anti-israel, anti-semitic, anti-jewish comments and you will notice that nobody dealt with that. nobody stood up and said you misunderstood her. nobody stood up and said she apologizes. nobody stood up and said you have misconstrued those things. it was all about you are doing this because i am black, i am a woman, and i am from africa and i'm a muslim. and that is simply not true. this was a -- you know, a craven attempt to try and suggest that anybody who makes anti semitic comments, if they are black, a woman from africa has a right to do so and should not be held to account. the democrats started this by kicking people off of -- two people whom i'm not a favorite of but they kicked them off of all the committees. this one said she could serve on any other committee other than intel and this committee but she is not going to serve on the foreign relations committee if she is anti-semitic bigot which is exactly what she is. >> jesse: you looked pretty fired up about this, karl. i usually don't see you this

energized. has this kind of struck a cord with you? >> look. this woman -- to me, this is a sign of what has happened to the democratic party. the democratic party is tolerating bigotry in the form of anti-semitism. she's not the only one. she is just the most visible and most vocal member of the anti-israel, anti-jewish element inside the democratic party. and the left of the democratic party has a cancer and that cancer is anti-semitism. they better stand up and do something about it. and, look, i'm not a fan of kickenning people off of committees. i do believe that the two parties have a right to name the members of their committees. but this crosses the line. and not only that, but stop whining, democrats. you did this to two people that shouldn't -- that, again, i'm not a favorite of but by god you started. this and when it gets turned back on you for good cause, she is a bigot, and there's is no ifs, ands or buts about it. >> jesse: we want to see what

mr. biden's personal data where they claim to have gotten it. so, hunter confesses dollars and then said just kidding. hunter's new position, if "primetime" understands correctly, is that someone stole someone else's laptop that happens to have all of hunter's personal stuff in it. and it's not just my stuff. i just left it at the repair shop or maybe i didn't since you can't prove i left it there since the laptop repairman was blind and then someone forged my signature and forgot about it but it wasn't me and i need somebody to fix this. >> what kind of lawyer gets their client to confess and then retracts the confession the next morning? well, hunter's lawyers abby lowell the guy who democrats call senator bob menendez hired him to beat the bribery charges.

think that hunter is just jealous because for a few weeks with pappa biden being found out to have left classified all over the place, all of a sudden hunter isn't the biggest screw up anymore in the biden family. he wanted to take back the crown and he has decided this is the way to do it. this makes absolutely no sense. in fact, it's just a crazy both legal and political defense and offense that it makes you wonder if really this is just hunter going on something of a downward spiral because he thinks that maybe something will come of all the tax stuff and the selling of influence and all the things he did this year or perhaps there is some effort to distract maybe from what's going on in the white house? but i don't think we should assume that hunter's playing 4 d chess. i think it's fair to say this guy is a not a strategic genius. he may have gotten way ahead of things here. every time you see, jesse, with the white house. the white house have to answer

>> well, hello, everybody. i am sitting in my driveway here in billings, montana and right now there is a ground stop on our airport and this thing is up in the sky. and i have no idea what it is. it's been there stationary for about the last 35 minutes. for those of you who think this might just be the moon, it is not the moon. the moon is off to my right. i can see it. this is significantly smaller than the moon. >> jesse: so apparently the spy balloon flew over alaska and then entered u.s. airspace through canada some ally the canadians are. didn't even give us a heads up. trudo is probably too worried about the truckers. it hovered over the city of billings, montana for a couple of days. shut down air traffic. we are just learning about this

now and check out this photo. these are u.s. military planes circle the balloon. we scrambled f-22 raptors from nevada, buzzed it. circled it. didn't pop it. so where is it now? all the pentagon is telling us it's somewhere over the continental united states. what state? they won't tell us. top pentagon officials including general milley and defense secretary austin briefed the media just a little while ago. listen. >> the united states government has detected and is tracking a high altitude surveillance balloon that is over the continental united states right now. got the u.s. government include norad continues to track and monitor it closely. the balloon is currently traveling at an altitude well above commercial air traffic and does not present a military or physical threat to people on the ground. instances of this kind of balloon activity have been observed previously over the past several years.

once the balloon was detected, the u.s. government affected immediately to protect against the collection of sensitive information. >> jesse: so they briefed the president, and according to the "wall street journal," joe biden told his generals shoot it down. and the pentagon overruled the commander-in-chief. said no, so, mr. president. it's too dangerous. debris might fall on somebody. in montana. well, the press confronted joe biden about this just a few moments ago. watch. >> folks, we're going to get to work. thank you for coming in. looking for or what they already have. even though they won't let the president shoot it down. the pentagon says they are tracking it and monitoring it very closely. and the state department, whoa, wait until you hear, this sent what they are call clear and stark message to the chinese embassy. they have summoned a chinese diplomat and have prepared a very stern scolding. let's bring in lieutenant colonel danny davis. senior fellow at defense priorities. danny, oh my goodness. why can't we pop this sucker and call it a day? >> you know, jesse, i have been wondering the same thing. i mean, i can't imagine that you know any uninhe varietied guest in our space has any rights to continue to fly. but the fact is it doesn't present any danger to us. i really think that this is supposed to be some sort of a message from beijing because it comes when secretary blinking meet with chinese counterpart and happened to fly over nuclear strategic silos.

so i don't think that was by any mistake or any accident either. but i'm not sure what they think we're going to do if that is going to scare us or whatever. it's certainly not going to work because the power that the united states has is just enough to take care of us and keep us safe no matter what china. >> jesse: they flew this spy balloon all the way here and spying on our silos? what are we doing over there with the silos that they are so concerned with? >> obviously been there for decades hey we know where your nuclear silos are. if anything happens with the taiwan issue that comes back into play there. the reality is, jesse. that the china has plenty of low earth orbit satellites that have much greater visibility and much higher clarity and can do a lot better spying than what this thing does. so that's why i think this is probably some sort of message. >> jesse: i don't like the message. it should be popped. joe wanted to pop it.

probably the first thing i ever agreed with joe biden. the pentagon overruled him. is that allowed? >> well, i assume that they recommended against. that's what some of the reports that i had read. certainly the commander-in-chief is supposed to have veto authority over what everybody else thinks. he is the commander-in-chief not for anybody to suggest. i would be curious to see how that actually happened. >> jesse: listen, not like popping this thing over manhattan with millions of people. we are talking montana here. it might hit a cow, might hit a barn. you know, i don't know if there is a big risk there. and what's up withdrew dough. is he spaced out he didn't give us a little warning that the chinese are flying spy balloons across his territory? >> yeah. little surprised by that, too. i hope it's that they did and we just -- that wasn't reported as opposed to them not knowing and not saying anything. i guess the fact that we tracked it coming over the -- we were aware of it. but, you know, i have got to agree with you there. i mean, look, if we were worried
