3:04 am
my understanding is, joe biden sent a lawyer with classification, with clearance to search the home even more on what date exactly? we don't know. and more documents were found in multiple locations throughout the house. at this point they would have to claim that house is their storage location of any location. rachel: this byes the total to six looks like. again i see lawyers coming into the home. i don't see fbi raids. i don't see anything like that which is really, really weird, will. will: it is weird. you mentioned lawyers. special counsel to the president, richard sabra said this, because i have security clearance, i went to wilmington, thursday, to help facilitate providing documents the president's counsel found on wednesday over to the justice department. i was transferring to the doj who accompanied me, five additional pages with classification markings were discovered among the material, for a total now of six pages.
3:05 am
doj officials immediately took possession of them. rachel: hmmm. and then again, senator ted cruz asking the same question we've been asking, he tweeted out, full fbi raid happens when? pete: so the president's lawyers are there. their justification we have classification. there are doj officials there under what pretense are they there to get the documents and give them over to the archives? have they really searched the entire house? did they really know all the documents are there? when i read this statement it says, we found these additional pages when we were grabbing the other pages in the garage. rachel: in the corvette. pete: in the corvette. this is a mess. this is a very real problem for the president of the united states who didn't have the ability to declassify when he took these documents. he had years and years. who now has a fact pattern that

3:08 am
not only have they not given us a briefing even though we requested one, they have not answered any of our simple requests for information. this is very concerning. we are going to deal with the national archives as this mess progresses. we're very concerned. i mean joe biden promised the american people he would have the most transparent administration in history. i could make a strong argument this is the least transparent administration in history. we have to investigate the biden family being a national security risk, they had classified documents stored improperly. that is another even why. rachel: he said they're a national, that family, the biden family is a national security risk. interesting the national archives was heavily involved in the mar-a-lago stuff. suddenly, they won't even respond to the oversight committee asking for briefing on this? unbelievable. pete: national archives might as well been carrying rifles into mar-a-lago as ifer this a new enforcement mechanism. rachel: yes.
