"jesse watters primetime" starts right now. hey, jesse. >> jesse: i can hit those shots. >> jesse: thank you. ♪ ♪ >> jesse: the state of the union was supposed to be biden's big moment. the guy hides in delaware and never talks to reporters so we were eager to hear him. we didn't hear from biden last night. because he plagiarized the speech. joe has been plagiarizing his whole life. he got busted plagiarizing in law school. five straight pages word for word. almost flunked out because of it. i mean, he is not even smart about it.

breakdown of the family. none of that but the big guy wants you to know he is going to get tough on big tech. you know, big tech, the guys who put biden in the white house. is he going to get tough on those guys. joe biden, big time consumer advocate. >> we must finally hold social media companies accountable. it's time to pass bipartisan legislation to stop big tech from collecting personal data on our kids and teenagers online. [applause] ban targeted advertising to children and impose stricter limits on the personal data that companies collect on all of us. >> if they actually take our personal information without telling us, they sell it without our consent, they use did to manipulate us into buying things, they manipulate the information that we see and then they tell us what we can and cannot say. >> jesse: biden plagiarizes because he is not a smart guy. never has been. joe doesn't have thoughts of his own. that's why he carries note cards written by his staff. when you call him out for it he

gets defensive. >> i have a much higher iq than do you i suspect. i went to law school on a full academic scholarship. the only one in my class to have a full academic scholarship. and the first year in law school i decided i didn't want to be in law school and then decided i wanted to stay. went back to law school and in fact ended up in the top half of my class. i was the outstanding student in the political science department at the end of my year. i graduated with three degrees from undergraduate school and i would be delighted to sit down and compare my iq to yours if you would like. >> jesse: was any of that true? >> biden now concedes did he not graduate in the top half of his law school class that he does not have three degrees from college and not named outstanding political science student in college. "newsweek" says biden actually went to school on a half scholarship, ended up near the bottom of his class and won only one degree and not three. >> joe biden ranked 76th in the class of 85 at the university of syracuse law school. >> jesse: i'm shocked biden even

graduated. the man doesn't even understand basic economics. the man ran on getting rid of oil and gas. said it. he said i'm going to put oil companies out of business. get rid of it, he said. last night he was shocked that oil companies thought he wanted to put them out of business. >> i said we're going to need oil for at least another decade. and that is going to exceed. [laughter] >> and beyond that we're going to need it. >> jesse: biden thinks oil companies are going to invest in new refineries when they are going to be bankrupt in 10 years. that's the kind of long-term financial planning that bidens are known for. you know, because joe just took out a quarter million loan at age 80. who takes out a home equity loan at 80? is biden going to take out a reverse mortgage soon? now, a smart guy doesn't brag about being tough on china after the whole country saw him let a chinese spy balloon suck up all our secrets. >> i'm committed to work with china where we can advance american interest to benefit the world. but, make no mistake about it,

in the political instincts of kamala harris. i think joe biden going sort of full ultra maga last night is unsurprising in the span of a 90 minute speech where he has to convince a majority of americans that he is a, working hard for us, b, listens to our concerns, and c, has not just the energy and tenacity but also the vision and values that he shares with them. and none of his policies do that. he has spent us into more debt, he is for higher taxes, fewer regulations. he is not for moms and dads, not for moms and pops, small businesses. so he pulled the rip cord here. i think this was very deliberate. this wasn't a flip of the tongue. he had people at camp david all weekend working on his speech. he practiced it as presidents do. they must have been looking at successful republican leaders in the states and, of course, the former president. let me just pull out a couple specifics for you. on insulin, may 26th, 2020, we had a rose garden ceremony announcing the president's plan

to cap insulin cost for seniors at $35. >> jesse: there you go. >> i worked on that for a couple years. i was there. i was the one who had to talk to reporters about it ahead of time and said look, he will continue to fight for seniors my quote at the time was, ironically he said he would never touch medicare and social security. he is touching it the right way. we heard from seniors $50 was the threshold had to make other financial decisions in their household he so we made it $35. fentanyl, i'm not sure joe biden can spell it. i have never heard him say it before in a serious way it. is the number one killer of 18 to 44-year-olds. far less so in the previous administration when the president and first lady made this the centerpiece and china, jesse, a fully enforceable, verifiable, specific trade deal with china that stopped them from stealing our technology, forced them to buy $200 billion worth of good from 4,000 different american vendors and forced them to buy our chicken and beef again. they agreed to that.

was the fbi. we know at 3:30 i believe it was in the afternoon on that day they set up a conference call with the fbi and lo and behold, after that, they decided oh, my gosh, yeah, we have got to censor this story. we have got to throttle it down and, of course, the fbi knew that it was 100 percent legitimate. they had the laptop for over a year. this was an attempt, jesse, to suppress a story that could change a presidential election. it bass deliberate on twitter's part and the fbi's part. i will tell you what that's a pretty big story and the people of this country deserve to know exactly the facts. >> jesse: it's not a big story. it's just a hiccup and the laptop is half-fake senator according to aoc. >> you know, here's the thing that strikes me about that. i thought maybe she was auditioning to be the next chair of joe biden's disinformation board either that or she has been living in a cave for the last year. nobody says it's disinformation anymore. even the most bald faced liars like "the washington post" and the reps of the media now admit that actually no it's
