details. >> reporter: it is deeply troubling case, trace. first reported by the washington examiner, a grieving mom, tammy nobles looking frantic as to how an ms13 member entered the u.s. and stayed here and allegedly raped and murdered her daughter. >> came into her room and he started her. she called her boyfriend but it went to voice mail. the voice mail was two minute and 30 seconds of him strangling her. they think he raped her after she was dead. >> reporter: police in maryland where kayla hamilton was killed and learned the 17-year-old suspect was a gang member and had illegally entered into the u.s. last march. he was apprehended at the border and handed over to the department

that house and seeing everything. they delivered a scathing final argument. that trip from entry to exit to murdaugh's property took roughly two hours. they walked around and surveyed the area of the kennel where maggie and paul were killed. testimonies from alec murdaugh describes the home and the use in the kennel in details. the two came with the goal of demonstrating that gunfire at the 1700 acre hunting estate could go unnoticed by someone who was inside the murdaugh's home. prosecutors were quick to note how murdaugh refused to admit he was at the kennel at the night of the murder. and back in the courtroom, prosecutors paint

crimes and also who's guilty conduct after these crimes. >> were you compelled? were you swayed by the prosecution? >> look, this is been a heavyweight boxing match, trace. prosecution had good arguments and you had all the evidence of financial crimes. leading up to the last couple of days, i thought the prosecution may be able to get a conviction. when you look at the fact that there could have been another shooter and let's talk about this evidence nobody is talking about. the coroner, the shooting could have taken place up to 10:00 at night. that's colossal because now that givers an hour for somebody else to possibly come in and committed the double murders? is there reasonable doubt? i think you will find one or two jurors that find it and you may end up in a hung jury. >> the jury gets it possibly tomorrow, or likely tomorrow or whatever side of the coast you are on. brian, any last pick?
