4:00 pm
nick clegg about the future of artificial intelligence, virtual reality and what lies ahead in 2024. thanks for inviting us into your home tonight. that's it for this "special report," fair, balanced and still unafraid. "jesse watters primetime" starts right now. i'm not going to end with like dolphins or stories of dolphins. [laughter] >> bret: i will just hand it over to you. >> jesse: i will take the handoff and great job with the interview with the meta guy. >> bret: thank you. jesse a fox news alert. a judge has ruled the paul pelosi hammer attack body cam footage must be released. the judge has sided with fox news and is saying that san francisco officials must turn over not only the body cam footage from the san francisco police department, which shows the attack, but also depape's recorded interview with the police investigators where he
4:01 pm
discusses the encounter with pelosi. also, the pelosi 911 call. also, capitol hill police video surveillance footage of depape casing the pelosi house and we are awaiting san francisco officials to turn that footage over to us and we will bring it to you tonight as soon as we have it. everybody loves a good rags to riches story especially those that defy the odds. >> cinderella story comes out of nowhere to lead the pack on augusta he is on his final hole. he is about 455 yards away. is he going to hit about a two iron, i think. we got all of that. >> jesse: when you win, you make the big bucks but a cinderella story isn't the only way to rake in the dough. some have a secret on how they struck it rich. >> are you in the mafia?
4:02 pm
>> am i in the, what? >> whatever you want to call it. organized crime? >> that's total crap. i'm in the waste management business. everybody immediately assumes you are mobbed up. it's a stereotype and it's offensive. >> jesse: joe biden is trying to sell us on his rags to riches story. as the son of a used car salesman working as a pool boy fighting villains like corn pop. biden defied all the odds elected as u.s.s. senator at 29. to him, it didn't get any easier from there. >> had the great pleasure of being listed as the poorest man in congress for 36 years. i didn't think you should make money while you were in office. i had the dubious distinction of being listed as the poorest man in congress. [laughter] >> i was listed for the entire time i was in the united states congress as the poorest man in the united states congress. my net worth was net zero a couple times. >> jesse: so how did joe biden go from zero to a multi millionaire? well the bidens want us to think
4:03 pm
it was just the luck of the draw for middle class joe. they went from living off a government salary to making $11 million in joe's first year out of office. pure luck. so where did the money come from? well, we're told joe and jill got lucky with an $8 million book deal. joe was supposed to write two books. jill just one. jill's book only sold 45,000 copies. joe's did all right. and he hasn't written a second one yet. i mean, the ghost writer hasn't written the second one. plus, they tell us joe made 4 million in speaking fees, 4 million. the guy can't even speak. i mean, i can see you paying obama a lot of money but biden? who is paying money to listen to biden? we don't know. but that's the point. they were funneling all their money into s corporations. what's an s corp.? it's like your own corporation. like a side business. you pay less taxes when you pull money through it. and it's separate from your income tax returns. joe released his income tax
4:04 pm
returns but he hasn't released his s corp. tax. so, we have no idea what's going on with joe's side hustles and, again, that's the point. is that where the 50 grand went that hunter was paying him rent? is that where the 10% for the big guy goes? and, remember, hunter was giving up half of his salary to joe. told his daughter, quote: unlike pop, i won't make you give me half your salary. so where's the money? joe wasn't spending any of it. hunter was paying the big guy's phone bills, renovations to the beach house. joe's business was hunter's business. >> if your last name wasn't biden, do you think you would have been asked to be on the board of burisma? >> i don't know. i don't know. probably not. i don't think that there's a lot of things that would have happened in my life that if my last name wasn't biden. >> jesse: hunter made millions in ukraine and china off of daddy's name. but somehow hunter doesn't have money to pay his baby momma? does that make any sense?
4:05 pm
hunter wasn't blowing 80 grand a month on crack, he would be dead. the money was going somewhere. isn't it a little suspicious that before hunter got a board seat on a ukrainian energy company he had deep intel on ukraine? the kind of stuff out of let's just say classified intelligence report like what a senator might get or maybe even a vice president? is it a coincidence that joe had documents on ukraine and iran stashed away at his chinese funded think tank? same think tank hunter was having sit downs about and china funneled almost 100 million into? if there is business with the bidens, all the bidens get involved. just listen to joe's brother, frankie four fingers. >> you see, my family is kind of a family operation. >> i'm a pretty good student in terms of, you know, who i get involved with. what i attach myself to. because, let's face it, guys. and ladies, i mean, whatever i do, i'm -- not because of frank,
4:06 pm
but because of the honor of being the brother of a guy i think we all know and love. jess jets the business model was joe all along. hunter didn't have to be an energy expert to get money. just like frankie four fingers worked at a law firm but he wasn't a lawyer. it didn't matter. he was a biden. >> i'm frank biden, i'm the non-attorney senior adviser to clients statewide who need diversified business solutions through the burman law group. >> jesse: frankie four fingers was getting gigs dropped on his lap, why? again, because he is a biden. meanwhile biden's youngest brothers say he doesn't have a penny to his name up how much of a cut is the taking from four fingers must be like his other brother jimmy the chin. the chin has a $7 million net worth we hear and $3 million beach house. hills job? nobody knows. >> james biden was also named in a lawsuit filed in july.
4:07 pm
he allegedly received about $600,000 in loans in 2018 from a company he worked with americorps health based upon representations that his last name biden could open doors. and that he could obtain a large investment from the middle east based on his political connections. >> jesse: from the middle east. and some of the other loans were coming from biden's biggest donors. now, why were joe's donors handing jimmy the chin money and not joe? well, the free beacon kind of explains how the whole things works. jimmy the chen's daughter was a mess. she had a nasty dui and was caught in a credit card fraud case. spent $100,000 on makeup with stolen plastic. she had a probation officer the whole nine. jimmy the chin, biden's brother calls hunter and says my daughter is a mess. i need you to take her from me. hunter was in california and said no problem, chin, i will handle it. hunter calls mess seem mow corporation, you know the watch, one of biden's biggest i need

