6:00 pm
be back tomorrow, same time. welcome to hannity we begin with a fox news reserve. police body cam showing the attack against nancy pelosi's husband paul will be released at any moment. thanks to a ruling from a california judge, as soon as the video becomes available we will show it to you on this program. also stay tuned tonight. the great one mark levine will be with us. we have the hannity hotseat. last call tonight, a liberal socialist called my radio show and it got interesting. we will see what grade we get.
6:01 pm
first we began on capitol hill were two middle age men from california are literally throwing a temper tantrum. you've got eric swalwell and adam schiff the general liar likely still quivering with rage after learning that their relationship and membership to the all-powerful house intelligence committee is no more. house speaker kevin mccarthy remove them from the committee and for good reason. according to reports congressman well was once a patsy for the chinese government after getting seduced a woman named fang an undercover agent for the communist party of china. unfortunately this was not a one night stand. apparently a full-blown relationship. in fact, there are the two lovebirds there together for quite some time. the chinese by even helped eric raise money for reelection. adam, the liar, shiv did not manage to have any special relations with any chinese
6:02 pm
spies. who can blame them? he was due by a prudent linked russia radio show. remember during the recorded phone call with the russian pranksters. he absolutely was giddy. he wanted to hear about the materials. as you can see shift and swallow are easily duped but they are also notorious liars and a big way. perhaps no one pushed the user more than these two conmen. to this day swallow's congressional website is littered with confusing charts and videos. straight ahead from a fevered dots on all of that trump and russia collusion. it doesn't ever happen. meanwhile for years adam schiff booked himself in every fake news show that would have him. he told the world that the president of the united states and donald trump was colluding with russia and adam schiff promised that he personally saw direct evidence of this collusion that never happened including ample evidence in
6:03 pm
plain sight. evidence that was more than circumstantial. both men claim they had special accents to evidence because of their membership on the house intel committee. they were flat out lying. no evidence at all of trump russia collusion. it did not exist and never happens. no one in their right mind should ever want these two lying idiots anywhere near america's top secrets. don't take my word for it. let's listen to speaker mccarthy, his powerful beat down to a clueless pbs reporter. look at this. >> you told us you are keeping it moving. >> the intel committee. and my allowing adam schiff to be on other committees? go right ahead. [indiscernible] >> you said that is someone who should be removed. why is it not a factor? this is a man that should not be on the committee? >> he's gotten elected by his
6:04 pm
district. let me be very clear and respectful to you. you asked me a question. when i answer it's the answer to your question. you go get to determine whether a answered your question or not. in all respects. thank you. let's answer her question. you just raised a question. i will be very clear with you. the intel committee is different. what happens in the intel committee you don't know. what happens in the intel committee about secrets going on in the world, other members of congress don't know. what did adam schiff do as the chairman of the intel committee? what adam schiff did was use his power as the chairman and lied to the american public, even the inspector general said it. i will not be like democrats and play politics where they remove republicans from committees and all committees. yes, he can serve on a committee, but he will not serve on intel. it goes to the national security of america. i will always put them first, all right? if you want to talk about eric
6:05 pm
swalwell, let's talk about him. you have not had the briefing i had. i had the briefing and nancy pelosi had the briefing from the fbi. the fbi never came before the congress to tell the leadership of this congress that eric swalwell had a problem with the chinese spy until he served on intel. and wasn't just us who are concerned about it. the fbi was concerned about putting a member of congress on the intel committee that have the rights to see things that others don't because of his knowledge and relationship with the chinese spy. but you know what? those voters elected adam schiff even though he lied. those voters elected eric swalwell even though he lied to the american public too. i will respect his voters and they will serve on committees. but they will not serve on a place that has national security because integrity matters to me. that's the answer to your question. >> that is how to battle a corrupt media mob. needless to say adam schiff and eric swalwell were not happy
6:06 pm
they had been exposed. eric swalwell want you to believe that mccarthy's words are putting his life at risk. adam schiff thinks that congress has been degraded. take a look. >> hypocrisy is probably the least of mr. mccarthy's sends. the most significant impact is that he is continuing this destructive trend set by his party leader of tearing down our institutions, it degrading the congress. >> this is purely about political vengeance. the cost is not only removing us from the committee, the intelligence committee. the cost is not only breaking, shattering the most precious glassware in the cabinet, a committee that has always been bipartisan. the cost is the death threats that ms. omar and myself and mre mr. mccarthy continues to aim and project the smears against us. even though we have said publicly these smears are bringing death threats. he continues to do it. that makes us believe there is intent behind it.
