seriously. i think any premise where the president has spent any amount of time needs to be searched. i wouldn't rule out searching anywhere where certain relatives of the biden family, we know has been involved in influence peddling schemes. i wouldn't rule out looking at their locations, which this is a pattern and no one believes the documents delivered five to six different locations where they left the vice president's office. something bad is going on here. this is of the utmost important for document security. >> ainsley: i was just talking to the senator but what committee did you serve on? what does he have on the classified documents when he was vice president? is a anything his son who we know had access to the house, to the garage, to the corvette next to the box with classified information, anything in this classified documents that he could have used when he sat on the board of these different companies in different coun

countries? >> that is why we are investigating the biden family for influence peddling. these countries are donating and wiring millions of dollars to biden family interest just for charity? they do it because they want a return on their investment. when we find out classified documents are casually strong all over the east coast, then it is very concerning. i wouldn't rule out the president's brothers as well. and you go back to his time in the senate, this has been a pattern that this family has been involved in for decades. i just wonder what that white house reaction is if ted cruz or marco rubio were found to have in their possession classified documents. this is something that i think more americans are starting to pay attention to peer they realize there is a problem here they are confused as to why in the first place would biden have these classified documents in his possession, much less

scattered out in five different locations. >> steve: apparently to the report and this one, congressman, they cease six classified documents and what they call this running material. it sounds like contemporary of's notes joe biden might have taken. so, that is probably what'll they wound up with this trip, but i'm curious about the negotiation between the white house lawyers and the department of justice peer they called him in and said, "okay, k through all of the stuff. i wonder if the requirement was you can only look at stuff belonging to joe biden? you can only look at his papers. hunter biden lived in this house for a very long time. his stuff is off, you know, off limits. in any devices come i'm curious if they looked at joe biden's devices there and hunter biden's devices there and whether or not there was a separation between joe's stuff and his family stuff. >> these are all great

questions. these are questions we are trying to determine answers to as we speak, as she reported earlier, we reportedly sent a request to the secret service about communication or documents that would give us an idea who had access to that house. we know the white house will stonewall every investigation by the house republicans, much less this investigation. we are hopeful the secret service will work with us. this is not going to go away for joe biden. i think the press corps is getting frustrated because they are clearly not being honest. and another thing that -- i believe there was an article in "the new york times" that said when the initial patch of documents found at the biden center, they'd didn't notify the doj but took them back to archives hoping no one would find out about it. if this is true, this is concerning because the democrats and joe biden made a huge issue out of president trump's and

then are they trying to sweep it under the rug? this is a bad situation for joe biden and the white house. >> the fact is they have weeks to get ready and the university of delaware or other beach house over the weekend. they still found stuff. what else is going on? that her is also a picture on the hunter biden laptop up a box that said "important pictures and documents." on it. important documents and photos seen in a picture on the laptop. everybody thought for a while was not authentic but we know now was very real. congressman/chairman comber that we appreciate it. >> ainsley: he mention what we talked about at the beginning of the show, andy mccarthy said his private lawyers found it and notify the white house and the white house notified national archives. he thinks the national archives were just going to tuck it away but they notified doj peer at the inspector general got to the bottom of it.

got off of the subway car one of the stops and got into another car, looking at his bloody eyes, blood in his hands, and then that group of guys got back on his car and started going for him again. they were saying, "see, that guy didn't say anything. if you wouldn't have said anything we wouldn't do this to you." >> brian: unbelievable nobody helped him. >> steve: and they walked. >> ainsley: thank goodness he is not hurt worse. no bones are broken. >> steve: he could have lost an eye or had a brain bleed. heat they could have killed him and knocked him out and set his hair on fire. >> brian: that is emblematic every problem in new york city on no cops. >> ainsley: one of the guys smoking a joint and used the joint to catch the old man's hair on fire. >> brian: welcome to new york. hopefully things will turn around. it's not the cop's fault. have been totally instruct.

17 minutes after the hour. >> from the east coast to the west coast and other horrific situation a mass shooting in california. authorities revealing that huu can tran killing ten people entered another dance studio about 20 minutes later and likely intended to kill more people, but to community members stopped him. the police say they jumped into action disarming the suspect before they took off running. meanwhile the police have confirmed the suspected gunman is dead from self-inflicted gunshot wound only an hour's long standoff with authorities. the investigators are still working to find the motive. the pentagon preparing for house speaker kevin mccarthy to visit taiwan later this year. a punch bowl news reports the biden administration expecting mccarthy to head in the spring. he has previously failed to visit taiwan as the nation faces chinese aggression. and supported house speaker nancy pelosi back in august.

do anymore filming until he has been exonerated in a court of law. >> ainsley: the only problem with that is they lose and not that money should be an issue when someone has died, but they would lose so much money and they did have that civil lawsuit with her husband to continue to film the movie. >> i understand that and i understand on the human level why he feels the way he does honoring her work. but as he really honor her work to have alec baldwin come with a man who fired the gun who killed halyna hutchins to be back on the set waving guns around? i wouldn't trust him to wave -- alec baldwin spent the last two years running around telling anyone who wanted to listen that he had no responsibility and feels no guilt about what happened. now, it turns out the d.a. has decided you might want to have something to do with him because he might be accountable. i think he should finally actually stop this talk where he wants someone to feel sorry for him and his his family and focus

jobs where you don't need to go to college? >> something i've been talking about for decades. i have worked at fox 20 years this spring. the biggest lie sold two generations of kids and generations of parents is that you need to pay for a college degree. you need to overpay for a college degree. and you need to go in debt for a college degree to be successful in this country. and you do not need to -- you can pursue something that is your passion, that you are grayed out. i am not joking when i say if i had it to do all over again, if i didn't wind up here, i would be a plumber, like in landscape architect. if sean messes this up at 6:00. carried all the heavy stuff. you know, sean, we have been talking about actually going to college and getting a degree to get a job, but ultimately, what we have learned over the last number of years is when you go to college, you don't just get an education but sometimes the education is a little iffy. but you wind up getting indoctrinated. it is more about a brain wash then a career. >> in a trade school, it is important to have people speak out like my brother because so many teachers, so many parents and school counselors say, listen, the pathway to be successful as the go-to college. listen, learn a skill set, learn a trade because you can support your family. it is great money. i know people go to the house to fix plumbing. it is big money and pays out. this is important to get kids to read think about what is success and how do i live my dream?
