funded law enforcement, the fbi and the federal burrow of investigation whispering in the ears of these tech companies. what were they telling them and where did they put their thumbs on the scale? the next for the judiciary committee is what law did they think somebody was breaking. these social media companies are protected under section 230 where there are limits under liability. they are considered as a pass-through organization if you will. why are they spending time with these organizations, who are they going after and what was the consequence in an election? >> yeah, consequences is the keyword there, jason. i don't see consequences. i hear these hearings all the time and everyday we cover these hearings. i don't see the consequences these people are face because they did the things they did. >> well, congress has got to act. there is got to be between the oversight committee and which i previously chaired.