6:07 pm
>> where is the breathless hysteria in the last congress when democrats removed marjorie taylor greene and paul goes from every committee because of some objectionable social media post? we're those death threats too? we're those nice e-mails and texts that my staff gets about me, would they be considered death threats? i might consider they might be. anyway, where was the hysteria when nancy pelosi blocked jim jordan and jim banks from serving on the january 6 committee? where was that outrage? where was the hysteria when poulos he called republicans racist enemies of the state who are coming for your children? don't believe me, take a look. >> they are coming after your children. protect your children from what they are trying to do. it's absolutely essential for our democracy. i fear for our democracy. i don't paint all of those very wealthy people as racist anti-semites and whatever trump.
6:08 pm
but that is how they vote. hundreds of thousands of people will die if this bill passes. sadly, the domestic enemies to our voting system and honoring our constitution are right at 1600 pennsylvania avenue with their allies in the congress of the united states. it's really actually shameful. enemies of the state. >> maybe nancy pelosi to bring in the exorcist that she brought into the house all over washington, d.c. none of this bothers eric swalwell because it's not directed at him. the small minded and narcissistic congressman from california really only cares about his own feelings. please be kind to him during this very trying time. he is triggered. keep in mind schiff and swallow well are more than welcome to join another committee. so is omar who is also in jeopardy of losing her assignment on the foreign affairs committee. many want omar removed, rightly
6:09 pm
so because passed anti-semitic remarks including that tweet right there. israel has hypnotize the world. may allah wait in the people and help them see the evil doings of israel. democrats backed a resolution condemning her history of anti-semitism, but now they are bashing republicans daring to remove her from the foreign affairs committee. not a committee she should be on. the democrats wanted full control over the members committee assignments. they shouldn't have banned republicans from committees during the last congress. they set the precedent now they want to whine and complain and cry and act like a victim. pretty disgusting. time to grow up and speller the country the drama. send mccarthy a note by keeping our country safe by removing these two morons from the intel committee. the author of the new book start, stay or leave, the art of decision-making also fox news contributor jason. we will start with you. if they didn't like this
6:10 pm
practice, why did they institute it in the last congress and where we're all look condemnation from swalwell and shift and others. >> nancy poulos he started this. he was talking from his heart and putting the interest of the nation above those two. adam schiff and eric swalwell would not pass a security clearance for a local school guard let alone be one of the most important oversight committee in the country. there are hundreds of democrats that are more qualified to serve on that committee. there used to be a time where you had term limits. there should be term limits for all of congress. term limits on how long you serve in that committee so you don't reveal this intelligence that was briefed by the fbi. >> i look at the issue of jim jordan and jim banks taking off the january 6 committee.
6:11 pm
at that point, the committee was stacked. they put on the two republicans that voted to impeach donald trump, the two people that hated donald trump. i don't blame kevin mccarthy for saying this is a predetermined outcome. they didn't look into the sergeant at arms had to say or the capitol police chief had to say or why in riding the mayor of dc murial bowser said know to guard troops at any time. why didn't they look into those those issues to prevent any issue in the future from happening? >> that is the best analogy. it is not omar. it is what nancy pelosi did to jim jordan and jim banks. that was the select committee. the intelligence committee is a select committee. you either get selected or you don't get selected. swalwell well was a bit player. he's honestly not worth talking about. he was a bit player on the committee. i will talk about schiff.
