frankly don't support us in leadership roles. based on the polls, what is going on here? do that she have any chance of pulling office? >> i think what you have to look at is the last election site, she made a name daily. she was in a runoff with tony and obviously both women of race. i don't know that that matters. i think the issues you just talked about is what it will come down to. chicago has a rampant crime problem and not only is it in chicago but reached the other counties. that is problematic. crime, crime, crime will be the issue in this election. personally from what i am hearing from my constituents and from listeners, brendan johnson, paul vallas run big school districts in philadelphia, new orleans, chicago and brendan johnson has the backing up of

the national news kind of miss is about chicago. what we see is crime numbers. you can't discount that committed as there. you see the same visceral speech all the time over and over again. there are people in this town ready to be leaders. really, if you look down the line of these people running for mayor, there's been wilson, philanthropic man and a good man, african american. chicago is a latino and very diverse african american community. personally, i don't think it comes down to race. there were people in these communities that just want to be safe when they go outside. it will come down to safety and crime. it will come down to texas or maybe it comes down to schools and then taxes. our taxes are too much money. that's what it comes down to. you can play race and everything. chicago is a very diverse town. there are leaders, most of the leadership positions as far as

aldermen are concern and county commissioners, mostly everybody is of color. so i don't know why we always have to play the race card. it is a great city. you know, it just needs help. and i think lori lightfoot's time is up here and speak to you i have to squishy stomach squeeze one more thing, talking about desantis in town, hey, coo florida. with him saying that and kind of attacking desantis, do you think he has the best chance to cleaning up the crime in chicago? >> i think so. again, 2016 i don't know why we do polls anymore. but he's leading in the polls. he has also had from a side b9 thing and i don't know why, you know this doesn't matter, but governor pritzker taking it to ron desantis.
