statements tomorrow morning. and you can catch up tomorrow morning at fox news at 9:00 a.m., dane and bill hemmer will be covering that. and occasionally in this country justice is served. and that is a good thing. in our system does work. prime time signing up for tonight's tucker carlson is up next. thank you. ♪ ♪ >> tucker carlson: good evening and welcome to tucker carlson tonight there is a verdict in that very depressing and also byzantine and interesting murder trial in south carolina tonight. we'll catch up to that in a moment will take you through what happened and what happened and what will happen next. the first, you always imagine a young minds are that it is evil men who destroy society. while diets st specs like dictas pounding deployed him to amended the annihilation of the enemies. at the hollywood version of it, but it will live people like that get very far.

they are too obvious. it is not the cartoon demons you need to worry about, it is weak and made a position of power. they are the most dangerous. and with no principles and the desire for self-preservation. hollow men who live in terror of being revealed through who they really are. men who would do anything to save themselves that's who you should be afraid of. you can see that in our current moment the weakest of the most destructive. how much of his childhood do you think admin can get their spec heading from that lucky nail and how many swirly's eric swalwell and one high school? how old was adam schiff before a girl other than his sister kissed involuntarily? it makes you shudder to think about it. these are sad, insecure, broken then filled with envy and bitterness from their lonely childhoods. they hate you, because they hate themselves. it is not the masculinity that is toxic is the lack of it.
5:02 pm
that's what destroyed the biden administration. the weakest president in history join forces with the weakest attendant -- they created a police state. shocking? but once you understand the principle should not surprise you. it's funny now to remember that the smart people in washington once told us that he was a moderate merrick garden, they thought that apparently because when his promised supreme court he didn't materialize he cried. only now he's crying they thought, he so sensitive and thoughtful but no. he was crying for himself. because he is a self pity and careerists with no perspectives on his own life whose job is everything to him. here is literally the last person you would ever want to put in charge of the department of justice so nationally joe biden did. and not turned out to be a pivotal decision. merrick garland has presided over the most aggressive attack on civil liberties in a particular attack on their christianity. do any living american holstein. that they would never say that

in public of course it be too straightforward for his approach is he in line and not canine. every word is a weasel word. but other sustained questioning, the real america garden emerges and it's filthy and dishonest. here he was in the senate yesterday facing off against mike lee of utah. >> doj's announced charges against 34 individuals for blocking access to or vandalizing abortion clinics. and they've been over 81 reported a tax on pregnancy centers, a hundred and 30 attacks on catholic churches, since the leak of the decision. in only two individuals have been charged. thought he explained his disparity? >> we apply the law equally, and i will say you're quite right there's many more prosecutions with respect to the blocking of the abortion centers. but that is generally because they are -- those actions are taken with photography at the time.
5:04 pm
and during the daylight, and seen the people they did it is quite easy. and so, those who are attacking the resources centers a pregnancy resource resources center is a horrid thing to do are doing things at night. and they're doing it in the dark. >> in case you don't follow that, we say "apply the law equally we just can't for some reason it investigate crimes that incur after dark." it's the sun devil. it's hard to believe he actually said that in a hearing until you remember of course that he was anything that he does. when not persecuting christians they'll tell you then doesn't the fbi after malcolm hartzog. a pro-life preacher who is praying outside of abortion clinic. when an extremist harasses 12-year-old son. so is any fun he would he shove the men under the face that's what happened, not a crime and we know that because no local prosecutor pursued it. and it is certainly without question not a federal felony to

push a lunatic out of your 12-year-old son's face. but under merrick garland it is now felony. almost a year after that happened, he sent armbands to arrest him in front of his family. >> on of september 23rd about 625 in the morning, when those agents were wearing full s.w.a.t. gear, heavily armored vests and ballistic shields and helmets and battering ram banged on mike neu. >> yesterday jax harley asked them to explain that the behavior in the elderly indefensible totalitarian behavior. and merrick garland of course in a soft spoken with was delighted to defend it. >> let's take a look at the harding criminals they are justice department since these armed ages to go terrorize that morning here they are. the advance. here are the seven children with mr. hiles and his wife and he

attention against joe biden. the fbi does not -- that radical traditional catholics are now a national security threat. because they tend to pray outside of abortion clinics. in march of 2021, ten others and paul vann were peaceably praying at an abortion clinic in tennessee. they didn't damage any property or hurt no one. more than a year after they dear to do that, they set the fbi to terrorize vann and his 11 children at their home. >> if you're not going to let me -- >> i want to know why you're banging on my door with a gun. >> you are not going to tell me anything? >> i tried. >> no you didn't. you do not try. >> you have to wonder when you see it saved like that where is the so-called christian leaders?

