[applause] >> sean: wow. what a great welcome to "hannity." ready to have a good show tonight? thank you for coming. thank you for joining us. broadcasting from new york. these are the only conservatives in the entire state right here. there's no more. anyway, we begin with a fox news alert. no doubt, the highest levers of
6:01 pm
your federal government have been wrecked by what is acute political bias and tainteded by our very own bias, unelected deep state bureaucrats and over the course of the last two presidential elections, we here and at home, we have paid the price. tonight the very first hearing from the house subcommittee on the weaponization of your federal government is in the books. what we have learned so far should be troubling to every single american regardless of what you're political orientation is. now everything we have been telling you on this show about what is a duel justice system, unequal justice under the lay, unequal applications of our law have been proven yet again. joining us with a report, fox news contributor, sarah carter. it was beyond revealing today. >> it was. it was, sean. you and i have been sounding the alarm for years. the political rot at america's
6:02 pm
most powerful institutions is severe. liberal high ranking unelected bureaucrats from d.c. constantly put their own political beliefs over that of the people that they claim to serve. this is especially true at the fbi and doj. for example, parents voicing their concern about the woke agenda in schools were literally labelled as domestic terrorists. far right american men were broadly characterized as the greatest threat to the united states. mar-a-largo was raided in search of a few documents from trump's own presidency. high level and low level trump associates also faced early morning raids, perjury traps that were once reserved for violent criminals. why learn last night that 140 americans faced possible charges for merely riding a bus to
6:03 pm
trump's january 6 rally. meanwhile, rioters that breached the capitol were punished with lengthy prison sentences. the far left rioters, sean, in portland, oregon that attempted to burn a federal courthouse to the ground every night for several months faced almost no legal consequences at all. the majority of the charges were dropped. completely dropped. sean, we could go on and on and on. but for some reason, democrats fight tooth and nail against this committee. maybe that's because the bias and weaponization always cuts one way. as the saying goes, sometimes people don't want to hear the truth because they don't want their illusions destroyed. sean? back to you. >> sean: 574 riots summer of 2020. thousands of cops injured, bills in property damage, dozens of dead americans. there was no committee. january 6th committee, what did nbc news finally report?
6:04 pm
that in fact they had intelligence really good intelligence in the lead up to january 6 and our law enforcement didn't act on it. that didn't make the final record autographed for money by adam kinzinger and liz cheney. that would have helped our government prevent anything like that from happening again. it's sad. anyway, sarah carter, great report. thank you. there's no doubt that the committee on weaponization, this is critical if we're going to have a constitutional republic. this political rot is coming from inside the fbi itself. here's a former special agent. she's been on this program. nicole parker, take a look. >> yes, it was physically taxing and emotionally jarring. i believed i was making an impactful difference. every day i woke up and i embraced being a special agent
6:05 pm
until things changed. over the cost of my last 12 years, the fbi's trajectory has transformed. on paper, the bureau's mission had changed but the principals and priorities changed. it became politically charged. >> sean: what happened and what will we learn? here to join us is judiciary committee chairman jim jordan with much more. >> november 18, 2021, an fbi whistle-blower discloses to republicans on the house judiciary that the fbi created a threat tag for parents voicing their concerns at school board meetings. april 26, 2022, another fbi whistle-blower discloses that the fbi employees are being run out of the bureau for attending conservative political events. september 14, 2022, an fbi
6:06 pm
whistle-blower discloses that the fbi used the betsy ross flag as a terrorist symbol. september 19th, 2022, another fbi whistle-blower discloses that the washington field office is deliberately manipulating january 6 case files to make it appear that domestic violence extremism is on the rise. november 4, 2022, another fbi whistle-blower discloses the fbi accepts private user information from facebook, without the user's consent and information is from only the conservative side of the political spectrum. this is only a sailing. >> sean: on top of that, high ranking officials at the fbi put their thumbs on the scale in the past two presidential elections. remember, let's go back to 2016. they smeared donald trump. then the fisa warrants, the fisa applications. they spied on his campaign, his transition team and yes, when he was in the white house as your.
6:07 pm
. they did it by using a fisa warrant that was full of misinformation that was russian disinformation, paid for by hillary clinton and by the way, not only was it not verified, it was unverifiable because it was all forced. they used christopher steele's dirty dossier, filled with russian disinformation, paid for by hillary as the basis of that russia collusion investigation in to trump. now, early october, they had been warned in august of 2016 by bruce ohr, don't trust it. it's a political document. they didn't listen. before the presidential election, they flew over the pond and asked christopher steele, can you corroborate this? if you can, we'll give you a million dollars. he never got his money because he never corroborated it.
