turned violent in atlanta tonight. wad tyler is live in atlanta tyler what is the latest have there been any arrests made tonight? >> well lawrence i can tell you six people are in custody tonight have been arrested according to thrarnght police that's what they told us an hour and a half ago and clean upunderway right now this was one of the businesses damaged by protesters scooping up glass theyrd board up woipgd here. this is one of three according to atlanta police that were damaged during protest here and video from earlier that really tells story you'll see it one point a police car was damaged by -- by a different protesters and then they lit it on fire multiple buildings brings and rocks used to knock out windows and it really started as largely peaceful protest against a proposed atlanta police training center. some folks are not happy about that. they say that they do not want to have it and earlier just a couple of days ago, a protester

an activist was killed while they were trying to clear the training center site where they were planning to build this tension boiling over tonight, and they ended up protesting down the street and then deciding to go for a march that's really when the chaos erupted in downtownen atlanta. things ended up -- ending pretty peacefully just about -- two blocks later. that's where police took six people into custody and circumstances now the cleanup underway leer in downtown atlanta. again six people in custody after a night of chaos here. several blocks when protesters started throwing brings and rocks and lighting at least one police car on fire. no word if any officers were injured. but again six people arrested. lawrence: unbelievable tyler before i let you go who are these people coming into atlanta you know atlanta is known as black wall street a lot of black business there is i saw folks and mug shots and those arrested

prior they're white what are the black peemg people in the street protesting this i didn't see many of them in the photos i'm seeing. those people you saw in the mug shots those were people who were arrested -- then they were clearing out the training center where they were planned to propose training center. those are the -- folks who were arrested for domestic terrorism. we have do not have mug shots yet to people who were arrested today. but there have definitely been we've covered it a lot on air here in atlanta multiple people actually several groups of people coming from out of state to come here and protest this. they call it cop city. atlanta police and folks are calling it propose training center for public safety. but again, as you said there are some people coming in from out of state to protest this and that is something that we'll peenged out and when we see arrest reports of the people arrested today to see where these preem from.

as a result of that, as you can imagine, the gang members in el salvador don't to be there anymore. >> what specifically at the border is empowering? i think it is a sense that, you know, they have a free reign to, you know, to come back here. with no control, over the revolving door things are only getting worse in suffolk county and nationwide. you ran as a democrat what needs to be done to go after the criminal organization at the border? >> we have to vet every individual man woman and chit that comes across that border. j all too federal problem for tulan but a potential new solution. >> this model is first in the united states where jails and prisons are pluck dag tay so that any trends that may occur we can now understand i do not want anymore trends occurring that we do not know about so this correction intelligence center will be a model i think for many jurisdictions.

program you know i'm passionate about this issue my mom got pregnant with me at 16 these centers are needed right now. are you hopeful that this reward being offered by the fbi are going bring these attackers to justice? >> it's great to be with you lawrence. yes we're very hopeful because it is the sad reality that more than 80 facilities were targeted last year. and there's not been a single arrest so we hope and pray that this reward money will cause people to come forward and help some of these culprits to be fund and prosecuted. lawrence: i'm hopeful and glad that fbi decided to do this but i have to ask what is taking so long? to offer rewards to go after these people it seems like if the politics are on your side -- then you can't prosecute people doing violent attack these are hate crimes targeting women these are targeting volunteers, political points of views that

they disagree with, and we just now got a reward that has been going on for a long time. >> exactly. it seems like they should have before offered last year when all of the attacks were occurring let's put this in perspective when our teak curred it wasn't referred to as domestic trim despite fact it cost 100,000 in repair work after the attack. so we're grateful that they are putting this reward money out. we wish it would have come a little bit sooner but we hope people will come forward now. lawrence: curious have you got and a call from the department of justice, whowtion anybody because planned parenthood there's coordination between the white house press office department of justice all of the team so i'm wondering was your pro life center offered same administration? >> we did not receive calls from them. now we fall under face fact our individuals are found they can be prosecuted thawrnd act like

