he's back in delaware for another weekend of rest and relaxation. we have full coverage of his latest cognitive malfunction. it was pretty bad. that's coming up tonight. also, england's own piers morgan will weigh in on meghan and harry. [applause] the royal couple are reportedly struggling to cope with a cartoon that made fun of them. these are people who say they want privacy, but they show up on oprah, on netflix, they write books. didn't want privacy, they want money. they are just lying to us. anyway, first we begin tonight with something really deadly serious, and america is now suffering from what is a severe violence and murder crisis. in fact, countrywide, the murder rate is at the highest point in more than 20 years and it's going higher, it seems, every day, with a 4.3% increase in 2021 alone. now, of course, you won't see any of these statistics on other networks, because they

hide -- for example, in 2020 we had 574 riots, and they refused to call riots riots. we had thousands of injured cops, billions of property damage, and we had dozens of dey weren't riots, according to the left. you won't hear it from democrats. he loves you politicized so-called gun violence. only when it's publicly convenient will they talk about it. now, that's because these murders are devastating. by the way, often happening in democratic run cities and towns, because of democratic policies and a democratic narrative. defunding, dismantling the police, vilifying the police, zero bail laws, releasing violent felons from prison, it lacks prosecution, and now, predictably, every night, city streets all around the country are lined with bodies. so the question is, how many more lives are democrats willing to sacrifice for a narrative

that is false? how long will they cling to defund, dismantle, no bail laws? for example, recently new york city the d.a. dropped murder charges against a guy accused of stabbing a person to death over stolen shrimp. and then immediately released this guy from prison. now he's only being charged with first-degree assault. meanwhile come out in los angeles, it's not much better. the d.a. out there suspended a prosecutor for m misgendering ad murderer. she reported he beat a man to death in the woods, but according to the media mob, the real threat to america would be florida governor ron desantis, because he allowed his state to execute a violent criminal who murdered two people. in fact, many in the media mob enthusiastically promoted the

murderers final statement. "i know i hurt people and i was young. i really messed up. but i know ron desantis has done a lot worse." i doubt he killed people. keep in mind, florida's crime rate has dropped to a 50-year low with murder down 14%, and of course no state is immune from any crime, but take a look at your screen. look at flagler county florida. a 6'6", 270 found high school student. look at this. viciously beating a teacher's assistant, striking her 15 times, knocking her unconscious. and in orange county, a violent gang member named keith moses is accused of murdering three people, according to reports. armed with a glock 40, allegedly fatally shot a woman around 11:00 a.m., return to the scene hours later, an open fire on a tv reporter and a photojournalist before entering

a home and shooting yet another woman and her 9-year-old daughter. but when moses was arrested, he whined and he cried and he accused the police of being too rest. take a look. >> get on your face. get on your [bleep] face! get on your face! >> they are killing! they killing me! there killing me! >> secure that whole area! >> i can't breathe! >> sean: they're not killing him, they're arresting him, which is what their job is. the guys accused of murdering a 9-year-old little girl, and a local reporter, and another woman. at least in florida, if he's convicted, he will never see the light of day outside of prison ever again. that is what every state needs to adopt. everybody seems to agree. meanwhile, in texas, this newly released video is going viral. this shows a good samaritan, someone risking his own life, chasing down a drunk driver who attempted to run from the scene of a crash that killed a texas police officer. look at this heroism. >> [bleep]. [bleep]. >> you [bleep] killed somebody, you mother [bleep]! you killed somebody! stay right there! you stay right there, mother [bleep]! >> sean: i don't want to mess with that guy. anyway, he did the right thing. clearly law and order is something that americans value, and for good reason. because without safety, life becomes very difficult when you have woke d.a.s refusing to prosecute even violent criminals

and recommending lenient sentences in the name of "social justice." they are hurting their own community, so it can be done? out in missouri, the attorney general is now working to fire a st. louis circuit attorney named kim gardner. keep in mind, st. louis is one of the most dangerous cities on earth, and in return, gardner is now playing the race card. take a look at this. >> while it is true my office could have done more, to say we did nothing is only disingenuouy ignorant of the reality of our court system. we are going to fight very hard for justice in spite of the vitriol, the hate, the racist attacks, the known manipulation of the court procedures, to make sure our office fails. >> sean: joining us now to respond, missouri attorney general andrew bailey is with us. welcome to the program.