6:08 pm
in october of 2016 before the presidential election, they used it as the bulk of information for the fisa application at the top of a fisa application it says verified. they couldn't support, they couldn't prove any of it. since then it's all been disproven. by the wayed, thankfully hillary clinton was so toxic, she still lost the election even though the fbi put their thumb on the scale. as for the 33,000 e-mails that she deleted with bleach bit and the devices destroyed by hammers and the sim cards removed from devices? james comey, no prosecutor would prosecute. what he meant to say no p proscuter would prosecute a democrat. that should concern everybody. you might recall, december 2019, evidence handed over to the fbi of public corruption.
6:09 pm
that's when the fbi got ahead of hunter biden's laptop from hill. it was filled to the brim with details surrounding the sketchy foreign business ventures most of which he had no experience for, including implicating and evidence connecting his own father, the big guy, to these deals. telling his own daughter, yeah, i'm not going to do what pops is doing. i have to give pops half my income. did joe get the money you made in china, ukraine, russia? instead of validating the contents of the laptop, the fbi had it for 11 months. they warned big tech that russian disinformation about hunter or joe biden would soon infect their platforms. after the "new york post" blew the scandal wide open, then we had the follow up of 51 former instel officials signing a public letter claiming that the laptop story had all the classic hallmarks of russian
6:10 pm
disinformation. they were lying, they had no information to back that up at all and none of what they said was true. now all of us deserve answers. take a look. >> it is important to recognize corrupt individuals within federal agencies that i am talking about are not acting align. they operate as vital partners of the left wing political movement that includes most members of the mainstream media, big tech social media giants, global institutions and foundations. democrat party operatives, ele elected officials. the most effective act of sabotage against the truth is the public letter signed by 51 former intelligence officials that claim the laptop had "all the classic ear marks of a russian information operation." that letter itself was an information operation that
6:11 pm
interfered with and impacted the 2020 presidential election to a far greater extent than anything russia ever could have hoped to achieve. >> sean: in other words, the 51 intel officials, that was their disinformation campaign and yes, it did have an impact on a presidential election. in other words, your own federal government interfered in the 2020 election and they tipped the scales to the candidate that they preferred. that of course would be the weak frail cognitive mess known as joey, your president. multiple outlets including cbs, "the washington post," "new york times," "new york post" all confirmed the contents in hunter biden's laptop is real. now we want to know what the big guy, what was his cut in on hunter's pay for these schemes that he's involved in? what is the fbi and doj what are they going to do about it if anything to this day?
6:12 pm
they're seriously -- there's serious security concerns about the family biden business. here's senator chuck grassley earlier today. >> the whistle-blower disclosures to my office made clear that the fbi has been its possession very significant impactful and voluminous evidence with respect to potential criminal conduct by hunter and james biden. these disclosures also allege that joe biden was aware of hunter biden's business arrangements and may have been involved in some of them. it's clear to me that the justice department and the fbi are suffering from a political infection that if it's not defeated will cause the american people no longer to trust these storied institutions. >> sean: let many be very clear. i have long revered the fbi. i grew up -- all four of my grandparents came from ireland.
6:13 pm
my grandfather's brother, two of his sons were fbi agents. they were the most revered in my family. we revere it as an institution. for all the good agents that keep our country safe and secure every day, thank you for your great job. but justice has got to be blind and the political weaponization that we are now seeing is never acceptable. there should be no place for political bias at the fbi or at the department of justice. it's way past time that these bad actors are held accountable or it's going to get worse and worse until we're at the point of no return. take a look at this. >> we come not to trash the fbi but to rescue if fbi from political capture. it seems as though that political capture was enhanced when robert mueller took a lot of the authority and power away from the field offices all over our country and centralized that
6:14 pm
power. seems we don't see these abuses with the brave fbi agents like miss parker who i'm very grateful served my fellow floridians in the miami field office. mr. parker, if we got the decision more out of washington d.c. and in to the hands of our field offices where we have so many patriotic and brave fbi officials, you think we would be able to escape this political capture that drove you out of the bureau. >> that's critical. >> seems that politics is here in washington d.c. that's precisely what we ought to deconstruct legislatively. >> sean: here with more, jim jordan and florida congressman, matt gaetz is here. congressman jordan, we had an improvement of a president over one hearsay whistle-blower. you said you have never seen anything like this in your life. i do sens and dozens of whistle-blowers. coming forward, not republican or democrat. what are they telling you?
