water quality. they can't live their lives. they can't take a shower. they can't drink from the tap. while we have this disaster going on, this leadership is requesting more money for ukraine. this tells you how much this white house how much they hate the american people who don't support their agenda. to deny the state of ohio an emergency declaration of a catastrophe so federal defund which we don't mind paying for fellow americans, but to deny ohio, a red state backing up to biden's home state in pennsylvania to deny them these defund. he's defund. funds. it's outrageous.

>> jason: welcome back to "hannity." it's been 2 weeks since the train derailment in east palestine, ohio. despite concerns overturning the hazardous materials on board the biden administration abandoned the people of ohio and rejected their request for fema assistance. according to the administration people is only available to help with tornadics and hurricanes and their woke agenda. in a blatant attempt to save face the regional fema administrator will send a team to east palestine tomorrow. speaking there yesterday biden's epa chief asked residents to trust the government that just abandoned them. you can't make this stuff up. have a look. >> i am asking that they trust the government.

ohio, that could not even -- can't imagine being in their shoes. i went out there. i saw homes at ground zero and met a woman who took me to her home. literally train carts were in her back yard. her 12-year-old son was with us. she said how i can trust the soil? nobody has come to my home to do testing. nobody has come to my home to speak to me. nobody from the railroad or the government, that was the same night they were having a meeting. we are supposed to trust the government and the fact that they will come here and do for us what we needed done 2 weeks ago? i get that. i walked out to the streets with other residents. water from a well in his back yard, the stream that was running through east palestine that he took me to off of 170

was filled with dead fish. there were fish dead everywhere. it was recent. it wasn't like fish there 2 weeks ago. these fish died recently and moved down stream. frogs and other animals in the stream. other little critters that live in the stream like crawfish and snails all dead. bill said to me, do you think i really want to take a shower in my well water with this? do you think i would allow my grandchildren or children to bathe in this is this -- in this. >> we are supposed to trust the government. and pete buttigieg didn't show up another. there is a huge concern they are not being told the truth. they are showing up now but what the effects of that chemical

plume under the controlled burn. will they have medical doctors testing everyone? that's another issue. >> jason: according to the associated press, the ohio department of national resources estimates there were 3500 dead fish in the streams nearby. 5 of the wells they tested said they were just fine. but you have to believe if the animals are dying, do you really want to be breathing air and drinking that water with a government that will show up weeks after this and not there in the first 48 hours. the department of transportation is supposed to be there. the government makes the decision let's push this stuff and put up in the air. we are supposed to trust the government? come on. >> you would have to be a lunatic to trust the u.s. government in the biden

administration. this is a horrible health, environmental and transportation disaster. yet pete buttigieg the secretary of transportation is nowhere to be seen. he said this happens all the time and it's donald trump's fault. this guy should be fired. not just for lacking confidence did you a level of indifference. this kind of stupidity is what you get when you pick somebody who is not qualified and has no experience. where is joe biden in all of this? he traveled to the state of ohio and pretend that you care. instead he rejected the pleas for disaster relief on the grounds that fema only provides relief for natural disasters. that's not what the law says. it says both natural disaster and man made disasters.

depression. less than a year after suffering a stroke in the middle of his senate campaign. according to reports today he will remain in the hospital for weeks. his struggles on the campaign were obvious. why did his closest allies and advisors push him to stay in the race. with reaction fox news medical contributors. we have a couple of questions about different folks. take on senator fetterman. he had a stroke. just listening to him speak it was painfully obvious something was wrong. he's been in the hospital twice in the last two weeks. >> jason, first of all the last hospitalization was for dizziness, but he stayed several days. i wondered what was going on. we don't always get the real story here.

i like that he subbing this transparent about depression. clinical depression is common after stroke. it's bio chemical in the brain and a person struggles to get back to where they want to be and they can't be. they get a lot of anxiety and depression. this is a severe depression if it requires hospitalization and studies show will require a lot of therapy. i am glad we is coming forward with this. but the issue about him serving? we worry about the people of pennsylvania who elected him. what are they getting in terms of a senator who is not up to the job does struggling. >> jason: i hope he is all right. he is 6 weeks into a 6 year

senate run. i hope he gets better. let's move on and shift gears to something america loves and the world loves. that's actor bruce willis. his family provided a grim update on his health the star has been diagnosed with front tem temperal dementia. >> it's a disheartening diagnosis for bruce willis. that's an umbrella term that affects the frontal lobes of the brain. it's one of the more rare dementias. it presents younger. bruce willis is still in his

60s. it's difficult to diagnosis. emotional and mental health are tied to physical health. this will be challenge for bruce willis and his family. i hope they have some comfort knowing how much he gave us in terms of entertainment. i hope they come together as a family and be there for each other. we wish them all the best. >> jason: he put smiles on so many peoples faces. we wish him the best. i want to shift gears. after weeks of delays president biden have a physical and the white house physician dr. o'connor gave him a thumbs up saying vigorous 80-year-old male who is fit to successfully execute the duties of the presidency. but it's been noted absent from

the health evaluation was a mental status exam. give me a 30 second view of what we are supposed to make of this? >> well, i am concerned about the stiffened gait for a year. they pointed out they said it was due to sensation loss in his feet and spinal cord disease but they did not talk about brain images. when you have a stiffened gait it can be do something in the brain. no extensive cognitive testing on someone that is frequently disoriented and makes all kinds of cognitive errors. >> jason: what is your take 2 what we are seeing? >> physical -- and mental
