supporting shopper. peter strzok also tweeted after more classified documents were found saturday in biden's delaware home over the weekend. this is the fifth discovery of misplaced classified documents in joe's home or office. on friday biden invited the fbi and and the doj into his home and during a 13 hour search agents found more classified documents surrounding materials some of which from his time in the senate and his vice-president. donald trump had the ability to declassify. no law regarding how to do it. that's not something joe biden ever had. ceo -- key questions:

how many documents were in those files? why did biden remove documents from his time in the u.s. senate and where they have been for the last 15 years? this photo was unearthed from the laptop from hell from hunter biden. another question: when will the fbi raid other properties like they did donald trump or just wait for joe's personal attorneys that don't have security clearances to keep looking to sanitize the crime scene first like they did in wilmington. donald trump did not receive the fame favorable treatment. the media says joe was cooperative and trump wasn't. that's not true. the fbi had access to the room where the documents were found

criminal prosecution of trump or biden. the only reason the special prosecutors were appointed was to satisfy the appearance of justice and not the reality of justice. >> sean: i agree. i think that's how it will be a wash. i agree with you also that this should be a law of how declassification should occur by a president. president trump said he could declassify any way he wanted. he got attackeded but he is right, isn't he? >> he is totally right. it's an exclusive power contained in the constitution through the commander-in-chief clause. the vice-president doesn't have that right nor hillary clinton as secretary of state. i agree with alan dershowitz this will be a wash.

i disagree that intent and knowing and willful is the only standard. if you examine section f, of 793, that provides for gross negligence or carelessness. well, the increasing number of locations where joe biden's classified documents have been discovered, renders implausible and instead seems to be the definition of recklessness and gross negligence under the statute. legally, there would be a strong case. president biden's excuses in his bag of alibis, his whack a mole rebuttal to every newly discovered batch of documents is more preposterous.