anyone who is religious. humiliating them in front of their children. now while doing this? well, because on some level of government hate religious people because it is competition. in revolutionary government and totalitarian government go after religious people first. it happened in the french revolution, the bolshevik revolution and it is happening now. that's my parents who dare to complain about being indoctrinated and openly sexualized are attacked in some cases by the doj. and again you can see why. young people are raised to believe that god is in charge at a much harder for the government to control as they grow up. they will worship the government. but by contrast, as a child is raised to be a narcissistic someone who thinks i could change my gender, he will corrupt confused week of we can reliant on the people in charge of the state. it's a very simple principle. it's why the mullahs government
5:10 pm
went after the tibetan monks. anyone who sincerely believes in god is a threat and that is the measure of the three country in the end. are you allowed to believe that there is an authority higher than the people in charge of your government. that is always been the hallmark of america religious liberty. it's in the first amendment. but in canada of course that's all disappeared in canada has not become an atheist totalitarian state with amazing speed and in canada it's a crime to object to jack shows her children. not a lot to say a word. late last month the pastor was violently thrown out of an all ages known for children drag screen story hour for daring to object the sexualization of children watch this. >> we are now calling the police. >> we are the police coming? it is your choice to leave or deal with the police. >> so that is the video.
5:11 pm
that is what happen. who committed the violence in the video? the guy was the ground was the pastor. before we answer the question in the context, that in canada showing any disloyalty at all, to the government can get your bank account frozen a year trucks fees. so maybe are not surprised the lender that man on the ground his name is pastor gary grant dreamer show a profound disrespect for their ongoing effort to sexualized children and mutilate their woke up yesterday to the police banging on his door and telling him he was going to be arrested. >> you just come to my home? >> this is where you live right? >> yes you guys call me. you could've called me. >> we've been trying to. >> when? >> this morning. >> why do we need to talk about her? >> because you're going to be arrested for it in charge. so we're doing it this morning. and we have the report out for you. >> with what?
5:12 pm
>> where all the professional questions you have to wonder that again. where is david franson bryce morais tim keller and all these people who were defending christianity and natural christians being arrested for being christians. not a word. but today, plastic derek reamer confirmed that a warrant was out for his arrest for hate crimes in he was right about it because this afternoon he was literally arrested watch. >> is there a reason you're blocking me from using the black sidewalk? >> don't worry i'm not on the run. >> were just going to tri-state other work space. do you mind if i'll see what is is being arrested for?
5:13 pm
>> will you provide your i.d.? >> it's for you to answer the question? okay. why is he being arrested? >> he has warrants. >> warrants for his arrest? >> yes. this is will happen when you go the great. >> wow, does not like the candidate you thought you knew. almost didn't start dogs there are some stormtrooper and sludge that would not answer questions before providing i.d. given the pastor sitting in the car with bars on the windows getting hauled away to jail. vivian thrown to the ground. attic drag queen story hour. were going to be joined by him tonight buddies of course in jail, so we are grateful to be joined by the revenues who stilled the tape we just saw thank you so much for coming on this. hard to believe that this is happening in your country. not a question first is anyone sending thing about it other than you?
