execution in one of those victims 16, she was holding her son nicholas as she ran for life and both killed. someone stood over the young mother and child and shot them both in the head. 72-year-old grandmother was also killed in her bed as she slipped and other victims including 52-year-old man, woman and 19-year-old man saying the killings were deliberate and intentional and likely involve drugs and gangs and cartel activity. i can tell you cartels are here. they are here for multiple reasons, selling drugs is lucrative here or there is a lot of money to be made. it focuses on the money but the other is we have a nonsecure border right now. there is a lot of back-and-forth when it comes to cartels and free movement up and down the state and across the border. >> three people survived the massacre. one person managed to hide in a room on the floor as the shots

let me tell you something that is alarming as i started this over the last several years. if phoenix, arizona, the d.a. in 2015 seized zero pills and last year 25 million. so the production labs are off at the charts, the cartel are dominating and destroying communities and families as we sit back and accept this. i don't get it, todd, i don't get it, carley, it doesn't make sense. this town that this family was murdered is about 350 miles from the southern border. do you think these mexican cartels right now are crossing the southern border with more frequency because it is porous? or are they already here living in the united states? >> combination of both. they have been here many years, but now they are taking advantage in the cartels are sending operatives, they are hit men, every single day of the week to intimidate their rivals.

and it is horrible to say, but he killed her and she is a giver. >> authorities say more details of the investigation and evidence supporting the charges will be presented at brian's arraignment. >> carley: such an actual tragedy and it was the employer who notified the police of her disappearance and not her husband. and that is suspect. >> we don't know if he will appear in court but it is interesting. will he plead guilty, not guilty? he plead not guilty to initial charges of misleading investigators. >> carley: how well they explained the google search. >> todd: it will not be easy. another key clue and the idaho martyrs. >> more chilling details about bryan kohberger's behavior. bryan kohberger messaged one of the female victims before the murders but didn't disclose which one. they claim split into one of the

tell us about it. >> my interpreter and special operations in my job by myself they had one interpreter signing and those come together to spend months together in the mountains of afghanistan to put our teams on target to kill bad guys. during the withdrawal, had a duty to go back and meet with the government to do the right thing. we put together a small team then ultimately got his wife and six kids and rescued another 17,000. >> carley: another 17,000 and a lot of work in ukraine as well. >> ukraine, part of getting the colleagues here and recovering the body of an amazing guy, pierre, the cameraman. >> carley: i have a strong feeling this book will be successful as argue as you continue your mission to help others.

was raided by the fbi. >> completely different treatment. that is part of the point of the ethics complaint that was filed recently by the protected publix watch dog group. the proper involvement by the white house counsel's office and specifically white house counsel, special counsel richard solberg who him stomach personally himself went up to delaware to supervise the handof classified documents between president biden's personal lawyers and the department of justice. there was no reason for this to be a goal for the white house special counsel. the ethics complaint, the white house counsel is acting not as the attorneys for the white house, but the personal attorneys for the president, which proves improper use of federal employees and also they are creating a conflict of interest because it was likely the white house under the obama administration that improperly allow the documents to be released in the first
