it's about getting rid of cons. antifa doesn't care about the environment. i haven't seen them in east palestine and we haven't seen them at the jersey shore protesting windmill whale murder. when police started kicking the forest defenders out of the trees one of the members known as little turtle started shooting at cops. a state trooper was seriously wounded and little turtle was killed. and now antifa is avenging little durettle's death. hid inside a group of peaceful protesters outside the construction site. they had comedy shows, music festivals, they even gave tours of the forest. and that's when things started turning mostly peaceful. and then 150 antifa militants pealed off, changed into camouflage clothing and black mask was and stormed the construction site. the antifa militants chucked bricks and molotov cocktails at police. lit construction equipment ablaze. this was a highly organized attack.

and it won't be the last. antifa is getting stronger. they are international. this is a national network, an international group of people that are organized to come to our state to undermine a public safety training center. all but two were from out of state. 23 individuals have been charged with domestic terrorism. >> jesse: more antifa came from out of the country than from georgia. one antifa from france and the other canada. the rest were homegrown. an organized group with foreign nationals plotted and launched a sophisticated attack on police. where was the fbi? this has been months in the making. you are saying antifa is the only organization in the united states that the fbi doesn't have can you understand covers in? here are the mug shots. thomas jergens went to oxford university. is he a lawyer for the southern poverty law center. you know, the group that makes a living calling conservatives extremists? they had a domestic terrorist on

their payroll. and then there is priscilla grimm from new york, a 50-year-old antifa foot soldier. we don't know what she does for a living. but she was part of the occupy wall street deal a few years back and she also says she enjoys gazing at graffiti. timothy build what you is a teacher from massachusetts, hey, timmy emmy is a dancer from connecticut. i wonder what kind of dance she practices we're going to keep digging into these people because the media won't. find out anti-capitalists are rich kids whose parents pay for everything. antifa is like the media's mistress. they don't want anybody knowing about her. but the media's relationship with antifa needs to be investigated. antifa sent the media a guide on how they should cover their riots. ready? don't say officer involved shooting. it makes cops look like the good guy. we don't want that.

fire underneath the floor boards of my house. and it was during the summer. air conditioning was on. smoke that thick all three stories. the reason can i show you that is because every piece of furniture had to be replaced because of the smoke. but, guess what? my fire company was there to go in and save my wife, get her out, the cat, and my '67 core investigated. >> jesse: at least the corvette survived. our nation's secrets are safe. after antifa attacked a federal courthouse in portland for three straight weeks, biden never said a word and dropped half the charges when he took office. when rioters burned down cities after kamala burned them out. including a convict who went on to murder somebody. if the rioters in atlanta were wearing red hats i think biden would be taking air force down. the fbi would have a field office in a tree house. the media would be camped out in front of the construction site 24/7. they would be telling every

the mainstream media they will try just talk about january 6th and the right wing extremists but, you know, let's talk about what happened on january 6th in portland for weeks antifa and other an anarchist groups were torching court houses and the mainstream media as well as left wing politicians were completely silent on it because it doesn't fit their nice little narrative that the only violent people are on the right when, in fact, there is much more violence coming from the left. >> jesse: do you think the media is going to get this little memo from antifa that says how to cover their riots and actually do what antifa tells them to do? >> well, you know, i'm surprised they published a memo. i'm sure they got a copy, a long time ago, because, when you look at a lot of these organizations from the "new york times," to cnn, to many others, many of them defended antifa time and time again, the new yorker would write an article titled on the streets with antifa, that was very pro-antifa and it was very favorable coverage all around. so the fact that that did they

really even need it. they were already being a professional pr team for antifa and a lot of different anarchist groups. they really believe in their mission, although they may not say it out loud. >> and the mission, basically, is to not have police in the united states why do you think the fbi hasn't infiltrated antifa. are these guys so good they would sniff out a fed? >> well, you know, i can't really say what the fbi is up to. the only thing i can really tell you is that they really -- if they are not in there already. they really need to get in there. they have been planning this for weeks. i would be disappointed if they weren't in atlanta, georgia already. because they have been doing this for weeks now. and it's only going to get worse unless we really take serious action against anarchist groups there. >> jesse: do you think if i didn't shower for a couple weeks and grew my hair out and told everybody i went to oxford university i might be able to go under cover? >> you know, actually,

government. the government has no will and it doesn't have the ability to deal with the cartels. and they are sitting next door producing mountains of poisonous drugs and killing over 100,000 americans a year which was the height of world war ii. that was our killed in action rate. so we are sustaining the same damage major war. from these groups, operating right beyond our reach. now it's one thing not to -- unwilling to do it yourself. the mexican government also frustrates the united states and is not willing to stand aside to let the united states do what has to be done to deal with these groups. it's an outrage. >> jesse: so if we have four americans captured by cartels, just a couple miles from texas, what do we do in a hostage situation like this and why do you think joe biden hasn't done more than he already has? >> well, the united states has

