"jesse watters primetime" with guest host judge jeanine pirro starts right now. >> judge jeanine: how are you. >> bret: hey, judge. >> all right. here we go. ♪ ♪ >> judge jeanine: welcome to "jesse watters primetime" i'm judge jeanine pirro. now, joe biden sure had a bad case of the mondays. after the president rolled into work late this afternoon, finally back from his weekend get away to delaware, but it wasn't a relaxing weekend for the big guy. after another batch of highly classified documents were found stored away in joe's home in

wilmington. that's five more documents found in his private library. that's on top of the other five classified documents already found stashed right next to his corvette. and the 10 documents found at the penn biden center, his chinese funded think tank. the more they keep digging, the more documents they find. now, joe may be telling everyone that these documents were safe, but back in washington, patience is running thin. >> i'm glad that there is a special prosecutor that's been appointed -- >> -- you are glad that there is a special prosecutor. >> yes. >> classified documents are to be taken seriously. no one is above the law. so, i'm glad to see the justice department doing its work. >> well, it's certainly embarrassing, right? >> it's not just democrats turning on joe. even the media is laughing at him.

there is biden in his sweet 1967 stingray. look at the back left there. i don't know if we can push in there. that looks like a mess. that's worse than my garage. i mean, that's not where -- i don't know exactly where the documents are in that garage but that does not look like what a secure location would be. >> judge jeanine: and the media can't deny it any longer. joe biden was sloppy and irresponsible with these documents. unlike donald trump, joe wasn't president when he took them. and, therefore, had no power to declassify. but some democrats can't admit that biden was irresponsible. >> by biden's own standard, wasn't biden totally irresponsible with classified information? >> hoping that we will keep a sense of symmetry about our analysis of these situations and a sense of proportion about the underlying offenses, there are some people who are trying to compare having a government document that should no longer be in your possession to

inciting a violent insurrection. >> judge jeanine: and others like adam schiff are now saying they are not rushing to any conclusions. >> white house knew about this on november 2nd. should this information have been revealed earlier? >> i think the administration will need to answer that question. i'm going to reserve judgment until they do, but i think it's important to point out that the biden approach was very different in the sense that it looks, as far as we can tell, that it was inadvertent that these documents were in these locations. >> judge jeanine: since when is adam schiff ever reserved judgment? it would have been nice if he reserved judgment over russia gate. it was only when he was put under oath that he admitted he had nothing. these documents were left up for grabs. left right in the open ready for the taking. we know the president's wilmington home has had a history of faulty security lapses.

in 2015, the vice president's secret service actually shut off his security system because it kept malfunctioning. how do we know it was ever fixed? and it will only be a matter of time until the liberal media starts asking who had access to these highly classified documents? now, we know hunter claimed to own the house where joe was stashing his documents. are we sure hunter didn't get a look at these documents or sell them to his business partners in china or ukraine? and they won't even tell us who has been over joe's home either. joe spent about a quarter of his presidency in that wilmington home and we don't have any of the visitor logs. in fact, the white house today admitted that they don't have anything on record. telling fox news, quote: in

modern history, his personal residence is personal, closed quote. we don't know who has been in and out of president biden's home. how do we know hunter wasn't bringing over his chinese business partners to joe's house? the american people have a right to know. and some members of the g.o.p. want answers. >> we wonder if the secret service had records now. that's our next question because he still had secret service protection. and you would assume that the secret service would vet people that would be allowed on the premise of the dwelling for the president of the united states. >> judge jeanine: let's bring in ohio congressman jim jordan. chairman of the judiciary committee. jim, there's no one i would rather talk to right now than you. okay. let's start at the beginning. is hunter biden a national security risk? >> well, i think we're going to find out -- there is certainly questions about that. i think mr. comer's investigation is going to look at that.

