many of those at this point are sporting and on social media. jimmy carter's longest living u.s. president in history the democrat was beloved by many turned 98 years old in october. carter it was a 39th president of the united states but he won election back in 1976 before his time of the white house he served as the governor of georgia and as a georgia state senator carter it was toward the nobel peace prize in 2002 he was honored for working hard to find peaceful solutions to internal conflicts. we are still getting some of this new information in. he won our election and 1976 narrowly defeated incumbent gerald ford was a critical time in u.s. history in the wake of the watergate scandal which of course horse president nixon out of office two years earlier. for some of the white house he served as a governor of georgia and state senator so many other things about him to mention. he left quite a legacy so far this news follows other health issues carter has dealt with

in east palestine. arthel: musick tench been on the crash site in east palestine, ohio people are from the impact of the chemical spill just across the state line. in pennsylvania joining us now he is a pennsylvania resident who lives less than 2 miles from the crash site. so brandon i want to ask you, you feeling any effects on the chemicals or what are you mostly concerned about? >> for starters i would just like to start with, i want to know the concentration levels, with a high enough to cause cancer in the near future. from everything that was released during the burn when the train first derailed on friday night, according to the sds sheet that says immediate

evacuation. so yes here at home about a half-mile from the crash site in pennsylvania. you could feel it on your skin. we are all suffering like mucus he stuffed up congestion and whatnot which is not normal for us. i know the weather is changing and that too. but your body is tell you something is wrong and it's not natural and here we are. >> brandon, because you are in pennsylvania do you feel you are getting the necessary attention and information flow? >> no, not at all. joshua. put something out on facebook reaching out to the governors and representatives from ohio saying they were no close contact. i and myself as others followed social media platforms to get information to find out what exactly what was happening on the ground. so, for them to just pass the

>> so have you there in pennsylvania but able to connect with any of the residents in east palestine to find out what is going on the ground that they closer to the site? looks or is communication state to state between civilians and myself and family out there. i understand there definitely get the attention they need out there. but here where we are we are not getting any assistance. i have not heard of anyone supplying fresh water, and eat food supplies, cleaning sup supplies, offering up to come clean housing. that is something that's big concern for most people here in western pennsylvania. >> absolutely. i understand your concern hopefully some more direct contact will be coming your way in short order. you also heard report ceo of north folk southern eric shaw as

commitment to take serious and meaningful action around this issue. when he told social media companies accountable. for creating products that are dangerous and addictive to our children. it should not take parents filing lawsuits on behalf of their dead children as you point out the social media company is designed what can be done to try to stop that you think and how can they be regulated there is a slate for kids legislation what can we do to deal this epidemic. in terms of congress to put