been playing this game with mexico for a long time. mexico, with the exception of felipe calderon who is actually interested in fighting the cartels, the rest of them are perfectly willing to allow cartels to kill americans and do what they do. as long as they don't overthrow the mexican government. and, you know, that's the situation, they are just not work through. because whenever you give information or try to work on a law enforcement basis with the mexicans, the information goes right to the cartels. and so,. >> jesse: you would have to do something unilaterally in terms of an airstrike, helicopter raids, what are we talking about here? >> i think we have to deal with this group like we dealt with isis. we have to use every tool. we have to use economic. we have to use intelligence assets, military assets and law enforcement.

life. i wouldn't wanted to share the stage with the clintons, last time that happened mini got hauled out of the bahamas in handcuffs. senator lindsey graham is on the environment and public works committee he is going to be holding a hearing on the train wreck this week. so any thoughts about mayor pete and are you going to invite him to join you? >> i would like him to come and ask some questions. on january 11th we had a computer malfunction at the faa every plane in the nation was grounded the first time since 9/11. february 3rd i think it was we had this train wreck with a bunch of chemical cars exploding on the people of east palestine. the secretary of transportation did not go there until february the 23. if a republican had done what he did they would be calling for his resignation. if trump had not gone to visit the victims of this train wreck, they would be calling for his

impeachment. beyond the pale. i'm not criticizing the transportation secretary because of his shoes or his personal life. i am criticizing him because of his leadership. if this is not failure, what would be? >> talk about failure, you just saw a report at the top about these hostages that have just been taken in mexico. and doesn't look like the biden administration even really knows much about it or they don't really have a plan for it. what would lindsey graham do in this situation? >> well, i would follow bill barr's advice and get tough on mexico. it's not just the hostages. number one, i would do everything i could to get them back. i would do what trump did. i would put mexico on notice if you continue to give safe haven to fentanyl drug dealers, then you are an enemy of the united states. 70 to 100,000 people have died from fentanyl poisoning coming from mexico and china and this administration has done nothing about it. i'm going to introduce legislation, jesse, to make certain mexican drug cartels,

the feds don't seem that interested in bringing charges. this whole time we have been worried about feeding them culturally appropriate food whether all they wanted was a pofned american eagle. >> so you said they are hampering from you doing your job is it just because they are not answering the calls? >> well, they are not answering the calls and i think there is an uproar at least again locally that they have not taken action federally. it is federal violation to kill a north american bald eagle. we have cited them for a simple misdemeanor in nebraska which is the most we can do. they are scheduled to appear on april 25th. >> jesse: since the venezuelan didn't know national bird and protected species. what do you think the chances are they show up for a court hearing. and the migrants were only charged with a misdemeanor. unlawful possession of an eagle. not violating 100-year-old statute protecting our country's bird and not to mention illegal

entry and unlawful possession of a funeral. and to think this was only the second worst thing to happen to the eagles this year. dana loesch joins us now. so, biden brings in venezuelans, they shoot our national bird and try to cook it for dinner and the feds don't do a thing. >> yeah. they don't do anything, jesse. you are right. i will say they were using air soft rifles. that is a little bit different using air soft rifles. a guy just like last year in montana who was charged. he had like three counts, felony charges. he was fined six figures since the 1930s the bald eagle act has been around. you can't even pick up a feather an eagle feather off of the ground. you even have to have special permitting and all of that to just do that a guy in montana was charged and i think he had $250,000 fine. he had all these charges. he couldn't hunt for like five years. really serious charges for this

serious offense. but, you know, is he an american citizen so i guess he gets the book thrown at him. i don't know why the feds, jesse, and you were just talking about the sheriff, i don't know why the feds are so hard to get ahold of. if you are a parent at the school board meeting, i guess they are right there taking your license plate. but, if you are in the country illegally and shooting and killing bald eagles, no big deal. >> jesse: they are busy not infiltrating antifa. that's probably why they don't pick up the phone. you can't come into someone else's country murder their national bird and try to eat it for a meal, dana. something has to happen. why can't the feds just make an example out of these two venezuelans. i thought they were coming here to flee violence not commit violence on our birds. >> yeah. and the fact that law enforcement was trying to work with federal agencies just to see if they could get more in terms of charges to detain these individuals who were here illegally and i don't know if it was venezuelan or honduras they
