can the cover. 1:15 in the morning after the giants lost. could you set the scene for us. >> yeah. got on the train at 12:45 and i was on the train car. and i bet there were 25 or 30 people on this train car. so you are just like you know how you are sitting on those benches. and there is an older gentleman just across from me. and there is a group of teens and one of them is lighting a joint. and just with that lighter. they put it in the guy's hair and his hair went up like a match book. and i was like whoa. you can't do that. that's not cool. that's all it took. and then i was the focus of all their attention. >> steve: early stories were that they were harassing him. you are saying they hit his hair on fire. >> ignoring him entirely other than this joint they put this in his hair and went up. knocking out flames. you can't do that. >> steve: and then what happened? >> this guy puts out his hair on fire but then it was just all their attention was right on me. >> oh, got a problem with me. you want to stop me. you want to say something? why don't you stop me if you say

something. >> ainsley: i watched your video they put on instagram. punching your face your side was really in pain were they kicking you. >> i took a left just sitting there you want to do something and i wasn't going to do egg. in i took a left. are aened and another guy we need to of movement i get up to try to leave the car. this all goes over several stops. i actually go to a whole nother car. i get off that train after taking a punch. the whole group, the doors open again at another stop the whole group just comes and bum rushes me suddenly i'm like on the ground and getting kicked in the side and wailed on. put him to sleep. put him to sleep. they were trying to knock me out. once you are unconscious and getting punched there is no defense. i was just doing my absolute best to cover my head so i couldn't get knocked out and now my side is black hand blue my knee i can hardly bend because i was getting kicked and punched. >> ainsley: were people helping you. >> people were quick to help me as soon as they were away from me. when it what is happening. no one was doing anything. i get it look what happens when you step up for somebody.

they were there for 12 hours and he was at the beach house. no, it was wilmington. >> steve: he was at rehoboth this was delaware. >> he apparently avoided the house where the search was ongoing. we asked why he was going rehoboth instead of wilmington and karine jean-pierre didn't want to answer and now we know investigators were combing through property. we did get the week ahead schedule late last night we can now report that president biden plans to spend next week at camp david. this as there are reports the justice department is considering searching other properties that are linked to the president. one interesting point, we do not know how this latest search initiated. the statement from bob bauer the president's personal attorney says the biden team offered prompt access in the interest of moving forward expeditiously. but a consensual search, which is an official warrantless search done with voluntary consent would apply -- would imply that the doj may be asked to go in. we have asked all the relative parties for

clarification on this point and no one will say anything to us. moreover, the latest discovery of materials from biden's time in the senate has complicated his claim that this was just a case of someone filing something in the wrong be place after he left the v.p.'s office. >> what's amazing about all of this, is it takes us to the question of why were these documents here? well now that we learn that some of these go back to his senate time. clearly he has become a serial classified document hoarder. >> fbi was present for this latest search which the justice department requested not be made public ahead of time. we do know as i mentioned that's because the president -- that's why the president went to rehoboth instead of wilmington because investigators were all through that property in wilmington. now democrats are saying that the president, with all this, needs to adjust his no regrets attitude. >> you think he should be out there saying look i messed up. >> just say it? >> fall on your sword here. >> we are all human. we make mistakes. he sure didn't intend for it to fall in the wrong hands and use

california authorities reviewing ha hugh can tran man accused of killing 10 people in monterey park entered another dance studio 20 minutes later and likely to kill more people but community members stopped him. jumped into action disarming the suspect before he took off running. meanwhile police have confirmed the suspected gunman is dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound following an hour's long standoff with authorities. authorities are still working to find a motive. on to a fox news alert here. five people, including four firefighters are hurt after a four alarm fire burned through a new york city building overnight. the massive flames causing the roof to cave in. forcing firefighters to battle the blaze from the outside it. began just after 12:45 in the morning and first responders managed to get three hours later. fire officials say the building housed a furniture store and community center. but a residential building next door was forced to evacuate that

brian all right. the doj discovering more classified items in president biden's wilmington summer home following search. yeah, the fbi was there security adviser from the house intelligence committee and former deputy director of intelligence kash patel. kash, pretty interesting that they asked the fbi to go through his -- one of his summer homes at which time they walked out with at least six documents. between 25 and 30. as well as notes and things about his daily planner and schedule. what do you think about this procedure? >> hey, good morning. it's great to be with you and thank you so much. as days former prosecutor and leading the intelligence community. i have never heard of this type of procedure especially when it comes to the leaks of classified documents that are being in the wild. what i think people aren't focusing on is the so-called they are wearing this out the verbiage. six sets a classified document, one set is something that is going to be more than one page. i have seen classified documents that are up to 1,000 pages per set. so, they are not telling the

just couldn't quite bring himself to leave the democratic party where he had earned a living his whole party. so manchin has a lot of ties. on the other hand, i think manchin is seeing the democratic party go further and further to the left, further away from the values of west virginia. and i suspect he is a serious guy and i thought it was a very important signal that he called speaker mccarthy and said, you're right, we ought to be negotiating. let's find a way to cut spending and work together. so, i don't want to prejudge what he'll do. very hard to win the democratic nomination because is he so much more conservative than the current democratic party. but he would be a significant force in the country and i think, you know, he is a serious man. he wants to make a difference. and i think this is a big first step. and he has a few other people like senator sinema, for example, from arizona. all of a sudden there could be court of a definite mccarthy alliance with common sense

senators that could really make a big difference. >> ainsley: he does have that likability factor. he is moderate. so he could get some of the independence and maybe conservatives as well depending hun is running in the republican party. what do you think this looks like when he is going to meet with mccarthy. they say this they are going to try to come up with a plan together to stop this wasteful government spending. what does that look like. can they do this? >> first of all, there is a lot of money out there that's never been spent. >> ainsley: right. >> pathed during the covid emergency period. i suspect you can get hundreds of billions of dollars just by not spending. there is alsoen amazing amount. over $600 billion was stolen during the covid period. $20 billion in california unemployment alone. and i suspect recapturing clawing back some of that would be a piece of it. and then, frankly, go through a list of what the government spends money on. we have a multi million dollars project for example to improve tunisian tourism. why would the american taxpayer

at a time of a huge deficit want to send millions of dollars to to your tunisia. i understand improving tourism in california. why are we encouraging people to go to tunisia than the u.s. billions of programs like that we can cut. >> ainsley: how does that even get into our budget? >> you have bureaucrats who are paid full time to do nothing but sit around and think of ways to spend money. you think they are being very creative. they have been assigned the job of helping these countries. and so they come up with whatever they can think of. but we have -- if you want to go through the list of things we pay for both at home and abroad that are nonsense, you could save billions of dollars. and, remember, every dollar you save today is multiplied over the next 10 years by the interest you're not paying on the debt. because you didn't spend the money. so it actually has a multiplier effect that's bigger than say if i save a billion dollars. i have probably saved about