6:15 pm
>> no, you're right. this is important point. this is not republicans, this is not conservatives. it's not matt gaetz and jim jordan. this is whistle-blowers coming to talk to us and they first came to talk to us why we were in the minority. all we could do is begin to get the facts and tell their story. many individuals have been retaliated against. they're good people just like nicole parker and thomas baker who testified today. but the first one came for his deposition on tuesday, the next one is friday. the third one is next week. on tuesday, we learned about what sarah reported. 140 people come to the rally here in washington d.c. and they were supposed to be investigated because the washington field office told the folks in boston to investigate these people for coming to a political rally for goodness sakes. thank goodness the folks in the field office said no, we're not
6:16 pm
going to investigate people for exercising their first amendment rights. that's what this is about. the folks in the fbi doing the good working we're here to serve them and make sure the leadership is not going after the american people. >> sean: chairman, let me ask you this because senator grassley testified today that they acquired the authentic bank records that substantiated findings of the previous two records and that being that they finally have links between hunter and james biden to individuals connected with the chinese communist regime. we hear about a $1.5 billion deal with the bank of china, a $100,000 shopping spree with chinese nationals. is that true? >> we'll wait for the report. the second report, we'll look forward to that. that's the kind of information that chairman comer is looking
6:17 pm
to get. he's looking to get access to these reports that supposedly there's 150 that exist on the banking transaction from the biden family business operation. >> sean: matt gaetz, you said you're not here to rescue the fbi but rescue them from political capture. after james comey and christopher wray, when he became the fbi director, he has a dew toy clean up the world's premier law enforcement agency. clearly he's failed. my question is can it be rescued or do we need to rebuild a new fbi, one that can be trusted, one that doesn't take in political considerations. one that believes in equal justice and application of our laws. >> if we decentralize the power outside of washington d.c., we can vindicate the true and honorable and just purpose of the fbi without falling victim to political capture. sean, it's every election.
6:18 pm
before the 2016 election, and fbi lawyer changed secret evidence before a court. in 2018, the fbi was breathing life in the lying steele dossier. before the 2020 campaign, you saw the fbi doing everything that they could to make you think that trump was somehow a russian agent or shaking down vladimir zelensky. in 2022, they raided mar-a-largo and sum pressing the hunter biden laptop. when we let the democrats bring any human being on earth to come in to say maybe the government is not weaponized against our people, they brought in a lobbiest. not just any lobbiest, an obama-era doj political appointee that now represents google and pfizer and george soros as a paid influence pedaler. that's like bringing in joe biden to teach your
6:19 pm
comprehension and cognition class or chris christie do do your weight loss planning with you. we can do better. >> sean: chairman, i'll ask you first. was there a well-designed and orchestrated censorship campaign to influence the 2020 election. is that a fact at this point? >> yeah, i like the term that professor turley used. censorship by surrogate. why is the fbi telling twitter that we think these accounts and these tweets violate twitter's terms of service? why are they doing that? if that's not pressure or coercion to take down free speach, to take down political speach, i don't know what it is. so i like that term because that's what took place. we know that because of the twitter files. >> sean: matt gaetz, do you agree? censorship influenced the
6:20 pm
election. >> undeniable. we're starting to learn all of the features of shadow banning and trying to shape political thought for people in this country. i just want an fbi that goes and stop bad guys from committing crimes and holds them accountable. not an fbi and department of justice that is trying to shape the political thought of fellow americans. we can decide who we want to vote for without the fbi and the doj trying to manipulate the digital marketplace of ideas. >> sean: congressman matt gaetz, thanks. jim jordan, thank you. joe biden is totally uninterested in holding anybody the federal government accountable especially himself and his family. he says americans don't care. really? here with reaction, the co host of the number 1 hit show "the five." judge jeanine pirro. how are you? >> thank you. [applause] >> sean: you're one of the best legal minds i know. let's go over this from a legal standpoint. you agree with me two
6:21 pm
presidential elections in a row, the fib put their thumbs on the scales of election? >> it's called election of interference. when you have the fbi lying to a fisa court to spy on the president and you get the warrant reuped and reuped again without additional evidence, that is punishable prosecutable. what we also have is a steele dossier, which was created in an effort to destroyed donald trump at that time, the presidential candidate. then in 2020, what we had was a suppress of the laptop. this is where we get into the issue of the first amendment and freedom of the press. for the president to say the american public doesn't care about this, he's delusional and disconnects. 3/4s of the american public that were questioned said this is