6:12 pm
for a decade adam schiff has kept you from information that you should have had like the dossier. the fact that it was used in a filing. who paid for the dossier? he went to court to keep you from finding out things that were true and then on the other hand remember the whistleblower that he met with and said he did not? the allegations of collusion. the reason the media is upset is because now the new york times times and the new york times post and political intelligence committee. adam schiff was the most serial leaker that i served with. jason may have another opinion, but he was a serial leaker which means the news entities are now not getting the information that they never should have gotten in the first place. >> i would argue, jason, that the fbi, that this investigation by jim jordan who was on last night is more relevant than ever. because of what trey was just talking about, and that is as it relates to the fisa application
6:13 pm
and the dirty dossier that hillary paid for being used. then we have 2020. you have a young fbi agent who wrote a thesis how trump and russia colluded in 2016 setting up fbi agents to meet with big tech companies once a week and tell them and warn them, you are going to be fed misinformation and it may even be about hunter. they had the hunter biden laptop since december 2019. do we need the fbi to be disbanded and do we need to start again? >> you need to lop off the head of that organization. if you don't get rid of senior management and the people running counterintelligence in some of these washington-based issues, then you are going to continue to have problems. director wray was put in place to be an agent of change. he has not been. the twitter files will reveal the so-called church commission that jim jordan will head up with some very serious members of congress who actually want to dive into the politicalization
6:14 pm
of the fbi, that has to happen so that justice is believed by both republicans and democrats. they aren't just looking after one or the other. get rid of the politicalization and do what they need to do in the most trusted organization. it has a serious problem and needs fixing. >> same question, last word, trey. >> speaking of laptops, you just proved my point. what did adam schiff say? he said it was russian information even though john lee radcliffe said it was not. everybody knew it was not. but schiff said it anyway because it was politically expedient to say congratulations to that reporter. she got kevin mccarthy more upset than i have ever seen him the hole time i have known him. good move, kevin. good choice. >> thank you. now to another deeply concerning story from the federal government. you might have noticed that some how many public servants are modest public salaries get filthy rich by serving you the
6:15 pm
people. how does that happen? joe biden was once the self proclaimed forest member of congress. he is now one of the richest people in washington, d.c. by the way, how did he make all that money? where did it come from? did he ever get his 10%? did hunter have to fork over as he claimed on his laptop over 50% of his income to pops? what about joe biden's taxes. what do they show? do they show that hunter was paying nearly $50,000 a month to rent a room and dad's house? what about nancy pelosi? after decades in washington in the swamp she is one of the wealthiest people in america. her family makes all the right trades on wall street at exactly the right time. what exactly is going on here? my next guest is bowing to put an end to public corruption in the swamp in washington, d.c. with a bill that he calls the pelosi act. missouri senator josh hawley is with us. tell us about this bill.
6:16 pm
>> you have laid it out perfectly. when people send members of congress to washington they expect them to do the people's business. not to be daytrading on the stock market or using the information they get from briefings to go and make a quick buck on wall street. here is what my bill does. it says no more trading of stocks by members of congress. no more ownership of stocks by members of congress. if you want to save, put it in a mutual fund like most americans do. nancy pelosi is the perfect example of what should not be happening in dc, which is people getting rich on the stock market off information they know because they are a member of congress. >> pelosi traded between $1,000,000.5 million in stocks on semiconductors days before they allocated it to the industry? am i right on that, senator? >> that's the report. there is lots of reports like that with her and her family and other members of congress. this is a problem that has been going on for years. she is a perfect example of how
6:17 pm
rich people can get by using their information. insider trading is already illegal. we are talking about members of congress and the briefings they get and the information we have from hearings. it's information that most americans don't have because that's why they send us to congress. it's to do their business and not to turn that around and get rich off of it. that's why i call it the pelosi act. we need to act now. >> i don't like the idea of term limits. i like to think we are a free society. but over time it's a bad idea probably for whose time has come because people get entrenched in the swamp over time. if people just go serve and go home, i think they would be more inclined to do the people's business. one of the issues that comes up when we talk about this is whether or not you want to put money in a blind trust. i'm not sure if i even trust that because somebody that they know is running the blind trust and they could whisper in that year of that person, you may
6:18 pm
want to invest in semiconductors stuff. that, to me, would probably go on more often than we knew. g-mac you know, sean, this is one of the reasons why my wife and i have all of our savings in mutual funds for that reason. broad-based mutual funds. we don't have a trust. the bill i introduced is the toughest bill on ethics on stock trading ethics that is out there. if we can get a bill through the congress with no blind trust, i am for 8100%. i don't use them and i don't think other members of congress should. >> i hope it passes. thanks for being with us. when we come back, the new republican-led house is pushing forward with more investigations into joe biden's documents, hunter's sketchy art deals. when we come back we get the latest from congressman james calmer who will preview on how they plan to hold the bidens accountable and a liberal caller to my radio show will have the last word tonight.
6:19 pm
also, the hannity hotseat coming up.