within a divorce and best way for him to acquire that property he might have felt would be to get rid of his wife. also very telling telling that d about early on was 2014 threat that he made against killing her and a friend. so in addition to his recent behavior certainly past behavior suggest he has a history of aggression and violence toward her. wow. >> paul we're seeing early stages of this when it comes to the prosecution. these google searches we're seeing a lot more in this case than we saw in the other case that we're going to be talking about and that's the idaho four that we're tragically murdered why do you think the prosecution is putting so much out there so we cannily? quickly? >> well one of the reasons that we're seeing so much more in the walsh case is we perhaps haven't gotten to that point in the case

relative to idaho. i would point out that in the search warrants that we unsealed one of the thing authorities took was a computer tower so there are various ways to forensically delve into digital life and certainly one of the most direct is a forensic dump of computer itself so we may see that evidence emerging in the kohberger case in this case there's such a focus on the -- walsh case and in the massachusetts case in walsh case, we dongt have a body. and so unlike the other case where we know okay what happened to the victims. you know we don't have closure but we know that we have four deceased. whereas in massachusetts case, we don't and i think that the information that's been coming out is kind of there to fill the gap. because, obviously, the real hope early on was perhaps she was going to be found alive.

>> paul when we start doing this so much and you read my mind because that's the perfect segway there's no body here so how hard is it beginning to be to convict someone when body is not present yet? >> they seem to have enough information from the security, from the going into the house and thawfl. that she died that shoos dead that he got rid of the body. and it seems that they've been able to show that from what we have now. they have not been able to show what the cause of death is and that can be -- more difficult the body is not found. he may say or -- that he she attacked whim a knife and he in self-defense struggled with her she was stabbed, he panicked because police don't like him he has other charges against him and he -- foolishly while in a panic tried to get rid of the body and then

able to tell him that or that she was very upset as january 1st they were drinking she was very -- when this may have happened. and she was upset and stabbed herself -- and cut herself and again, he panicked because he's in trouble with the police. would blame him for it. >> he's scrambling i want to go back -- lawrence: i want to focus out in moscow, idaho we're learning he followed all three of the female victims on instagram. doctor miller you talked about this before you -- we even got this information. i take it that you're not surprised that we're finding this out now. >> no. not at alling unfortunately. from what i've read the three female victims had public profiles and he was able to follow them without i guess

being flagged by any of them as a stranger or strange. and that the dm at least to one of the victim went unanswered perhaps even unread. but i think it's convict what we've been discuss all along that it's been very likely that he developed a fantasy about at least one of them and you know considered ways about getting close to them. such as via instagram such as by driving by the house. such as by visiting their work place which i know is contested but seems easy to believe. and that he became increasingly frustrateds and desperate as his attempts went ignored. >> we're seeing more documents they found hair fibers sol reported may have been an animal as well. >> yeah. so, i mean, i think that, obviously, that could be anything. you know, he may have picked up a cat hair in the building somewhere. but the implication is it could

goes forward i'm sure the evidence start to come out we'll see how fruitful this was. >> doctor with all of this physical evidence we're learning about -- do you see a way he can wiggle his way out of this or are walls closing in on him we're not even as hearing to put a plea in yet. j well, we still waiting for opening up the warrant in pennsylvania which would indicate what they got out of his car. if in the car or -- warrant or the residence there's any hair or blood from any of the four victims or the dog there would be no problem in showing that it was he who did it. otherwise, the wiggle room would be well, somebody stole my knife and only dna evidence against me is the sheaf it was my knife someone who stole gloves didn't get his dna and knife and left it there.

cybersecurity system there's a lineage from the government that watch dog that goes in from a nonpartisan perspective and look at early since 2000s to now continue to say listen our -- our airways are not safe when it comes to cyberthreats and cyberattacks they're running just ancient system understand fortunately. lawrence: why are we so behind even from a cyberstand point and defense system from a cyberstand point we're behind there as well. >> yeah that's rights, and it to do with airliners not prioritizing cybersecurity you look at this and casinos are a good example and they're hospitality first so physical security might be good but not cybersecurity as well and you would think mass evely huge in casinos but they're not same thing for airliners they view safety of their flights as the security aspects not cybersecurity site so until that changes until, you know, these airliners focus on cybersecurity and efficiency of their systems