6:22 pm
critical information that they should have known about, was suppressed by the fbi and twitter and social media. of that 3/4s, half of them said it would have changed their vote. we're talking about both republicans and democrats. so we've got election interference, we have a president that is saying hog wash to all of this. nobody cares about it. when the american people do care about it. >> sean: we had an impeachment over one whistle-blowerer that turned out not to be a real whistle-blowerer but a hearsay whistle-blowerer. the ukraine issue. the other hand, you have joe biden leveraging a billion dollars, you're not going to get it unless you fire the prosecutor. my question to you is they're going to have dozens of fbi whistle-blowers. will the mob, the media, will democrats just ignore them? they only like whistle-blowers that are here say and against donald trump but they don't like fbi whistle-blowerers? >> it's the two-tiered system of
6:23 pm
justice that you talk about. what you see the media focus on is not the evidence that the laptop is real, finally the networks agreed it was real even though 51 intel reputations put it on the line. now the media won't cover this. it's like the border. we have 4.5 million people coming in since joe biden has been the president unvetted, we don't know who they are -- >> sean: if you add the 1.2 million got-aways. it's outrageous, whatever it is. why don't know who they are. nobody cares. it's not being aired on mainstream media. americans need to understand, sean, that when they start suppressing freedom of speech, freedom of the press, we are living in a fascist state. as americans, it's up to us to say no more. >> sean: how great is judge

>> let us reaffirm our commitment to a timeless american idea that government exists not to rule the people but to serve the people. i'm the first woman to lead my state. he's the first man to surrender his presidency to awoke mob that can't even tell you what a woman is. the dividing line in america is no longer between right or left. the choice is between normal or crazy. it's time for a new generation of republican leadership. republicans believe in america where strong families thrive and safe communities. where jobs are abundant and paychecks are rising. where the freedom our veterans shed their blood to defend is the birth right of every man, woman and child. >> sean: a warm welcome to governor sarah huckabee sanders. governor, great to have you

here. thanks for being here. >> thank you. [applause] >> sean: i wrote you and i was on the air after the state of the union. i said you were the star of the night. it wasn't close. under those circumstances, number 1, biden has the bully pulpit of the presidency, he's got 535 psycho lunatics clapping every other word. half the crowd is clapping. anyway, i thought about it. there you are in a room and you were telling truth like it's either normal or crazy. everyone in this audience so far is normal. everybody outside in new york is crazy. this is really what it's about. the democratic party is nothing like the old democratic party. is that a fair statement? >> absolutely. i think that any person who is paying attention can see the absolute shift that the democrat party has made so far to the left. that there's no other way to
6:31 pm
describe it other than crazy. the things that they're pushing, whether it's outlawing gas stoves or defining genders by the second. everything that they come up with is just moving so far out of the mainstream that there's no other way to describe it. i was thankful that i got to follow president biden because he does help the set the bar a little bit low. that made my job a bit easier. the other part, he just has a terrible story to tell. he has been an absolute failure over the last two years and anybody that is paying attention in this country sees those failures every single day when they go to the gas pump, the grocery store. they're feeling the breakdown of this presidency. so it was an absolute honor and incredible opportunity. i'm thankful to speaker mccarthy and leader mcconnell for giving me the chance to tell our side of the story. hopefully share the optimistic view and the belief that we have with the republican party.

6:34 pm
gavin, you ought to be focused on fixing your disaster that you created instead of lecturing a new governor that is accomplished more in 31 days than you did in 7,000. do you have any reaction to your friend, gavin? >> i learned a long time ago, sean, if the left is attacking you, you're probably doing something right. so it only further validates that we're doing things the right way. let's not forget that he had to run ads begging people to stay in california not that long ago. every single town i go to in arkansas, i meet someone who has moved from california. my message to them is we're glad you're here but don't forget why you left california. we're proud of our state and our gates are open for people to come. >> sean: but leave your stupid politics behind. thanks, governor.
