do you believe the trump references accurate? >> if president trump said this didn't take place, then i will believe the president in that. i think the bigger question is, what is america doing to pay attention to the chinese spying apparatus, human intelligence, geospatial intelligence, signaling special and buying up farm land, and to either side of the panama canal. what they are doing with tiktok. it is a very specifically designed spying apparatus with the purpose of making china stronger, gathering intelligence on america and ultimately making america weaker. >> ainsley: congressman it is interesting because trying to figure out if this did happen under the trump administration. john bolton said it didn't under his tenure. john ratcliffe the former director of intel said he is refuting it. so does mark esper come of the former secretary of defense.

mike pompeo the secretary of state and donald trump think this did not happen under his watch. the officials are sating it did, but never to the joint chairman of chiefs or the president because relatively minor territorial incursions. does that make sense to you? why wouldn't they notify the president, what are we calling it, the spy, chinese spy flight was flying in the air, shouldn't they be notified? >> that certainly doesn't add up to me. here is why that is a big deal. enter in the administration, we are familiar with the idea satellites can gather information and probably also familiar with the idea a balloon is traveling slower than a satellite. and much more than a satellite but the point to all of this it takes clearer images than what we are going to get out of a satellite spy capability. that is why that matters. that is why it matters for it to be going over the bulk of the united states of america.

how clear are those images of the military bases versus what they were getting out of a satellite? can they tell exactly where an aircraft is being parked underneath an area of dirt where they couldn't tell that with a satellite? what can they see with those things? >> do you buy the rational from the pentagon it was a safety issue to shoot it down over land and we had to wait off of the coast of south carolina? >> absolutely not. the only merit to the potomac narrative i would buy as it's not safe at all. the only reason the administration starts to care about is the american people heard about it. antony blinken he was going to go to china regardless of what they were doing with tiktok, stealing intellectual property and buying land, he was going to go to china regardless. he only did it because the american people found out about the balloon. if nobody found out about it, he was on his jet on the way over. >> brian: we have when going to south america but what are we

>> it is incredible because all of this messaging about domestic terrorists started in loudoun county, virginia. and our publisher of the daily wire published the story and the parent who was sort of vilified the most as this domestic terrorist, turned out his daughter was victimized in a bathroom by someone who called themselves nonbinary. and that story that "the daily wire" broke change the course of the governor's race in virginia and brought republican in and that is why we are able to have this grand jury investigations. republicans have decided that they will message themselves as the party of the parent. i think that is the exact right move because parents across the country are really worried this is not just an intellectual exercise but this invasion of localism into their child's. and this has devastating consequences like that family in loudoun county.

nfl. they let us know four general stores could join us and we immediately worked with the nfl team and figure it out at a fire of stars across the country which ones would best represent the community. these ones rose to the top. >> brian: robert, how did they dupe you into thinking that you were you were not actually going to be doing the coin toss? what did you think going in? >> dan text me the night before and we have an opportunity to do a super bowl party with investors. are you available? any time dan calls and says is there any way to help out with a foundation, i'm good to go. but i had no idea when we got on the zoom called j.j. watt would come on and give us this amazing honor. >> brian: dan come a home game for you because it is an important super bowl in particular. so tell me a little bit about

your story. you are a dreamer, right? >> that is correct. yes. >> brian: why did that lead you to the military and why was that a good option? >> so they reached out with military national interest and through that program i was able to enlist in the herd my citizenship. i was a military brat myself. it was the right call for me. >> brian: it is rewarding and you will be rew rewarded by then toss. david, you tell me? >> shortly after 9/11 happened, i just felt that i needed to do more. and joining the army and so i thought propelled to do the same. and so, i joined the air force as a pilot. and operational test pilot for america.

>> brian: roberts, you were sidetracked and wanted to do this but then hollywood sucked you when and how did you mix both in your career? >> i grew up in los angeles and always wanted to be a director in hollywood after 9/11. i wanted to serve my country. they said, you get to the front lines and tell the stories of the soldiers. that is what i wanted to do. so i went to afghanistan in 2009 and it was a combat cameraman. >> brian: it was unbelievable and the beneficiary of that. dan with the tillman foundation keeping past missions alive, how have you done it to this point? >> i think the viewers will know, it's been almost 19 years to even in those 19 years, his story is still exceptional and inspirational. so as a tillman scholar myself and scholars across the country working health care, law,

policy, business and all sorts of field, we are inspired to coserveothers and it's not abou. it doesn't need to be the center of the story but instead the impact we are creating around the world. pat serves as a norstar f for te world. >> brian: absolutely in these three with us today and all of the group, what will they be experiencing and what is in store for them? >> in addition to the work they are doing in the world, once we get down to phoenix and glendale this week, they get to represent the tillman foundation and be with the eagles and the chiefs to kick it off. it will be a good game and ultimately, the nfl will help us tell our stories and support us. my hope is a lot more people will learn about pat tillman foundation and the scholars. pat is someone who put service above himself and all that he did. >> brian: him and his brother both joined. roberts, let's go with you.

you decided and never stopped giving but once you served, there is a sense of being with the athletes. can you describe that when athletes, you meet athletes and you seem to understand each other? >> you know, similarly, you are in a cohort community of people doing a very intense thing not to completely compare the two. however when you leave that, there could be a void. coming together as veterans also with athletes, there is a lot of camaraderie there. you look up to that because we watched sports all the time. so we are really looking forward to being at the super bowl with them and it is such an honor. >> brian: from overflights when they showed deployed men and women overseas, the crowd goes crazy in the stadium. dave, who do you bring? >> i'm bringing my wife. >> brian: good move. and how young, who will make the