he wants to get these suspicious activity reports as he just mentioned. he would like to get the logs who had access to the biden family residence there. i think those are all important questions that the american people are entitled to know. what really jumps out at me though, judge is, this timeline and the lack of transparency from the white house. and you talked about this. so, on november 2nd, they find classified material at the biden center. they don't tell anyone. on december 18th they found classified material at the biden garage, at their residence and they don't tell anyone. and then on january 9th there is a news report talking about classified material but only at the biden center. the white house comes out and confirms that but they still don't tell us about the garage, what they found on december 18th. why didn't they just come clean right from the get-go and tell us oh, there has been -- and now we found there is an additional five documents in the room adjacent to the garage at the residence. so, i want to know why they kept this from us and maybe the most important question we have asked now over a book is why didn't

they keep it from the american people before they knew about the before the election. >> you know they hid the hunter biden story because it was a presidential election coming up. no surprise. they would hide it so that it wasn't in play during the midterms. but why did they wait so long? what were they doing, congressman, from november 2nd until january 10th? what were they doing? who was reviewing the documents? were there personal lawyers who don't have a security clearance? and, you know, i'm not -- i'm not satisfied that they don't have records of visitor logs at the home. and the secret supervisors should know who was there. fanned they don't keep logs, what about the security cameras? what about fingerprints on the documents? what are we going to find out, congressman? >> yeah, all those questions need to be answered. why did mr. lausch do. we understand the u.s. attorney from illinois assigned to the case in early november. he concluded his investigation on january 5th. well, what did he find? because we know after january 5th they found another batch of these classified

documents. so, what kind of investigation was that for the first two months? what is the white house lawyer doing accompanying doj officials when they go to the biden residence to pick up these documents? looks to me like he just made himself a fact witness and is part of this investigation now. why was he there? this was supposedly biden's personal attorneys and the department of justice. what's the white house counsel's office doing accompanying the doj to his residence? that certainly didn't apply to president trump. and maybe the best one is secretary clinton, i remember asking her specifically when she testified in front of the bengals committee. secretary clinton, you've got 60-some thousand emails. we don't want to see personal emails. there is a thing called privacy in america. we have no right to see those. but we don't exactly trust you and your lawyers to determine which ones we should see and which ones we don't need to. how about this idea? why don't we have a retired federal judge, a neutral third party come and examine those 60-some thousand emails and of course her answer was no, no, no. she got decide.

her and her lawyers. that same thing wasn't extended to president trump and that's the problem. >> judge jeanine: not only did she get to decide, congressman, she destroyed 33,000 emails. that's called destruction of evidence. >> yep. >> judge jeanine: look, the american people understand there is a two tiered system of justice when it comes it democrats in this country, whether it's hillary clinton or right now whether it's hunter biden. hunter biden has been in so many messes at this point, i don't know what is taking the grand jury so long. but i will tell you what is interesting. this whole issue involving hunter biden and the child support. that's a way to get some discovery on what hunter biden is doing. because he seems to have been paying, he says, $49,000 a month for his father's house in wilmington. all right? to me that looks like money laundering. the house isn't worth more than 6 or $8,000 a month. what say you? >> that is why chairman comer wants to get access to the suspicious activity reports and understand what these are. there is suspicious activity that the treasury department

sees on bank accounts and they have 150 of them, we have been told. auto. >> judge jeanine: exactly is. that's why he wants to focus information there and build out from that premise. that's why he is looking for it. hopefully get access in the course of his investigation. >> judge jeanine: you know what, congressman jordan, i trust that you guys will proceed with this with due diligence. there is so much going on and, you know, i don't know if it's possible to get fingerprints off those files. i don't know who has touched those files and, by the way, i can't imagine a personal lawyer going in and removing files from the penn biden center. there is a lot of layers to this. >> why were they looking in the first place? what prompted them to go look? that's a fundamental question we don't have the answer to either. >> judge jeanine: who are the other people in that building might have had access to that room. congressman jim jordan always good see you again. >> thank you, judge. >> judge jeanine: joe biden thinks police need to be retrained as the war on cops reaches a new bloody peak. ♪ ♪