6:21 pm
6:22 pm
6:23 pm
tonight, house oversight committee chairman congressman james calmer is revealing more about the scope of his investigations into the biden family syndicate. now hunters shady art sales are coming into light and how it all might relate to biden hoarding classified documents. as james calmer also points out the national archives are stonewalling his request for more information relating to biden's mishandling of classified information, top-secret information. meanwhile james calmer sent a letter to the new york times art dealer that he would send over all communications between the gallery and the white house. take a look at your screen and
6:24 pm
ask yourself what exactly is the market for that kind of art? do think it's picasso like or how much do you think hunter is getting for all that artwork? here with more is house oversight committee chairman james calmer. i affectionately refer to hunter's artwork as portraits of a crack addict. but putting that aside for the paint by numbers feel to it, apparently he is getting a lot of money from anonymous donors. do we know if any of that money is coming from hostile regimes like china, russia or other countries he has done business with before? >> we have no idea but we are investigating that. we asked the art gallery owner in new york where he has been doing business to come to the oversight committee and sit down for a transcribed interview. we believe this is very important knowledge that we need in our investigation. we are just trying to trace the money, sean. we know that money was coming
6:25 pm
from adversaries in russia, ukraine and china into various accounts that were funding money for hunter in the consulting capacity. we don't know what he was consulting. we believe they were not paying him this money just out of the kindness of their heart. we believe they were getting something in return. that's why we want to know about the documents and who had access to those documents. we are learning in our investigation that hunter played a role in determining who actually would be in charge of taking the documents from the vice president's office to the first point of delivery for those documents. this is concerning. a lot of people that want to continue to defend joe biden and defend his family they will say a lot of that stuff happened. it was bad but it happened when joe biden wasn't president. this artwork happened while joe biden was president. no one with any reasonable mind would believe that hunter biden,
6:26 pm
who just started painting a couple years ago, would somehow become the highest-paid artist in america right now. he is still in that artwork that you showed on the screen from $50,000 to apparently $250,000 per piece. it is going to anonymous buyers. this art gallery owner bragged that he is the new main art dealer for china, that he is the link between american art world and china. so all the signs are their that would suspect one to believe that this artwork is continuing in a pattern like the biden and hunter shady business deals and going to anonymous sources in china. >> we know about what happened in ukraine. we know that joe biden withheld 1 billion taxpayer dollars and demanded that a prosecutor in ukraine get fired. they only had six hours to do it and they fired the prosecutor. it turns out he was investigating hunter who
6:27 pm
admitted on gma that he had no experience in oil, gas or energy or ukraine. we have the money from china. peter sweitzer reporting about the bank of china deal. it was a $1 billion deal and became a $1.5 billion deal. it began 10 days after hunter joined his father on air force 2 to go to china. then we have the $5 million interest-free forgivable loan. then we have the $100,000 shopping spree. have you confirmed all of those things are true? when hunter talks on his laptop about giving half of his income to pops, isn't he implicating his own father? >> we confirmed a lot of those. most of those, in fact. we are working on the others. we requested for the bank records. we are still getting blocked by the treasury department on the bank violations. i am the first chairman of the oversight committee who has ever been denied bank violations by the treasury department.
6:28 pm
they say they are trying to determine whether or not i need those bank records are not. you mentioned what happened in ukraine. if there were any quid pro quo pertaining to the united states and ukraine it was with joe biden on that deal. >> didn't we impeach donald trump over a non-quid pro quo. donald trump said be responsible with taxpayer money. if we are going to help you out, don't be corrupt like the people before you. now it turns out zelenskyy had to fire top aides because they misused appropriate money that we gave them. appropriated money we gave them. >> donald trump was right to ask the ukrainian president whether or not there was corruption being involved with respect to foreign aid. i hope every president would do that with foreign aid. i don't like foreign aid going anywhere. but if it's going the president better make darn sure it's being spent where it is supposed to be spent.
6:29 pm
here we find biden was using it quid pro quo. you need to get rid of this prosecutor who is investigating my son for corruption or you might not get anymore american tax dollars. that is bad. we believe the same thing may be happening in china. we don't know for sure, but we are investigating. this administration is blocking us at every turn. >> this is from the daily mail report that shows a copy of a june 7, 2015 e-mail to hunter written by kathy chung and then vice president joe biden's executive assistant. the e-mail reveals joe biden's personal phone number, three private e-mail addresses as well as the names of the secret service agents. it includes cell phone numbers of president clinton, hillary clinton, barack obama, almost every member of former barack obama's cabin in. many senators. when i look at the national archives basic laws and
6:30 pm
authorities in section 4 .1 general restrictions on access, that would seem like it's secret information that hunter biden had no right to see. but yet it was in the e-mail. is that a violation of the law? >> it would appear that way. hunter biden would try to prove his worth to these people in these other countries that were paying all these on norma sums of money. he would prove his worth by introducing them to his dad by showing he had cell numbers are powerful individuals and that he could help them navigate the bureaucracy. that's a problem. he's abusing his father's last name to profit for the family. that is what we are investigating. more and more evidence turns up every day to prove that this family has been involved in it and that joe biden was integral part of it. >> congressman, would you mind giving me a $5 million interest-free loan that is forgivable? can i have that loan?
6:31 pm