5:14 pm
>> not a lot. i'm lane tucker, you've done more journalism of christian pastors being jailed in canada than most canadian media. in fact the canadian media either annoys it or chose it on calling these people bigots. i should say that there was no charges emanating from the drag screen story hour itself neither against pastor reimer or against the three men who rough them up but then the left-wing mayor of calgary went on a twitter rent saying that anyone who lies, or engages in vitriol, or is full of hate, should be arrested and charged. now those are not crimes by the way. some of them are a matter of opinion and i could think that the mayor is full of hate, but acted in their basically directed police to arrest peaceful protesters they date. and you saw the cop, i think he was embarrassed and ashamed of what he was doing. he had some glasses on, blocking the camera man, he had that bizarre move and show me your i.d. before answer a question, i
5:15 pm
think he knew. that he doing something contrary to his oath as a police officer. right now, we have a reporter staked out at the city jail because tucker, i do not know because i think he's charged with mischief and carding disturbance. of course he was the one who was distilled by the roughing up. it'll be interesting to see if he gets out on bail or like ours or the other christian pastor, if he was served 50 days in prison which is what happened then. >> i say this is one of the few americans i know who sincerely loves canada and i mean that but it seems like darkness is descending on your country. >> i have to say just a few weeks ago justin trudeau martial law where he sees the bank accounts, and right horses because they were honking their horns and trucks and having a festive and peaceful opposition to the lockdowns. a judge has a lengthy inquiry and he said thumbs up.
5:16 pm
that there was a justification for martial law. and so i'm telling you tucker that the checks in villages in canada no longer work. the opposition party often don't oppose. the media cheerlead is not skeptical or critical in the courts are of no use. now the single lockdowns was overturned, and our so-called charter and rights and freedoms have not struck down a single action like this and i'm starting to think that we might need help from abroad. so i say to your audience, i know you have senators and congressmen who care about civil rights and human rights in china, and a random places like that in i have to say police accounts and i had to canada to because i'm worried that we no longer have the capacity to push back for human rights and canadian politicians are very attentive when americans criticize or mention them so please american senators and congressmen to put us your watch list because things are getting bad appeared. >> and for contacts who does not for those who don't know you do
5:17 pm
run the biggest dissident media organization in the country say speak with authority so we are rooting for you and god bless and good luck thank you. >> thank you. >> so teach us in this country are losing their job for trying to protect the children from efforts to sexualized them. a group of school districts, teachers are prohibited from telling parents when they are transitioning to another gender. so, your kid could be getting castrated or chemically or physically and you are not allowed to know that. so they teach in that district issued for fuse to reply because he violated her christian belief as well as a basic responsibilities as a teacher so she was fired for that. so she is brave enough to join us along with her attorney of thank you both very much for coming on. >> jessica at this first to you. i assume that the other teachers in your district complied with this grotesque order why did you not?
5:18 pm
>> great question tucker i am truly afraid that many other teachers don't even know they're under these directives. i didn't know that i was under these directives, until i find out. and when i found out from my school district that i was under these directives i chose to speak up about them and stand my ground and stand in my faith and beliefs. and that is when they said that that is going to be an issue. you have to comply with these directives are your job is on the line. and so, i chose god. i chose to stick with my christian faith and because of that they released me from employment because in their words they could not accommodate religious beliefs. >> bob, and bless you for doing that and you should do that, but you also siding with parents. all of whom no matter who they voted for the last election pool think would want to know if they were being castrated. like their children don't you think parents want to know? >> yes, i think parents have the
5:19 pm
right to know everything about the children. and i will not partake in withholding any information from a parent. i am a parent myself and i would be very upset about that. so this fight is not just for the sake of my job loss, it is the fight for protection of all children. this is a fight for the preservation of parental rights. >> amen. brad, since you're the attorney here is illegal to fire someone for refusing to hide essential facts from parents with the guardian of the children? >> yes. this is a clear breach of public trust enough clear violation of title vii rights. she was fired not because of her job but because of her religious beliefs. mind you, she's not alone, we have a justice institute who represent hundreds of people and employees who were fired because of their faith in the issues because of the parents. they are scared tucker, right now they see all of what is going out and horrified by it in for that reason on our website