enforcement. >> joe biden has no idea what it's like to be a cop. especially in today's climate. that's why we're seeing a mass exodus of police officers leaving the force. morale is low. and they can't even do their jobs anymore. we're also seeing a spike in officers being killed in the line of duty. in 2022, firearms related fatalities increased by 21%. these men and women in blue need our support. but they are certainly not getting it in california. listen to this. >> this week the lapd took a bold stance and decided that pro-police flags are banned inside police departments. that's an order from chief michael moore. now, if you are like me. you are probably confused by this i mean police don't support police or can't support police.

who will. doesn't send a good message it. gets worse. the reason this decision was made was because of a single complaint. one person was offended by the blue striped flag and now it's banned inside the police station. period. the chief didn't even fight back. in fact, he defends it. he says the flag represents, quote: violent extremist views to some. really? that's an insult to the men and women who bravely serve our communities. >> just look at what's happening in cities like l.a. we need to back our police more now than ever. since biden took office, we have seen record high inflation and record high gas prices. all thanks to joe's record high spending. the $1.7 trillion omnibus he signed was stuffed with pork.

100 million went to environmental justice. 45 billion to ukraine. and a few million for that michelle obama hiking trail. his $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill blew tons of cash on useless projects like $20 million heated sidewalk and $25 million bird watching bridge. then there's the inflation reduction act which was the green new deal in disguise. it didn't reduce inflation one bit and everyone agreed to that. it just spent billions and billions on solar panels and windmills. but republicans are the only one that are fiscally demented? >> you know going to talk about big spending democrats again? guess what? [whispering] i reduced the deficit last year $350 billion. [applause] and this year? federal deficit is down

1 trillion-plus dollars. >> wow. >> hear me. that's a fact. and going to be hundreds of billions reduced over the next decade but these guys are the fiscally -- they are fiscally demented, i think. >> florida congressman byron donalds joins me now. it really a joy hearing him hear people call fis fiscal key mint. >> my response is joe biden sounds utterly ridiculous. look, everybody knows that during the covid-19 pandemic the federal government spent more money than it ever had to try to keep our economy and, better yet, the least of the american people afloat. now that covid-19 is gone, we're actually regressing in terms of spending. that's a good thing. for him to take credit for it makes no sense at all because he is the one who has plussed up spending across the board and

actually fights for returning spending levels precovid-19 which is frankly where we should be going. so for him to make a statement like that because what he wants to do is keep all of the items that he has ratcheted up spending in. he wants to keep those in place as opposed to doing the smart thing, the responsible thing, the fiscally sound thing which is examining spending at the federal level so we can get our debt under control, our inflation under control, which he caused by the way, and let the american people thrive and prosper. >> judge jeanine: you know, congressman donalds, i find it stunning that this bill the omnibus the $1.7 trillion omnibus bill that he signed had 4,000 pages and i believe that you guys were given 72 hours, if even that, to read through it? how do you even know what was in the bill? and why does this happen? >> well, first of all, we weren't even given 72 thundershowers, it was about six and a half hours. when it came over from the senate and thrown on the house

floor by nancy pelosi. this kind of thing always happens because of the brinksmanship here on capitol hill where this place doesn't work until there's a crisis that must be solved. one of the things that was in this bill was $400 million to secure the border for seven countries in the middle east. and, actually, in the omnibus bill, the money for border patrol was specifically said to not be used to secure our southern border. that was one of the things in the omnibus bill, the reason i voted against it and so many of my colleagues did the same. >> judge jeanine: amazing part of it is he doesn't own the fact that people can't even afford a dozen eggs anymore. that we hit a new debt ceiling. this 1.7 trillion was packed with pork that you had apparently as you say six hours to look at and then he calls the republicans fiscally demented. it's almost like truth has nothing to do with what he is saying. >> no. it doesn't. and you have to understand he