let's start with what kim gardner is doing and why does she should not be holding this position. we have is a phenomenon. we have the funding of very weak online order candidates being funded, being elected to office, only because of the money spent, and they don't enforce the laws of the land. they don't prosecute criminals. and americans now are at risk as a result. your thoughts? >> look, this is about the rule of law and justice for victims. i come from a prosecutor's office. i use prosecutorial discretion to determine whether or not i have sufficient evidence to pursue cases. that's what prosecutorial discretion is about. it's not an after-the-fact veto to nullify laws you don't like. you don't want to enforce laws, don't take a job as a prosecutor. we have in the city of st. louis is a circuit attorney who is a legally, unlawfully, willfully neglecting her duties, and she's

done that in three ways. she's failed to prosecute pending cases that then languish on the dockets and are eventually dismissed. she's failed to inform and confer with victims, which is her constitutional and statutory -- not to mention her moral obligation. and she's also failed to file charges referred to her by law enforcement officers. they are going to fight for the rules line for justice for these victims. >> sean: let's talk about her failure to notify or confer with victims. let's talk about the daniel riley case, a teenage athlete walking back into a hotel in downtown st. louis in february. ms. edmonson and her family walked down the sidewalk. a speeding car, daniel riley crashing into another car, striking ms. edmondson, severing one of her legs, naming another. what happened in that case? >> defendant riley should have been locked up in jail awaiting trial. he was arrested for a violent offense and should not have been

out on bond. but after he was out on bond, he committed numerous bond violations, and the circuit attorney never move to revoke his bond. she would tell you that she made an oral motion in court, and it's the courts filed his bond wasn't revoked. but she has a responsibility here, and here's the thing she's got a problem with. everything that happens in court is transcribed. there are court records in the form of electronic documentaries, and there are memos that become part of the court record. what she is saying happened is directly refuted by the evidence in this case. she said that on august 10th she fought against bond for mr. riley, and yet the transcript from that hearing shows that she consented to the bond. so her statements don't add up, and luckily we have evidence to disprove that, but this isn't just about one case. this is a continuous pattern of behavior that constitutes an illegal, willful neglect of office. >> sean: so, do you believe you have the capacity to finally remove her? >> that's exactly what we are doing. we filed a writ of komar

that empowers meto take this ac. it's a check and balance at the state level against this kind of behavior. it is time for the circuit attorney to go and the rule of line justice to prevail to prevail. >> sean: we appreciate your time. thank you, sir. high in the ivory tower we have elitist liberals, democrats, they don't seem to care about violent crime if it doesn't affect them. they have more important things to worry about, like giving your hard-earned tax money to international organizations. for example, in 2020, the u.s. forked over $11 billion to the u.n. $11 billion. that's a lot of money. by the way, which amounts to 12% of the overall budget of the u.n. 26% of the peacekeeping budget. we pay that bill, and the other 192 member states contributed the rest. why is the u.s. paying such a disproportionate amount?

and then there is the corrupt world health organization. which, by the way, is in bed with china. we saw this during covid. they helped the country's communist regime cover up the initial covid outbreak and they allied all throughout the covid pandemic. and still, the u.s. sent the w.h.o. $751 million in 2021, while china only contributed $168 million. and then, to top it off, the biden administration agreed to participate in an illegally binding agreement at the w.h.o. surrounding pandemic practices. this is what they proposed. the current draft agreement would give the w.h.o. "real-time access to 20% of america's production of safe and effective pandemic-related products, including diagnostics, vaccines, personal protective equipment, therapeutics, to enable equitable distribution across the globe." why would we be giving other

countries supplies that we would be in desperate need of? in other words, the w.h.o. wants to steal critical supplies from week, the american people, and a time of crisis, all in the name of global equity. no thanks. sadly, the biden administration seems to love the policies that put america last. for example, biden's green energy policies have caused you, the american people, you see your electric bill skyrocket. electricity is of 12%. fuel oil is up 20%. natural gas is up 27% from last year. by the way, electric bills are at record highs, but apparently it is news to your vice president, the ever-giggling kamala harris. >> for working families, we have reduced heating and electricity bills. so folks have more money in their pocket to buy things like school supplies, replace the dishwasher, and take a family

the liberal elites who favor paying the money don't like us very much, either. so if you were to ask people like john kerry, he is much closer to the international organizations's disdain for the united states then he is to people who think america is the most important country and that americans ought to be taken care of. i thought it was symbolically perfect that, at the time when east palestine, ohio, really needed attention, president biden was in kyiv giving away more money. and proposing that the united states create a welfare state for ukrainians that we would pay for. i mean, this is the kind of policy that is madness. i am for defeating putin, i am for helping the ukrainians militarily, but i am against the idea that we should pour endless cash out with no notion of what victory would be and with no notion of responsibility. i think, if you want to get to a balanced budget, one of the places you start, it's pretty

simple. chinese economy is almost the size of the american economy. let's match the chinese contributions. they give $198 million, will give $198 million. that saves us a billion here or a billionaire. not big money. but if you can save four, five, 10 billion dollars by not giving it away, it's a step toward a balanced budget which is what one of our major goals should be. >> sean: the w.h.o., we have given hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars to, and joe biden would agree, if they go forward with this agreement, to give over 20% of whatever pandemic materials we have, be it vaccines, gloves, masks, whenever it happens to be at the time. we give 20% to the world and take it away from the american people. shouldn't we take care of americans first, with american