5:20 pm
we developed a customized opt out form for all 50 states with parents can download the forms and their what their rights are. as well as, their material is given to the kids and grandkids throughout the country in public schools. >> jessica, i have to ask, and i know what the answers but i want to hear it where they teachers who work with who came up to you and said congratulations for your bravery and hope by? >> you know tucker, i am being totally overwhelmed and the best way possible with hundreds of teachers reaching out to me and telling me that they are ready to die on this hill with me. that they completely align with my views on this. and that they are ready to stand up to this beast with me. a stand for the protection of children, and for parental rights. and stand for the fact of the matter of fact as christians, we can also be in the public sector. and at this point, i feel that i
5:21 pm
was told you need to choose one of the other. do you want to be a public school teacher or continue practicing your christian faith. >> well good for you. we are always me to teachers but i made one and another lot of wonderful teachers and you are one of them think you for joining us. >> thank you so much. >> fox news alert, anna casey may have been following a verdict in the double murder trial. of the disbarred lawyer alex murdaugh, the child checked a lot of attention in its promenade, there's a press conference moments ago he was part of it. >> justice was done today. and it doesn't matter who your families. it does not matter how much money you have. or how much money people think you have. it does not matter what you think or how promenade you are. if you do wrong, break the law, or if you murder, done it justice will be done in south carolina. and we have shown the nation in
5:22 pm
the world will process can work and work well. >> he is rooted in this trial, followed for six makes it we join us tonight for recap a trace. >> worker is about as writing i've seen a jury of eight minute delivered in just under three hours they usually have 76 witnesses it takes several hours just to review the testimony so a quick verdict is often beneficial to the defendant but not this time. i remember their defense was basically yes i'm a liar. yes i'm a crook. yes i'm a drug addict, but i'm not a killer. most attorneys we spoke with jonah charles at eric mulder biggest hurdle with cell phone videos you can hear his voice proven that he was in the cattle and left the scene of the crime, just moments before the killings happen. murdaugh told investigators that he was not in the kennel, but after being caught red-handed on tapes he later testified that he lied about not being in the kennel because his drug habit had left him paranoid.
5:23 pm
he one of the jury to believe that he left the kennel went to his house, did not hear any gunshots, and returned to the kennel, and found the bodies of his life and son. he also testified that he held her bodice despite having no blood evidence on his clothing. it is notable that they were murder weapons were never found in this case those impossible to connect murdaugh janitor wea weapons. in a validity of any forensic evidence implicating him but the circumstantial evidence as you've heard was robust in fact they prosecuted moments ago on the news conference was now over and that they knew they had a chance to put on the case that truth will prevail and it's important to remember that he testified in his own defense. they thought he was a very effective witness. in the jury clearly did not share that opinion tucker? >> amazing, inc. you for that. so, as you just heard prosecutors that hold a press conference very recently when
5:24 pm
they spoke about the victims in this crime. and he is part of it. >> weston church has died, democracy is the worst form of government except for every other kind. i want to adopt that and say that we may have the worst criminal justice system in the world but is better every kind that there is. in our system work today. it gave a voice to maggie, and paul murdaugh. who were brutally mowed down and murdered on the night of june 7th 2021 by someone that they love the someone that they trusted. and they couldn't be here to testify for themselves tonight. but the testimony came through the evidence in the information that was gathered by the minute one of the agencies i just mentioned. and they came from the testimony of the agents and the investigators and the attorneys and the focus of our staff they were able to get into the court records. so, when essays tonight to voice
5:25 pm
was heard tonight and justice was brought for them. we cannot bring them back but we can bring them justice. >> the judges cohost of the five who was been following the case who are happy to have join us make you so much for joining us what you take away from this. from this sad and ugly saga? >> i follow the case from the beginning, there was something like 28 days of testimony. and it was a span of about six weeks and it was incredibly fast for verdict. especially in a case that is circumstantial. well, all murder cases essentially because the victim may sing in a come back and say he killed me they are unless a video and i witnessed they are all circumstantial. but this family, from one of the most wealthy and successful legendary family that connie south carolina, this defendant was arrogant enough to think that he could take the stand and convince the jury that yes i took pills and that i was a drug addict, and i stole from people,