gets protection from the big media. i mean, look, people saw i was on a different network last week and can you see how conversations go when you try to bring the facts. he knows he is not going to be questioned. the man doesn't hold press conferences much anyway. the white house press secretary just ignores the questions that comes and she answers when she chooses to answer. so he gets to get away with this kind of stuff. a republican president can't get away with saying this stuff. well, listen, this is the same joe biden who ridiculed somebody like myself who didn't want to vote for him trying to say i wasn't black. news flash, joe, my momma knows better. with that being said, he doesn't have to acknowledge this stuff because big media protects him. >> judge jeanine: big media protecting him it's kind of interesting i think with all of this going on with the documents, the classified documents. it may be changing a bit. what do you think? >> i think so. but, you know, i'm not going to hold my breath. the reality is that joe biden had documents when he shouldn't have. he was a former vice president, no ability to declassify and no

new york cannot take more, they can't. there are web sites advertising that new york city basically streets are parade with gold, that there is automatic employment that you're automatically going to be living in a hotel. there is a conversation among those who are asylum and migrant asylum seekers and migrants who are given the false impression that if you come to new york city everything is fine. there is no more room in new york. >> even though sanctuary city has reached a breaking point now. over 40,000 migrants have arrived since the spring with over 3100 of them coming just last week. adams just had to shell out a $275 million hotel room deal to house just 5,000 of them according to the "new york post." now the mayor is begging for help. just this summer, adams said the big apple would always be a sanctuary city. but that open for business message seems to have backfired.

>> you pledged during your campaign to keep new york city a sanctuary city. do you have any concern that that policy is attracting more people to the border? more people to cross the border to make that dangerous trip? >> no, not at all. the city has always been a sanctuary city and we have always managed those who wanted to come to new york city to pursue the american dream. >> judge jeanine: now, that the crisis is right at his doorstep, he is saying don't come. illegal migrants in el paso told the post that their biggest message to the mayor while he was there was take me with you. they heard the shelters are great and they will have everything they need here. so, i guess the forever a sanctuary city message didn't work out so well for eric adams. but he is shifting the blame elsewhere.

>> yeah, that's a great point judge jeanine. so good to be with you. good to see you in the evening. >> good to see you. >> usually see jesse here. you hit the nail right on the head. he's almost there. eric adams is almost there at the messaging and i'm still ago are a i caggravated with him. he wasn't pointing a finger at el paso or houston. he had no problem pointing finger at greg abbott. what is the phrase the left uses pay their fair share when it comes to illegal entrance. last year the fiscal year something like 2.7 million crossings, that doesn't even include the got aways and i don't even know what it's going to be coming up in 23 seems like he is one of the first democrats to just kind of go out there and say national leaders. just say it. just say it mayor adams. say what we are all thinking. it's the biden administration

and their border -- their lawless policy at the border which has contributed to this and made it exponentially worse. >> judge jeanine: you know what? i do give him credit. i have been very critical of the mayor as it relates to crime in new york. all he has to do is point to the governor. i call her the accidental governor. you know, came in when cuomo was forced out. but, in addition to that -- although she has been elected since then. the truth is all you have to do is get rid of cashless bail and we can deal with crime. now if you are just at the point where you are ready to point the finger at the federal government because you don't want to spend your money, call them out for it. talk about the crime. talk about the fact that we have got veterans. we have got senior citizens. they can't afford any of this stuff. why are we giving it to illegals? >> exactly. and i really wish that he would see that there is a lot more common ground here on this issue with moderate democrats and independents and probably even some pretty further to the left democrats than maybe he realizes. one issue that not just the

responsibility as it has been for generations. these border state towns that are just inundated calling out the biden administration for this. when he sees that this is kind of a shared issue, maybe that will -- i don't know, empower him a little bit more to speak out. for crying out loud in martha's vineyard they called out the national guard. the biden administration was criticizing the national guard being at the southern border there was no problem with calling them in and having people moved to barracks. i don't know. he seems to be almost there but he still has a little bit of way to go. he needs to be a little bit more forceful with his language on this. stop being afraid. what he has said is not enough. i'm glad he came down to the border. i'm glad he has seen what a lot of border state residents have been living with a long time. only seeing fractions of what they have been living with for a long time. he needs to be more aggressive with his language. >> you know what, dana, i suspect that will come but both of columbus have to wait and see. always good to have you on the show. thanks, dana. >> good to see you.