scandal is a lot more serious, of course, than trump and pence because at the same time biden was stockpiling classified documents, his son and brother were taking millions from chinese bag men under investigation for bribing world leaders. so, biden's case is potentially counter espionage case which is much bigger deal than just handling or mishandling documents. >> jesse: they are taking 6 million from the chinese. they are at a chinese funded think tank. i mean, anonymous chinese guys were, what, $100 million into u penn when the thing opened up. and he has got an office. doesn't he have an office with some guy named duong? >> yeah. so, hunter biden actually closed, shut down that office. right after one of his other -- and that office in d.c. and georgetown actually he had given

the keys to this guy kevin dong he had access to that another chinese partner of his patrick ho, his office was raided, we learned recently from some law enforcement documents was actually raided on the other side of the potomac in arlington, virginia. right after that this was in late 2017, hunter shuts down his office and then joe biden opens his office in d.c. at the penn biden center which, of course, is where some of the classified documents were transferred to. >> jesse: anything else you are suspicious about, paul? i know usc covering this case pretty closely. >> yeah. so we also learned from some of these federal law enforcement documents that the fed actually
4:13 pm
put the chinese partners under a fisa zoo surveillance. and at the same time they were monitoring biden's communications with those chinese partners. >> so the fbi has all right. starting to make sense now. paul, great reporting, check him out, real clear politics investigations paul sperry, thank you very much. >> thank you, my pleasure. >> jesse: so, as we told you, we are awaiting the release of the paulie p. body cam footage. a judge has just ordered that the cover-up stop. be right back. there's something going around the gordon home. it went from gabe.

4:20 pm
swalwell? let's talk about swalwell. because you have not had the briefing that i had. i had the briefing and nancy pelosi had the briefing from the fbi. the fbi never came before this congress to tell the leadership of this congress that eric swalwell had a problem with the chinese spy until he served on intel. so it wasn't just us who were concerned about it. the fbi was concerned about putting a member of congress on the intel committee that had the rights to see things that others don't because of his knowledge and relationship with a chinese spy. >> jesse: of course they went down swinging. swalwell claims mccarthy is trying to get him assassinated? >> the cost of the death threats that ms. omar and myself and mre mr. mccarthy continues to aim and project these smears against us, even though we have said publicly these smears are bringing death threats, he continues to do it which makes us believe there is intent behind it.

4:23 pm
planting that kind of data was 70 percent to 80%. >> jesse: reporters rushing to print a story because they think they got an exclusive from a spook, some things never change. since then intel has only gotten stronger. they can decide who gets to be president. they worked with the media and big tech to hijack our last two elections. both trump and biden are now under investigation. if they pull the trigger, kamala is going to be running against desantis instead. until they find something out on ron. and then cackles is in the oval. historic first. they are out of control. america's intel community needs to be re ra reigned in. ted cruz podcast host. all right, senator, what are you guys going to do about it? >> well, jesse, as you noted at the outset, it is a good day now that adam schiff and swalwell are no longer on the intelligence committee. you know, in the prior congress,
4:24 pm
when nancy pelosi threw multiple republicans off committees, i predicted that day, i said this will be the inevitable consequence that if nancy pelosi wants to play partisan games and throw republicans she doesn't like off committees, the shoe will come around to the other foot. the world always turns and this is exactly and in fact i predicted schiff and swalwell and omar would be out of a job on the committees. and that's exactly what the prediction was. i will say with schiff and swalwell, in particular, the idea that they were on the intel committee was always laughable. it was always a joke. schiff, we have seen, has a repeated proclivity of lying, of abusing classified information, taking classified information that he got on the intel community and then -- on the intel committee and turning around and saying precisely the opposite to the american people, for an example the hunter biden laptop, he insisted that it was russian disinformation.
4:25 pm
well, that was a lie. we also know from the twitter files adam schiff was very active in getting twitter, getting big tech to suppress what he saw as politically problematic stories. he claimed many of the people talking about, for example the devin nunes memo were russian disinformation. that was a lie. twitter told him that's a lie. he didn't care. so i think it was the right step to remove adam schiff and then swalwell, you know, today's democrat party for some time has been in bed with communist china. but swalwell took that to a whole different level. he was literally in bed with fang fang, jeopardizing america's national security and that kind of cavalier attitude well, that has very real consequences. so i'm glad to see that leadership in the house, the new republican majority is standing up, standing up and fighting. i think the leadership fight that we had in the house was very beneficial for helping ensure the majority actually