5:26 pm
and a quadriplegic and young women and my housekeeper and all this other stuff. but i didn't kill my wife and son, okay maybe we could buy that, but the problem is he lied until he was mandated to admit as a result of a snapchat video that was released not that long ago that had his voice at the scene of the crime within minutes of the crime. and he was curious to me like tucker that the defense wanted to take the jury to the scene of the crime. if anything, by the defense taken the jury there they were able to assess how far the house was where the defendant said that they were taking a nap or sleeping and then he only gunshot wounds to the distance at the kennel where you would've heard the gunshot wounds. so, it was kind of bizarre but it is taking a stand that was bizarre. everyone agreed that he was a good witness but he was too slick. because in the end, they but none of it. the jury but none of it, the
5:27 pm
judge didn't even offer the discharge jury dinner. he told them they had snacks and cookies and chips and drinks, and the judge eventually said it was an overwhelming evidence of guilt here after the jury returned a verdict. >> may also question, you said he was very good as a witness but the skies and ambulance changer is in a slip and fall layer? >> is an excellent attorney. >> i met that as an insult. [laughter] >> look, he was an attorney with a huge law made a lot of money he made a lot of money and he cements and a lot of men on drugs and stealing any to sketch down to the next level but this case came down tucker to the classic motive means an opportunity. the shell casings even though the never found the guns were consistent on the property of 1700-acre property as the shell casings from the weapon that killed maggie and a wife. and, the kind of gun that was used was his favorite pentagon.
5:28 pm
so, what you had here was a guy who had a wife who is speaking a matrimonial attorney and a son that he called a little detective very important, and he said we have to talk to you about the pellets. they were coming onto him strong he was using opioids. and then hear that at the scene of the crime the dogs are not barking. so, at the time within minutes of the crimes, there is nobody who's coming around was a stranger cropping up on them a shoot the wife and son. this is a classic domestic violence case. >> can i ask, you've been along the longest time, is this common behavior for injury attorneys? >> i don't know any personal injury attorneys who've killed someone, what i do know is that there are theatrical. so then the court room is theater. in this i thought he controlled theater in my understanding is that he did very well
5:29 pm
respectively he regarded being the defense attorney then they wanted to take the stand but a defendant makes the ultimate decision himself. the saddest part, is that this is your classic domestic violence case as minke is a wife and a son, and thinks that everybody's going to buy this for me steel. and then the end they saw him for what he was, a judge a diptych feeding, containing, now a double murder. >> amazing. what a sad story. and i appreciate analysis of it thank you. thank you. >> remember the shop teacher who brought the whole shop class into a fetish for the cartoon usually large fake boots. we have update on that coming up next.

hi, i'm katie, i've lost 110 pounds on golo in just over a year. as a mom, it has been life-changing. my daughter had lost 20 pounds, my son had lost probably about 40. we're just a lot more healthier as a family in general. >> so, for months and months and months with a covering this story of the shop teacher who
5:35 pm
pulled this entire class into a very fetish by wearing prostatic cleavage and calling himself -- weiss is because the kids in the class. so he's been placed on leave, and a school board take steps after parents and immigrant parents started to threaten district schools sue the school. it went on for so long because there is a well-funded effort to raise women of course within canada and the united states. feminists all for it, until the leader sell you all. hershey's are now put in the face of a man posing as a woman for her on chocolate wrappers. this dude is called fay johnstone. called himself a proud -- and he said his female critics should be vilified so they quote don't dare to speak their views publicly. okay. here is for a chance and not a fascist or anything, who runs quote lgbtqia who makes who makes a kind of deal government
5:36 pm
watch. >> my name is fay johnstone and i'm the director, and we can create a world where everyone is able to live in public space as they are honest and authentic selves. you can see the woman how change the future at hershey canada. >> women don't worry we are not replacing you. don't worry everything is cool. the spectator joins us tonight so i have so many questions for you, where do we make up other jobs? the economy is the great he's found a job dressing like a woman wearing a nose ring and betty's got hired -- is there a major for that? what are the jobs come from? >> well, first of all happy international women's awareness month. oh whatever it women's month. but we all like a little nuts in our country, but a because i love nuts in my project but i think it's fine. it is a real tragic start to
