults in parks than kids. it's no wonder kids these days don't know how to socialize.

school and have those very minimal in person interactions that are so important to becoming an adult and informing your personality and building some fortitude. >> how important are taking those small risks, you know, when you're 10, 11, 1, 13, 14, uses to the go out with 10 or 12 guys in the neighborhood on bikes. disappear for hours. we would get in a little bit of trouble but always made it home in one piece. what does that do when you're not doing that? >> it's taught a whole generation to be risk averse and to believe that they are safer inside and that the world outside is a dangerous place that people outside are out to get them. we haven't built fortitude and anti-fragility, life lessons can you scrape your knee and get up and be fine. every time you fumble and get back up that much stronger. free to the generation that
