a second autopsy will be performed. one father is remembering his son who went to mexico as part of his celebration. >> she brought him along for his birthday. they have been close like brother and sister, he didn't deserve it, he was a sweetheart, had a big hart. >> the mexican cartel said it dealt with the members involved and responsible for the murders, sharing pictures of the men tied up and blindfolded. a letter reads, these members acted under their own decision-making, republican-led efforts are calling for the u.s. military to stop the cartel entirely. the president of mexico is responding saying he will not peranyone to intervene on their

doing it, it is dangerous for the community. >> todd: this is part and parcel for our society, there are no conseence requests for the youth, which has been coddeled so much so that you see what is happening in our city streets, they are doing violence, committing crime and killing people with no consequences. where does the slippery slope end? 25, 35, 40? i am happy you mention the military, let's be honest, people that do fighting and dying are by and large between 18 and 25. we are willing to entrust thems with that responsibility, but when they commit a violent act and deprive a family of a family member, we say, let's give them a mulligan, their brains were not fully form. tell that to the victim's family or parent.