>> judge jeanine: hunter biden is demanding a judge deny his 4-year-old daughter from taking his last name. why? she is the love child with a former stripper named london roberts who hunt hunter denied knowing until a paternity test proved he was his. london roberts wants her daughter to have the biden last name because it is quote synonymous with being well educated successful, financially acute and politically powerful. she wants her daughter to grow up to be a ukrainian energy expert just like her daddy. but not everyone is on board with the change. hunter's fighting it tooth and nail. he says changing his baby's last name to biden would, quote: rob

her of a peaceful existence. and hunter is also asking the judge to lower his child support payments, after all, he is not making that burisma money anymore. so, how can he afford a luxury malibu mansion. that's what london roberts wants to know. if she gets her way we will all find out a lot more about hunter's shady finances as this case progresses. ned ryun is the founder of the american majority, ned, i love this story. first of all, i think it's horrific, okay? you haven't asked me what i think but i have to tell you what i think, okay? what i hate is that joe biden is always talking about his grandchildren but he never mentions this one. and, you know, except for this one, everybody had stockings at christmas for every grandchild, even the dog and the cat. all right, ned, hit it. i'm done. >> yeah, no. it is pretty amazing how the whole biden family is fighting the existence of this child. joe biden is acting like he doesn't have a seventh

grandchild and really it is kind of loathe some to try to erase this little girl who at this point might be the only honest and innocent biden out there. and biden and hunter should know the power of the biden name he spent his whole life using it to trade and influence peddling to make his living and, judge, i don't presume to know how a crack head thinks but maybe he thinks another biden might dilute the brand and undercut his future revenue. i'm kind of surprised joe biden is letting this go forward. the last name he things is another high profile story with hunter to remind people of his crooked business dealings with ukraine and china. the problem with going to court and pushing this hard is you don't know where it's going to go. you open a can of worms. depends on how narrow the judge is going to make the scope of this. if it gets to discovery we really go down that path of child support. you go et in the discovery of business practices and then you get into all sorts of crazy stuff like why did you pay $50,000 a month in rent for this house looks like money a lawn

tearing what was joe biden's involvement in money laundering? they may get to find out in discovery who was buying those painting, who those people are and i have to tell you, ned, hunter biden is not only a national security risk but is he going to be the downfall of joe biden ultimately. as republicans start to get into this, i think that, i mean, how do you give $50,000 a month to a house that you are living in that your father owns that isn't worth more than $6,000 a month. that's money laundering. >> exactly. but here's the thing, judge. i think that if it gets to that point where it really becomes an issue and he realsizes he is not going to win this and might open himself up to discovery, hunter might have been in this case and maybe have the last name of biden because the last thing they want is discovery. and so i have to tell you if it

gets to that point, he might bail on this case and say i'm not going to fight it anymore. she can have the last name of biden because he does not want discovery. hunter does not want discovery. joe biden certainly does not want discovery because then all of a sudden you start to expose to the american people all sorts of unpleasant business dealings with countries like china who are existential threat to our standing in the world. >> judge jeanine: let me ask you just on a personal level, what is the harm? why is he fighting this? >> i think part of it is the embarrassment they think from how this child came to be. >> judge jeanine: how can you be more embarrassed than a guy all over the newspapers smoking crack with hookers? >> certain point like if you find this embarrassing why didn't you find him posting pictures of weighing what apparently was crack and posting pictures with prostitutes? i think this might be the least of your embarrassing problems. this child was innocent. this is what is loathesome to me is how she is being erased by the biden family.