money, before we pledge to share it with the rest of the world? we will share, but we have to take care of americans first. why is that not a priority? >> well, i think if you are a liberal democrat you inherently believe that the united states is not a good country. ambassador kirkpatrick gave a great speech once describing the blame america first democrats. what happens is now they have become the weaken america first democrats. if you look at with the biden administration is doing, from the borders to releasing criminals to releasing terrorists, to giving money to iran, again and again, with the number one pattern? you weaken america. we can american energy, increased the importance of russian and saudi energy, and venezuela. i think you have to understand that, from the standpoint of the left, the united states is a bad country. so the left really does believe

that you shouldn't stand for the national anthem, you probably shouldn't say the pledge of allegiance, you certainly shouldn't teach american history accurately, because their vision is of a world in which the world submerges us. that's part of why they love an open border. if they can get another 20, 30, 40, million illegal immigrants, they'd be thrilled. they think that's terrific. every time we assimilate and get people to become americans, it just terrifies the left. asian americans now work very hard, want to get ahead, and guess what? liberal school boards discriminate against asian americans because they do too well. again, this is the same pattern. and what you pointed about about international organizations, i think that'll be good for the congressional republicans to go through inch by inch, everything we are spending outside of the u.s., and decide, is that really more important than a balanced budget? is it really worth burdening our

[laughs] i mean, the classic theory of deterrence is that, if you fear the person you're going up against, that they are strong and will take action against you, you don't go at them. you sit back and that's how peace is achieved. thinking about the tico presidents we have who exuded strength, ronald reagan and come i've got to say it, donald trump, both of those presidents, you would think the soviet union and china back then -- do you think they'd want to attack the united states? and under donald trump, i think vladimir putin measured him and said he's crazy, i don't know what he's going to do, he might attack us if we go after them, and so he didn't. that's called mutually assured destruction, but you have to believe that your opponent is tough. and they believe ronald reagan

>> sean: wait a minute, why? >> because there are some jobs that are easy, and stupid people can do them very well. >> sean: wait a minute, i was a cook -- >> i see that as a compliment. you and i had to be smart to be a good cook. >> correct. this restaurant is not one of those places. >> sean: why not? >> meaning, you need smart people to work at a restaurant, absolutely. but i know a lot of dumb guys have done a lot of good things. [laughter] and that's a good thing. but if you need skills, don't hire dumb people. there are other tests were sometimes dumb people are very useful, myself included. >> later we live in nashville, it's almost impossible to get people hired. he went to a gas station recently and they said, we can't hire people to work here. there are 11 million open jobs right now. so i actually applaud this guy for getting the attention that he needs to higher people. i'm sure he's been overloaded with applications. and in a pizza delivery business, you know how frustrating it is? people are out there waiting to happen three hours to get a pizza delivered right now because they can't find people to do the jobs. >> he said that someone called

him, he's got mostly positive responses. the negative responses, he doesn't listen to. he said he got a call, a man called and said, "i want to order --" was it ten pizzas? ten large pieces, $150. then the guy because back in 30 minutes later and says, "i'm canceling my order." so then they did some thing wonderful. it took all those pizzas to the shelter, to a local food bank or to a local shelter, and they added chicken wings and coca-colas and turned around. >> what ainsley is referring to is the lady in the background, cooking the food in a sports bra trade which doesn't seem like normal attire for the back of the kitchen, but i'm sure it's very good. >> that makes me want to go to that pizza shop! i didn't know that. >> sean: they don't have that in tennessee anywhere? there is an increase in young men choosing to be single now with the number over 60%, and with such a high number, a new

[laughter] but when you tell men that it's toxic for them to be masculine and embrace the type of hardworking jobs that pay very well that require skills, they fall back on an easy living. >> look, i think that men, especially in their 20s, have never had it easier to be able to find women to date. so it makes them lazy, because you have this disposable app

culture where you just swipe right, yes or no, and i think for young guys it's never been easier to make less commitment in your life. usually when you were a guy you had to get a job, you had to make a living, get a car, in order to find someone you can date. remember "no scrubs closed quebec and the '90s? that was the entire point ! >> sean: i would hope that i have a daughter, my three older sisters. i want the women in my life to be strong and to know their worth. if you're putting yourself online and you swipe left or right and you meeting some stranger, i don't know that's the best thing to do. >> i think a lot of these young girls, they are willing to just give their bodies away very easily. and when you sent me down to do spring break, i was telling those girls behind the camera, "girls --" they were flashing the cameras. >> sean: i can confirm this, i saw the outtakes. it would go off and she would say, "no, please don't do that."