5:37 pm
women's month. at the shop teacher, her, who we agree is delicate and lovely intemperate as a summer's day is under investigation for maybe not be really trans. when did we start saying at a christian in identity like this, she also, i'm not sure if you're aware of this, but aside from being transgender, she is also disabled who suffers from gigantic mess via which is an unusual swelling of the breast tissue. in her case is prostatic who become santa ana and swallow their own. so, this is how it is now if you say you're a woman, that is how it is your women seem to be okay with it because very few are speaking up and being loud about being a race in this way taking over many dresses. >> talk about mansplaining though. this is the ultimate mansplaining. i'm a woman now, you shut up
5:38 pm
ladies and they say okay i'll shut up. and some dude is just a woman and they tell you what is really like to be a woman. >> while you don't want to get knocked down and bruised by those prosthetic breath, i wouldn't tell that guy either. you know what, that is a very good point. they max chadwick moore, thank you for so much for coming out tonight. >> thank you it's my pleasure. >> here's a really cool story because the national world is obviously the best and most beautiful and interesting place. a fishing boat just got caught in a match this shark feeding frenzy and the fishermen were on the search for wood yellow fish tuna, when dozens of sharks all of a sudden came around their boat seating on a baseball, and it's just an unbelievable series of pictures watch this. >> >> he is the captain of the
5:39 pm
boat, money shot is one of the people who was there that day who joins us now. i don't know how long you been on the water but have you ever seen anything like that in your life? >> no, not to this degree. where they just came up under the boat like they did. we seen it many times though because the sharks population in the north central golfers exploded. kind of like a cockroach infestation. nav stress dramatically increased and, it has decimated a lot of the food fish, and it was working on the game fish that are so prevalent in voters louisiana, because the federal restrictions under the magnet
5:40 pm
since act have really done a toll on the fishery. and, in a certainly an overregulation situation what's going on now. >> washing seeing is not good at managing the national world i've noticed. so, i hope they're not going after redfish, are they and why do you think this shark population has exploded? >> well this shark population we believe is exploded because of the restriction on commercial fishing quite frankly. fishing in federal waters. shark fishing is still allowed in state waters, and that puts really no dent in it in comparison to what is going on short. and in the golf, it is 9 miles aro, our state and federal waters, and then 9 miles into state waters. >> so, when you see a feeding frenzy over a baseball like this, and you're in a decent size boat facility open boat, do
5:41 pm
you have fantasies about falling in? >> was certainly crosses your mind, it was a pretty seat where he broke, and a frame that was very seaworthy, and the one that much concern about that aspect of things. but certainly, they were so frothed up in a frenzy that you know certainly is there something that crosses your mind that one launches themselves into the boat. luckily, that they're not occurred. and unfortunately this just occurring more and more. never notice an exponential increase in shark activity in the golf over the last five or six years. and what that is shown is that the magnuson stevens act has essentially harmed has caused his bed in place long enough to really start dramatically increasing the population of the sharks. >> yes, i think people who
5:42 pm
understand nature should have a voice and management of our natural world. but of course you don't or fortunate. thank you so much for joining us tonight. >> i appreciate it thank you. >> the official washington has lost almost all control of itself at the idea that the public might get to see some of the videotape from january 6th. it needs to be headed. but there's a new pull of the shows that people completely disagree why can we not see it? and we have those numbers in the public's right in this case will bring them to you after the break. do i understand it all? no, but i believe it all. and if you put your faith and trust in god, whose word never changes, you'll never be disappointed. see god tells us in his word that he loves us, and he sent his son from heaven to this earth to take our sins,

>> so the defenders of democracy have defended democracy. they are telling you is really, really dangerous that anyone will get to see the thousands of hours of surveillance footage from january 6th which is been hidden from the public for two years. as a tiny group of people gets to make up stories about what happened that day contains the country on the basis of the stories. we respectfully disagree, we think people -- democracy should be allowed to see what the government is doing.
5:48 pm
